I mistakenlly reserved a room at the Days Inn Logan Utah for the next night (Sept 19) instead of the current night (Sept 18). There was no way to cancel that booking. I then booked the correct night. Immediately after I contacted travelocity and they said the mistaken booking would be refunded but the hotel had to OK it. Aftera few days of hearing nothing I contacted the hotel manager and she was awesome. She sent the OK to travelocity and the refund to them on Sept 24th. Still nothing from Travelocity. I have since made numerous calls and chat with Travelocity but keep getting different excuses and still no refund as of today( Nov 28). I disputed the charge with my CC with Chase but they denied it because Travelocity said the booking was non refundable. At ths point I not only see this has shady buisness practices but also theft as the hotel refunded the money to Travelocity but they refuse to refund it back to me. All I want is the $125 they took from me and am tired of the lies on their part.
