Tim Hortons review: coffee is not hot enough 1

I thought Tim Hortons coffee was to be dumped out every 20 minutes. But today, 6:15a.m at this location I was served coffee that was not hot (usually feels our hand), I asked them about hot; they said they changed right now but it wasn’t. They didn’t response my question; they deal with other customer behind me. This is drive thru and also I don’t have a time to argue with them because I have to go work on time.

This is not a first time for me at this location, I noticed two three times same things but I check other different Tim Hortons locations, I am satisfied that coffee. I love Tim Hortons coffee, this location is closed to my house, now I have to go different location (little far) to get good one
