I want all overcharges refunded in addition to the cancellation fees and charge for the ride I did not take.
I traveled to Tampa, FL July 6 -9. I used Uber service for my transportation. After returning home and going over my receipts, Uber overcharged me $110.36. I would confirm a ride at one price but my receipt would indicate a higher charge. I have 4 cancelled ride charges at $6.25 that are to be reimbursed as the driver did not Speak English and could not confirm my location (I cancelled and then the drive would cancel, making it a double charge). On 7/6, I confirmed a ride at $23.27, but was charged $33.98. On 7/7 I confirmed a ride at $26.38 but was charged $31.17. Another ride on 7/7 was confirmed at $24.98 but was charged $37.09. Another ride on 7/7 was confirmed at $22.94 but was charged $32.37. On 7/7 there is a charge for $23.30 that I have no idea what it is for. This charge does not belong to me. On 7/8, I was charged twice for a $5 tip. Another on 7/8 where I confirmed a ride at $24.90 and was charged $35.74. In addition, I was charged a $5 Airport fee on 7/6 but was not charged a fee on 7/9. Why was the fee charged on 7/6? I have reached out to Uber multiple times and keep getting a message that they are experiencing technical difficulties and will bet back with me soon. I have yet to hear back. I would like these overcharges refunded as I did not consent to the ride charges they have charged me with.
Dangerous ride and bad driver
The Uber driver drove on the freeway with their right hand holding their cell phone, many times looking at it instead of the road. It was a scary ride. But, it got worse, on several occasions while driving on the freeway, the driver took their left hand off the steering wheel. Therefore they were driving with no hands on the wheel on the freeway.
When we were getting close to my exit I told the driver where to go. Instead, they took off in another direction, which would have added extra time and mileage to my bill. When I objected they said I used a bad word and therefore they were leaving me at the next exit. So, they left me, a senior citizen, in a bad neighborhood about 6-7 miles from my destination. I had to walk in the hot sun.
It says there is a chargependingonmycardfor$49.93 on 05-13-22. I want the charge removed. And, a driver that drivers with no hands should not be an Uber driver!

fraudulent charge
I was charged for a service from Uber. I don't use Uber. I contacted my bank. I have to wait until they grab the money. I am out the money I needed to buy some food with. I tried calling different numbers. No answer. I finally got a number where someone answered. I was being connected to someone else. There was no response. I called back and was told to call my bank. They could not do anything because I don't have an account. Then the person hung up before I had a chance to respond. It is not a good company that is hard to reach. A company with a rude employee.
Desired outcome: My money refunded if they grab it.
Unethical Behavior
Simply, If a customer/consumer orders a ride and decides to cancel the ride there is a "cancelation fee/consequence". But when it's the other way around, in that when the driver accepts a ride, he/she can cancel the ride with no consequence or repercussions at the expense of the customer/consumer's time, and or, money. This type of behavior only benefits one party and it is not the costumer/consumer.

The driver pick me up from my location but when I ordered a ride to pick me up they got 2 minutes away then canceled then another driver was coming same thing happened got close and canceled I called and they had a fake message so I reported both transactions and the button you press for trip issues and refund has been block all the other buttons work I still notified Uber about both canceled trips and also notified my credit card company as well so you know that was done on purpose to block the button for refund crooked state of fl
Uber eats
On July 4, 20, at 12:25, I paid for and ordered food through Uber Eats. The delivery driver brought it to the wrong apt in my complex. The delivery driver's name was Hasfat. She took a picture of the door proving it's the wrong apt. I can't scroll the picture up to see what apt # it is. However I think Uber can. Uber eats refuses to refund me. They refuse because their delivery drivers have delivered food I've paid for to the wrong apt before. Uber eats should recognize that's a bad thing, What good are delivery drivers that leave food at the wrong apt. They have the picture so they know it was left at the wrong apt. This seems like theft to me. I can stop payment on the cc payment but it's cost $15.oo from my bank to do so and the order was only a little over $20. 00.
No show for one person and I tried to use app

My family tried uber early last year 2020 for my brother and the driver was a no show.
I have tried to download the app and tried to make a payment when I was in Texas. I could not get the app to work. I have never used your app before 2020 and not for sure why I am blocked? I was able to use lyft rides however those were with police, IT techs, military, ex-military, etc.
I had a female try to stop my calls in Texas and don't know if she has anything to do with it? I tried to send email to support@uber.com and Travis@ uber.com. My message wasn't delivered to Travis@uber.com because the address could not be found or is unable to receive mail. The email I received from Support@uber.com said you've contacted an email address that is not monitored, and so your request has not reached our support team. I tried to another why to contact uber and no help. I asked family for help and still can not get in.

Ride share company for fraudulent billing and charges practices and misusing consumers credit card information. I recently discovered charges to my card from Uber for rides I did not take and when I reported them to Uber, they refused to refund me. They still refused to give me a refund even after I answered all their questions and requests for information regarding my claim.

Picking me up
I booked an uber to pick me yesterday. I waited almost 20 minutes. When I looked at the track, one moment he was 3 minutes the next moment 1 minute to 5 and 4 away. Repeated many times. I sent him a message asking his whereabout. He never respond. I felt like he was playing games. It was not safe for me and my phone was about to die. I tried to cancel the trip so that I can get another driver. The same driver accepted it. His name was Allen the time was 17:39pm in Randburg according to the app was driving Toyota corolla, I cant remember his registration number
Uber eats and rides will allow others to use your account and expect you to pay
This is a warning to all to make sure that you check your uber accounts regularly because it turns out that our go to ride and food delivery service will allow people to tap into your account and use it and they know it's not you but will allow them to use it anyway, send you an email notification asking if it was you and when you tell them that it was not the will still expect you to pay for it. They will also accept emails from other people that claim to be adding an email account to your uber account and once again will email you asking if you authorized this and when you say no they don't do anything about it because that would be them admitting fault. in the end you'll have a slew of charges that they will expect for you to pay despite your showing them that it was not you and they sent you emails about the usage in other countries and emails asking if you added another email address and you reply back that it was not you, and yet they won't do anything about it but lock your account and expect that you pay the outstanding fees to unlock your account even though it was their indiscretion.
To add many of their drivers also participate in gang stalking of targeted individuals because that requires that they drive around and so if they are already in their car driving passengers then they might as well stalk a few targeted individuals in between uber calls. They also have criminals that work for them that are involved in human trafficking of children and child exploitation and when you tell the company of these incidents they don't do anything and they further their agenda by putting you in danger with these drivers.
BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY, THERE IS REASON WHY THEY ARE WORTH MILLIONS/BILLIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR THEMSELVES AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THAT THEIR DRIVERS ARE INVOLVED IN. Was charged a fee of over $5.34 for driver cancellation
Driver was supposed to be at my place of residence in 9 minutes, 20 minutes later I received a text saying the DRIVER cancelled. Meanwhile I'm on my way to my mother's funeral so my finances are already tight. It only says if the customer cancels there is a fee, not if the driver does. How am I responsible for this?

The issue that I have experienced was: On the 26th July 2018, I was charged £110 cleaning charge. The photos that were provided showed my e-cigarette. I asked Uber to give me back my e-cigarette but the Driver claimed that this was his. I have provided proof of purchase and photos of myself with the Vape to Uber but they rejected my case claiming the e-cigarette was the drivers. Unsure why the drivers e-cigaret was in the back seat and covered in sick. TFL investigated this and found that the driver was unable to provide the proof that the e-cigarette was his.

Uber has since then refused to comminate with me. They are going against Trading Standard and have stolen from me.

So got two starred today. Rider didn't seem to be in the talking mood and was listening to music. Exchanged pleasantries and dropped her off about a mile down the road.
Warned her that since there was a police chase in the area that traffic might be from road closures. Other than that I didn't say much.
Lyft excluded the ride from my ratings and the rating took me down from 4.92 to 4.98. How on earth can these bad ratings cause these massive drops but five stars don't even budge it?
Seems like Lyft is opening the door for a lawsuit concerning lack of ratings protection for drivers.
I know we shouldn't be concerned about our ratings, but this is the second time in a few days a rider has done this sort of thing. Lyft should force the rider to leave feedback.
In other news, I did the invisible stop sign with another rider who ended up leaving me a tip! I don't know if race could have played a factor in the poor rating from the first rider since she was black and I'm white.
Reported the ride to Lyft, challenged the rating and one starred her.
Also, for some reason unrated rides aren't appearing as five stars or any other sort of rating. Is this going on with anyone else?

Uber to me is a big disappointment. I am not going to use this service again and don't recommend you to use them as well.
I understand that their drivers are ordinary people, most of them are unprofessional and its ok, but don't they take tests before becoming Uber drivers? Aren't they aware of how to treat customers?
Last time I ordered Uber a driver was rude to me as if I ruined his plans and he was always in a rush, drove very dangerously and dropped me out in a wrong place. I didn't say anything to him because he was too nervous and mean, so I thought I didn't want to make him angrier. Terrible.

I didn’t request a driver when I logged on to the car riding site after landing at the Louisville Airport. I requested a large, comfortable car to take me to The Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, about an hour north of Louisville. I expected a comfortable vehicle I could take a brief nap in, if I felt so inclined. A smooth, chauffeured ride.
What I did not realize was that the rider experience was defined by the man behind the wheel. And the man behind the wheel of the roomy Cadillac Escalade that would be waiting me would be a Kentuckian named Cary Quattrocchi.
Right from the start there were problems.
Cary Quattrocchi could not find me. I asked him to find me outside the United Airlines arrivals area on the lower level. An easy place to find. I told him what I was wearing and that I had a large black bag slung over my shoulder. Now, admittedly I understand there are a lot of people of my ilk waiting for cars. White guy. Six feet. Husky, Carrying a large black bag. But I told him I had a flashlight that blinked on and off that I would hold above my shoulders. It flashed on and off for more than 20 minutes. He only found me after I called twice to ask where the hell he was.
I almost canceled. I should’ve canceled.
I got in Cadillac and told him I was headed to Cincinnati.
So yer fixin to cross thuh Ohio River. Why?
I didn’t answer. No need to. We hadn’t said a friendly word to each other yet.
A minute later I asked him to stop. I wanted a coffee. I didn’t care which coffee place he stopped at. But after five minutes he still had not pulled off the road. He had passed Starbucks, then another local coffee purveyor, and when McDonald’s lurked ahead I took action. I yelled, Pull over, I’ll take a McDonald’s coffee. It’s okay.
He didn’t pull over. He floored the accelerometer beyond 70 mph.
I shouted What the hell? (What happened to the customer is always right?)
Nothing. Cary Quattrocchi was breaking every rule of customer satisfaction. Why?
So, I rationalized. At the most I’d be with him an hour. Then I’d never see him again. I could live without my cup of coffee. Much as I wanted it. But then I asked, Can you find me a classical or jazz station? Put it on back here, softly.
Mistake. Nothing. Not even a fixin’ tuh.
I asked again in a louder voice. Cary? Did you hear me?
Don’t call me Cary.
I tapped him gently on the shoulder, I just want to hear some music.
What he said qualified as cacophony.
Get yer goddamned hands offa me, or ahll fixin’ tuh break yer hand. Ahm not sh#@tin’ you. Sit there and should up.
I was so shocked I asked, Is this what they teach you in Kentucky, Cary?
They teach me tuh ignore fools, lock you.
This time I did not touch him. I stewed in silence. There was nothing to say.
Half an hour later he dropped me on the wrong side of the stadium.
Finally! I thought.
He did not offer to open the door for me. And at that point it did not matter, I was so glad to be out of the car in one piece. I didn’t care if I’d be a few minutes late for my meeting. I’d be-rate Cary Quattrocchi, later.
