Awful Service & Never rewarded
I was completing surveys for a long time through my Design Home app and now I do a survey and don't even get rewarded for any of them. I've done several surveys recently and never rewarded for any of them. Its been back and forth with email and them. Same crap over and over again. You should reward people when they complete your surverys and stop scamming people. Resolve this and stop wasting peoples time.
Lack of surveys
Specifically on their platform MobileVoice.
The survey requests I get always are either
(a): duplicate surveys thar kick me out right after or
(b): surveys that literally already hit their maximum quota the moment they spawn
Coupled with the fact that the process of finding me surveys takes me hours on end only to show me one of the few of these dissapointing scenarios. Of course, I could always just forward this issue to support...however...
This brings me to their support team, where you're basically handed a bunch of soulless FAQs and the real support ticket on their website is super hidden. Malicious, but thats not my point.
They only have tickets that allow you to request for a *missing offer*. Thats it. How have they never consolidated other glaring problems with their other sub-companies?

Payment not received
I never got what I was owed. They've done this to me many times. After reading many reviews I am beginning to believe that they're a scam. I am owed 22 thousand credits from them. No one is responding to my email. They said I was rewarded 22 thousand to an iOS website. I do not have an Iphone. Therefore, I have never gotten my reward.. I am still waiting for a response.
Desired outcome: I want what I am owed.
Downloading games for bonus points.
Tapjoy offers bonus coins and golf balls for downloading games while playing Golf Clash, but uses the excuse that they don't own the apps even though they offer the bonuses for downloading them. I have downloaded 6 games and have been cheated out of what was promised for doing so. After reading the reviews here, I see it as a common bait and switch routine and they should be held accountable for doing so!
Desired outcome: I want to receive what was promised. No more, no less!!
Home Decor
I'm so tired and angry about this problem you're having with rewards.
I have no problem buying creams, things for pets just to get diamonds (needed to be able to buy furniture and decorations in the game). Don't get me wrong: I LOVE HOME DECOR, it's something that makes me happy, but this problem makes me very angry and it's a feeling that I shouldn't have from a simple decoration game.
I usually file a complaint/request in-game, they make me wait for days, they "assume" I don't care if it took a few days to send the proof of image they request and the diamonds are always after many days in my inbox. entry. I am currently requesting a response for 2 different purchases that I never received the diamonds.

I even sent a double email because I didn't get a response from one of those this week. Not to mention that sometimes when they ask for screenshots, I give them additional information about myself that I regret, but it's something that is in the screenshots and evidence that they ask for.
This is the only game I have on my phone. I have a lot of olay creams just for this, imagine how ridiculous I feel. I know it sounds pathetic. It's really humiliating the time they take to respond, the way they respond and this little bug that is a programming issue is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I want them to send me diamonds to continue playing and to answer my pending emails.
I have done the exact same thing with the same response from Tap Joy. I feel foolish too. It's actually sad that I love the game these days. 😁
Mafia city
I downloaded the game Mafia city from tapjoy's offerwall on 09/06/22 around 8 PM. After about 2 hours reached first milestone and no reward. As suggested on their offerwall waited for about 2 hours and submitted a ticket. 24 hours after submitting the ticket, their agent Ross P, reward specialist, tells me the download was not attributed to Tapjoy. First,this agent always gives this answer. Second, this issue happens only on the offers with the highest payouts, especially when they have double reward events.
I downloaded 4 different offers from their offerwall on the same day, the process is pretty easy. Click on the offer and it redirects you to the play store, click download and it does the rest itself.
Desired outcome: I want that they recognize the regularity of the offer and reward me for every milestone I am able to reach during the timeframe set for this offer.
Tapjoy game rewards
My reply to tapjoy after another failed promotion: I could have performed another screen shot of what was needed. You just had to tell me. This is the 2nd game time you have stated your system didn't know if it was my first and denied me my fair credit.
I played your games fairly and for the first time. Now I will never do it again and will stop playing games that you promote. I'll also make sure to tell everyone I play with and the gaming companies I'm leaving.
Thanks for running my day again and the fun gaming I was having. Your a horrible company!

in game currency rewards not received
havent received rewards(in game currency) for "make any purchase" offer of "star trek fleet command"..i submitted a ticket and after 12-15 hours got a reply that "advertiser has determined that my transaction is inelegible for reward because the application installed is not done through tapjoy" even when their in game offerwall reward status is itself saying that i have started the offer...(images below)
now the money is gone and havent got the rewards..
i request gamers not to fall prey to such shady and dubious tactic from tapjoy where they try to extract money from gamers by luring them with in game reward offers..
i have been awarded with the rewards...their 1st reply was that advertiser doesnt confirm the game install through tapjoy offerwall and hence they cannot give the rewards...but after a couple of more requests and a couple of more days they awarded the rewards without letting me know what was the issue before and how did it get solved...or was it out of charity that i was awarded... but they have asked to have a strong internet connection and follow the instructions for best results when taking offers...which i always do
Reward not received
Similar to all the other unresolved complaints here, I have not received rewards. I completed the tasks required in Raid to achieve in game currency for Hero Wars. I submitted a service ticket and next day received a response that they could not verify that I downloaded the game, even though I went directly from their link and the message in their menu says that the offer is active. I was unaware that this appears to be their standard predatory practice, hopefully more people find out before wasting their time and money.

I downloaded a game through golf clash to receive a reward. I completed the offer as requested and they have refused my reward. I have complained to them multiple times and they just say there is nothing they can do! It's complete waste of time and obviously a scam to get you to download certain games

Rewards offer wall and customer service
I've used TapJoy before and I didn't run into problems until now. As I had more free time, I've started a task that requires more menial and time consuming task of downloading Crashy Cops 3D and unlocking all the cars. This was so time consuming but as I had more free time, I cracked down and got onto it and finished it in 2 days. It had said that there may be a problem if I didn't receive the rewards of 347 zems in around an hour after completing the task so I had requested support at around 1 and a half hour after I completed the task since either they would have resolved it through review or the rewards would have just come later than shown.
In the request ticket they give you, they only give you 2 photos for proof so I had to come up with a way to show all 33 cars unlocked. In the game (Crashy Cops 3D) the cars would show it was still locked if it had a price in the bottom and this icon would still show if you scrolled to the next one. One scroll overall would show one car central to the screen and halves of two other cars where you would be able to see the unlock icon if you hadn't unlocked it yet. So I took 11 screenshots in total of all 33 cars unlocked and compiled it in a collage of 5 and 6 because of the photo limit. I have a feeling that the people who review these complaints don't have an ounce of knowledge with the apps they advertise so they probably didn't know this information; either that or they don't care.
Review comes back and it says that the screenshot provided didn't show that I met the requirements of the offer. The task said to unlock all the cars. There is the photos of all the cars unlocked. What else is there for me to do? They also say that their system was not able to determine if it was my first time installing the Crashy Cops app. That is your problem, not mine. How the hell am I supposed to prove that to you? That's about all that the "extensive review" had said, saying "we can do nothing more". Atrocious costumer service gives nothing to offer you some way to help you. You might as well just not have a costumer service at all if this is the best you have.

Tapjoy offers rewards for mobile games like the one I play, but then decide after you complete the requirements that they will not give you rewards. I downloaded a new game through their service and completed their requirements to receive a reward in a game I play regularly. Once completed I received nothing, and the "customer service team" just keeps giving different excuses why I did not receive the reward. Total scam/ rip off service in my opinion. Do not waste your time with Tapjoy offers.

I completed multiple in game offers and never received the rewards. I had to open a claim for each individual offer, which was tedious, and still never received a resolution or assistance. Their goal is to run you in circles until you’re too exhausted to continue on with your claims. I easily have over 100 emails sitting in my inbox from them right now. Horrible company and even worse practices.

On three separate occasions this has happened. I will give details of the recent event started this week. I play a Design game. I love it. It's not cheap to play if you want your designs to look good. They use tapjoy so you can win diamonds playing games thru tapjoy. I achieve certain levels in the game and dont recieve my diamonds. I got diamonds at level 10 and level 30 but when I get to level 60 they dont give me my 2000+ diamonds. I send a support message and this happens so frequently I know I have to wait 24 hours and send screen shots. I do these things and they text back saying they cannot confirm I downloaded the game as an offer thru tapjoy!? Soooo why did they reward me at the two earlier levels? I look at all the details and I recheck everything and yes, it's a fact they have ripped me off a third time! I am a great customer and cant fathom that a business wants to lose me because I also buy products thru they're format. Coffee, cosmetics, etc. May have to leave the design game because Tapjoy is scandalous. FYI They didn't use to do this. Been much worse the last year. Only one in every 5 levels in achieve do not have to be disputed. Used to work better and now its trash.

I am writing to you because I have sent endless complaints to YAHTZEE with buddies about not getting my rewards and I was told to contact you.
I play the game daily and everyday I have several ads that dont give my rewards.I watched the ads to get bonus rolls.Now it would be several hundred rewards I have not received. I understand that you cant give me several hundred dice since I couldn't write to you sooner.I would greatly appreciate it if you could at least give me 100 or maybe even 50.I watch at least 25 ads a day and would really be thankful if I could get some of the rewards from all the ads I have watched.

Did not receive diamonds paid real money
On May 19 2022 I made a purchase in a Tapjoy game (Crazy Chef) in order to receive diamonds in another game (Home Design). It was a one time purchase of 9.99 for 25,502 diamonds. After making the purchase I immediately sign out of Crazy Chef game and sign in to Home Design game to make sure I had been credited for my purchase. Unfortunately I had not been credited so I went to the Offer Wall to check the Reward Status. It was checked as rewarded (which wasn't checked before because I checked before I made the purchase because I wasn't sure of the $$ amount) the date they showed was May 8 2022. I had made two purchases for diamonds one for 1.99 on May 17th for 6,800 diamonds which I received instantly and on May 19th for 9.99 for 25,502 which as of yet I have not received. I contacted customer service **Case# [protected]** and was first told that the diamonds had been rewarded, when I question the date they told me that I had to had made the purchase on May 8 because that's what their system showed. So I uploaded a copy of my Google purchase receipt clearly stating the game, date time and amount. From there I have gotten multiple emails (probably automatic) asking for the same information with no results. Not the first time I've had issues both times were the large amount of diamonds once my case was simply listed as closed without any resolution.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded! I'm so done with them.

So-called "rewards" service
So they offer a reward on Daily Themed Crosswords but then require us to jump through hoops to claim it. I've created a ticket with them and sent all the screenshots necessary but then they claim that their system cannot determine if this is the first time installing the app, what is the point of offering the reward then? Worst service ever and I'd not recommend any gamedevs using them!
Design home
While playing design home, the offer wall doesn't launch. Why?

The offerwall is for players to earn diamonds for Design Home in order to play the game. When you purchase an offer such as Oil of Olay and many others you follow their instructions, pay and the diamonds should be deposited in your account in less than a minute. I have had to wait for 5 days for 4 purchases and I have 2 from today that I did not get the diamonds I was owed. I have had to go back and forth with their support to get the diamonds but it took forever, it's a time waster and I don't have the time. I am not the only one who has problems with this. They need to get it together. I give them 0 stars!
