On June 18th, I went to a scheduled appointment for an alignment - I had been hearing these strange noises coming from the passenger side of the car. Left the car and went to breakfast. Got a call from (Cory) the manager that they could not do an alignment because I needed tires. Go back to the store, applied for credit and was approved - charged 2 tires, an lifetime alignment and tire rotation.

I had arranged for my mechanic to replace the struts on the Chrysler 300 touring and when he was in the process of replacing the struts we had to replace the control arm on the passenger side and he was livid that the "did an alignment" with a busted control arm. My mechanic replaced the control arm and told me to get another alignment. I went online to make an appointment at tires plus for 6/28 in Peachtree City ga but did not get a confirmation - i called them this morning to see why I didn't get a confirmation and was told if you don't get a confirmation in 10-15 it's full. Called Tires plus on Cascade rd and was told there was space for walkins. I was there by 8:15 waited until around 11 and was told my car was ready. Started driving it and got about 5 miles away and the car started shaking and riding rough. Went back the Cascade and they said they will have a mechanic look at it when he had time. I sat there and got a call from Mickey at Peachtree City to see if I got my car done. I told him I was still waiting to be seen after the first procedure. I sat there another 30 minutes and called Mickey back to see if he could see me - went to Peachtree City and Mikey took my car back - there was a bolt about to drop out in the rear of my car and I need tie rods. All of this was over looked at Jonesboro and Cascade. I spent a full day 7-3pm with your company and would like for you to know how thorough Peachtree City is give Mickey and his staff deserved accolades.
