I purchased 4 tickets to mostack where there is a time limit to purchase, I thought all tickets had sold out as it stated this on their website so I used to sight to get tickets, whilst doing that the price jumped up adding charges and it still doesn't add up to the total as there is a £4.87 charge that wasn't even stated I have phoned my bank and they said they will dispute with the company if I'm not offered a refund! Now I can see the tickets never sold out on the official website and I've paid over double for them! THIS SIGHT IS A SCAM! Been on hold for ages still no answer!

Viagogo is fraud please do not rely upon them. I sold the tickets under order Id [protected] and [protected]. They asked me on 8th July to deliver tickets to the buyer by 11th July. I delivered the tickets to the buyer. I have proof of delivery but as soon as the tickets were delivered viagogo cancelled and charged me for cancellation. I listed two tomorrowland tickets - along with the proof of purchase ( same as I have done with two other tickets- which were approved and sold- so its the right info) - I have patiently waited more than 72 hours for them to be reviewed and activated- but it as yet has not been- there is no way to ask you what is going on- i have tried tweeting and direct messaging the company with the deatail and have gotten no acknowledgement of it - the listing number is [protected] the tickets if bought need to be posted by 19th so i need for them to be activated quickly

2 little mix tickets
I paid £334 for 2 little mix tickets for 14th July, I paid for them 4 weeks in advance via my bank card. I have been on the phone to you for last three days, first you told me there was a delay, then you told me that they were arriving today (13th july), I called up today and you told me they should have arrived yesterday (12th) tickets have not arrived (apparently got lost in the post). ed sheeran tickets
On the 8th July I purchased 2 ed sheeran tickets for £324.
I later discovered that ed sheeran tickets have strict terms and conditions which state any ticket resold or offered for resale is invalidated. I was not aware that viagogo was a secondary site however they refuse to offer a refund despite this being covered by the viagogo guarantee which states all tickets are valid which is not the case as once those tickets were listed as for resale they were invalid.
I was also not informed of the face value of the ticket or seat numbers which breaks the consumer rights act 2015.
I have tried numerous times to contact viagogo but it appears this is futile as after the initial 2 responses I've had no further communications with them.
Full refund of £324.

I am very concerned about my lastest pruchase. I thought that you were the official website for selling tickets for ed Sheerana per advertising on google. I have asked the customer service for a refund but they have suggested re marketing them. I have said no. I have raised this as a crime which I sent the customer services the crime number as you are not the official website for Ed Sheeran tickets. Please advise as I am not a very happy and feel sick as I note from Ed Sheerans website that we will not be allowed into the concert if we get the tickets. Please advise asap.

On June 12, I purchased tickets 3 tickets from Viagogo for the Into The Woods Music Festival.
Payment was received and confirmed. My friends and I then booked our flights.
A month later (July 10), I received an email saying the order could not be filled. We now have no tickets for a trip we would not have booked if Viagogo had not misled us. I would not recommend Viagogo to anyone.

ed sheeran cardiff 2018
I purchased 4 tickets on Saturday 8th July for Ed Sheeran in Cardiff next June 2018 (ref [protected]) for which I have no seat numbers.
I then went through the process again to take some friends with us, gave them the ticket price, which they agreed, then there was a massive uplift at the end so I called them and they said it was too expensive. I then pressed 'No' and had a pop up asking me why I didn't want to buy them. I ticked the box that said "I was unhappy with the add on costs at the end", I then received a confirmation email and 2 amounts of £1421 have been taken from my account.
I have been in touch by email, saying how unhappy I am and that I didn't say yes, but they are in complete denial that anything is wrong. I have asked for a call, but nothing as yet.

pick up point miles away from venue with three hour collection window
I bought 6 tickets from viagogo at double the face value
i made three orders, two orders delivered, one order put through someone elses door with no signature, luckily they brought to me
the third order was a last minute order for my friends daughter who came over from ireland, when i placed the order it just stated pick up tickets on day as it was a few days before the event.
Naturally like every other site does, you would assume you collect from the venue, on the day i got to the event at 3pm to find out that every other ticket seller, i mean every other getmein, seatwave ticketmaster and all the rest of the reputable ones literally had a box at the pick up point, except viagogo who expect you to get to soho oin a three hour morning window but dont tell you when you buy.
They did not display this on the site before i purchased and did not email me until thursday, i missed the email as they were sending so many, but like i say if you are going to make pick up not from venue with a short window of collection you need to advise customers before they buy
i came from kent it took me nearly two hours and the acts all our girls wanted to see were kicking off at 3.30pm
i called them and there customer service is diabolical as is there internet customer service
please do not ever use these people there are many more much reliable sites, once they have your money they have no further interest in you ive lost £135 and they sols me 6 tickets face value at £417 for just under £800

I went through the process online of ordering tickets for ed sheeran in cardiff 2018 at the end of the process the amount was £514.99 so I decided I didn't want to purchase the tickets but I was still charged and I received a confirmation email despite me pressing cancel and being shown a list of reasons asking why I didn't want to proceed. This is not right! And I cannot get hold of any one over the phone to talk to in viagogo.

I sold viagogo 2 tickets for the Gorillas gig in Margate on June 10th I received an e mail from them on the 14th June asking me to set up a default payment method as they had attempted to pay me. I did as requested and set up the payment method but I still have not received my money. I have tried relaying this information to them through their customer service options on their web site but to no avail, all I want is is to resolve this issue and receive the money for the tickets. I sold 2 tickets for the killers for the 8th of July, I got full confirmation they had received the tickets and I would be paid 5-7 business days after the event. Today on the 10th of July 3 days after the event I have received and email advising they have cancelled the order and if I wish to resell or have my tickets back! I am utterly appalled! These tickets are now useless to me 3 days after the event and I want the money I am due immediatly into my account!

We purchased 2 ticket to England v South Africa 3rd Test Day 4 at Kia Oval as we will be in London. After we received the confirmation email we discovered that they were concession Child tickets. No where on the site when we booked said they were concession tickets, and at the price they cost they were adult tickets. Hi I was refused entrance to the event. I bought a ticket through your site. Nearly got heart attack when I was told that my ticket is invalid as I travelled from another country and paid for the flights and hotel. I won't even mention how much stress it cost me. I am just after coming back home. I went to my orders, it says that there is an issue with my ticket (which I already know as I could not get in!). It says in your rules that you guarantee valid tickets to your customers. Is someone from your company going to contact me and refund me!? Who will give me money back for flights and hotel?

I bought 2 tickets online from Viagogo to see the 'Battle of Brisbane' - a boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Jeff Horn, held in Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane on 2nd July 2017. I paid $440 per ticket. When the tickets arrived by email about one month later (one week before the fight), they turned out to be Ticketek tickets with a face value of $99 per ticket.
Even with booking fees added to the cost, I believe the markup was extremely exhorbitant. I probably would not have complained if the seats, for the price I paid, was anywhere near the fight ring. But, as it turned out, we were seated so far from the ring that we could only watch from the big screen.
The couple seated beside us suffered the same predicament. The wife bought the tickets as a surprise wedding anniversary gift to her husband, but was scolded instead for getting ripped-off by Viagogo.
I believe I am entitled to some refund, and there must be a legal way of stopping internet companies like Viagogo from victimizing unsuspecting people like us.
4x the weeknd tickets
I purchased 4 Tickets to The Weeknd Concert in Melbourne, from Viagogo.
The Tickets cost me over $800.
I was really excited when I purchased the tickets. A couple of days later, I noticed that the tickets had been cancelled by Viagogo without my knowledge.
Viagogo advised that I would not receive a Refund because they did not withdraw any funds, but they still took my money, and I haven't received a refund.
