TapJoy design home: no diamonds earned after purchase by dubslabs bedphones

Dear sir, madam,

For Design Home I completed an offer in order to earn free diamonds. I did the one called 'buy bedphones and save 15%' one, since I actually need them. I did not cancel my order, and the payment went through, but I never received any diamonds. I enclosed the order confirmation and the assignment. I hope you can make sure I get my reward anyway!

TapJoy arcane legends platinum offer

Ill start from the beginning. So i saw an offer that was giving 5, 700 platinum (a form of highend currency in the game i play) while clicking on Tapjoy platinum offers. The offer was gaining 100k power in a Final Fantasy building game. So i clicked on the offer and downloaded the game and was working my way up to 100k power over the course of two days, i completed the minimum requirements of just reaching 100k power. Buying in app purchases sped up these process so much. I bought the starter pack of 4.99 and the gold pack of 19.99 just to top off 100k power. (I will include screenshots of game and reciepts.) After completing the requirements, i went back in Arcane Legends, the game in which i did the current offer for and to my surprise, i was not given any currency. I was confused and wanted to send a support email to Tapjoy. In the video that i will include, Tapjoy does not open after i tried clicking multiple times, the window that opens is Fyber. I close Fyber and try opening Tapjoy again and it would still not open. I asked a few of my friends from the game if they had the same problem and they said yes, they told me to reset my Advertising ID, in which i did, and Tapjoy finally opened! Unfortunately, resetting Ad ID also resets all the offer data that youve done previously. At this point, i was saddened that i could not send a clear email to Tapjoy's support team. I would like for you Tapjoy Support to help my claim. I will include as many screenshots as youd like and as much proof as i can. More proof or info is available upon request, as i can screenshot wanted proof.

TapJoy yahtzee dice earn rewards

I submitted a request for my rewards on Yahtzee after completing a credit check "Get Your FREE Credit Score From ClickYourScores! and I never received my 51 dice and never heard back from anyone after the dispute and proof was submitted. However I never heard back from anyone or received my dice. please let me know who to contact this is ridiculous I have taken so much of my time trying to get this fixed I shouldn't have to do this. This is not very good customer service. My photos include my case number as well as the welcome email from clickyourscores...

I have been through this with them for months over several offers I have completed. It took 4 months to get 58 rolls for the scam website save the children. Now I downloaded and completed level 3 on this other game and they come back and say the app people said it was never downloaded on my phone! I submitted proof and everything. I just got done sending them a long email about how they treat loyal players, that have spent a lot of money, like crap and they will lose a lot of their players if they keep it up. I have spent so much time emailing back and forth when I should have automatically received my rewards. I need to find out who I can talk to because this has happened way too many times and I am owed hundreds of rolls and I refuse to buy anymore. Sorry for my venting!

TapJoy covet diamonds

I do the offers provided by Tapjoy so I can receive an actual item as well as diamonds for the game. Every time I do an offer it's like a damn gamble...you may or may not get your diamonds. I almost always have to dispute especially if it's a large amount and even though I provide proof...l have been jipped! Recently, there was a day where the items were doubled for subscribtion to WIRED (8, 000 + some diamonds owed) and I received NOTHING! I contacted customer support and sent proof only to receive NO ANSWER back. The item even disappeared from the pending requests! 🤬 Now, I just completed ANOTHER offer and am waiting for 11, 969 diamonds from the Ebates offer. To not honor what you advertise is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! You guys owe me about 20, 000 in diamonds and I have the proof needed! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

TapJoy rewarded ingame currency never received, and no communication

On 4/4/18 I completed a challenge within Final Fantasy XV: A New Kingdom that should have awarded me for 5112 gold within the game Hero Hunters. I waited a few hours and nothing came in, so I checked the Reward Status and it said that it had been awarded. I waited a full day and still nothing, so I contacted what TapJoy passes off as customer service and got a very quick response telling me that I had already received my reward, and thanks for playing. EVERY following attempt to follow up and dispute this has gotten me nothing but silence, and contacting HotHead Games (who make Hero Hunters) is a great way to see how many copy/pasted responses about how they can't help they have.

Had I known what a bad reputation TapJoy has in regards to this I would never have participated in this, and WHY a company that scams this many people continues to operate I have no idea. All I want is the reward that I earned.

TapJoy design home offer page reward not given

I started the Vegas Slots diamond offer through Design Home offer page 10 days ago. Original offer start date was 4/15-17/2018. I spent 6 days completing the offer. I then waited 24 hrs before I submitted a request to Tapjoy. Like any other offer request I've submitted. Tapjoy asked for proof. I obliged and sent screenshots of the download and level necessary for competition. At which time Tapjoy responded that I had not downloaded the offer via my game ID. Which is absolutely ridiculous. ALL of my other resolved request were downloaded the same way! Please resolve! I've been at this for ten days at least on this one offer!

TapJoy in app reward service

Hi,
I did many tapjoy offers to get medals in the game Metal Slug Defense.
For some of them, including some that took me a lot of time (reaching a specific lvl in different games), I did not get a reward. Following the instructions, after a while I sent an email to the customer service for each of these rewards, including screenshots of the game app open on my phone with requirement done.
It has been more than 20 days now that I did not get any answer. I send reminder emails a week ago, with no effects.
This concern the offers: "Upgrade the palace to lvl 10 in Vikings: War of clans", "reach mansion lvl 10 in mafia city", "install and start the app endless frontier", finish the tutorial in lotte's forest ~the tale of love",
with my google play account castoraman.[protected]@gmail.com.

TapJoy not getting diamonds in design home

I went to the promotional offers in design home and found one through tap joy. The offer was to complete level 11 of lords mobile and get over 34, 000 diamonds. I completed level 11, but have not received the diamonds. This is not the first offer from tap joy that was not followed through on. Please start following through on these offers and give me what was earned on this game. Attached is an image showing that I made it past level 11

TapJoy I was offered in game currency at the tune of like 250 gems, and after 4 tickets and a month of complaining I still! haven't recieved my payment!

I was given an offer to download the Legendary game of Heroes reach level 20 and receive 250 some gems! After completing the offer I was on level 48 I completed all 320 of the stars in the main campaign and was over the game I deleted it!

Upon sending them several pictures and messaging them through another series I get this response:
"Hi there,

Thank you for being patient with us!

I'm very sorry to inform you that we have determined that your transaction is ineligible for reward because this device ID has not installed Legendary-Game of Heroes. We will not be able to award your device for this offer.

I apologize we are not able to assist further with this issue, and please let us know if you have any questions!

For the record I didn't choose Tapjoy the game I was playing did and I know I won't be trying anymore of their offers in the future!

I would suggest that you don't waste much time on them either as it's a damn crap shoot to see if you end up getting any gems even a month after the fact!

I would be happy with getting credited like triple the gems I was owed to begin with after having wasted so much time on pursuing what was rightfully owed to me it's just a fraudulent business practice to withhold fulfilling an offer once the requirements have been fulfilled, is that not a crime?

Every time I speak with an I get the same person and Laura B just tries to blow off the conversation or behave as if giving her exactly what she asked for on numerous occasions was somehow not enough information for her to process that the request or should be communicating with someone else or passing the buck along and never actually addressing the issue and then before I get a chance to actually respond the ticket will be closed and I'll have to start the whole process over again! What a headache!

When I have 320 stars on the main campaign obviously I have surpassed level 20!

And within a day or posting my complaint I was rewarded my 252 gems although I was given nothing for my troubles or the delays not even an explanation! I believe without my Perpetual harassing them I would have never seen my reward!

I'm missing over 100 gold bars for 6 different offers that I complained and submitted through the game and no one has been helpful I spend plenty of money and enjoy my game but you liars don't help or do what you promise. I want my gold now six complaints in three weeks with no response is crazy! What kind of business do you run?! I haven't had any help.

TapJoy gillette blades on demand

Bought through tap baseball on 2x gold bar promo. Got the blades but no gold bars. Complained but heard nothing. This is not the first time I'm having problems with tapjoy. I have complained about the lack of customer support because of past issues. TapJoy diamond rewards not received

Hello my name is John (Majik) Jackson and my wife Annette and I are design home fanatics.About a week ago she ordered Disney 3 movies at 1.99 apiece to receive over 50000 diamonds almost 60000. And I got 5 shave club pack and a WWE network free trial that combined for over 50000 diamonds.Neither of us have received any diamonds and honestly it was the 3rd or 4th of this month because we were splurging on diamonds for our anniversary, our 5th and it's also her birthday so it's more like a birthaversary!That's what we call it anyway.We're not asking for anything we didn't pay for but it's very disappointing when u pay for something and only get part of it.We have tried to submit a ticket thru the App and have been unsuccessful.Now my hope is that somewhere out in the matrix of the web I find someone on here help me fix this problem.Please help my and my wife get our diamonds somebody out there!

TapJoy not receiving rewards

I filled out multiple surveys for quite a few gems on tapjoy research surveys. At the promise of Reward and when I went to reward center there is no record at all of the transaction so there is no way to send in a ticket for this I went directly to the tapjoy research survey site and the show there but I have not been contacted regarding this matter can you please assist.☺. Thank you I will attempt to send copy of those transactions.

TapJoy get free credit score [protected] covet no reward

I. Complited offer with valid info. Paid with credit card montly mermership. Received 3 scores and numerous emails. I was never given the opportunity of a bar to request reward. Case closed without email. I try completing offer again but prompt me that i already had account. 10880 is a lot of diamonds. Been playing covet for about 5 yrs. I purchased diamonds every 2 weeks. TapJoy design home offers

I recently went to the free section of design home and went to offers. I selected "Poker heat complete level 7. It took me a flipping week to pass level 7. The offer said the reward was for 32, 271 diamonds. I completed the offer as stated but I did not receive my diamonds. I emailed and also sent screenshots with me completing the offer and Tapjoy denied my diamonds. The excuse was while completing the offer my ID was reset. I emailed back stating that it was no fault of mine and I felt I should receive my diamonds after completing the offer regardless of the ID reset. They finally sent me the last email that stated the issue was resolved but still no reward for completing the offer. I feel like regardless if you complete the offer you should receive the reward as promised. Still no reward and mow they will not respond.

Exchanging Internet current sea for timeThis company is unethical. They do not proceed forward with any tasks they have asked for their customers to complete. They claim the system doesn't work on their end. Or if you do not write them back with proof they will close out the complaint. This is very frustrating for me and I was thinking of finding a legal action to take against them since it's been so ridiculous.To sit there and call their customers liars and do accuse people of that is on ethical as well as just having to send proof in the first place it's just ridiculous that they don't have the technology they claim to

Exchanging Internet currency for time. I'm looking to take legal action against this company. Or I'm hoping someone sees this and they do. The people there are unethical and dishonest. They rejected one of my claims for simply downloading an app because I did not respond to them. Does that make any sense?If you're completing tasks that they ask you to do or that they trick you into they want proof and if you don't respond right away with proof they cancel out the complaint so you can't reopen it. Also they said that the link wasn't in their computer that it was a technical issue on their side and that I can't fix it and I'm I'm not qualified for the reward they use all these weird excuses to not pay out

TapJoy no response from customer service

I have sent 3 seperate requests for offer rewards and have gotten neither a response or my rewards. I even spent money on offers. This is so fraudulent and wrong. There is absolutely no way to contact them directly and they have shut down their facebook page. I have all screenshots. My rewards are of substantial value. There is a facebook page about a lawsuit but im not sure if its real or not.

TapJoy design home owes me 32,000 credits through the app hush

They said I was disqualified, because I downloaded the app twice. App is called hush (beauty store)

What happened was I downloaded the app, it required me to make a purchase, it kept freezing. When I contacted a rep with hush, they said to delete the app, and try to reload. Which I did. Then I was able to make the required purchase.

Then I was waiting for the diamond credits of 32, 000. It been a whole month! I contacted tapjoy, they said to contact hush, hush said I was disqualifed because I downloaded it twice. But it was a technical difficulty. Made the required purchase, they said for me to contact tapjoy to waive and offer the credits. Hush will make a change that says to download only once, and at your own, if there is an error and you have to delete and reload, it will count against you.

TapJoy wine offer in design game

I completed all the steps of the offer including signing up to receive monthly shipments at a price of $30 a month of wine. They are claiming that I have to send them a copy of an email with the subject line that I never received. I have sent multiple screenshots that I saved during the process because I know it's always a battle to get the points that you are promised even though they're happy to take your money when you want to buy diamonds. I sent them all of the screenshots that I took which included my email address and the date and the company and the offer and still they will not reimburse me.

TapJoy not paying out

It is a third party advertisement company that pays out in coins if you download an app and try it out. They have stopped paying and then you have to go through a process to where you have to submit a request to get your coins if it doesn't pay out. And they are saying that they don't hear from you and never send you anything. Then close out your ticket with nothing you can do about it
