missing tickets
Again I have still had no response from Viagogo. I'm not even certain these complaints are looked into ! Tickets still missing not happy ! Delivery company say they have delivered and they have not and viagogo are not responding at all. This company are a disgrace. Don't understand why duplicate tickets can't be provided. I have requested either duplicate or a refund. Nothing happening !
take that concert
Not happy " Take That " tickets arrived today for concert on Wednesday 14th June in the liberty stadium in Swansea. Upon opening the tickets which I thought I was buying off a reputable company I discovered I have paid well over the face value of the tickets and the name on my tickets is a Mr. Ken Bobbins I dont know if that is just a made up name but very annoyed that whoever it is are able to take peoples hard earned cash. I will not be using your site again!
resell products - roland garros
Hi,
My girlfriend has asked my to resell her purchased Roland Garros tickets through your service platform. As part of the review procedure I’m being asked to provide evidence of purchase. Already 3 times I have uploaded the order confirmation received from you by email. Till now I’m still being blocked to resell my tickets.
The question about incorrect seat number etc are mistakes. Since I have purchased and reselling the tickets via Viagogo you are the only party with all the evidence / proof. I will not receive my tickets earlier then 3 days before the events.
Below and attached you will the applicable information. Please handle this request by approving the release to resell.

sending ticket information
i purchased a slam dunk ticket, however, i am not able to attend, i need to ship my ticket or upload it, yet i have not received an email with a link to upload, i then went on the website to try shipping it to the person who bought the ticket and it is not possible for me to give it to them. i need to change my selling method before the 20th of May or i will get charged for something that i am unable to do anything about.
tickets not received due to unreadable address
I have purchased Bruno Mars concert tickets for May 12 (in 2 days). My order id is 8758774.
I hadn't received the tickets 5 days before the concert, so I enquired and thanks to the tracking from the Swiss Post office, it shows that they tried to deliver the ticket but it was returned to the sender. The official message from the post office says that 'the recipient wasn't found at the address'. Since I provided my company address, I know that there is a reception 8h a day, so something isn't right. I called the post office and they confirmed verbally that the address wasn't readable due to bad handwriting. All this sending and return has happened few months ago. Yet I haven't received any email or phone call from Viagogo to let me know that there was a problem delivering the tickets.
I contact Viagogo last Monday, and since they don't have any phone number to reach, I could only submit an online request. It took 48h to response to my request (the concert was then 3 days later). They request a written proof from the post office showing it was because of the unreadable address that they couldn't deliver.
Soooooo I call back the post office who kindly provides a picture of the address that is unreadable, unfortunately the official reason reads 'couldn't find recipient at the address'. This is all they could do for me. The post office tells me that Viagogo needs to call them directly at this point so they can confirm to them that its due to the unreadable address.
I inform Viagogo of all this information. Their reply is 'we need a written proof from the Post office that this is due to the unreadable address they couldn't deliver'. We are 48h away from the concert, and these tickets cost a lot of money.
Viagogo has the tickets as they were returned to them. Yet, they refused to tell me when I can get them. I suspect that they have already re-sold them, and they are just trying to save time by asking for an impossible paper 2 days before the concert.
The issue is between Viagogo and the post office and I am the one running around between the two. This is just ridiculous.
I will not let this go.

tomorrowland tickets
We purchased 6 Ticket's from Viagogo, We received the confirmation for the same as well, Now we just want to make some amendments on the same tickets.
We want to make these changes on urgent basis for visa processing, We tried calling on their number +[protected] but they only provide support to those client's if they have event is in next 72 hours.
We even sent an email as well on their email ID [protected]@orders.viagogo.com but their was a mailer daemon for the same. There is no way we can connect to them, We are looking forward for some help in regard to the same query asap.
payment for tickets!! weeks after still not paid
I advertised and sold and completed of 2 sets of tickets with Viagogo on the 26th march 2017. It is not the 8th May and I am still chasing payment of the said tickets from them. I have even go as far as checking tickets received and event attended ok and confirmed Viagogo have been paid for the tickets. I am nearly £1000 out of pocket. What can I do. there customer service is uncontactable and when i use automated system get told that my reference number can not be felt with via this system.
hidden taxes
On 11 of january I payed like bellow:
Price/ticket €300.00 (so to understand that 300 euro is the price that accepted for the ticket – tribuna tevere but another seats)
Number of tickets x 4
Subtotal €1, 200.00
Booking fee €343.98 (this is the only booking fee that I accept)
Vat €68.79
Secure ticket delivery €18.95
Total price €1, 631.72
And I received a ticket for 119, 6 euro, means 119.6 eur x 4 tickets = 478.4 euro when I asked about my tickets, I received this halucinant answer:
“the full price including fees is clearly advertised before you confirm the purchase. // nooo, noo, no the full price was not clearly advertised before I confirm the purchase, I accepted and I confirm the ticket for 300 euro, not 119.6 euro, you have hidden fees and it’s total illegal, shame on you.
Viagogo charges a service fee on top of each ticket price. This fee is clearly displayed in the check-out process and covers the cost of maintaining the viagogo platform, providing customer service and sending tickets.
The delivery fee which you have been charged is a standard handling fee for all orders. This fee covers the support of the delivery process and is non-refundable.”
I dont care if you are a platform, a robot or a space men, I dont give a s*it, I care about my money, and viagogo, I book the tickets from this website and legal was to show me cleary from the beggining that I will pay 300 euro/ticket and I will receive a 119 euro/ticket.
This means clearly displayed from the beggining.
Not even on my email I didnt received the confirmation for 119 euro/ticket.
I"m trying to fix my problem since 1 week ago, and they are acting like they dont understand...
loss of tickets
I have sent you many emails concerning my tickets for Take That on the 18th of May.UPS are saying they have delivered them. No one was here at the time or date of so called delivery they have sent me details of the delivery and copy of signiture which is most definitely not mine ! UPS say it is up to you to investigate this matter and all you have done is tracked it and come back with the same information ridiculous! I have told UPS the driver that day should be investigated as to me it is plainly obviously he/she is lying I do believe it is a female driver as I know a female driver normally does our area. As I have asked many times why can you not send me duplicate tickets as you well know I have paid for and have proof of purchase. This may not be a serious matter to yourselves but to pay £355.09 for tickets is a lot of money. I am so disappointed in you and UPS for having such lack of interest in dealing with this issue.
Trish
I have purchased Take That tickets for the 18th May at Manchester Arena. These tickets cost £355.09. They were supposedly delivered on the 13th April at 11.47a.m the delivery company UPS say I answered the door told them my surname and signed for them this is impossible as I or no one else was at home at that time we were out at work which I can prove. UPS have sent me a copy of the signature which is most certainly not mine. I have asked for duplicate tickets or a refund but my emails are being ignored. It seems to me that the driver is to blame but UPS are saying Viagogo should be investigating the issue but nothing is happening.
Nasty service! Worst support!
I had the worst time with Viagogo, they are real scammers and all they want is money and they don't care about anything else! I have purchased three tickets from them for an event and never received them because our tickets were sent to the wrong address. That was beyond terrible!
I contacted Viagogo many times and I already told them how pathetic they were. I told them everything what was on my mind.
When I contacted them for the first time they said that they were not able to send me tickets again, only for some extra maybe, and when I refused they said sorry no refunds! That was it! That moment I lost my temper.
Avoid like a plague!
online ticket purchase - misleading price
I purchased 2 tickets for. A music event in London (The Coronas @ The Garage on 26th May 2017) the advertised price was a little over £35 each. The site (mobile, iPhone) did not explicitly state the full price or purchase including charges until after payment was taken. My total payement was £104.17. I was expecting a little over £70.
I feel this was deliberately misleading, and largely preditatory on their behalf.
I immeadiatly complained and requested a refund as this was an unexpected amount to pay but the have refused.
I feel this is unwarranted in particular as there is still sufficient time to sell those tickets to another consumer and that demand is high considering the band is due to release an album prior to this event.
eur3, 000 spent on two football tickets which I never received
I purchased two tickets to the April 23 football game between Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona on Viagogo. The order was placed on April 13 and order number was [protected]. The tickets were for Section Categoria 2 Fondo without specifying the row number or seat number. I provided the hotel's address (Eurostars Madrid Tower), guest name and my check-in/check-out dates on Viagogo for ticket delivery when I placed the order.
When I checked into the hotel in the evening of April 22, I asked the hotel front desk for the tickets but was informed they received nothing for me. The next morning (April 23), I went down to the hotel front desk to check again and was told the same. Because I do not have cell phone services in Spain, I asked a friend to contact Viagogo about the situation.
My friend obtained the seller's name and contact number (+[protected] from Viagogo around noon. I then tried to contact the seller Jose Maria immediately and told him that I did not receive the tickets for the game yet. He told me to wait while he would sort out the issue and get back to me. After waiting for more than one hour without any answers, I called him and asked him to give me a status update. He told me that he had the proof of delivery so there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to find out who signed the delivery receipt as it was the only way that I can know whether the hotel staff has indeed received the tickets. He told me to wait again and he would ask the delivery company.
Until 5pm (two hours before the game) that day, I tried to call him several times and his phone line was always busy. I then asked the hotel front desk to call him and he answered the call. He told the hotel staff to wait for 15 minutes and that he would call back. After waiting for 15 minutes without a return call from Jose, the hotel front desk helped me to call him again but his phone line was busy again.
I then immediately called Viagogo customer service and told the service representative about the urgent situation given that there was only two and half hours before the game. The service rep said he would contact Jose Maria to trace the status of the tickets. I told the rep that I would need refund of my tickets if I do not receive them by 6.30pm.
At 6.30pm I received no answer. At 7.30pm, I received a call from that service rep and was told Jose had the proof of delivery and therefore there was nothing he could do from his end. I asked again about the name of the person who signed the delivery but could not get an answer. The rep said he and his team will investigate the issue and get back to me the next day.
I did not receive any answer the next day (Monday, April 24) so I called Viagogo again. Another rep answered my call and said the investigation may take a couple of days. Then in the evening of April 24, I received an email below from Viagogo telling me that they were unable to refund the tickets.
Then, on Friday April 28, I received another email from Viagogo telling me that I would be charged for the cost of replacing the seller's season ticket which can be up to EUR500.
Not only that I was charged EUR2, 416 for tickets I never received, I was going to be charged an additional EUR500 for the fictitious season tickets that I do not even believe existed in the first place.
This is a formal complaint to Viagogo’s unethical business conduct. This is the first time I bought anything on Viagogo and I did not know about its reputation before. As EUR2, 916 is a huge amount of money to me, I do not wish this incident to be ignored without getting a fair and just treatment. I feel extremely mistreated and deceived. It has caused me tremendous emotional distress and damaged my relationship with my family.
I do not believe this is how a customer should be treated and would like to demand a fair and just answer from Viagogo.
tickets to a concert
About 3 weeks ago I bought 2 tickets, for my wife and daughter, for a Justin Bieber concert in Tel-aviv, Israel. I missed the initial sale because I didn't know my 8 yo daughter was so into Bieber, and so I happily spent about a third above the ticket price on viagogo, just to make her happy. My order number, by the way, is [protected]. The tickets were initially supposed to arrive by mail, but about a week after the purchase I received an email from viagogo stating that the seller has e-tickets, and that they will be sent in a follow-up email. Sure enough, the tickets were sent and I printed them. Today, on the day of the concert, my daughter was probably the happiest I have ever seen her. She was so excited, and I was so happy I could do that for her. She and my wife left early and got to the venue. They stood in line, waiting to give the tickets and get in, only to be told by the bouncer that these tickets were already used. My wife called me, and I told her it must be a mistake, that she should seek someone from the production team to clarify this. My wife found someone from the production who told her that the tickets she has were already used to get in, and that she and my daughter won't be able to see the concert as it was sold out. The tears my daughter shed over this all affair is something that I will not soon forget. Nothing will compensate us for this. I demand a full refund, that's obvious, but aside from that I deserve compensation for the loss of time, for travel fare to the venue, and of course for the grief. I'm more than willing to seek legal counsel for this and do everything in my power not only in order to get justice for my daughter, this will never happen, but in order for viagogo to face the consequences of their actions - obviously selling the same tickets multiple times - and make sure this never happens again to any little girl.
hidden fees and non payment of sold tickets
After being stung with extortionate hidden fees, I had to resell my tickets - Viagogo told me I had the option to resell as they wouldn't give me any kind of cancellation or refund. Because of this I followed their advice and listed my tickets for sale. I sold two tickets for the O2 arena Country to Country on the 11th of March 17.
A few days after the event I was sent an email to say the payment to my bank account failed and that I needed to update my bank details so the funds could be resent.
I updated my details on March 23rd - the day I got that email, and I still have not received my payment.
My original payment ID was 1487858 .
I have been checking my bank daily but so far the funds have not been resent. I am expecting £202.40 .
It has now been almost 2 months since the concert.
I have send two emails to the customer services, as well as both a private and public tweet, but so far have been entirely ignored.
Please can you help me get the money owed to me and if possible some compensation for the £60+ hidden fees that were not visible until after the payment was taken.
The email registered to my account with them is pyrefly.[protected]@googlemail.com
Thank you for your help.
Viagogo are THIEVES
I am in a similar situation. I listed 2 tickets for sale for May 18 2017 Beach Boys at Albert Hall. On the day of the event I could clearly see that my tickets were for sale and that they were almost the last remaining tickets for a high demand concert. When I re-checked the website in the afternoon all details had disappeared and when I went into my account no sales were listed, no payments were listed and it has been like that since 18 May. I have not received payment from Viagogo although I sent 2 emails to Customer Service which both suggested that I should reset my password - Why? Finally I did reset the password and nothing has changed, no sales or payments are listed. I cannot get through either by phone or direct email to anyone at Viagogo about this other than "Customer Service" which only lists non relevant Q&A and saying I should re-set my password. I strongly believe that Viagogo as a business is appalling, dishonest and a total scam. I will never, never, never use their website again to buy or sell tickets and I am reporting them to The Ombudsman. Angry "client/customer", London

pricing of final ticket sale
I have contacted This company twice now with no response.
On final payment taken from my account I was unaware of any further charges until this company had deducted it from my account, I find this along with the consumer Act Unexcerable and would never of agreed to the final amount. I wish for a full refund to theses tickets.
I have wrote to the Consumers Act board for further advice to my complaint.
tickets for boxing at wembley
We received our tickets which cost £800 for 2 while at the event we spoke to lots of people who had only paid £80 for seats in the same area we feel we have been ripped of and won't be using this company again for what we paid we should have been a lot closer to the front we feel as did everyone else I am appalled by this, we saved for a long time to pay for these and we had to watch it on one of the screens that was there because we were so far away.
via go goshawn mendes glasgow hydro 27/4/17
I purchased tickets from Via go go spending over 300 pound for tickets, in delight I received and email saying my seller had lost the tickets and therefore upgraded us to VIP! And I was over the moon and static as you can imagine, so I received emails etc stating to collect the package on the night! So here we are getting ready and sorted arriving 30 mins early so we can sort out package and receive early entry along with all the other experiences, to be trying to find someone for 25 minutes getting told to go all different places and then when we finally speak to someone who was about as useful as a brick they then informed us that VIP started at 3 in the afternoon and gave us NOTHING that we were intitled too! And I am absolutely furious about the situation and would like something done about this as it is not fair and I will never ever be using your services again and that was a massive downer on the night! He was amazing live but you have no idea how rubbish it made me feel and that no one on your side actually made me aware of the timings nothing! Basically a fend for yourself service but how on earth was I meant to know to be there at 3. Absolute disgrace and I would appreciate you getting in touch to explain why no one informed me and that now I missed out.

scam
Dear customer service,
I am writing to you regarding the order below, ID [protected], for the Sean Paul concert on Friday the 21st of April 2017.
I bought the ticket on your website on Friday afternoon (21/04/17).
I went to the venue on the very same day for the concert but when my ticket was scanned, I was told that the ticket had already been used and therefore I could not get in.
The woman a the entrance told me that the seller (CHRIS PAWLEY as indicated on my ticket) had probably sold the same ticket to more than one person and that the other person must had been there earlier than me.
So I am writing to you in order to get a refund of £118.04, the price I paid for a fraud ticket.
I am looking forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
Cindy
