both cases asked for proof and they were responded to promptly, now case just says pending, it is now 7 days later. Please award the coins or refund the money. This has happened so frequently that i can no longer not collect compensation.

I made a purchase of the Gillette's Razor blades which is the highest payout on gold, on July 27th, my Tapjoy app will not verify my email, I deleted and reinstalled, still will not send me a conformation verifying my email so I can not directly complain to them, I did everything I was suppose to do, still no gold, I've attached 3 pictures one showing the $21 taking from my account the other 2 showing confirmation of the purchase, so can you please help me receive what is rightfully mine, thank you my name is James Martinez and my email is [protected]@gmail.com.
Same thing for me-I bought the razors (I don't even use razors) and the Graze snack offer for over $27 and was to be rewarded 11, 000 gold for TSB '18. They took the money, shipped the junk, gave no gold, and denied my request for review w/ the "reviewed/denied" tag which states on their website, is due to "suspicious activity w the purchase. " Only thing suspicious is Tapjoy robbing people and leaving them no recourse for getting ripped off. Double BOOOOO!
downloaded ebates and made a purchase earned $10 rebate. submitted proof now 5 separate times and tapjoy never answers back
I have submitted proof on 5 separate occasions and have never received a response other than another email asking for my proof like they never received all my other emails. The business is a total scam they're getting paid millions to recruit people to these apps and games and just screw everyone out of their reward. Somebody needs to shut them down. I have completed several offers and have not received over 4000 coins in the app agario. I live in Australia and many of your surveys/games have not met the promised rewards. If i do not receive all of the agreed apon rewards i will seek legal action in this matter as it cannot be a glitch in the system as it has happened on more then 10 occasions. I have tried to contact any number of people in your company or sister companies with no result, it seems to be nobody i can find has recieved theyre rewards on anything regarding surveys/gameplay that is timed or games that require a certain level to be reached. I expect to be contacted within the next 24 hours or i will seek legal action

Completed multiple offers over a long time, decided to sign up for the Now TV 14 day free trial.
Followed the path without deviating and completed the offer. Submited a request and sent screenshots of the sign up confirmation email from now tv and also an email from now tv's customer service team confirming it/trying to help me from their end.
It has been a month now, I sent 6 follow up emails and yet to receive a response. Their customer service is a joke. This offer was the highest one I've done too, sketchy. #scammers
final fantasy xv citadel upgrade
I followed instructions to the letter on this offer and TapJoy said that I never downloaded the game. This offer took a lot of time to complete.

inaccurate email responses
Anybody with Tapjoy issues are going to get a kick out of this. This is a first, to be honest. Usually on design home, if Tapjoy has an offer that requires that you read an article it is never automatically awarded. You always have to collect proof and submit it. I've been doing this for a year and I have NEVER experienced anything different. I can understand why because if you are just going to a website and reading an article there's no way that they can prove you read it otherwise they would just be awarding you for visiting the website. Know where does it state to submit an email on any of these articles I've seen yet. Well, the other day I went through an article which I always take a screenshots of the instructions and, of course, after a couple days I submitted an inquiry request. This is very frustrating because you can only submit to inquiry request a day so you have to weigh the pros and cons of which ones you're going to submit because consistently they are never awarded even on completion. I have been surprised that recently I've seen them better about it but if I have an offer that's $11, 000 months and one that 600 I'm going to put a request in for the 11, 000. After this, I submitted my screenshots throughout the article to prove I read it and the email response I got back makes no sense. I am not even going to go into details but I'm going to send a picture here of what they sent back. If any of you can explain to me what this email possibly could mean I'd appreciate it. Does anybody know what conversions means? Or how about submitting an email and registering my email on the website when there's nothing on there about it because you're only supposed to read it? I'm all ears.
tapjoy offering currency through third party games if you complete simple, redundant, and time consuming tasks.. never receiving them.. only excuses..
This isnt the first this has happened with this group.. t only the third and most recent ..SO.ON THE latest ocassion I downloaded a new game called " tank stars" .. you play the little game and are rewarded with their own in game curerency to upgrade your equipment..I went to the section of the game that allows this and there is a prompt that says.." get free gems". I tapped it and I was taken to a webpage that says tapjoy.com .. the body of this page consists of a list of all of the various tasks to perform that runs vertical. I chose a task that would be easy ( some offer1500 gems f you really want to gems.. i followed the instructions to the T.. which were to download another game .. open it, and let it run for half a minute.. I did this and went back to the Tapjoy rewards page to collect what I had earned .No gems were available for me..I wrote them an email ( Which i could produce if needed). This email said what anyone wouldsay in this situation.. they wrote back claiming no responsibility... no knowledge of such a game, nor had they created game .. nor could they remember their own names.. I wrote angrily as some of us would do.. I received an email that basically said .. what are you going to do about it? Here it is..
diamond rewards for completed offer on home design not paid out/ never received.
I completed an offer to receive a larger diamond payout by downloading Poker Heat game app and reaching level 5. When I got to level 5 and the diamonds weren't rewarded, I continued to play Poker Heat until I reached level 6 just in case, but still no diamonds. This is not the first time I've had this problem with TapJoy, and not just on free diamond offers. I've done the paid offers as well, like subscribing to Graze, and not gotten as many diamonds as promised. This is getting ridiculous since I already spend an average of $50 a week on the Home Design game of my own real money. Please reward me what I am owed.

Moreover, I can't even contact them, since there is support email and the button to contact inside the app doesn't appear...
I have many screens to proove that i have reached the conditions to obtain the reward, which is a big reward, but i' m really blocked !

diamonds for home design
7/22 did the "top" offer and ordered the new razor by Gillette. Still waiting on my 111, 112 diamonds. No diamonds, no response to several emails with the attached copies of the offer completed & billed and shipped. I will now be contacting my bank and reporting that the purchase was under fraudulent circumstances, I also contacted Gillette to make them aware of the situation & have reported TapJoy to the BBB..
You people are horrible..
rewards not received after completing offers
I recently completed 6 offers for Design Home and did not receive the offers for any of them. I submitted a support request to TapJoy and received multiple nasty emails back saying that they would be denied due to multiple requests being sent and I could be banned from the app due to fraud!?! All the offers I complete as directed, some of these offers are time consuming some even request phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses. So to complete these offers and not get the rewards as promised is wrong and misleading. It's not my fault I'm not receiving the rewards after I complete the offer as directed. If anything TapJoy are the frauds. I enjoy playing Design Home but dealing with TapJoy has made me begin to look for another similar app.

I completed an off in The Walking Dead Road To Survival. I have even saved screen shots of both the offer completed, and the offer on the Reward Status wall pending. I am highly upset as I put work and time into completing you offer. I would like this fixed as soon as possible. Not only does it show me that your company does not hold the standards it is supposed to, it shows me that your company, Tapjoy and parnters, cannot be trusted to give out the rewards they have promised.
denial tickets for diamond rewards
I submitted a couple of support tickets for some diamond offers for covet that were not honored. I had done that in the past witout a problem but these one were denied without due process. They were just rejected as suspicious activity (I submitted 3 in a row) I waited 24 hrs as the email suggested and then submitted my screenshots of the last slide. After 24 hrs, I then submitted another ticket and was also rejected under the same basis. I do not understand if I am sending screenshots of the slides as proof why am I suspicious activity. I would like my offers honored without submitting support tickets but unfortunately they are not Andy I have to request support. Isn't that what customer support is? To see proof or evidence and then denied or approve.

rewards denials & unjust emails
I received an email from tapjoy, I've included a couple photos, that's concerning. I completed all of these offers but did not receive rewards, because I have to wait to submit a request for review, sometimes I will submit a few tickets at the same time. This email seems unjustified as I haven't even had the opportunity to submit proof of completion and tapjoy provides no future indications or instructions that you can't submit multiple tickets at once? I don't understand and have also sent them an email regarding this warning. In the email they indicate a possible violation of their terms of service. I thoroughly read through the terms and do not see how I could be in violation

I have been completing offers with Tapjoy to earn rewards for Design Home. I have follow the directions to complete the offers. I waited to request the reward. Because I requested 7, I started receiving in triplicate that I was requesting too many and that further requests would result in denial or being banned.
Your system is not working. I shouldn't have to attach a photo. Here is one of the emails. While I did request a number of rewards, I also actually did everything I was suppose to in order to receive the diamonds. Just because you see it as "too many" doesn't mean that I didn't do it.

I did all the steps and completed everything exactly as directed. I got attitude from the “rewards specialists” and denied my diamonds. I also played through the design website and there is no way I would’ve downloaded any of the apps if it wasn’t with the purpose of getting the diamond rewards. Makes no sense and it’s plain rude!

yahtzee with buddies offers
I have been completing offers in Yahtzee With Buddies to receive bonus rolls. I completed 2 different offers and never received my bonus rolls. I contacted support, provided screenshots to show proof that I had completed what was required and never heard anything back. It's been over 3 weeks for 1 of the offers, and under reward status it says waiting on a reply from Tapjoy customer support. I am very frustrated. The my Vegas offer was for 56 bonus rolls, and the pop slots one was for 25. Please help me! I'm incredibly frustrated!
