tickets order no 8991340 for p! nk & jay z - v festival 2017 chelmsford
In February I purchased 2 tickets for the VFest Chelmsford to be held on 18, 19 and 20 August 2017. I paid £650 for them. Now I have found out that the 18 has been dropped and the tickets are therefore much less. I have tried in vain to contact Viagogo to get a refund for the one day but only get generic emails back from them. They refuse to acutally answer my query. I do not want a refund for the full amount just for the one day. What can I do?
take that tickets manchester
Bought tickets for take that to take my girl. The event was postponed but instead of sending new tickets they ripped us off 180 pounds by sending an email saying don't worry about tickets followed by an email with very little in my case no time to return ticket for refund. As a visually impaired person I think this is disgraceful .
I wonder how many other people fell for this. No means of communicating with anyone human at viagogo in this case.
I have literally been robbed after trying to treat my girlfriend I would never ever trust this company again shame on them for making money out of An act of terrorism at Manchester arena
customer service
On April 20, We bought 2 tickets for the Roger Water concert at Staples Center, Los Angeles- California. We are from Brazil and we came only because of this. Today, when we arrived at the hotel (date 06/27), even with the delivered confirmations from Viagogo and the fedex, the ticketes were n't at the hotel. We stayed for 7 hours trying to solve with Viagogo customer service - clerk Cloe- and also with Fedex. Nobody could solve it. Viagogo did not allow us to resell them and still charged us the $ 247 even though it wasn't delivered. And worst, Viagogo didn't even take care of us effectively. Certainly, we will provide an action for reimbursement and damages for everything we have been through. ! All information are on files attached,
adele tickets
I have been over charged me for my Adele tickets £635 for 2x £55 tickets surely that's criminal ? I spent 3 hrs on the Adele site trying to buy tickets to be moved across to vivagogo site and then told my tickets would be £150 each due to the tickets being sold out I then purchased them and ended up paying £150 + each ticket for admin fees I thought the laws ruled this sort of behaviour out ?
order id [protected] mis-selling of tickets
I bought tickets from your website in good faith and as advertised to see Genesis - 30th anniversary invisible touch tour, at a total cost of £265.55 on 30 September 2017.
When e-tickets arrived the it said 'congratulations you are going to see Genesis'. But when I opened the link I saw that the tickets were for a cover band called the carpet creepers not to see Genesis.
This is mis-selling and fraud. The tickets were are a price you would expect to pay to see Genesis (albeit with your very high fees' added on) and at no point in the advertising of buying process did you state that the tickets were to see a cover band, so it was reasonable of me to expect the tickets to be to see Genesis. Had I seen the actual costs of the tickets which was £18 each I would have been suspicious and would not have bought the tickets.
I have raised this several times with viagogo direct via email and their online customer services link and have been told that they sell tickets for specific events not to see specific artists. This is ridiculous. The event was mis-sold. I have also asked twice for the complaints procedure and this has been ignored.
My husband bought tickets for the same event via ticket master who also advertised the event as Genesis. We raised this with them and they admitted their mistake and issued a full refund.
I therefore require a full refund from viagogo as a matter of urgency.
astronomical ticket price markup without customer being aware
Booked the vamps leeds o2 academy 3/3/17 7pm four tickets. My daughter ran in saying last ten tickets available and I quickly booked four of them.My daughter was adamant that these were really good seats at the front so although I had originally agreed they could go as it was only twenty pounds felt didnt mind paying the extra for good seats. However when I looked at the email receipt and realised how much I had actually paid I had paid 215 pounds to viagogo how when tickets were 36 each.?Also ive just downloaded them and the tickets are not for seats as we were advised but for standing face value 16 .50! Whilst yes I paid this so you may have the attitude its tough..Im sorry but with such a huge mark up a customer needs to be clearly aware of this and have several options of reviewing so this cannot happen.I paid over the odds to get seats and the least I expect is seats-goods as described Trade Descriptions. Please advise what can be done as viagogo just have the 'its tough' attitude with no mention of looking at finding seats etc. let alone refunding the some of the one hundred and thirty five pounds extra I have inadvertently paid. booking id [protected]
fake rugby tickets
We bought rugby tickets from Viagogo for the South Africa vs France game at Emmirates Park in Johannesburg on the 24th June 2017.
On arriving at the stadium we were denied entry by the officials stating that the tickets were fake and they had already dealt with 150 people who had purchased fake tickets from Viagogo.
There is no way we can contact Viagogo for us to resolve this problem.
This is totally unacceptable and we require a refund for our tickets and this company must be reported for selling fake tickets and be shut down immediately.
wings tour bts sapporo japan concert ticket

unable to communicate with the company
I've been trying to get in contact with viagogo for over a week now in relation to the festival FIB Beniccasim that is due to take place on the 13th July.
I purchased tickets for the event with viagogo in April on an email address - [protected]@hotmail.co.uk - unfortunately this email address is no longer in service due to fraudulent activity that took place around 2 weeks ago and I no longer have access to it. This has caused a lot of problems and I've had to create a new email and get everything transferred over.
I have managed to receive everything on my email except from my festival tickets. This include being able to retrieve my etickets for my flights to the festival.
Because I do not have access to the email at all I am unable to obtain the reference number for the tickets. I also can not log into a viagogo account because I checked out as a guest.
Since not being able to contact viagogo directly and them now answering to my numerous emails (6 to be precise) I have contacted my credit card company and also trading standards.
Because the festival is taking place in a couple of weeks time this has caused a lot of stress and I am now wanting to make a formal complaint. If I can not receive the tickets this also renders the flight tickets useless and this is a loss of a lot of money.
ticket purchase
I recently bought two tickets via the Viagogo website for Marc Almond's Royal Festival Hall concert on 3 October, but have just discovered they are almost two and a half times the price for the same tickets which are available on Ticketmaster's website, the official site for the concert.
Lesson learned. I won't be in a rush to buy tickets again, and will never use Viagogo again. First and last time, and I will ensure everyone knows what a ripoff "service" they provide. Terrible.
kings of leon refund
I purchased tickets for kings of Leon for the Manchester arena for 9th June. Due to terrorist attack at the venue the concert was cancelled. I was advised to send my tickets back to limerick, Ireland and the tickets could be postmarked no later than 14th June. I sent my tickets back tracked and recorded delivery on 8th June when they arrived in Ireland on 13th June. I have still had no contact regarding my refund if £170. I have tried numerous times to contact them and have still heard nothing back. I think it's appalling that a company is effectively making money off the back of this awful tragedy as that is the only reason the concert was cancelled. I also find it disgusting that after I've followed the advice that they gave they are still reluctantly with holding my money.
I hope you can address my complaint quickly and effectively and process my refund accordingly or I will take this matter further to trading standards and media
concert tickets
How can a company who already knows what customers will complain about and add this in to their feedback form, be allowed to operate in this way? The pressure they put on you to purchase quickly, make hasty decisions and add costs on to the price that they have not warned of, are unbelievable. Surly this practice cannot be legal. What an absolutely vile company with shocking behaviour!

viagogo ticket sale no. 9423166 and no 9187785
I sold two tickets through Viagogo for Primavera Sound, for Thursday June 1st. On June 4th payment was " initiated", according to an email I received. 20 days later I still have not received the money owed. I actually find it pretty incredible that such a thing just casually happens. I am waiting till the end of the month and if nothing happens I will file a formal complaint with Swiss authorities
tickets for concert did not arrive - cannot get a response to resolve problem
I purchased tickets for an Olly Murs concert at Worcester Cricket Ground for this Sunday -25th June, some months ago. Ref ID 8781545. Earlier this week I had an email to say they were being despatched by Royal Mail Special delivery - which took several days to come. I opened the envelope from Royal Mail yesterday pm - on return from work - to find it was in a Royal Mail plastic bag - saying item damaged. The envelope inside has clearly been slit at the bottom and nothing was inside. I immediately contacted Viagogo - spoke to Julio who asked me to send pictures of the envelope - which we duly did - and he received. he said he would look into it with the sellers and be back to me in half an hour. I heard nothing - and to date have had NO REPLY. I cannot get through on the phone line and cannot get a response to my e mails. I have now had to purchase further tickets from another site - which were cheaper and I could print them myself (thank goodness - as four of them were birthday presents) but am now out of pocket for the original tickets - over £400 and these replacement ones - over £200. I have spoken with my postman this morning - who has reported the envelope to his boss - but he feels that the envelope never had six tickets in it as it doesn't look like it has been stretched enough and the bottom looks like it has ben clearly slit open. Delivery was yesterday 23rd June 2017.
I enclose pictures of the envelope and packaging and also my original e mail from Viagogo confirming my ticket purchase and the amount paid.
I am looking to have the latter completely refunded. The last 24 hrs have been very stressful - the situation is not ideal - but lack of any communication from Viagogo is just not on.
£600 may not be much to many people, but to me it is a huge amount of money and takes me a long to earn this - and hence my frustration.
I look forward to hearing from you with a happy outcome!

tickets adele
Hello,
can you please investigate Viagogo scammers ! People have been getting ripped off for a very long time !
I paid £347.98 for 2x Adele tickets, where the face value of each was only £55, as I found out when the tickets arrived. INFLATION over 300% !. In addition to that, they charged me £99.25 booking fee, yes that is not a typo, almost 100 pounds in booking fee + $9.95 delivery. I bought the ticket on 02/DEC/2016, this was the day/hour when Adele's tickets were released. There was no information at viagogo's website what the face value is, I did not even realise that I am buying a re-sold tickets, since I was buying them at the same time of the ticket date release.

invalid tickets to maggie rogers at electric brixton
My tickets to the Maggie Rogers gig were rejected by the venue on 21/6/17 for being invalid. On 24/02/2017 I purchased 4 tickets (order no. 9322072). On 15/03/2017 I received an envelope from UPS containing one piece of paper with my order details and order ID. There was nothing else in the envelope. I assumed this was due to the tickets being electronic. I went to the venue and showed them my electronic order details. The venue manager said they were invalid and refused entry. His name is Micahel Yardy, Operations Manager, Electric Brixton. [protected].
It was a special occasion and very upsetting. I would like a full refund (£200.44) plus £300 for ruining mine and my partner and our 2 friends' night.
I scoured the Viagogo website for the means to complain and it wouldn't let me - it said the 'date has passed for complaining'). I called the customer service number [protected] and it said leave a message but the voicemail was full. I called the only other UK telephone number for sales [protected] and it said 'The number you have called is not recognised.' These is extremely poor customer service!
I am an attorney and will pursue this complaint until Viagogo had made full redress, including filing a complaint with the Commons Culture, Media and Sport Committee.
Sincerely,
Gilbey Strub

I received an email last Friday stating the concert I had booked for this Saturday has been cancelled and rescheduled for a Wednesday evening in December. I did not book the event purposefully on a week night as there is no way I would ever be able to make it. I have tried contacting viagogo many times, but have had no response! I require a refund as it breaches advertisement regulations!
viagogo tickets
My order number is [protected]. We got two tickets for the Justin bieber concert in Dublin Ireland yesterday - when we got to the venue we were refused entry as the tickets had been already scanned at 5:01pm which is when the venue opened. We paid €194 for 2 tickets and they were void. I have been trying to contact viagogo by phone with the number they gave and it won't connect me with someone - online through my account it is saying the timeframe is up for a query
I am complaining about tickets purchased
Order number - [protected].
I purchased these tickets and the venue was changed . I can not make this venue and I will not accept losing money from fees . I would like a refund on these tickets and would love to be able to speak to someone over the phone . I will be taking this to small claims court if I am not refunded as this is false advertisement. Advertising a concert at one venue then changing it to the other side of London without warning . What a joke !
