Home phone service!
I have had their service for over ten years! The service has been good for the
monthly fee! BUT! Their router finally broke down and failed after years of service! When I contacted them they told me to send in my old router in and they would replace it, in 3 to 5 days once they received it at their warehouse! I sent it in, and now a month later I still have not received a new router! I have called every 5 days and received the same answer "Sorry for the inconvenience, it will arrive in 3 to 5 days!"
Their phone center in in the Philippines, their operators speak vary poor English! You can not speak to a supervisor, they all tell you they are the supervisor!
There is no way you can contact a real person in customer service it is all just menu answers! It has been the worse customer service, and company I have ever dealt with! I would advise anyone not to get involved with this company!

Ordering phone
On thursday, july 13th I ordered a phone on their website to upgrade my sons. I chose to finance this phone and I paid the first month plus shipping. After that, I got an email with my order number and the phone was still not shipped out. Mind you I paid for next day delivery/overnight shipping. Friday morning I tried to check the status of the delivery, and it kept saying “system error”. I used the messaging an agent option and the agents were beyond rude, telling me “it clearly states your order will be here between 2-3 days”. I eventually called customer service because the system said my order number/email didn’t exist. Mind you the payment processes in my bank twice, instead of once. The lady over the phone told me that the order number didn’t exist! And that I needed to call my financial institution in order to get my money back. At this point i’m beyond confused, annoyed, and wondering what was going on. When I call the corprate people to make a complaint, the person over the phone tells me that the phone is already picked up by ups and should be here monday! I explain to him the situation and he proceeds to be rude to me, mocking me over the phone, and laughing at me. I eventually hang up.
It is now tuesday afternoon and my package has still not been delivered.

Unlocking of phone
Here is the conversation I had with agent on July 12, 2024 I uploaded screenshots of it. And today July 14, 2024 they told me there was no record of me paying the fee or even mdking the unlock request and says the can not refund the money cause there is no record of any of this then told me I had to verify account never had an account horrible service Talk to 20 different people and get to 20 different answers.

Not getting my phone shipped from you guys I bought online

I haven't received a tracking number and they took my money. They should be charged with theft. I know the authoritys would charge me if I stole from someone. They straight up took our money. I will get it resolved if I have to take a trip to their home base in Miami! At least I'll get a vacation while I'm there!
ACP benefits
I have had this service for over 2 years and since then from the beginning I have been switched to q Link wireless and I did not do any of this I had to contact q Link to get my phone transferred back a straight talk not once but twice I've had to refill out ACP benefits application more than three or four times not to mention today the end of my service date they deactivated my phone and now I can't even use it and there is nobody in the office until 8:00 a.m. straight talk get your freaking [censored] together give me my service back

Phone ordered
Have called repeatedly to get a status update on order placed June 30. Originally told it would arrive July 6-8 and almost immediately received email saying it was back ordered. I called to sort out the issue and have been repeatedly disconnected. I attempted online chats that went no where. I asked how to cancel the order if I was not going to receive it in a timely manner and was sent a link that went to 'page not found'. Another person promised me a call back within 15-20 minutes and, of course, that never happened. I am unable to track my order as your web site does not respond. I have again called and was on the line for over 30 minutes as your system is not responding. Same issue as previous days. The woman then told me cancelling the order is impossible once placed! It hasn't even shipped. When I pointed out that your site has a cancel option (not responding of course) she told me 'no it doesn't. Employee number 5121783 I was told that my only recourse was to file dispute with my bank. When I asked if they were truly not able to help any customers she replied that is correct! Straight Talk Rewards Points not honored
Been a customer of Straight Talk for over 15 years and will be looking for a different provider. Am enrolled in autopay and reward points program. May 2023, I cashed in 4,500 reward points for a month of service. Thinking that my end of service date would be extended a month. That did not happen and my credit card was charged. I have talked with customer service on 2 occasions and the situation was not resolved. There should be a simple fix by either refunding the 4,500 points or the charge made to my credit card. Would like to resolve this issue. Customer service is in India, either they don’t understand the situation or they don’t want to help.
Desired outcome: 4,500 pointed refunded or charges made to my credit card for a month of service refunded.
STRAIGHT TALK UP TO TRICKS
*Update — straight talk finally extended my end of service date to 9/23/2023 this month. One month for the 4,500 points I cashed in plus an extra month of service for their mistake Just noticed they took back the extra month for their mistake. Now my end of service is 8/24/2023. I have a picture of my account with the end date as 9/23/2023.
Update — I’m pleased with the outcome, customer service finally extended my service date. If I hadn’t pursued the issue I would have settled unhappily. 7/5/23
Defective phone
We purchased a new phone from Str8 talk in January of 2023. In May it stopped working. After talking to Str8 talk tech support, we were told that a shipping label would be E-mailed to us so that we could return the phone and a new phone would be returned to us. We received a proof of Delivery letter that said that the phone had been delivered to La Vergne, Tn on 05/25/23.
After waiting for our new phone, I called tech support on 6/5/23 and after an apology was told that a phone would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
After waiting the required time, I called again on 6/10/ 23. After being bumped up to a higher level of support I received an apology and a promise that we would receive an e-mail with a tracking number for the phone and it would be sent in 3 business days.
I had been given a direct number to the higher level of support along with a pin number so I called again on 6/13/23. No angry words were spoken, but I was hung up on twice before I finally found someone to talk to. I was told that we would receive an e-mail with tracking number in three to five business days when our new phone would be sent to us.
I phoned again on 6/17/23, and 6/21/23 and this time I was transfered to the warehouse and each time I was told that we would receive an e-mail with tracking number within 3 to 5 business days.
I called again on 6/27/23 and was again transfered to the ware house where a spoke with someone called Jezebell. She apologised and said that our phone whould be sent along with a tracking number on Friday the 30th of June. We haven't received a thing.
Our ticket number is [protected]. I don't have any warm and fuzzy feelings about Str8 talks customer service.
Desired outcome: We want a new phone. We need to be made whole for the minutes that we are continuing to pay for and we sure don't need another apology. I don't think that Str8 talks apology's mean much.

The worst customer service. Unbelievable. Zero follow through, rude, 6 months and the issue is not resolved. They don't listen, get the problem wrong , and so.e how it's the customers fault.
I am done with this company. First chance I get I'm switching companies. At first it was a great company, it's gone down hill fast. They've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company. Worst

ESIM number transfer
For a week now, I have been in the process of a ESIM transfer. I am specifically wanting to keep my number and switch service providers. However, every time I have called the customer service has been absolutely TERRIBLE AND HELPLESS. I have to constantly repeat myself to several agents regarding my situation — all which seems as if they do not know what they’re doing. Apparently the ESCALATION department is a group of ppl NOT doing their job because they haven’t responded in hopes of figuring out my problem and expediting this lengthy process. I honestly do not recommend you all doing a ESIM number transfer. I am literally going through hell right now talking to agents who can’t provide me much information regarding the status of my ESIM port. I Straight Talk has to do better with customer service because I do NOT feel valued. I call & chat with someone every single day and they keep telling me to call the next day. There are times when I reach out Via Straight talk Chat and I am constantly ignored by the live agents. I guess you can expect having an ESIM number transfer to take what seems like FOREVER to process. Terrible customer service award goes to Straight Talk and the representatives who don’t know what they’re doing.

I spent 15 DAYS!DAYS!yes 15DAYS. Trying to simply get my ACP Discount on a $65 plan for $30. Within those 15DAYS I was told to wait 24-48 hours about 6 times, it never worked! I even was made to fill out a new app with acp, almost twice! But I said no. This was the first of about 4 times of being hung up on. I was talked into buying a $10 dollar plan to tide me over during another 24-48hour wait for nothing. That plan ended and was worthless. My service was shut off 4 times.
I was put on the $35 ACP to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hour when I called to upgrade to my discounts $65 plan, I was told that the$35 plan is all I could use now. I'm apartment hunting and have missed out on a couple apartments because of no service!

BEWARE, I had there phone 2 weeks and it fell out of my poxket And it stopped working. I called and received a shipping label through my email. I proceeded to library and email would not allow me to download. I called again and was told to take to UPS and label would work threw UPS. I drive 35 miles to nearest UPS and they only open Monday threw Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. Those hours I work so was a waist of time and gas. Call UPS to get different addresses that I could use was 38 miles north but they said they can definitely help me. So schedule on my day off and went to get the phone shipped back to straight talk. On June 9th they received my phone at straighttalk warehouse. Today is June 18 and I called and rep said ticket number has not been put into computer. Last rep I spoke to told me to expect my replacement phone no later than June 16. Guess what — it's the 18th and lady says ticket not even been processed. Honestly will not recommend this phone company to anyone. I need a phone for my job but will advise everyone this isn't a got company just because its cheap doesn't always mean your going to get a good deal. Best advice "DONT BUY STRAIGHT TALK PHONES".

I accidently ordered 3 phones but only needed 2. I immediately called straight talk back to inform them and ask can they please cancel order #[protected], they rep told me no, all i had to do was send it back. Well, when i went to send it back, UPS informed me I had to pay for shipping.
However, the rep from Straight Talk assured me I did not have to pay for shipping item back.

iPhone 11, service plan, next-day delivery order
I was billed immediately for a recent purchase of iPhone 11, service plan, and next-day delivery; however, it's been three weeks since they billed me, and I have NOT received the phone, service, or next-day delivery.
I have called and spoken with so many Straight Talk representatives, been told it was a pre-order, which is not true, and asked for a refund, which has not been forthcoming.
I am beside myself as to what to do, since I do need a new phone, but Straight Talk has taken my money and has not sent me any of my order.
When I get upset with them, they just hang up on me!

Unauthorized monthly charge after changing plans
On April 19 I changed from the $45 plan to $35 plan. At that time, they charged me for May at the $35 rate. (I had already paid for April.) The next payment would be due June 9. On May 7 I received a text saying: Straight Talk: Hi there! ANB Auto-Refill for your $35 plan will be processed on 06-09-2023. Today, June 9, I received a message saying they had processed my payment and where I could see details. When I checked on the details it said: plan amount: $35, taxes: 2.10, discounts: $1.00 total: $46.10. Anyone who can add knows that the total is $36.10.
I called and talked to a representative who told me I hadn't changed my auto refill and after the month I changed it for, it reverted to the original plan. I couldn't speak to a supervisor or manager because she had the ability to act as supervisor/manger. They don't give refunds for $5 or $10 over the phone, that the only refund would be a complete refund and my service would be cut off at that time. I told her to leave my phone service alone. I was not rude or out of line in any way. She had a condescending tone of voice that was borderline rude.

Unlocking my phone
I have been a customer over two years and got a new phone for Mother's day 2023. Had Straight talk for a month on the new phone then decided to change providers and let me tell you: called over seven times, left on hold for over thirty minutes, "transferred" three times (hung up on), told Android was the problem, told my phone wasn't even locked even though Xfinity said it was, and transferred to other departments that tell me that I'm at the wrong department.
Two options: keep them OR buy a new phone.
I will be buying a new phone because I won't spend a dime on a company that devalues me after I've been a loyal customer. I'm vegetarian so don't think for a second I won't stand by my principles!

Yes every time I call your customer service for help I have to talk to at least 10 to 15 different people and they all tell me something different now this is all in one day that this crap happens. They have to ask you every single time they transfer you they send you a text message to make sure that they confirmed your phone number. That's one problem. They have lied and told me so many different stories that I don't know what the hell is going on! There is got to be a better way to take care of this I'm trying to get a freaking refund for $30 that the damn ACP program covers on my $45 plan that's all I want is my 30 damn dollars! I've been with straight talk for a very long time and I just think this is ridiculous you need to do something about it!

Strait Talk Customer is the worst service I have ever encounter. They have severe processing skills.
