I purchased a one time one month service plan for a phone purchased in December. I did not authorize auto refill. Now, here we are a couple of months later and I am all of the sudden on auto refill that I never authorized. This is not the first time. Last July, I canceled service for a lost phone. Because I could not use the verification code they needed to send to my lost phone, they would not cancel my service and required me to reverse the charges through my bank. I did so. They continue to do the same thing every single month. I closed my card as instructed by the bank two months ago. They have still managed to continue charging me and calling them as the bank requires has fallen on deaf ears. Here we go again
Claimed loss: Monthly charge of 35.88 and a lot of my personal time on hold and the phone trying to resolve this
Desired outcome: Please fix your policy to quit charging accounts that have requested reversals. This is ridiculous
