I scheduled my annual vehicle inspection online for 4pm.
I left work at 3:15 to accommodate the 30 min drive from work and 15 min for the paperwork.
When i arrives I was informed that they would not be able to perform the inspection that evening and the online scheduling system does not take into account the manpower vs workload.
I reluctantly rescheduled for that sat.
I pre-inspect my vehicles and prefer to do my own work so i know it is done properly so i can drive long distances in any weather with confidence.
Why cant the technician properly remove the old sticker then properly install the new sticker without soiling the pillar near the corner of the windshield where the sticker is placed.
How am i to remove the dirty oily hand print from the cloth of the pillar.
How am i to remove the missed sticky residue from the old sticker without damaging the new ones.
If i could remove the old sticker and install the new ones myself it would be much less trouble than the current position I am left to deal with.
It is easier to keep a customer with good service than it is to find new customers with bad customer reviews..
Desired outcome: Remove the old sticker residue and clean the hand print off of the pillar.
