I bought dress and jeans from the website www.trendsgal.com. The delivery was fast, but all items were damaged. I called to their customer services, but the rep spoke with me in rude manner and refused to change them. I was shocked, ‘coz I spent large sum on it. It was only waste of time and money. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I ordered dress from the website www.trendsgal.com. I already proceeded to pay for the order, but it turned out that my order was out of stock. I cancelled my order, but somehow money was taken from me. I contacted the live chat agent, who promised to return money and offered to buy another dress with the discount. I chose the dress and paid, but after that no dress, no money back. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

I paid for a VIP membership, they never confirmed it, can't find anyone on online chat and no one answers there customer service number. Does anyone know the paypal address that showed up for them in your paypal. The one I contacted says they don't have a website. So now it's a big thing and paypal is handling it. They said they never received a payment and that they did not sell me anything yet the money was deducted from paypal. What a day it has been. I had listed a couple of their items on ebay but ended the listings after reading all the comments on Here and site jabber. Their website had some cute stuff but it is probably cheap as heck,

I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry over a month ago. The money was deducted from my catd yet i havent received my purchased items. I call the number provid ed on their website but i never get an answer nor do i get an answer from their email address either. I am extremely angry and pissed off at the fact that i may never received what i spent my hard earned money on. These people need to seriously be penalized for what they are doing to people like us.

Omg they are scamers. Kept saying order did not go threw went threw, thankfuly my credit company called me right away and did not authorize money to them, on shiping cost?!?!?

They sent me an email stateing my package has been shipped on the 19th of nov. i paid extra to get it earlier ...tracked it and its still sitting in singapore! Tried contacting them and there is no number for this company one number says they cant pick up mail box is full amd hangs up ! I want my f***** money back or my package !

This company is a total scam. I placed an order 2 months ago and have still never received it. The customer service number is a non-working number and they do not reply to emails. Horrible, fraudulent site!

I am honestly very pleased with my orders from Trendsgal. The communication has been better than most, I was able to track my shipment which came very fast and ask questions (I received answers within 24 hours). The clothes are all very cute. I ordered a bunch of items for my online store and everything was up to par. Ido recommend to maybe order one item before buying a large quantity for wholesale just to get the vibe on the material and color, depending on saturation of the image color may be different. I am very pleased and will be ordering again.

I received my order in two separate shipments. It took almost 4 weeks, but I expected that so am okay with it.
One item arrived damaged. Submitting the notification of an issue wss challenging, but it finally worked. I received a response very quickly and was refunded the amount paid for the item within a few days.
I am very happy with the response. My kids love the items they got.

Chimwemwe Orient Ngondoma Order G1709111026112301 I ordered items through my husband name Gerald Ngondoma 76 Brierwood Bolton Manchester United Kingdom. 10 items I ordered in September still not delivered.
Another parcel ordered shoes but still not delivered.
The 2 wigs I ordered have also not been delivered.

I noticed after I placed order my auto fill out wrong zipcode in shipping address it is 75090 NOT 72949. I know items were shipped but I haven't gotten them, I either want my items or a refund. It's impossible to get a hold of a person to talk to so I won't be making another purchase from trendsgal!
