I am complaining about returning the products that was so small for me! I returned them back in september 9 and still didn't get my money back.

I returned them because they were so small for me but still didn't get my money back! I sent my parcel back to company at the beginning of September but never even get email from company that they got products back! This is a horrible service I ever had! sweater
I order the five sweaters in two different orders within a week. However, as of today, I only received two sweaters. Unfortunately, both of the sweaters were bad. One is free size and still too small for me. I normally wear size M and can't fit.
The other sweater looks great and I love it. Unfortunately, the left shoulder was tears. I was very disappointed.
When I request to return, the allow exchange but I need to pay for the shipment. I don't mind paying for shipment if I choose not to keep it. However, why do I need to pay for some poor quality clothes.

I received my order on 10-10-16. I followed the protocol for returns. I went to the website and put in a request for refund for items that did not fit. Written policy stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours to give me authorization and US address to where I can send the items to. I did not receive authorization or return address from customer service, after more than two requests to return the items.

I bought a dress on August 30 and when it came the dress was way too small so I requested a return to get a refund, they send me an email with a label so I shipped the dress to the address they provided me and that was it I never heard back from them. I've sent 3 emails already and It's been over one month and a half no one has contacted me yet. I will call PayPal see if they can help me get the money back from this scammers.

I purchased this dress online with StyleWe. Upon receiving it I noticed that there are marks on the back of the dress, likely from an iron, where the lines, pockets, etc from the front of the dress show through. StyleWe has offered me partial credit to pay for a local repair, but the fabric is permanently damaged. I cannot get authorization to return for a full refund. I have written several emails, and get answers from several different representatives, all asking versions of the same questions like, please send pictures ( I did three times), offering partial refunds, or partial store credit, etc.

Style has long wait times and irregular service. I have only kept one dress I have ordered out of five or six. They never exchanged a dress I sent back even though I followed their return directions which are to email them first and to wait three days. You cannot talk to a person live. They do not have a phone number, just online chats which yield mediocre conversations. I will never use them again! The sizes can be tiny, so watch out!

On 8 August 2019 I ordered a ladies top from BEIJINGXIKE. £26.02 of which amount has been taken from my bank. Retail location [protected] . I never usually order on line and there was no mention that this company is away in China. I see many complaints and if I do not receive my order soon I will take this further as I am in legal business. I will consult others not to use this company if they do not give me an answer swiftly.
I don't know why on earth they don't have a telephone number for customers. I've tried 5 times to get an address so I can return a dress that is 4 sizes to large. No one ever gets back with the information.

I am complaining about by returned merchandise
Stylewe (71-75 shelton street, covent garden london, wc2h 9jq united kingdom) is refusing to refund my $175 for the two dresses that I returned back to their company in the beginning of august. They are telling me I can't get my money back because I misplaced my tracking receipt I received from the post office. The merchandise was not returned back to me and I had my returned address on the package, so I believe they received it. very short waisted dresses: so they all fit like maternity dresses
I kept being lured to the beautiful images.
I kept buying dresses that I stuffed in my closet and never wore. Because for a long time I thought the problem was me.
The "size" was right (if you consider an american l is a stylewe 3x)
But no dress fit right. There is not enough fabric from shoulder to waist so all end up looking like you are pregnant.

No matter what size, this is the universal problem... The dresses are cut so short waisted that even if they zip up, they feel terrible. The waist is about two inches up the midriff.
I looked at those tiny models and if you look closely, even the dresses on them are short waisted. You can see close up, and especially from the back.
If you are a pencil shape with no chest, or if you are short waisted, or I guess if you are an apple shape and don't mind looking like that, it is okay.
But if you are a normal rather hourglass shape, who wants a waist line you will not get it on these dresses. They end up all looking like maternity
Dresses when on a normal body. I am not talking about a huge bust body but a normal american body. Like amazon dresses always fit.
I think it is too late to send them back and I have found returning is a nightmare. I must have fifteen lovely to look at unwearable dresses becasue I did not realize that it would always happen. Always. If you are size 6, buy size xl and have a seamstresss make you a waist line. Otherwise just look pregnant.

I tried a few styles for 400 USD. But when The Products came it was so bad quality and I wanted to return it. They told Me to keep Them and not ship it back and convinced Me to wire my money into what they call store credit! So I did.
I then did order for second time.
When it came it was so bad quality Again.
I then returned the Products and they asked me if I wanted to keep The clothes and get a 20% discount, get storecredit or get my money back. I choose to get my money back because I dont want to try it for the 3rd time. The quality is just so poor.
I had to remind them for a month to pay me my money back. After a month they now claim I cant get my money back. They claim I " only " have store credit.
They simply fool you into their store credit system.
So all In all- Its bad quality, poor service and even if you do return your stuff you have to fight a lot to get YOUR money back,
And dont ever let them issue store credit - it then means you never will get YOUR money back! Its such a rude Company.
