Went to Tim Hortons last night to get dinner for 5 of us. (9220 Main Street Clerence NY 14031). On Tuesday January 30,2024. Place was dead! Thought this is Great news for me! Tried to order 6 breakfast sandwiches, did not know they stop making them at 3:00 pm (it's now 4:50 pm) So punted, went to order wraps and was immediately told "NO WRAPS of any kind... So I " Ordered 4 frozen hot chocolates, 4 Ham & Swiss sandwiches and 1 Bacon Turkey sandwich. 18 minutes later in the drive-up window... and a bill for over $49.00, she handed me 4 drinks that were NOT what I ordered. And then told me I could only have 3 Ham sandwiches (assumed they ran out of ham). Wanted to know what I would like instead. (in my head I'm laughing, haven't got anything I wanted so far this trip... why are you asking me such a dumb question!) Told them just to give me the 4 sandwiches, handed her back the drinks that were not even close to being correct and said do not remake, just cash me out. She replied... $49 dollars please! OMG are you kidding me! I'm only taking 4 sandwiches. She put her hands to her head and did not know how to adjust the bill. After all the checkout concluded, went home open the 4 sandwiches and got to LOVE it! All were WRONG! No Swiss Cheese on a "Ham and Swiss sandwich" and the Bacon and turkey... NO BACON. How horrible! And NO I did not go back! I couldn't...I was just to frustrated for a lack of better terms.
