Usenet.nl unauthorized payment automatic, after cancellation did.

On the 18th of April I have canceled the program offered in the usenet.nl several hours after I registered, because I did not find the file I needed, not in accordance with the issue I was applying for.

Although the title of the program offered is free trial I still have to pay S12. when I will write a complaint when, suddenly there is a statement that the money will be returned after 72 hours of cancellation so I discontinued my intention to make a complaint in tetulis, but in fact until now I did not receive the refund. Plus 2 days ago (3 mei 2018) paypal sends automatic notification via email that it has made automatic payment to usenet.nl with Transaction ID 34G96779HU909415U about $ 99. That means usenet has committed 2 scams and theft of the "free trial" program offered.

Through this paper I want to know and make sure clearly the written answer.

1. Why is not there a refund for the registration fee ("free trial" that should) on cancellation not done?
2. Why still billing automatically despite having canceled the program ?
3. When will usenet.nl do 2 refunds for unauthorized payments?

Usenet.nl I canceled my account, but still getting paid...

I had an account of usenet.nl, but I canceled after less than a week. After that I received this email:

When I got this message I was sure that my account was canceled, and removed, so I would not have to pay anything. Then, I see the payments of my credit card, and I see that 130$ [censor] dollars are removed from it, by usenet. Nl. Can you please cancel my account, cause 130 $ is a lotta money, and I dont want that to happen again...

Please reply and give me an explanation of why this abomination happened, and please, stop it.

Usenet.nl unauthorized credit card charges

I have created a profile and cancelled it as soon as possible. It was still within my free trial. Month after cancelling I have been charged invoice payment even though I do not have a profile anymore and I am not subscribing. My customer number is: 9100162. I expect full refund for my money! It is not alright to just charge someone's credit card without authorizing.

Usenet.nl misguided information

I subscribed and agreed to pay subscription on the basis that I was going to have access to text books that are downloadable but when I login to my account with Usenet I cannot find where to download the text books from. I want my money back.

When googling the text book I want to purchase or download this website came up so I enlisted thinking that once I pay the subs I will be able to download the book.

Same thing happened to me and I cannot get through on the phone to cancel. The answering machine always comes on. SCAM. I have cancelled my credit card until they come after me to pay with a contact number. BEWARE. Does anyone know how to file a legitimate claim with the BBB?

Usenet.nl a product never ordered and demanding yes demanding me to pay eur 90.84 plus dunning fees of eur10.00.

I am being billed bi usenet. Nl for the amount of 90.84 plus dunning fees if eur10.00 for a product I do not remember having never ordered... They pretendhaving sent me an email before.. Usenet.nl unwanted charges, refund refusal.

I was offered a free trial to this website. To make sure, before I forgot, I went and made sure I cancelled my account less than 10 minutes after I got the free trial.
They say they have no record of it!
I was charged on Sunday December 10th, 2017 $99USD! But I could not call to cancel because offices are closed on Sundays, so I called Monday morning.
I was told it would be sent to the supervisor (Customer Service Rep was very curt and unpleasant) I received an email Tuesday morning saying that I am being held to my contract. I called again, and was told the same thing, asking if I'd like to resubmit the claim to the supervisor. I was naturally upset, but not overly rude, but that still resulted in being hung up on!
Then I called back, was on hold for 15 mins and then the call was dropped!

Usenet.nl charged me for 100$ although I have already logged out and proved that I only need free service

as stated by the service, there is a free trial in the beginning of your usage.I havent passed the time of the free trial duration and yet, opposing what I stated, to the registration enquiry, I was charged of service charge although I never choose to.I didnt agree about extending my duration for the program and get charged of 100$ against my will.I have logged out of the site long before the free trial has ended and that action is stated by the site itself to stop the site from charging you for things you never asked for.I am asking for a full refund as this wasnt my intended action.my customer id:8801126.Stated in the gmail that I will be charged in a few minutes as if I did it intentionally.I clearly ticked the box that stated that I only want the free trial and nothing else.I didnt permit any dollars to be reduced from my bank account.

Usenet.nl usenet. nl - free trial is a scam with no way to cancel only to be charged.

I subscribed to Usenet.nl using the free trial to learn what it was about.
That same day of subscribing, The services was not clear so I immediately submitted a form to cancel my subscription.

I have discovered that, submitting a form to cancel is a process where they look into your inquiry and decide whether they allow it or not.

In a sense, Without knowing I was locked into a subscription I did not use.

Their arguement is you wont be charged if you cancel before the termination of the trial period. HOwever, they don't allow you to cancel or make it difficult, claiming there was a never a cancellation.

And so, I was locked and my account was charged.

Upon my second time of cancellation attempt, AFTER they took my money. They allowed my cancellation.

I constantly emailed and they used the 'terms and conditions'. as a rebuttal that I didn't cancel before the trial ended, despite them not allowing me to cancel. and thus, did not allow a refund of 149NZD (my currency).

I constantly emailed and contacted them - requestings responses 3 times in one day, as they were merely ignoring my forms.

The 'terms and conditions' are a fraud.

Usenet.nl fraud 14 days trial subscription and forcing to pay every month even after cancellation

I have subscribed for this 14 days trial, and they stored my card, then without notice or intimation or consent they have charged 1st month, when I cancelled this subscription, I have received an email that I even have to pay the next month fee, also when I log in to account I cannot see my payment option anywhere.

What a criminal minded people you are, why the hell you cannot allow the subscribers to edit their payment method, this is to steal the hard earned money of your innocent customers?

Let them anything next month, I will make this go viral on every social media.

Usenet.nl charge me 101.69 eur for the service l never used!

Another victim here, l signpost to download files which it never have. I have tried many times calling you guys for cancellation before the trial period is over, but line is always busy and that is why l cancelled it through Papal account. I got you email later said my account is suspended, so l assume that the service is terminated. And l never use your service since beginning, so please stop sending letters saying l own you 101.69EUR

Update: Then l called them in midnight US time, l have just disputed the bill of 101.69 EUR. The representatives only point out l didn't email you for cancellation, and try to ignore l never use their service, and how many time l call during the US business hours without anyone answer ( if you doing business in US, you need to expect people call you during the day time business hour not in mid-night, this is comment scene ), and there is not button in the website l can click to cancel. From my understanding, cancelling subscription from PayPal means mutually understanding of the both side agree to stop service, you suspended my account and l stop paying! you make customer very hard to reach in order to scam the extra one year of 101.69EUR! The representative is very very rude, and hand off the phone on me which l never have experience any customer service dare to do that!

This will not help you. You have to contact them through the support form. They will not give you your money back. Just ignore them. They won't do anything but send you letters and threats.

I cancelled this so called service straight away, then they started sending me bills, when I complained about it they said they had no record of my cancellation, the bill just keeps getting higher, I am at my wits end with these people...customer number 8195143, invoice number-[protected]. when I managed to contact them via E-mail they said the site was blocked to me until I paid them the 152 euros I owe them, its beyond belief, I am a 64 year old retiree with health problems, I could really do without this stress in my life, kind regards,

Usenet.nl usenet download

The company deducted money from my paypal account after my account was cancelled. I communicated with them, the very day I signed on the account and I couldn't used it, I tried to cancel the subscription myself there was no link, so I did a live chat which my account was cancelled and an email sent to me to that effect, that the account has been cancelled only for then to debit my paypal account today with 99 dollars. this is criminal. I want a refund.

Usenet.nl unauthorized paypal charge

On August 1st I was charged $99 USD for a service I did not sign up for. I was very surprised to see such a large amount (one I would not spend willingly) being taken for an internet service. I have attempted to log in to their website to see if I may have signed up with them accidentally but none of my emails are registered as an account and I have not been able to log in. As such, I was unable to file a support claim with the company directly using their Contact Form as it required a Username and Email. I took the next step and disputed the claim with PayPal but they were unable to do anything and they closed the case. All I want is a refund for a service that I did not request and that I did not use.

The seller info is listed as: "Usenet.nl S.r.l." "[protected]@usenet.nl"
The purchase details are listed as: "[UNF23] Relax ... $99.00 USD "
The transaction ID is listed as "5YW94189J11426800".

I am unwilling to list any further information due to privacy concerns unless I am contacted directly. A satisfactory resolution to me is a refund for a service that I did not request and that I did not use. Thank You

Usenet.nl I could use usenet. nl for 14 days for free without getting charged.

I am entitled to try usenet.nl for free for 14 days with a volume of 10 gigabytes.
Unless I cancel within the test period or choose a different subscription plan, I agree to join usenet.nl Relax for $ 8.25 us per month, which is 12.24 cad/ month for period of year which is 146.93 cad. If I do not cancel the fee-based subscription at least 1 month before the end of the contract period, the contract will be renewed for another period into the plan Relax.

I do not want the plan or any other for the matter.

I think it is a right scam they said i could try the site out for 14 days if i like it then i have to pay 100 euros to use it, i tried it it has nothing useful to download on there i tried cancelling the membership being bought deleted the software but was not able too cancel they keep trying to take the money out of my account which has become a right nightmare for me which will give me bank fines and a bad credit rating as im in minus and it will also take the money out as soon as i get paid which leaves me having to starve for weeks.. or having to cancel my card which will be a nightmare as i won't be able to withdraw money to get food for the month until my new card arrives! So i now have to starve for a week... this is a polite way of looking at the site...

I have had a similar experience. I signed up for the free trial. When I could not make the program work I attempted to telephone the number listed. No answer. I tried multiple times. I filled out the form they had on their site and have no idea if it was received. Now I received a letter from an agency saying that I owe 105.35 EUR. One hundred euros for something that I never used and cancelled within 24 hours. What a scam!

Yesterday 28.06.17 I received an letter from usenet telling me that I owe them Euros 99. Please find below the emails they sent. I recall signing up for a free trial but my payment from paypal did not go through so I thought I had not entered into the trial. Subscribed to a 14 day trial and
Cancelled same day as realised service wasn’t for me or what Inwas looking for. Emailed company to terminate contract and received confirmation saying account was cancelled.

Was surprised following month, and months after to receive invoices from company billing me for a service I had cancelled. After emails backwards and forwards it’s only taken company 3 months to tell me reason why I’m still being billed is because I have 2 accounts created under one email address. I only remember registering for one trial and cancelling the service that same day. I don’t remember opening any additional accounts.

Due to terms and conditions and me apparently not cancelling contract when trial ended (which I didn’t even realise I had another account open; I only thought I had one), I was automatically upgraded to the 1-month subscription charge and will not be refunded

As I appts they had an account open outwith trial period, there will be no refunds and I’ve still to pay my invoice for a service that I never use or have logged into. I was reluctant to pay this but after being contacted not just by email but a letter sent to my home address, I reluctantly have done so as to hopefully not be charged anymore and keep the company off my back.

Usenet.nl usenet. nl / easyusenet. nl consumer fraud and theft, dishonesty, credit card and paypal disputes, rip off scams

Usenet.nl have recently set up a website called easyusenet.nl which is an affiliate centre and online shop front designed to rip people off by luring them into the now well publicized Usenet.nl 14 day free trial scam.

When people sign up for a free trial, with payment details to confirm, it is then impossible to cancel and people are overcharged.

Usenet.nl is based in the Netherlands and uses various other names to confuse people, like usenext.nl or easyusenet.nl, but really, it is all part and parcel of the same scam.

They then use debt collectors to illegally harass people in extortionate manners and people should just ignore the letters and complain to Paypal.

Usenet.nl and their affiliated sites also scrape DMCA copyrighted content to create fake ads and redirects to usenet.nl sign up pages.

They are frauds.

Usenet.nl bait and switch fraud, consumer fraud, dishonest affiliate schemes, dmca abuse, spammers, usenet. nl scam

EasyUsenet.nl appear to be involved with Friendly Duck Affiliates who engage in black-hat SEO, sometimes using DMCA-immune black-hosts, to trick consumers into signing up to a14 day free USENET.NL trial, which is a scam and a bait and switch rip off (ie there is no promised e-book, and instead the lure of a free trial becomes a large unauthorized Paypal bill or credit card charges, followed by impossibility to cancel and harassing debt collector letters.

Friendly Duck Affiliates suffered some bad PR on Page 1 of Google when an author complained about 100 times about DMCA abuses. They would not stop, so he filled up the web with complaints, and then Usenet.Nl appear to have set up EasyUsenet.nl instead.

The truth is they are basically an arm of Usenet.nl and are frauds, operating in black hat SEO to fill the web with fraudulent ads for PDFs of authors books, and luring people into handing over credit card details.

They appear to be based in New York but this is unlikely.
