unclear charges

To whom this may concern,
I would like to report Viagogo for unclear charges on their website.
I purchased 2 tickets but as I went on to the page it gave me a few minutes to purchase these tickets due to tickets quickly selling out and so had to rush to purchase them.
Once I had put all my details in to the system and pushed purchase it told me that the purchase price was 80% higher than what the tickets were marketed for which by this time the transaction had already been made and I couldn't go back.
After this whole ordeal I went to the page again to see if these extra prices were shown anywhere and they say the price does not include VAT and delivery but then there is no option to actually see how much these charges are so one cant actually see what this price will be until you put your card details in and hit pay.
If I knew these added prices I would NOT have purchased the tickets
charged for ticket sale cancellation by them
viagogo have charged my account £61.60 without permission after the buyer backed out of purchasing my ticket.
how they can charge me when it was not my fault is beyond me.
I cannot get through to anybody on the phone to resolve.
I have emailed the CEO eric baker but I bet nothing gets done.
this is a completely fraudlent company and something needs to be done.

To whom it may concern,
On the 24th Jan 2017 I bought the tickets above for £603.02, I decided to re sell these tickets the next day as I realised I had been a bit foolish for buying them (sales id above).
I re sold them and asked viagogo to redirect the tickets to my buyer.
This week the deadline passed for the tickets and even though I was sent an email a month before saying to disregard any emails relating to this sale I started to get anxious they hadn't been sent. So I wrote an email on 1st July to verify I didn't need to worry and got no response.
Well today (3/7/2017) I received an email saying that viagogo had cancelled my sale and I was to be charged £40. As you can imagine I was quite annoyed by this as an email (saved in my inbox) clearly stated I needed to do nothing with this sale, secondly I was never due to receive these tickets as they were redirected.
I then tried to call but it seems impossible to be able to speak to a human as I wasn't allowed to go through to the customer services because it wasn't less than 72 hours before the event. I then sent an email asking why the sale had been cancelled and what happens with my original purchase as I haven't got these tickets.
I checked my account and saw that the delivery address of my purchased tickets were still due to be delivered to my buyer. I changed the delivery address to my own as I was worried that if they did suddenly get dispatched I would then end up with no tickets and no sale but my buyer would get my tickets for nothing.
Ten minutes after doing this I got an email saying my tickets are going to be delivered tomorrow!? Now I have two tickets coming tomorrow that I can't even use as I have other plans because I assumed this was sorted months ago.
I'm really angry, now I have little time to re sell these tickets and got charged £40 for a situation out of my control! I feel as though I have been ripped off basically.
Why cancel my sale if an hour later viagogo can dispatch the tickets? It makes no sense to me? The tickets must have been ready to dispatch before this evening as I find it highly convienient that these tickets were dispatched an hour after my sale was cancelled and less than 10 minutes after I changed the delivery address to my own.
So viagogo got £603.02 off of me, over £500 from my buyer and held on to it from January until present. Then thry charged me £40 for passing the deadline date and I assume charged my seller £40 for passing the deadline date. Viagogo cancelled my buyers purchase and I imagine still have their money too! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received and I am disgusted that I would get charged for a situation out of my control! I now have spent £643.02 on tickets to see a band that have a face value of about £159. I also feel very sorry for my poor buyer who is over £500 out of pocket and no tickets to show for it. I will never use this company again.
Yours Faithfully,
Mrs Louise Smith.

Lollapalooza Tickets sale and purchase issue
Viagogo is extremely irresponsible and ignorant of customers. I am trying to sell tickets that I purchased wrongly (from viagogo, again, bacause the listing was misleading) as the ticket did not apply for me. Now they are not communicating properly and warning me of charges on my credit card because they can't map my purchase to my sale!
Ridiculous company with no regard for the customers

rugby tickets paid for but not delivered in a timely manner
Ordered Rugby tickets to All blacks Vs South Africa match in NZ viagogo.com.au Order ID [protected]. Received an email confirming the tickets will be delivered 3 days before the event which is months away i.e. 17 September 2017. After our transaction went through on Credit card read reviews and horror stories of Via go go providing last minute refunds rather than tickets and also venues turning people with via go go tickets away. I would like a refund so we can purchase tickets to this match from a more reputable source. Bank has asked us to contact via go go directly to try and resolve this matter but they do not list an email other than [protected]@viagogo.com or [protected]@iagogo.com when called [protected] they would not speak to me until the event is less than 72 hours away. Very dissatisfied. I feel I have been scammed.
selling tickets
I have tried to sell tickets on your site which say they have sold and I need to confirm sale I have repeatedly confirmed it and it just goes in a loop and says the same thing, it won't let me add the sticker and is now saying the time has expired and I could be liable for charges, I have the sticker and supporting email but nobody to give it to, the phone line just says I need to do it online when I put my code in and hangs up so what am I supposed to do?
access to tickets
I was wondering if you could help me please. I can been trying for the past few weeks to contact Viagogo with no joy. I then contacted a site called customer care.org who have also tried to contact viagogo with no joy.
I have paid for 2 Jamiroquai tickets for the 24th of June. These were available in my account at darren.[protected]@chef.net.
I found out that the concert had been cancelled and moved to the 6th of December.
I looked at this was upset as I really wanted to see him at the weekend and not midweek. So I thought I would try and resell the tickets. I tried to log into my account but could not so I sent Viagogo an email. In return I was told the account was not accessible and had been closed due to some security reasons of which was not explained.
I attempted again to access my account but no joy. I sent the same email again and received the same response.
I then searched throughout google for a customer service line which is not readily available on the Viagogo site. I must have tried around 8 different numbers which all resulted in the same way. To an automated system asking for my order number and whether the concert was in the next 72 hours. I tried many times and was given the website details for the help section. I could not speak to anyone regarding my quiry and there were no answers that were helpful online.
I tried to send emails but they all bounced back, I tried customer care .org and they passed on your email address.
The main reason in contacting you is I have spent £206 on Jmiroquai tickets of which I cannot get access to to go to the concert or to resell!
Is there anyone that can help me with this please as the money has simply gone down the drain. I am more than happy to receive emails or I can also be contacted via phone on [protected].
All I would like is access to my account so I can get access to my tickets. Alternatively if they can be posted to me as an option, I am also happy with that.
Thank you for reading my email and I hope I can be passed onto the right person to resolve this.
Many thanks
Darren Langdon
ticket scalping with profit more than 10% of ticket face value
I bought tickets x2 at Viagogo website for the Pacquiao vs Horn boxing match held at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia for July2, 2017. We found out that the venue, Suncorp Stadium does not honour tickets bought from re-selling website like viagogo and it is an offence to the Australian Ticket Scalping Law to buy and re-sell ticket specifically if the profit of the re-sold ticket is more than 10% of the face value of the individual ticket. The provisions within the Major Sports Facilities Act (2001) are designed to allow genuine fans a fair and equitable opportunity to purchase tickets to events at Stadiums Queensland venues. Ticket scalping laws took effect for events at Stadiums Queensland venues on 8 December 2006. The Act contains new penalties for reselling and purchasing tickets to events
at Stadiums Queensland facilities at a price greater than 10% above the
original ticket price.Sellers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 20 penalty units or $1, 500.Buyers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 5 penalty units or $375. With this law, we were advised to purchase another ticket x2 to use and not use the tickets bought from viagogo. We want a REFUND of our money from viagogo with Purchase ID:[protected]. We have reported this to ACORN and notified the Brisbane Police regarding this matter. We paid A$545.45 for both tickets and the face value of the ticket is only A$99 each. We hope that you can help us resolve this matter and get our refund from Viagogo.
purchased tickets from viagogo
I purchased tickets for MRS Brown's boys in February 2017. I payed on my mum's card a total of 137.00 for them at the 02 Arena London. I haven't received them yet in the post and am still waiting. I am livid and disgusted over this, all that money wasted. I want my money back, viagogo isn't very good and I will spread the word. Viagogo in my eyes is taking money from people and getting away with it. I will fight to get my mum's money back. My mum paid for these tickets for us as a treat to see MRS Brown's Boys at the 02 Arena in London and now this has happened, what a let down. It us absolutely appalling and disgusting. Viagogo should be ashamed of them selves.

To Whom it May Concern from Viagogo
I have previously emailed your company however you haven't had the decency to reply. I am concerned I won't be receiving my tickets for the Tatton Flower Show on Thursday 20th July & Sunday 23rd July. I have received an email with ref numbers [protected] & [protected] which I have however with all the bad reviews I have read and the tickets my daughter in law ordered through you and didn't receive I don't feel very confident.
Please can you confirm I will be receiving these tickets by return of this email.

ticket purchase
Viagogo sold each ticket for £255.20 plus £145.00 Booking fee plus £9.95 delivery fee plus £ 29.00 making a total of £694.35 for TWO TICKETS WORTH
£190.00 for an ADELE concert. I am absolutely outraged and upset about the misleading way in which Viagogo sets up its site to sell these tickets.
I am a professional person and have traveled to many countries throughout the world but have never been ripped off in such a way. Viagogo should make it quite clear what its strategy is rather than luring individuals onto its site. I will never be using this site again and will WARN as many people as I can about Viagogo

selling ticket
Hi Sir/Madam,
Hope this finds you well.
Since I cannot find your e-mail address, I have to raise the following issue via complaint channel.
I have sold one Adele ticket ( 18:00 pm, 2 July, 2017, order ID: [protected]) via your website. However, the e-ticket I uploaded was actually a receipt/confirmation rather than a ticket, because I would personally pick it up via the box office.
As I think the buyer may be confused and encounter problems to get the e-ticket, I wonder how can I approach the buyer to know his/her name, and thus update the pick up info accordingly?
I think this will be the best and most efficient way to help him/her get the ticket.
Thank you and look forward to your kind reply.
Best Regards,
Jiachen
ticket purchase
Tickets were purchased through Viagogo for an exorbitant amount. The final pricing was unclear until the final moments of the booking. The site was misleading and extremely confusing for the consumer. I am a young professional and still got tricked, I would hate to think what this company is doing to less expecting customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER be using again! Will also be spreading the word to all i know to never use this site. I paid over $250 for a ticket that is

To whom it may concern,
I am very disappointed in the way I have been dealt with, I have attempted to book tickets to the Woo Hah Festival twice for Saturday 1st July. The transaction number for the first attempt of purchase is: [protected]
The transaction number for the second attempt of ticket purchase is: [protected]
If someone could look at this urgently as the money has been taken out of my account twice and I now have to wait for not 1 but 2 sets of refunds to be made. I would like an explanation as to why these tickets have been cancelled especially when I can see there is availability. This now leaves with me with only 3 tickets as opposed to me wanting 5. What can be done to resolve this issue as quickly and effectively as possible? As I am due to fly out to the Netherlands tomorrow and I am yet to receive feedback.
This may lead to a complaint as I am unhappy especially knowing my other friends have been able to get their tickets and I am coming from another country to attend this festival. More over I can see availability of these tickets on the Viagogo website! If someone can get back to me as soon as possible, via mobile or email that would be of great assistance.

"so not clearly shown"?.in great customer service, he put the phone down!
