We bought our 4 Elijah Swivel Counter-Height Stool in Taupe color at Mississauga North Branch, ON, Canada on August 9, 2023. Sabrina, the salesperson fooled us as she said the Taupe stool is in faux-leather. The two stools were delivered on August 18th and we were surprised that the stools are in Linen-fabric. We called that day that we want to exchange it to black. They called the following day, August 19th and said that they will be able to deliver two stools the following week. They scheduled the delivery on August 30th and when I followed up they told me they don't have available delivery slots. I called on Sept 1st and the customer representative said that they will call me the following day to confirm the delivery on Sept 7th. Today, Sept 2nd, I received an email that there's only 1 stool available and they can delivery the four stools all together in October 2023. We have guests coming over to stay and we really need these counter-height stools. We want them to get the two stools and provide a refund for the four stools as we cannot wait any longer.
Desired outcome: I would like to return the two stools and get a full refund on the four stools that we bought from The Brick.
