Replacement of Air Flow Meter Services
On 31/5/2021, I was informed by Mr. Seow that my air flow meter is spoiled and need to replace with a new air flow meter. He told me that the replace part will be received by their Centre on 1/6/2021 and the repair need to be done within this week. Thus, I booked the appointment on 8am, 2/6/2021 that I will send my car to their service centre for replacement work.
On 2/6/2021 I was arrived at service centre around 8am and they told me that due to FMCO on 1/6/2021, they unable to get the replace part on 1/6/2021. I was disappointed that they didn't inform me anything about the replace part unble to receive on time. It wasted my effort to arrange all my time and stuff to send over my car for their service and I got nothing fix at the end! FMCO should not be an excuse that Centre unable to make a phone call/SMS/email to inform me regarding the matter!
This is very bad customer experience!
Steering wheel rag 4
Steering wheel peel happened with brand new Toyota. I called to discuss and was told they would not pay and blamed me. Will not be buying Toyota in future and will be trading in the car. There are many similar instances of complaints about steering peeling online reviews. It's defective and should have been replaced it half paid by Toyota. It has only been a year.
2015 camry
My 2015 Camry has only 32k miles and dealer says it needs a new water pump. I obtained all factory and dealer recommended services in a timely manner with no issues cited. I believe Toyota and/or dealer should pay for new pump. This is not like any Toyota I have owned before (and I have owned three). Ridiculous that a water pump goes out at 32k on a brand new car. Dealer (Ourisman Fairfax Toyota of Fairfax VA) estimated repairs at o. ver $1200

We bought a used 2020 Chevy Equinox from Toyota of Boerne in Boerne, Texas. Purchased date was January 11, 2021. Yesterday we first noticed an unintended acceleration while driving. I was driving about 30 mph and with my foot off the accelerator the speed increased at least 6 miles. I had to press the brake to slow it down. It happened off and on first when I was driving and later in the day while my husband was driving.
I don't know where to start to contact to have the problem checked. Our dealer was a Toyota dealer, we did buy the extended warranty contract.
I've looked online to find a cause for this issue but I was confused where to start. My biggest concern is that most comments from websites is that the problem cannot be found.
Desired outcome: To have problem diagnosed and repaired.
2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid
I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from John Elway's Crown Toyota. Dan Fleet manager helped me with all the online transaction. Everything went very smoothly with price agreement and all i needed to do was to come in to sign all the paper work. The car cost $40, 000 with everything included. I came to pick up the car the same night and had Steve Nash helped me with singing the paper work. Everything went according as planned. I got the car, drove home happy. The next day i realized I didn't have the all weather car mat which supposed to be included in the package. It cost $269 for the all weather car mat. I reached out to Dan, Dan asked me to ask for Steve, which I did. After 2 weeks of going back and fourth with everything, Steve sent the mat to my home but the trunk mat wasn't in the package. I asked Steve if the trunk mat ordered came in separately with the 2 front mats and back seat mat but he didn't answered my texted or phone calls. I called Dan to followed up on it for me but then he didn't answer my phone call and or texted messages whatsoever. I'm very disappointed with how they treated me as a customer. I'm very patience and still waiting for my answer but I have not got anything from neither Dan nor Steve and it has already been more than a month since i bought the car. Unfortunately there is no one else I can reach out to get help regarding this matter. I simply just want the trunk mat which I've already paid for. I've worked hard to get the car i wanted but I didn't get the services that I wanted it or supposed to get. Very disappointed with toyota services that I can't ask for anyone else regarding this matter.

2019 4Runner
I've had this vehicle a little over a year. There a some place on the hood that looks like clear coat is cracking. I've show this to the dealership and was told that it was a rock chip, which it clearly isn't. The manager was rude and extremely arrogant. This vehicle has a little over 10000 miles and is black so every spot shows. Also before the manager came out the tech stated it looked like the clear coat was cracking/peeling.

Hello Toyota, I write to you a very disappointed and frustrated customer, my customer number is 108648, my registration number is 1MS-4LK, I purchased my Landcruiser new on the 26/4/2018, from the second day of driving the vehicle I noticed a problem with the cruise control which I brought to the attention of Toyota Yarra Valley, they have replaced the brake switch, then the hand switch, then the spiral cable, in my opinion just guessing what the problem is. they have put a driver and computer in the vehicle and driven 100 klm and tell me the problem does not happen, I have offered to take the worker and computer with me, in my time, and I will show you and get the report from the computer, I have taken videos of the cruise being faulty and showed them, it could actually be dangerous, for nearly 3 years now and 43,000 klm they have not fixed the problem and I am always getting excuses lately of Covid, have to speak to my technical advisor, not enough staff, to busy etc etc. it is simply not good enough and very frustrating as I have spent 130,000 dollars setting this vehicle up to travel with, the last 2 times was 4,500 klm on the M1 from Queensland with no cruise control, then at easter 900klm with the same, this issue must be fixed, I have to try and push for answers on this issue and never get help, only, it must be fixed, its been to long, only words not action.
I do have videos of this fault, I also have some emails and text, but I am not good and do not know how, and have tried with no success to get it from my phone to this document

I bought a 2020 Yaris at Park Ridge IL and I was told I would get three maintenance oil changes I bought the car in December of 2020
And it had 5000 miles on it. I took the car to the Toyota in Waukegan for my first maintenance/oil change and was told I only had one more left. I called Toyota in Park Ridge and was told I had two left. I spoke to Richard. Then I asked to speak to Nino, the original salesman who sold us the car and he said one was done in November, I bought the car in December 12, 2020 and discounting the one I just did today 3/26/2021 I had two left.
Waukegan Toyota was very rude, I even spoke to the branch manager and he said I do not have two left and that they don't know why I was told this. Speaking again to Nino, he said 25k miles or less than two years I should get 2 after the one I had done today. The way I understand it is you sold me a car and now can't explain to me how many oil changes I have left that are free before I have to start paying $78. Per oil change, and why is that one dealer sees something completely different than the other dealer? I was told by the man in Waukegan that he wasn't going to check the system again and it's best that I just go to Park Ridge for my Maintenance schedules even though I live in Waukegan, 30 miles north of Park Ridge. I'm absolutely appalled at the treatment I received for the $18, 000 I spent on a car with you. I will NEVER buy a Toyota again and will tell everyone I know of how I was treated. Imagine buying a house in December and then being billed for the previous months that you did not live there. Well I bought a car in December and my first oil change was in November before I bought the car and it's being counted as an oil change because it's a 2020 and I'm buying at the end of the year. Toyota did the oil change and then returned the car to the lot I got cheated out of an oil change. It's ridiculous and unfair practices. I'll go to another mechanic for an oil change from now on and I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I contacted Malone Parts counter and gave a number of the parts needed to make repairs on my used 1998 Camry. The person at the counter said, "I have two of them". I explained I'm over 100 miles away and could be there to pick them up on Tuesday 3/16. When I got there they couldn't find the parts. After much time, I was told they didn't have them. I was lied too by the Parts Department at Malone Toyota. I then spoke to the Manager explaining the lie. He took me back to the parts counter and they found the parts I needed in Arizona. The Parts person said, I would be able to pick them up on 3/18 at no cost for me because of the distance I drove to pick them up. Arriving at 3/18 I was given the parts with a bill for them! I walked over to the Manager, handed him the bill for the parts. I said, "Once again I was lied to by Malone Toyota", I promptly left. I have bought two new cars from Malone Toyota, this is the fourth time I have been lied to. The other times; First a tear in the seat of my first Toyota Corolla which was denied. The second, I was told a different percentage rate when I bought the second car a Toyota Camry after paying it off, I vowed to never buy a car there again, now the parts, well it's the last straw, I'm Through, Finished, Angry with Malone Toyota. I will never buy a new or used Toyota Again. A little respect, and honoring their word, would have solved all the problems.

I just file a complaint regarding my car issue in Jan and the customer advisor advised to changed the spark plug and I did today in Mar I went for normal service at the same service center at Kulai and they changed my spark plug again and charged me. Not a big money but it makes me loss confidence with Toyota service center, unprofessional customer service. They should have record of all customer service history and advise accordingly and simply charged customer. There were a few other bad experience like the leaking ATF Fluid after service, air con sound etc.
Applied monthly payment incorrect
Toyota motor credit applied my monthly payment incorrect now they will not correct it. I purchased the car December 31st of 2018 and they applied the payment in December of 2018 when you purchase the 1st payment is due in January end of the month please fix this or I will notify my lawyer.

For all the hype not worth it. Car has done 68, 085km. You would expect the 3-year warranty / 100, 000 km to still be active.ac stopped working in Sep-20. Due to lockdown could not see mechanic (they were closed) got earliest appointment 27-Jan-20 - was told to be patient and that we all need to work together.
Found out Compressor for AC unit does not work. Told to call Toyota Australia if covered by warranty.
Told by Toyota Australia it's my problem for buying a Toyota. It was plated in Nov-2017.
I even advised my uncle last week to buy a Toyota, will inform him to definitely reconsider.
Motus Toyota bryanston
Bought an Aygo from motus Toyota bryanston. Delivery was terrible as the agent wasn't even there after making an appointment. Car was given to me with a flat front tyre and a scratch on the front bumper scoop. The DP Ashley promised to fix the tire and the bumper in January but now is avoiding me altogether and refusing to replace the tire.

I have a 2013 Toyota tundra. It is garage kept, fine looking a we'll taken care of.
12-30-20 with no noticed apparently the transmission went out, cripple to the nearest Toyota dealership.
This truck only has 41, 000 miles, never has towed anything, a very little weight has even been put in the bed.
The cost of the transmission with labor and tax came to 5, 600, 00 +
I have been a loyal Toyota owner, buying at least 3 and a 5 yr. old truck from a Toyota dealership.
Is there any help, explanation, or something to give me confidence to buy another Toyota in the future?

I am up early in the morning watching TV and to my amazement a commercial comes on for Toyota in Spanish. I cannot believe that this commercial was in Spanish. I'm very sorry, but this is the United States and if you want to live here, LEARN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. If I went where they spoke Spanish, I wouldn't expect them to have commercials on in English. This is just getting riduculous already in this world. You can't learn the language, go back to where you came from!
