the walking dead: road to survival
I have only started playing the walking dead road to survival for the last 2 months. Since then the only offers i get in the game are from watching videos. I rarely encounter an offer than ask you to download apps and when i do i get one, its the ones that doesn't work on me. The offers from watching videos can only be done 35 or so times every 24 hours or so thats roughly 100+ tokens. I just find it frustratingly unfair how other people can get thousands in a couple of hours while i am stuck waiting for videos that i can only watch for a limited period of time for days.

Hi I have been trying to find somebody to deal with my problem for a long while now.
I completed a tapjoy offer on "portal quest" which offered 6076 diamonds for me to register on "gala bingo" and deposit £10.
After doing so I received no diamonds and the offer also remained on the list as If it were not completed, therefore leaving me unable to complete a complaint form as the offer wasn't showing in the completed section.
doesn't open
For almost a week now the tapjoy simply doesn't open. If I try entering the offers in a game nothing happens, it doesn't even open. I thought maybe it was my mobile but it happened in a different mobile.
The same happens with MyTapjoy App, if I open it it just shows a white screen and doesn't load anything else, I can't even click the support button because it doesn't appear at all.

I completed an offer on a mobile game to earn rewards through Tapjoy. I have proof this offer is completed but no way to submit a complaint to Tapjoy because the offer is not listed on their ticket link and app. I have tried contacting Tapjoy via telephone with no answer and no other means to resolve this issue. This company has an obligation to ensure it's advertisers make good on their offers and does not do so.

I completed an offer to upgrade my citadel in the new final fantasy game in order to recieve coins for TWD RTS game i completed this offer within 10 hours and advised that the coins had been rewarded. I contacted your customer support who advised that i had been rewarded which i hadnt and to contact scopley. I contacted scopley who confirmed that i had not recieved any coins for yourselfs and to contact tapjoy again. I responded to your email as it would not allow me to submit another request and i also attached the correspondence in the form of screenshots. I completed the 2x 7340Greenbucks offer on July 2nd for Final Fantasy XV (Build a level 10 citadel), well before the event even ended. Still says INCOMPLETE on the tapjoy reward system.. I have sent numerous emails to Japjoy along with photographic evidence of completion. I have received zero response from tapjoy and no reward. I spent real money to complete this offer and over a dozen hours invested... I will be filing a formal complaint on every social site available and will never used tapjoy again after thus of notice fixed.. I have recently completed 2 offers for in game rewards, and received nothing for my troubles. These games have taken 4 days to complete the offers on each and I get nothing in return for investing my time into this.
