The offer was for coins in quidd, download final fantasy xv mobile game and get the citadel to level 6 / 10. The offer is not in my completed offers so I can't even contact them about the missing coins from this offer. I can't even find an email for their customer service on their website. Overall, not impressed by their service at all. I would t mind but I invested a lot of time in a very bad mobile game on the promise of 1 million coins in quidd.

The offer was to complete level 9 in battle camp and receive over 800 in gold. It has been over a week and I have received nothing. I have emailed & tried calling but to no evail. This is not the first or even the second incident where this is happened. On many occasions I would get an email from them telling me that they hadn't heard from me in three days and they consider the issue resolved but I never received anything from them telling me what the resolution was

I've use the app home design and have gotten offers through tap joy, paid and have gotten nothing I used the hollar app ordered 30 dollars worth of items and nothing, I've also done 5 or so quizzes and other games and no gems. I've written many emails and have went through the tap joy missing coins section weeks Ago, it's not fair for me to spend my time and money on a service that does not in return give me the gems I need for the game, I have emailed the company like I said with no response.
I can't make a complaint regarding missing diamonds
Hi, I play design home daily, I have had so much trouble with trying to submit "missing diamonds" there has been a problem with the drop down menu for over a week now. I have completed so many surveys and quizzes but there are only 2 options in the drop down menu for this game. I have tried to use both options to complain about the other surveys/ quizzes I have completed. But it's is telling me daily that I have already submitted a complaint regarding this "option". And I can't use it again.
This is so frustrating as I can't afford to BUY diamonds and the ONLY way I have to earn them is by completing quizzes and surveys.
Can you please help me and fix this problem asap. I honestly didn't think it would be out of order for this length of time and it is the only game I ever play. I look forward to it each and every evening. But it's taking the joy out of it when I complete surveys and quizzes day after day and received nothing for it.

I've been playing an install an run game yet I'm still not being rewarded I reported it, It said wait 24 hours waited 24 hours I got no coins then I emailed a picture of the app running no response no coins. The instructions were to reach stage 1-3 I reached 1-18 an I continued to play. I've patiently followed all instructions yet nothing has been done is beginning to irritate me and I am ready to uninstall the game as tried patiently I've done numerous of these surveys online quizzes and excetera yet nothing is happening I would like for something to be done or else I will be forced to uninstall this game because it's wasting my time, I spent thirty minutes doing a survey nothing, I took a 20 question quiz about tree's nothing.

I have completed various offers so that I can receive free coins on Topps Kick. They were all working fine and I was receiving coins properly.
I then noticed the app offered daily coins as a reward. Because of this I then completed 5 daily offers. I will also attach photos to show them completed. The award amounts are as follows 23520, 2240, 3360, 2240, 4480.
You rewarded me these as a one off but not on a daily basis.
I then raised a missing coins dispute on one of these offers to be greeted by a very patronising email saying I have already received the coins for this offer.
I then did a dispute on a different offer to again receive a patronising reply to say this offer isn't complete. You colleagues clearly don't READ the emails sent. As I tried this twice and got the same response. I want this sorting asap and want the rewards back dating as the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Hi their, I recently tried to get more game cash for my 8 ball pool app and was offered more from tapjoy if I downloaded a game called final fantasy and upgraded the citadel to level 10 I did this and it took me a few days to do so and alot of my time and effort went into doing so however I have not received the game cash and I have emailed tapjoy and they have replied saying I have already received it but I have not and replied with proof that I haven't can anything be done to rectify this as I'm not the o my one this as happened too.

donating to harvey victims
It's been over 48 hours, no reward, no response to email. On top of that, I did not receive a confirmation email after my donation to Save The Children so now I have to deal with them taking money and according to the charity they never got money from me. So is this a scam using a charity name? How awful and sketchy. It's crappy to do this to a good charity cause to help children of all things. So disappointed.

I play Avakin Life. I downloaded Battle Camp and played until I reached level 12. It has been several days and I have not received my reward, and when I downloaded the MyTapjoy app, it had flagged the offer as incomplete, which it is not. I double-checked the instructions and it said to download Battle Camp and reach level 12, then receive my rewards. I have contacted support and they only sent an email inquiring about the offer that I did.
