My packages are being left at the end of my driveway (1/4 mile long) out of site from my house but in plain sight of the road. I started receiving my payroll checks through UPS, so I asked my driver to start leaving them on my porch. Since then he has been leaving them on my neighbors porch. I have called and complained 6-7 times and the manager calls me and says it won't happen again but it is still happening. This seams to be a joke to all of them at my local facility. I called what I believed to be corporate and was told they called the local store and a manager would be contacting me Monday (4 days from now). oh joy! you mean the same manager that has done nothing for me the last 7 times I have called! All I got was sorry mam but you have to follow the complaint procedures. UPS is a JOKE especially the Payette Idaho office. They are the ONLY curriers that I have EVER had any issues with.
delivery of packages, bad service and missing packages
"Disposable, Irrelevant Customers"
UPS VS. Wilsons
We seem to be living in the times where Big Business doesn't care about the customers; if they lose one, then there are thousands more. Then to add to this mantra is the new wave of entitled employees' who feel the company and customers should be lucky to have them working for them. Times are changing.
Our situation started in November of 2017, we just moved to Wichita Falls, Texas. Where we live, our streets have no signage, so in UPS defense I sort of understand, but if you work the same route for years and years and WF is a tiny city compared to where we used to live, it should be no problem unless you're incompetent. There were two packages lost our first month.
Mrs. Wilson is recovering from cancer, taking treatments plus has MS, Lupus and has a bad heart condition. We ordered from a food company (May of 2018), pre-made specialty diet. UPS alerted us by text on our system, packaged delivered to the house on the porch. We have no porch, please keep this in mind as you read on.
Mrs. Wilson calls the 1-800 number to tell them she can't find the package after checking around our house and the office. NO packages found. The 1-800 number explains to Mrs. Wilson the packages were delivered and advised by their company staff to check harder. Our house is tiny, it's "not here" she tells the operator over and over again. Finally, they take our number and going to call the WF Center. We get a call back saying package delivered to the house. We go, round and round over the telephone, it's not here. They tell us they will call the driver now. We get another call, driver said package delivered to the house. Again, NO-package at the house. They tell me the driver will call me, a bit of time passes and the driver calls; he tells me he put it under the stairs. Now, because Mrs. Wilson is home 24/7 she knows no packages are delivered. Both she and Mr. Wilson have looked, again it's a tiny house! He argues with her it's there, he says how nice her house was. Thank you, but there is no package. It's a hot Texas day, the food is packed in ice. Around 8:30p.m. that evening, the UPS man came to our house in his personal truck with the package. He had delivered it to the wrong address. No, ‘I am Sorry' from him, but he did say, "At least it was found". The food had sat out under the hot Texas sun and had spoiled. The company sent us a replacement with no apology.
The next major time, many little packages were lost. On Jan 29, 2019th, We ordered a new expensive electric fireplace and it finally came in. UPS alert: "Package at Customer-Lady". No package; again, this is a big package that couldn't be missed if it were delivered to my house. We look around the house again, go to the office, NO PACKAGE. I call the 1-800 number again. They told me, "delivered to the house." NO! it is not here. They put in an inquiry again. We get a call, we were told again… "Delivered to Customer Lady" NO, we tell them it is not here. They ask us to go back to the office and check around again. I did and called the 1-800 number again. They put in an inquiry. Two-day passes, I get a call, packaged delivered to "Customer Lady". "OH GOOD GOD!", it is like I have nothing better to do than report missing packages. This goes on for a week. Finally, after calling every day, the local center calls to tell me the package was delivered to the house. I was angry! To make a long story short, the UPS man finally came to my house, and said he had delivered it to the wrong place…IN MARCH. My fireplace has been missing since Jan. He knocked on the door and they wouldn't answer. The neighbors kept our fireplace even though it had our name and our address on it. It was misdelivered to their home. Please note: It took 3 months to find this package.
I had to get the office girl to get it, she is the one who brought it to my house. Never got a sorry from anyone from UPS.
We concluded the UPS man can't find the house, so we decided to have all packages delivered to the office.
But still 4 more missing packages. When I call because the UPS man marks it, "Delivered to Client Lady", I have to the run around from the 1-800 number. I request that the UPS, "please mark it "either delivered to the "OFFICE" or "Client-Lady designee (which is me). He won't so when I have a lost package the office doesn't keep a record of what she gives out. So now I just lose money. We spent months and months requesting either "delivered at office" or "client lady". He can't find the correct address; can he not seem to follow a simple request? We got very angry. So, at the end of the day, I am the bad guy? Hmmm.
Now I can't get packages at the office because she has denied our right to receive them, even though we pay our rent and electricity on time; nor will UPS deliver to us because we are now illegally "Black-listed". That is OK, other than the fact all the stress we had to endure for their horrible service and not doing a basic request by the Customer. To make things worse, Mrs. Wilsons' medicine, which is very expensive out of pocket cost, come and is delivered by UPS. Now, it's already paid for (just under $3, 000.00 of our money), but she won't get it now. Which will make her very sick, we don't have the $3, 000.00 to reorder it and we can't because of the law, so it is in limbo until it makes its way back. We notified the local UPS office, their response, "That's not our problem its yours!"
We now have another Delivery service that handles our packages. It took many phone calls and letters to get the simplest task and request done. We now get deliveries with no problems. Just like we are a disposable client for UPS, we forgot we had the power to drop them, they lost our little business. We now get our packages on time and great delivery service.
rude threatening driver blocked street for 10 minutes unnecessarily
He was parked in the middle of the street. He had several feet to move over. We waited over ten minutes and when confronted he walked up and aggressively threatens to kick mine and my wife's [censored].
I do NOT want him on my block again. This kind of disregard for drivers is mild but more importantly, when he decides to go to three different buildings while leaving his car parked and several cars are honking, he is disrespectful to not even take a moment to pull further over so that cars can pass. Making threats against us is bad representation of your company and is something I can call the police about. We don't feel safe anymore now.
6:50pm today May 15th on Eldert st in Brooklyn, NY.
going through a red light:/no turn on red sign
I realize ur drivers are under time constraints to deliver packaged, nut this does not give them the right to break the law and endanger other drivers!
On Monday, May 13, at 4:55? Agter making a delivery or pickup on Gamwell Avenue, ur driver blew by me while waiting at a red light. There is a highly visible NO TURN ON RED sign at the intersection. Ur driver showed no regard for the sign, therefore, endangering the lives of other drivers.
This needs to be investigated and fidcussed w/ ur driver before someone gets hurt.

potential injury or death
on May 13, 2019 at 700 Hope Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ at approximately 4:55pm in a hard rain storm your driver in a tractor trailer truck pulled out of your facility cutting off both myself and another driver to the point that our cars both had to swerve sideways to avoid impact. Upon pulling up to the red light at Hwy 36 and Hope Road your driver looked over to me while drinking from a cup and laughed while appearing to "cheers" the coffee cup, HIs inappropriate behavior was a complete shock as he could have cause a very serious accident that could have resulted in injury or death and to laugh about it was an action of an INSANE individual. I spoke with customer service and then Ellen at the Tinton Falls location. I specifically asked for a supervisor as I am requesting this be put in this employees file. He is a serious risk the public. I have not heard anything since Ellen's call. I would prefer this matter be handled by your company but feel if no action is taken I must make a Police Report as this need to go on record I am requesting a response to this email. Ellen stated that there was no way to track who he was. I am confused as it was a giant UPS truck (not your delivery truck) and I gave the time and date. I cannot understand that there is no paperwork to match who picked up or dropped off from a trailer. I would think the driver would have to sign something.. Please contact me as to what steps I need to take to assure this is in this employees file
Sincerely

medical device not delivered
On April 18th 2019 the vendor sent us a medical device for one of our patient at the University of Arizona Banner Medical Center. UPS supposed to delivered by the 20-21 a week passed by and I contacted the CS UPS and she told me that address was undeliverable and need o confirmed the address and stated that package will be on the doctor's office next day, three days passed by and we still not received the item. I have to called CS several times and talked to different people until I give them a ultimatum that I will pick up my package on person. I went to the office and they told me to wait, I waited for 30 minutes I was in urgent need to use the bathroom and finally the supervisor show up to just say "I am sorry" The patient was hospitalized and she never received the device that she was need it, thanks to the stupid and worthless people including the manager in Tucson, AZ. That my patient ending up without treatment during the stay in the hospital.
This company is the worst I ever seen.
driver - needs driving lessons!
Had a pro-flowers delivery Thursday 5/9/2019 . Flowers were NOT delivered to house but left in a ditch besides gravel driveway (1/4 mile from house). Luckly they were found before nighttime. In addition, driver drove off side of driveway into mud and damaged driveway edge (for about 25 feet). This incident is not the 1st occurrence of this behavior.
Please respond with instructions on how I can reject/prevent ANY and and ALL future UPS-deliveries.
Thank you,
Arthur Nixon

All I want to ask UPS is how are you guys staying in business? After my UPS experience, I would never use UPS to ship anything. By the way, UPS was the only ones having trouble locating my address; Amazon, FedEx, and USPS all have found me. The other companies driver cared to ensure the successful delivery. I have read all the shipping updates for the above deliveries and none of them indicates that UPS is at fault even though all the mistakes were made by UPS, this made me more angrier. My building is brand new and when my shipment could not be delivered on Monday, the driver noting "incorrect address, " I called the customer service and provided directions to my building, to use Google Maps, and my phone number for the driver to call when he or she gets lost. The following day, Tuesday, I again get a notification from Amazon that the UPS could not deliver my packages due to incorrect address. I called the customer service again to find out why UPS driver can't find my building even after I have provided directions; West bound Tomball Parkway Service Road, in between Hollister and Beltway 8. I was told by the customer service representative that someone from the UPS Stafford location will be calling me back in an hour. I did get a phone call, and the female caller said she sees the problem and will make changes. She didn't tell me what the problem was. I assumed all is taken care of and that I will be receiving my packages. On the same day, I called the customer service again to check to make sure my other tracking numbers will be delivered with the "correct changes." The customer service tells me that the package will be delivered to the new address which is totally different than my address. I didn't provide any new address. I am figuring that the caller looked up my name in UPS database and found the address associated with the guy with the same name and printed out the new shipping label to a guy with my name's address. I asked Customer service to have someone from Stafford location to call me. I spoke with a female caller (Lakisha?) who was very nice and apologized for the mistakes. I asked her for the female caller who made changes to my address, Lakisha informed me that she didn't know who the employee was. Lakisha gave me a phone number to call in the morning to let the supervisor know and foe supervisor to relay the directions to the driver. On Wednesday morning, I called the Stafford location and a supervisor said that my packages has been transported to Willowbrook location and provided a phone number to call. I called the Willowbrook location, and spoke with Ava, who helped me. I asked for a supervisor but Ava insisted that she can help me. Ava did help me by relaying my directions to my building to the driver. I finally got my packages but the shipping boxes were torn and crushed. The torn side was taped up and was barely holding on. I have never received UPS delivered packages not crushed. I just don't believe UPS package handlers have pride in their work. When I pointed out about the torn and crushed boxes to the driver, he said he hated delivering boxes looking like that. He also said his UPS map app put him on the other side (east bound/the odd number address) Tomball Parkway. I asked him if he hadn't got my directions, he didn't respond. He said he knows where it is now. Afterwards, I looked at my Amazon account and discovered another UPS delivery couldn't not be delivered due to incorrect address. I called Willowbrook location about my undeliverable package. I was talking to another female and I was trying to explain then Ava recognized my voice and took over the call. Ava said the package was labeled 17200 Tomball Parkway and was in transit to be delivered. I told Ava to correct the address on the shipping label to my address. Ava said she would take care of it. I thought all was taken care of then I received a call from Willowbrook location at 7:51 pm, the caller asking if 15200 Tomball Parkway was the correct address for my package. I just about lost it. I asked her, if right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. So, I will ask again, How are you guys staying in business with poor services, crushed box deliveries, and driver's who don't care about making the deliveries?
Please contact me if you want to discuss this matter in person.

We have a woman deliver packages regularly; she always just drops the packages and almost runs! Today I left her a note to deny a package; she left a note saying 'done'! and then left the package! Is she learning impaired!? I have asked her to ring the bell; she says she does, but she is lying! I'm sitting occasionally and can see the front door; she does not ring the bell; she drops the package and takes off! How does she know something is not fragile! I want a report filed on her and I want a copy via email: [protected]@icloud.com
Thank you,

delivery truck almost hit me
UPS Delivery Truck was pulling up to UPS store at 848 Dodge Ave in Evanston Illinois at 4:00 on on May 2, 2019. He was driving on the pedestrian walkway and almost hit me as I stepped out of the store. He parked and said that is where he has to put the truck. His tires were on the sidewalk and the speed that he approached was too fast to have stopped for me if I hadn't seen him.

driver violating company policy.
On 4/30/2019, the UPS delivery driver pulled into my private residence driveway, which I was told by a supervisor was against company policy. I went outside to ask him not to use the driveway, and he asked how he was supposed to deliver my wife's packages as we live on a dead end street.. I informed him of your policy and told him he needed to either back up the street (which only has 4 houses) or back down the street after the delivery as all the other drivers have done. The driver then threatened to not deliver our packages because I won't let him use my driveway. In addition the packaging was damaged, but I will have to wait until my wife opens it to see if there is any damage to the contents.
Please contact me at [protected] to discuss a resolution.

aggressive and unsafe ups driver 4/27/19
While traveling north bound on Colorado BLVD in Denver Colorado on April 27, 2019 at 5:27 pm we were passed by a UPS truck with the following identification license plate number BBQ-105 CO FLT - Truck Number 168713. The UPS driver driver was speeding and shifting multiple lanes, while cutting people off. It was particularly concerning as one of the vehicle that was cut off was a motorcycle. The UPS truck appeared in a hurry and disregarded traffic laws.
delivery
All deliveries are to go to the rear door marked "OFFICE".
On 4/26/2019 packages from UPS were left at the front door and some packages went missing. The usual driver always delivers to the correct door but on this date a driver
left the packages at the front door where it is NOT safe to leave anything. It is clearly marked with signs to deliver to the rear.
I had a package going out but because the driver did not deliver to the correct door,
I was not able to send out the package.
It is extremely IMPORTANT to deliver to the correct door as package theft is common in Eugene. Please notify ALL your drivers that ALL packages at ALL times MUST be delivered to the rear door marked "OFFICE".
package not delivered as expected
My name is Stephanie Sampson. I was to have a package delivered to 6220 Tucker LN Union City, GA 30291 between 11am-3pm on 4/26. While waiting for this package, I received an email @ 1225 about a missed delivery. I am very upset about this because I was home to receive this package. At no time did I hear anyone knocking on my door. The next delivery date on the info notice states Monday 4/29. I called custmer service numerous times and spoke with an assistant manager and manager. Due to no fault of my own, I feel that I was delivered an injustice because of the driver's poor attempt of delivering this package and not knocking on my door. I was told by one person I will get my package today and will recieve a call back within a hour. I called UPS back because I never received the call back. I spoke with the manager and was told there was no guarantee that I would possibly receive my package today. This is very poor customer service and need to file a companint in relations to this issue. My tracking number is 1zw490240318514792. This is so unfair and very poor customer service because I feel I was getting the run around and no one was accomodating at all. The driver was wrong because he failed to knock on the door. The representative, supervisor, and manager made no attempt to get this matter resolved. I still do not have my package and do not know when I will receive this package. This type of customer service is not good and I am extremely disappointed in the servcie that I have been dealt.

property damage
On 4/24/19 at approximately 11am a UPS driver delivered a package to my neighbor. My driveway was JUST paved at 10am on 4/24/19 and was blocked by trash cans, but the driver decided to turn around into my newly paved driveway anyway and left tire tracks. It took me 25 minutes to get in touch with a human to report my complaint, but finally did, but the representative sounded like he was at a far away call center.
I will NEVER use UPS again!

delivery issue
I sent my daughter a birthday gift through a jewelry retailer. The box had the wrong house number on it but UPS shows they delivered the item to the address on the package. How is this possible when there is no house at the address the shipper listed? The jeweler will not replace the item because UPS say they delivered it without signature but there is no house at the street number marked on the package. When I called UPS they said they will make an attempt to go back to the address and pick up the package but hello! There is no such address on my daughter's street. They said if the driver can't recover it then I have to go back to the jeweler to order another and they are not responsible. What should have happened if the address was bad is that the package should have been returned to the shipper. Aggravating to say the least and expensive to replace the personalized item.
non delivery of goods to our door during business hours
The driver assigned to my address refuses to deliver to my address after 11 a.m. - we don't open until the afternoon as we service customers who are professional entertainers and technicians who have late hours. Although the driver has returned for other units in the afternoon - he refuses to do the same for us. He is called "Judge" and he gives his phone number to the other units - when one of my neighbors gave me his number - he had my number blocked. We have no idea why he is hostile to us. But we never get our packages he always leaves them with a neighbor - and we are not interested in putting them out any longer. We want our UPS driver to deliver to our address after 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. If this is not possible we will do our best to switch all of our shipments to other carriers. Thank you for your help. BTW - we do not have any trouble at all with Fedex getting our packages.

On August 8, 2019 at 10:20am, I was crossing in a parking lot at 1290 Hamner Ave. Norco, CA, when a UPS driver started coming down the lane. Instead of stopping for me, as I was halfway across already, he made me stop in the middle of the street because he kept driving. I confronted him, and he called me a [censored]. I said he is supposed to stop for pedestrians and he replied, “only if they’re in a crosswalk”. Apparently he thinks he can run people over if they’re not in a crosswalk, even though I was in a parking lot and already halfway across the street. His truck number is 142892 and his license plate number is CA 84980A2. This is a terrible reflection on the company. I used to think UPS was a good company, but over the past few years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them, most notably, rude drivers.
