TapJoy not receiving diamonds from a purchase

I did not receive the diamonds that I was supposed to get after making a purchase through VictoryRose web sight. It has been several days. I also downloaded a game Legendary and got to level 21, which at level 20 I was supposed to receive my diamond to be put on my Home Design app and have not received. Please fix this or contact me for more info.

TapJoy crosswords with friends

I put a subscription in for Disney movies so I would get 1100 plus coins and I got my 4 movies for $1.00 but never received my coins and I only joined so I could get the coins I have to buy 3 movies at the price and I would of not done this if I wasn't getting coins so please fix my account so I can enjoy my coins and play my crossword puzzles just wondering y I didn't the coins

TapJoy you do not receive rewards

Very much a RIP OFF. I installed the app, did the required levels to receive the award, only to be told that my ID on my device didn't match. This was a very large reward and it took me days to complete. I only have one device, so I took several screen shots to prove that I did indeed install the app and play to the required level, I was still denied. This company has no way to reach customer support, with the exception of putting in a ticket through the app. I would love to speak with someone higher in management. I did the required steps, I deserve the reward.

TapJoy bts superstar diamonds (reach civic center 9 in blaze of battle and reach palace level 10 in vikings: war of clans)

I am extremely baffled at how horrible my experience was trying to solve my issue with customer support.

I provided photographic evidence (screenshots) with my full name written in the game and my level that I circled in red.

I sent three emails with photographic evidence.

Each time, customer support responded that I didn't not provide proof of completion.

Not only did they send me a copy/pasted message, but they refuse to ackowledge that I sent proof.

I sent proof three times.

Do not use tapjoy, they are liars and scammers.

Worst customer service.

If I could give a negative rating, I would.

The only good thing I could say is that they responded quickly, but only because they sent me a copy/pasted message every single time.

TapJoy rewards not given

I completed the required task of downloading a game and getting to level 22. I did not receive the award so I contacted them and provided screenshots as requested. I was then told because the game that I had downloaded was not found on my device ID that they could not give me my reward. I insisted it was, provided even more screenshots and was told that sometimes phone IDs just change, sorry nothing they can do.

TapJoy tapjoy offers and lack of support for application

these is no support...so many complaints...dont even get support emails to send proof or send proof and the. they close anyway...how can they push so.mich advertising when the app doesn't work...u don't get rewards, u don't get support...a majority of the offers are questionable redirects or malware...its heartbreaking to spend money on offers or hours competing a task to stay net wait 24 hrs do and do support and do email and Nada...needs to support its product or just stop...we need help plz

Agreed, I just did the shave club a week ago. Have had 2 emails, 2nd closing it even though I have now sent 5 emails since! Absolutely ridiculous

TapJoy never got reward after completing an offer

I have screenshots as I was told to do because I never got the reward for the offer I finished, instead I got 3 emails from tapjoy saying I was rewarded and I told them again I never got the reward even though it shows I did yet nothing yet but confusion saying I emailed an unmonitored inbox and nothing will be processed. I clicked on the link well over a dozen times to only see the same thing but no ways of showing where to send proof.

TapJoy tapjoy offerwall

I have emailed tapjoy countless times amd they seem to be igmoring my emails hmmmm... I completed a few offers and i havent been rewarded yet. It takes alot of effort to do this and time it makes me extremely angry since i wasted my time doing in for a "reward" but never got it. I also know that a whole lot of other users have this issue too. Maybe someone will have to take some sort of legal action against them.

TapJoy tapjoy

It says my device isn't recognized and says that the app isn't Available in my country. I live in the United States so I'm not sure why it's messing up. I can't download the app. I tried putting in a bug complaint and it wouldn't let me hit send so it kinda pisses me off that I have to go through all of this just to contact you guys. I need to figure out if it's on your end or mine.

TapJoy line points reward

I have completed the offer for Line Points from Tapjoy to download and achieved City Hall Lv. 15 in Arab Empire 2 - King of Desert Game at Jun 28. And I didn't get any Line Points.
I have reported my complaint to Tapjoy Reward Help but after this email, i didn't get any futher reply.
I added the screenshot of the last email and the proof they requested before
I hope I can get my Line Points

TapJoy tapjoy offer wall

To start, tapjoy hosts many fraudulent offers. Many outright lie in the advertisement, claiming the requirements to receive awards are much less than they are and you'll never see anything out of it besides spam calls and emails.

More specifically, tapjoy is refusing payment on an offer via Hello Fresh, despite downloading the app directly through them as a first time user and paying for said subscription. Computer errors on their end prevent them from crediting me despite having offered multiple proofs of purchase.

I almost feel bad for the amount of bad press they get for refusing legitimate claims. Then I remember no one is forcing them to rip people off.

TapJoy mlb tsp18

I completed a task over a month ago for a gold reward and still never received it. It was for 4200 in gold. I can't seem to get any help from you guys on it. The game was Epic Summoners and I had to collect 10 5 star players and did that plus some. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. TapJoy avacoins

Tapjoy owes me more than 30, 000 avacoins. I dont know if its a problem but I report and send screenshots of every offer but I never get my coins. What is the point of spending money and resources and time on tapjoy if you dont value your customers. The least you can do is reply to mails and provide the rewards after the report has been made and screenshot is received

TapJoy avakin life coin scam

I used tapjoy because it was the only economical way to get avacoins. I spent $30 and they never rewarded me my coins even though I submitted the proof required via screenshots and video of me following and completing everything thoroughly. This time I complained to avakin life first. They were dismissive, rude, and really couldn't care less and even said it's not their problem. I went to tapjoy, they told me to go to the company I used to make the purchase (it was a Proactiv deal). I went to them and again offered my proof(by this time I already was charged, the product was in hand) and they told me it was avakin life's fault. So while they were all pointing fingers at each other for dropping the ball, they forgot about me. A month later, after numerous attempts to get in touch with anyone that would listen, I finally gave up, . I took a $30.00 loss and will do everything in my power to keep them from doing this to others. They have been around for 10 years and they don't have a call center?! Shady! The only way to reach any form of support is through email that they don't even read much less, reply! I will boycott any game that promotes, supports and encourages these criminals.

TapJoy not receiving points

I completed an offer and did not receive my points. Then I submitted a complaint, they emailed me back to ask me to send screenshots as evidence of finishing the offer. Once I sent screenshots they never awarded me my earned points, they never replied back to me at all! I sent them email after email and it's been a month and I've seen nothing of my reward - it's a total scam.

TapJoy the walking dead game

I have done 2 in game reward quests and have not gotten my coins for it yet I have been waiting linger than a week for it the walking dead game and Lords mobile game

TapJoy starz movie subscription/ not paid

I subscribed to the free trial of the STARZ Movie app and havent recieved my coins for Avakin.its been 24 hrs.It just said to download and run.But I went ahead and got it.
I watch movies and still nothing. I have never had the STARZ app before until now. It was for 2k something Avacoins.

TapJoy covet fashion tapjoy offer credits

I completed an offer in the game covet fashion .. the game I played to earn the credits is called myokomi slots. I was to reach level 15 and earn diamonds for my covet fashion game. I reached the level and still have not received my reward. I have always enjoyed playing the games through the offers but I would like to reciev my rewards for playing them

Description: When playing the game Home Design, on a Samsung phone, customers are offered diamonds if they download certain apps while meeting specific criteria. Such as, in my case to reach level 31 on Cooking Craze. I did as they requested and I never received my reward. I had emailed them in which they responded stating I needed to follow their procedures, which I had already done. They responded again stating my case was closed because I had not responded to them. This was frustrating, I sent them a message that they needed to reopen my case in which they did and asked me for proof with a screen shot of the game at level 31 which I did. Now when I try to reach them by email I receive a reply stating that I can not use that email address. I feel used, scammed, and disregarded. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of people. I will be sharing this on my Facebook as well as removing any and all of their apps from my families devices unless they are willing to resolve this issue. They have poor customer service with little to way of directly contacting a live person as well as having a ridiculously long User ID number.

Resolution: Respond with an appropriate apology, make themselves reachable, and redeem the gift they promised.

TapJoy final fantasy xv: a new empire

This company advertises an offer with WWE Champions in which a user must download and grow their empire to 100, 000 power level. Upon completing this action (which was a lot of wasted time somewhere around a week) I did not receive the reward. I filed a complaint with them which was not responded to until about another week. The email they sent informed me that they needed approval from the advertiser. I waited another two days only to receive an email stating that "per machine zone this device ID has not installed Final fantasy XV" which is blatantly false on their part. I have submitted several screen shots proving that the game is indeed installed on the same device in which I began this "scam/offer" and have yet to hear anything from tapjoy customer services. No reward, no sense of justice or gratification for my efforts, just a lot of wasted time and frustration when dealing with this company who seems to be some of the biggest scammers on mobile platforms according to many reviews i've read regarding their conduct. If you're reading this do not waste your time with their advertised offers as they will likely waste your time and you too will just be another notch on scamjoy's belt. If they fix this and make things right I'll certainly agree to write a review praising them, however, I won't hold my breath.

Don't bother with Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire. MZ/Epic Action are only interested in your money and remove themselves from all duties to protect players. I've been playing for over a year, the last 6 months have been suffering from serious in-game abuse, harassment, sexual and homosexual user generated content.

They are in breach of both of Google's developers and distribution policies

I'm fighting now to get my money back
