Confirmation letter of paid up account.
Good day
I had an account with Fashion Express which was handed over to MBD Credit Solutions. Earlier this year I paid up the account and was told that they would send me a confirmation letter for the paid up account, needless to say, I never received the letter. I am desperate to purchase or rent a house but cannot do so until I have the letter.
I phoned several more times including today and again was promised the letter. A gentleman by the name of Ithumeleng said that he was emailing the letter as we speak but still no letter. I am now frustrated as it seems as if my name will never be cleared from the Credit Bureau and I will never be able to buy or rent a house. Please HELP!
Settlement letter
I was out of work I couldn't pay my RCS credit card MBD Inc consulted me and we made agreement to pay my debt so they called me telling me that they are giving 16% discount that I must pay into their bank account and I did deposits R1070 to settle my account but now the other attorney is calling me regarding my RCS account and I'm really disappointed because I'm still on credit bereau and they want me to pay R2000
Harassing sms
I started receiving SMS's from this company a few months ago. I eventually phoned them to ask what it was all about and they told me it was an account from National Health Laboratory Services(account [protected]) and [protected] for a service received in February 2014. They could not give me more information, e.g. the amount. I tried to contact NHLS yesterday and got no reply, so I sent them an email and 2 again this morning. I tried phoning again this morning, but no reply. It would appear MBDCS contacts people via their cellular number and not I.D. or address details. So this is actually a two-pronged complaint. (1) Why does NHLS not answer their telephone [protected] or respond to my emails and (2) Why can MBDCS ([protected])not give me more information. My accounts are always paid on time so I know I do not owe any money to anybody or to any organisation. The man from MBDCS was extremely rude when I spoke to me yesterday and refused to give me his name.
truworths settlement letter
I paid my truworths acc with you long time ago and I was promised to get a settlement letter within a week but even today I never received it. The people there at MBD inc just keep on making promise. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com
Refund request
I have accidentally paid amount of 4265 into the wrong account which was Mbd's account I phones them the next day where I chatted to mamushi jocobeth she emailed me a refund request form and asked me to attach my bank statement aswell as proof of payment and send it back to her that I did immediately currently I've been waiting more than 2 months for this money to be refunded Im not rich I have other bills to pay it took you a minute to take my money but to pay it back takes 2 months when I try to email and phone this girl she does not respond or is never available I reported you to the ombudsman this is freaking ridiculous and yet you know to stalk me when I did not pay my Woolies account now no one has the decency to pick op a god damn phone
Threatening SMSs
I have an outstanding amount with Game due to being unemployed for a long time, when I became employed full time I started making regular payments onto the account, although not the full amount, as I cant afford it. MBD Credit solutions contacted me and I made payment arrangements with them that I would pay a stipulated amount every month at a game store, which I have been doing.
Now a few times a month I get an sms saying :thank you for you recent payment on your Game account, U have made no further arrangements on your account, please contact MBDCS Urgently"
I have had enough of these sms's, as I have made arrangements and have been keeping to them. Is there anyway to get theses sms's to stop?

I HAVE BEEN MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF R200.00 @ STANDARD BANK TO MBD SOLUTIONS ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected] FOR THE LAST 2/3 YEARS IF NOT MISTAKEN, I THINK THAT I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING THIS. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE THROUGH WESBANK & THIS VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN 25/12/1997 AND WAS INSURED BY HOLLARD, THEY PAID UP THE VEHICLE AND THE DIFFERENCE WAS PAID OUT TO ME, HOW CAN I BE PAYING FOR THIS ACCOUNT 17 YEARS DOWN THE LINE? THEIR REFERENCE [protected]. PLEASE I THINK THAT MBD IS OWING ME MONEY.
Harassment
By the sound of it I am just another victim of the racketeers MBD!
I have just sent this to Woolworths, and I am busy registering on all the complaint sites in order to expose this racket MBD is running. I have asked too many times to be left alone, they cannot provide me with any form of proof.
I have been contacted for a number of years now regarding an account I apparently have with Woolworths.
MBD is pestering me, and from the internet I have found 8 exactly similar cases with 1 search of people who have never had an account with you but are being harassed by MBD for not paying their (non-existent) Woolworths accounts.
MBD cannot provide me with one piece of evidence that I have either opened a Woolworth’s account or made a purchase on a Woolworths account.
I have never had any accounts with any shop, yet I have to be subjected to harassment and abuse from one of Woolworths service providers under their name.
As of today I will start spreading this exact story, based on facts where I am not taking on MBD, but Woolworths as their employer. False accusations
I had a Truworths account in 1999. I settled it in +-2003. I never heard form Truworhts since then. I didnt need to because I never went back there to open an account again. Now this year 2011, I have been receiving harrassing phone calls and smses from MBD attorneys telling me about defaults I failed to pay, some smses saying I must pay R2362.47 immediately on my Truworths acc number [protected] to prevent legal action or call [protected].
I have called this number and asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and explained my frastrtions. I have even, of receipt of these calls from their call centre, eplained that I do not have an account with Truworths at all. Its been so long I dont even know where to get this proof of payment after so many years as I never expected that Truworths account will haunt me later in years.
The only valid proof I have is the TransUnion credit report that specifically shows that I had this account in 1999 and was settled. no outstanding amount on my name.
Please help. How can I get rid of MBD attorneys who dont want to leave me alone.
Last night I received another sms saying(FINAL NOTICE: FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT ON MY TRUWORTHS ACC WILL RESULT IN ATTORNEY COST AND LEGAL ACTION.
I am so tired of these harassment from MBD Inc. I dont know what to do anymore, or who to complain to. I am telling the honest Truth when I say I settled this account long time ago and was not even thinking of ever opening it again. Not that I dont like their clothes but I do not want to have many accounts anymore. I have outgrown that stage, please.

I dont even know how they came up with that total R2362.47
MBD now tells me that the last time I bought clothes at Truworths was in 2003 but i visited the shop to make payment of R100. How possible is this statement, honestly? Where was I in between the years? Unbelievable.
Please help me, I dont want to find myself having to pay for something I dont know.
I suspect there has been communication breakdown between MBD Inc. and Truworths regarding who owe Truworths or not. Or Truworths did not update my records> I just cant find an explanation to all this harassment.

they refuse to reimburse me the amount owing to me
I was having an account with virgin active which was handed over to MBD credit solutions. we made arrangements to make payments on a monthly basis and we did so. on the last month that we were going make the payment, we by mistake made the wrong payment to their account instead of making that certain payment for the car, thus they were overpaid by a few thousands. we then made them aware and they emailed us a letter for reimbursement in which they were going to deduct a final payment and give us back what we over paid. we, on the 5th August 2010 emailed them all necessary documents to make this possible and they told us to wait for 14 working days and we will be reimbursed. after 14 days, we made the query and not only were we not helped but the lady we spoke to whom i know the name was very rude and impolite towards us. it is now the 1st september and we still have not receieved our money. we have all the ff up emails and documntations needed to prove our case...we still waiting...not only that but they want to underpay us way less then the initial amount they should be paying back
Non stop harassment even though you pay. They charge for collection fees even though you pay.
They provide a statement with a list of credit adjustments every month. There is no information what these adjustments are related to.
The harassment calls are every day.

Ok the problem now is I received calls every day that im not paying so Im confused now can you pleace check for me what is going on.
