Viagogo payment issue

I sold my U2 Dublin concert tickets and get a confirmation email from viagogo at 1th of August, 2017. My payment number is 1710873. It has already done 13 days and I did not recieved the payment. I sent several emails to viagogo's official site but no body answered me. Please URGENT answer my email. I want to find a collocuter.

Viagogo refund for justin bieber cancellation concert in dallas, tx

Received email from Viagogo on Jul 26, 2017 stating Bieber concert in Dallas, TX was cancelled and to federal express original tickets by 8/2/17. Instructions on email stated to federal express original tickets back to them by 8/2/17 for refund. I understood that
the federal express fee to send back to Viagogo was not refundable.

I federal expressed on 7/31/17 and per tracking number confirmed that Viagogo receptionist signed in as received on 8/1/17.
My Viagago order # is: [protected]. My Federal Express tracking #: [protected]
Per my credit card #8736 was charged $305.33 on 5/23/17.
I expected to get this refund as soon as tickets were returned. The email did not state how long it would take to get refund but people who received e-tickets were refunded within 7 days.

I have called and emailed the help centre at least 10 times or more. I called the phone number that was posted on the web site for Viagago NYC, NY. The mailing address online was the same address where I was directed (per their email) to federal expressed the original tickets. Their help desk basically asks to pick a question you have from the Question and Answer section. They give a generic answer to: What do I do if my concert is canceled. lt states return the tickets and we will issue refund. Does not state how long it takes to refund. It has now been 15 days and no response at all. They have my email to update that original tickets were received and the estimated time of delivery. No response from anyone!
Competitors refunded the ticket price immediately.
I want my refund as soon as possible.please!
I will include ALL documentation in this complaint.

Viagogo viagogo over priced tickets and unhelpful service

I'm currently dealing with this company as they have sent my tickets to the wrong country. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days now to get the tickets redirected back to the UK. During my conversations through email (which has taken ALOT of wasted time) as they will not accept calls until 72hours before your concert date, I have had the customer service be rude and unhelpful. I requested on Monday morning that they contact UPS to redirect the tickets as they would not let me oraganize it as I was not the sender, so I contacted viagogo again and they informed me that there is nothing they could do, but of course I had already spoken to UPS and I know they can, I confronted this and he came back with yet another excuse as to why they cant help and I wont be getting my money back for my OVERPRICED tickets! Im currently waiting for them to get back to me and tell me why the tickets cant be reissued or who they bought them from to see if they can reissue the tickets.

They have informed me that there is not enough time to get the tickets redirected, but if they had done what i asked and called on Monday morning UPS would have had the tickets to the UK no problem.

Every time I try to get a solution they come back and inform me that its my fault and I will not be getting a refund nor will I receive my concert tickets in time. They leave me waiting for hours at a time before they will respond to me which is wasting more time as the concert date is getting closer.

This company are crooks and they should not be allowed to work as a legitimate business. They are trained lier's and robbing customers money! they should be reported to authorities.

Viagogo unethical behaviour

I recently purchased two concert tickets from Viagogo. After completing payment, I received an email stating the tickets would not be available until three days before the event (which is 4 months away), and given no seat numbers. This naturally made me feel suspicious. Upon further investigation, I learn that Viagogo only sells 'resold' tickets, and has left thousands of buyers without tickets, without refunds, or - worst of all - turned away at the venue because the tickets are fraudulent or have already been used. I would NEVER have purchased tickets through Viagogo if it had been clearly stated on the website that the tickets were only available three days before the event, and with no seat allocation...I don't know any sane person who would! Viagogo have taken my money with no reassurance that I am going to get what I paid for. I am deeply concerned about this website misleading purchasers.

Viagogo sziget festival tickets

I am complaining about sziget festival. I had bought 2 day tickets on viagogo the night before, I turned up with the tickets, they scanned the QR codes and refused entry and said the tickets had been bought fraudulently and sold on. I have spoken to viagogo which were very unhelpful on the phone, I have spoken to my bank and they cannot issue a refund due to viagogo terms and conditions.
Please can you get in touch to resolve this.

Viagogo invalid ticket refund

On June 20, 2017, my son & I bought 2 tickets via viagogo to a 7/29/2017 soccer match (Manchester City v. Tottenham) in Nashville TN for a total of $190.27 (US dollars), order #[protected]). Upon presenting the downloaded tickets at the venue gate, we were denied entry because the tickets were invalid. The next morning (7/30/2017) and within the 48-hour window explained in Viagogo's Terms & Conditions, we contacted the Viagogo website to report the problem and request a refund. As of today, 8/13/2017, we have received no reply except an automatic message stating we are out of time for any recourse to recover our funds. It is virtually impossible to speak to a representative of the company or lodge any sort of complaint or inquiry.

Viagogo asking for refund of phil collins tickets

I purchased 2 x Phil Collins Tickets from Viagogo for the 8th June 2017 at the Royal Albert Hall, this was cancelled then re- arranged for the 26th November 2017 however I contacted Viagogo before the concert date after reading on the Royal Albert Halls Official site they will refuse entry to who has purchased tickets through a secondary site. Viagogo said go to concert if refused entry they will refund the cost of tickets, I said I did not want to go to London to be refused entry after paying £180 for a hotel and £32 for transport both of which I could cancel, they said I would need to attend and wouldn't discuss this issue any further, they also stated they had a legal obligation to complete the sale for the seller, I said how can they have a legal obligation if the tickets are not valid due to being resold through their site, he just stated the same argument several times . Face value of the tickets are £125 each I paid £1, 189.93 as below

Viagogo edinburgh military tattoo 2017 invalid tickets 12

We bough edinburgh military tattoo 2017 12 tickets with overfaced value, but told by official that tickets are invalid, so waster a lot of money, have to buy new tickets again.
It was sold in viagogo two month ago, when we receive the ticket already found the price we paid is much much over face value, but because we trust viagogo, at least we are prepared for the fest, then at the end official told us that these tickets are invalid! Tickets from viagogo invalid.

We are in the same boat, we bought 5 tickets and paid 3 times the face value, which we later found out were invalid to get us into the Edinburgh tattoo. we have contacted viagogo many times and they keep coming back to us with the same reply of the tickets being valid before we contacted the official Edinburgh Tattoo.
Viagogo claim to be an official seller of Edinburgh Tattoo tickets which is not true as the official office made us aware of this. We ended up buying tickets from the Official site after at a fraction of the price.
i would advise everyone NOT to use viagogo as they are nothing but crooks.

Viagogo invalid tickets for sziget festival

To whom it may concern,

I bought 5 day pass ticket for Sziget festival starting 11th August to 16 August in Budapest, however when I came to festival place, i could not enter since the officials explained my tickets are invalid, we checked the barcodes from scanner many times but it did not work either. I could not enter to the event. I travelled miles from my country for this event and could not enter, bit disappointed.

Viagogo not receiving payment after sale of ticket.

I have sold a ticket online on 24th May 2017 for an event on which took place on 4th August but have not received any payment til today despite the site saying that the payment is completed! Please assist me to get my payment! Order ID : [protected]! I understand that the term and conditions on the site stated that the payment will be in 5-7 days after the event takes place! But it is still not here and I'm getting anxious since its not a small amount.

Viagogo concert tickets

I went through the process of ordering tickets.. I realised at the end that there were slot of additional fees being added so I therefore pressed cancel. I then received an email to say that my sale was confirmed and a large sum of money debited. I don't want these tickets, I want a refund. I don't like the fact I pressed cancel and it put through the order.

Today i contact yourselves regarding 2 bought tickets to see ocean colour scene in Hull, this friday 11 Aug. Within 8 minutes i had a reply saying i now don't have any tickets.
Firstly, when were you actually going to contact me and let me know about this. I'm quite sure, if i'd not got in touch, you would have just refunded me my money.
Secondly, i have made arrangements for that night. I have friends travelling up from London, 4 hours away, so we can all go out and have some fun before the concert.
What am i supposed to say top these people, who also have made arrangements to come to Hull to see me, and go and watch the concert. I tell you now, they are not going to be happy about this, but not half as disappointed i am.
Thirdly, i emailed your team to see how i make a complaint, and no one could even be bothered to contact me to say what the procedure is for making a complaint.
I'd like to make an official complain, as i was under the full impression, viagogo had tickets, and would be sending these to me, before the concert date.

Viagogo for the love of mrs. brown tickets

The other day I purchased 4 tickets for "FOR THE LOVE OF MRS. BROWN" and paid AUD887.69. The tickets were sent today with a face value of AUD119.

What a ripoff! Nowhere did it disclose on the website in a prominent place that you charged 100% mark up.

I propose to ask the ACCC to look into this misleading and deceptive conduct.

Viagogo order id:[protected], sale cancelled after the event has passed

I sold two tickets on Viagogo for Mariinsky Ballet on August 3, 2017. The Order ID is [protected]. The sale happened on July 22, 2017, and I received the email confirmed the sale. Then today (August 7), I received an email saying the sale was cancelled due to issues withe the buyer, and I will not get paid. The event has passed so there is no way I could relist the tickets. The tickets have been sold for two weeks, and how could it be possible for them to cancel the order now? There is nothing wrong on my part and I want to get paid for my sale.

Viagogo order [protected] - tickets not received, lack of customer service

Viagogo - Tickets not received for August 11th - Order [protected] IAAF World Athletics championships London

I paid for tickets for the IAAF Athletics championships for the evening session on August 11th. I paid online and was advised that the tickets would be dispatched to me.

UPS were the carrier to deliver the tickets and said that they had been three attempts to deliver to my address, no cards were left at my address. I assume that they had not been to my address or a wrong address.

Below is the attached communication with Viagogo, in which my questions are ignored by your staff member Stefan.

The complete lack of service is disgusting and I have no idea if I will get my tickets.

You sent me an email yesterday advising me that my tickets would be destroyed by UPS if I had not made contact with them by 5pm yesterday.
I have only seen your email this morning so I assume that my tickets have been destroyed.

Can you answer the following questions :

Why have I not had any cards from UPS left at my address from the 3 attempted deliveries ?

Where are they ?
If a card had been left with their contact details on I would have made contact and arranged a suitable delivery date .
Why do you think it's acceptable to send an email at 2.18pm advising me that I have until 5pm that day to make contact with UPS ( or my tickets will be destroyed) ?

Do you think people are not at work and may miss your commuinication with such a short time period ?

You employ UPS to deliever your goods ( in this case tickets ) and in my situation this has not been done, hence why do you think it's acceptable to offer me to resell my tickets at reduced face value price - and ask me for seat numbers ( which I will not be able to find out as I don't have the tickets - they were destroyed ) ?
Your responses are not reasonable and I wish the matter to be escalated and to make a formal complaint .

Viagogo ticket price

Hello,

I want to complain about the amount I was charged for tickets a while back. I brought them because it said they were only 6 tickets left and more than that looking to buy them!

I trusted that the site was the correct price and brought them in a panic, due to pressure. After paying and telling my friends how excited I was to get them and seeing if can get anymore for friends I learnt very quickly I had been massively overcharged. You can buy the tickets for £35 even now still and even on the same site for £35 I was charged over £200! My purchase code is [protected].

I even tried to "resell" via the site but had no luck as they are so over price! I want to know why and how this has happened and what can be done please.

Viagogo little mix tickets

I was on fbook when little mix advert pop up saying click here for your tickets so I did ! For my 11 year old daughter it took me to via gogo a site I've never heard off felt like I was rushed into buying tickets on final bill it cost 200 pound asked around a few people why so expensive and was told about your service ...I then seen a post were someone was turn away from Celine deon concert so after seeing that wanted to cancel my tickets as I did not want my daughter getting to the venue to be turn away ...you've said me to refund and to re sell my tickets at a lower cost which I have done but don't want to ...I want a full refund as you cannot guarantee full event ...I hope this issue can be resolved as a matter of urgency ..

Viagogo viagogo / can not receive the payment / order no [protected] & [protected]

Dear sirs, I sold my tickets to F1 Hungary with orders id [protected] & [protected] and I can not receive the payment because I can not fill any payment method available. I am from Ukraine. So, when I choose bank transfer as payment method, I need to fill in the form where I should mention the IBAN number, Ukrainian banks do not have IBAN number, we have only SWIFT number. As for Paypal as payment method I can not use it either, because Paypal did not allow to receive payments in Ukraine
