order number [protected] (tickets to coldplay concert - 11/6/17)
I made the purchase on the 14.3.17 via your Viagogo site - and PAID.
the tickets were sent from Austria to the local UPS dealer - who - for some reason claimed that my address was not properly inserted (cannot be BTW) - thus approached back UPS Austria who claim that approached you and following your order -=put the delivery in status "abandoned"
I have contacted UPS multiple times. The package is 10 KM from my home. They are not willing to send it to me without viagogo releasing it back for them from delivery.
UPS tracking code:
W4686726169
Alternate UPS tracking code:
1Z32E12F0490092771
I am not claiming my money back (yet) - all I need is that Viagogo will release it back (remove the abandoned status) so it can be sent to me . UPS are awaiting you to do that - and not willing to send it without it.
Viagogo cannot be approached by any phone number or proper customer service email (far from being best practice...)-: )
Please help
Thanks in advance

tickets for rose and rosie tour
I purchased a single ticket for this event in London on April 28th. I paid for the ticket and was informed the order was confirmed and tickets would be arriving no later than 3 days before the event. 2 days before, 26th, the tickets hadn't arrived so I called the company. They said that while the money had been taken out of my account, there was no ticket to be provided for me. At no point did they call me or email me to inform me of this, it was only because I called that I found this out. I've asked for a refund but am seriously unhappy. Only 2 days away from the event and I have no tickets, and no tickets available for that event. So I am now going to miss out completely on seeing the event. The service I received when I called was also unhelpful from the person I spoke to on the phone.
ticket pricing
I have purchased tickets for a Take That concert in Manchester, I have been charged £122 per ticket plus booking fees of £69 and today the tickets have arrived and the face value of the ticket is £55 plus £5.50 booking fee. My order ID 7958409.
I feel that I have been ripped off by your company and have been charged way over the odds.
I have attached a photo of the tickets that have arrived.
I look forward to your response.
Order ID 7958409. I purchased tickets for a Take That concert in Manchester and was charged £122 per ticket and booking fees of £69 plus delivery costs and vat. The tickets have arrived today and the face value of the ticket is £55 plus £5.50 booking fee.
I feel that I have been ripped off by your company.
I would like to know how you work out your prices.
I look forward to your response.
Order id 7958409, having purchased concert tickets I feel totally ripped off by viagogo. I have been charged £122 plus a booking fee for a ticket that has a face value of £55 plus £5.50 booking fee.
no payment and appalling customer service
Listed two sting tickets on 4th April. Listing ID [protected]. They sold the next day. I checked my emails that night and was told the tickets needed to be couriered by 22.59 that night?! Even worse the links they sent me for a courier didn't work so I posted the guaranteed next day delivery by royal mail 9.29 am the next morning.
11.03 am the same day I got an email from them saying as Id missed the shipping deadline they had cancelled my sale! Of course the tickets were delivered and signed for the next day (tracking id AF424092360GB), so they had my tickets. I relisted them and was promised several times that they would assign the tickets to the new listing [protected]) ASAP. 4 days, 10 phone calls, 4 promised calls not returned later and they still had my tickets and I couldn't even pick them back up on the day as I had no active listing to collect them against. Even more frustrating was that tickets were going for a lot more by then too so I would have covered all of my costs rather than take a loss as per the original fee. Finally one of the people (Jamie) I called said they would pay me the original selling price as I said I was going to complain.
That was over two weeks ago and still no payment, no response to the three emails I have raised through their "support" portal and I can't get through to anyone on the automated phone line as my original listing has disappeared totally from my account so the reference is not recognised by their automated dialling system.
This is absolutely disgusting and I can't get hold of anyone to sort it out. Please help.
tickets for marillion weekend in leicester - handover problem
I listed two tickets for the Marillion Weekend in Leicester (event takes place between the 28th and 30th of April, I put the tickets up for sale on the 30th of March). As I was going through the process nowhere did it state that I would be unable to change the nature of handing over the tickets, nor that it is forbidden to list tickets which you do not physically have in hand, nor that I will be denied direct contact with the buyer. Only after having sold the tickets I was informed by the box office that the tickets are box office pickup only, and after having confirmed with them that I can sign the tickets over and someone else can pick them up, I tried to change the ticket info accordingly. Unfortunately this was denied by viagogo, as was my request to get in touch with the buyer personally, and I was informed I would be charged an unspecified fee that would cover viagogo finding replacement tickets (to this day I have not been told how much this is). I find this appalling behaviour, and while I would like to put this whole messy business behind me I refuse to pay any fees incurred by an obvious lack of information and lack of flexibility on viagogo's part. All email correspondence is available on request.
booking fee
I am contacting you because any contact with viagogo here in melbourne, australia is impossible - they have no phone, internet contact for members of the public I have been pursuing this matter for 2 months, firstly through viagogo and then via my credit card provided - american express - who tell me they have little facility to deal with the complaint against their merchant.
On line, I bought 2 tickets as a birthday treat for my husband to see the book of mormon in melbourne. The tickets were a$225 each and when I was booking them there was only - in small print - a mention of a booking fee - but no amount stipulated. It was only when I had entered my credit card details and an account was generated on the next page - that I saw the massive $105 booking fee. Almost half the cost of a ticket!
Hoping you can help
Sincerely susan musker
Were you able to get a hold of viagogo through any customer service line? I ordered some tickets yesterday and then realize that this site might not be as it says because there was no easy way of contacting direct customer service; other reviews I've read has said the same thing.
invalid tickets dave matthews milan concert
I purchased 2 tickets for the price of € 223, 35 for Dave Matthews and Tim Raynolds Concert in Milan at Teatro degli Arcimboldi, Friday 7th of April.
I never received the official tickets, instead, I received a Word Document (attached) with a Code to ritrieve the tickets at the Concert Booth. However the CLEAR orientations on the official ticket document was that only the 1st buyer of the ticket could ritrieve them, either showing their ID or Credit Card used to purchase the original tickets at the concert site.
As I got there, being a 2nd perchares through Viagogo Site, I was not allowed to retrieve the tickets for the concert. Due to this I demand my money back.

mrs brownsboys manchester arena
I paid 129.13 for two tickets to see this show when we received the tickets they were 22.50 each plus 4.90 fee & although I understand you need to make a profit that is an extortionate profit in fact you could say rip off. Then we got to the arena only to realize the seats weren't even together although booked at the same time so we ended up sitting on our own. Not happy.
brisbane lions game at the gabba
I've booked tickets to this game that cost a total of $112 and when I printed my tickets out, I've got 2 child tickets worth $10 what's the go with that. So now I'm out of pocket $112 and I cant go to the game. So either u guys get in contact with me via email to explain what's gone, because I'm extremely unhappy, considering I was on the ticketmaster website and somehow ended up on this dodgy site
tickets didn't arrive - new tickets had to be purchased
Re. Order number 8142399 – Sting at the Hammersmith Apollo, 9th April, 2017
I am writing to you to explain how unsatisfied I am with the service I have received from Viagogo with regards to the Sting tickets that I purchased for the 9th April 2017. The original two tickets which I purchased cost £408.09.
This is a brief description of what happened with regards to the Sting tickets that I purchased: -
• By Wednesday 5th April, I still had not received my tickets. I tried to track the tickets via the UPS link on the email which I had received when I purchased the tickets. Over the following two days my tickets did not arrive, and the UPS link did not show any progress in terms of the tickets being delivered to me.
• On Friday 7th April I called Viagogo a number of times to try to find out where the tickets were. Each time I called I was informed that the issue was being investigated, but no conclusion had been found about the missing tickets.
• On Saturday 8th April, I called Viagogo at about 9.15a.m. There was no answer on the phone line, so I sent an email. I called again at about 1p.m. I was informed that UPS had lost my tickets and that Viagogo would try to find me new tickets. I was asked to send an email to explain where I would be happy to be seated within the theatre. The email was sent immediately.
• By 3p.m. I had not received any information from Viagogo by email or phone to inform me about whether any new tickets had been found so I phoned Viagogo again. The person I spoke to said that they had not received my email (the email had been sent because it was in my sent box). I was asked where I would be happy to be seated in the theatre, and was told that this information would be passed onto the team that would try to find me new tickets.
• By about 5p.m. I still had not had any news from Viagogo about whether it had been possible to find me some replacement tickets. I called Viagogo and was informed that attempts had been made to find me some replacement tickets, but that these attempts had been unsuccessful. At this point, I was told that Viagogo would continue to try and locate tickets, but that it was unlikely that new tickets would be found. I was informed that if no tickets were found, that I would be given a full refund and I was offered a £50 voucher.
• At about 5.30p.m., my partner looked online and found that Viagogo was selling two sets of Sting tickets for the 9th April online. I again called Viagogo and asked whether I could have one of these sets of tickets. The person that I spoke to said that he was unable to do this. I therefore said that I would buy two of the tickets that were available online (at a cost of £466.15 – order number [protected]), asked for a refund for my original tickets and asked for a supervisor to call me the following morning (no supervisors were available at the time).
• At about 1p.m. on the 9th April, I had a phone call from Viagogo. My partner answered the call, because I was driving to London at the time. Initially we were offered a full refund for the original tickets and an additional £50. We explained that this was not enough because it did not even cover the additional cost of the new tickets. There was then an offer of a full refund for the original tickets plus an additional payment of £60. We were told that this would be the best offer that could be given, so we accepted this.
All in all, I do not feel as though the issue has been dealt with satisfactorily by Viagogo. This is because: -
• I received no return phone calls or emails from Viagogo during the process (apart from the phone call on the afternoon of the 9th April). Repeatedly I had to call Viagogo to try and get some information, because I was not being given any information up-dates.
• I do not feel as though there has been any understanding of the amount of stress and anxiety which this situation caused. I had been looking forward to this concert for a number of months, and to be told that I would be unlikely to be attend, was very upsetting.
• There was also no acceptance of the fact that I had booked a hotel in London, and that if I had not received any tickets, the cost of the hotel would have been wasted.
• Worst of all, was the fact that I was informed that Viagogo had been searching unsuccessfully for new tickets even though Viagogo had tickets for sale at this point on the website. It therefore seems as though Viagogo had not searched very hard for tickets for me, because the company did have available tickets. To make matters worse, Viagogo would not give me the tickets which were available online, and I had to buy a second set of tickets from the website.
• The amount of compensation which I have received only covers the original tickets, and the additional cost of the new tickets. This really does not seem to cover the stress which I went through, the many ohone calls to try to find out information, and the time and cost of travelling into central London on the day of the event to pick up the new tickets. I have also been sent a £50 Viagogo voucher which I am very unlikely to use after having this poor experience of Viagogo.
I hope that you can accept that this situation has not been dealt with in an acceptable manner by Viagogo, and that the amount of compensation which I have received is not adequate. Therefore I would appreciate it if you could re-assess this case, and look at the service which I received and the compensation which I was given. I will look forward to hearing from you soon with regards to his issue.

Dear Viagogo,
According to your procedures, on Saturday 25th, I showed up at the indicated pick up point, in order to withdraw my entrance for the UMF that I purchased through your web site, for that same date. When requesting to withdraw my ticket, I was demanded, in addition to my valid picture ID and the printed copy of my confirmation recepit, U$S 300 for insurance which would be refunded once I returned the ticket back after the festival. As indicated in your e-mails, I presented my valid picture ID and the printed copy of my confirmation recepit, but at the time, I had no money with me in order to pay the U$S 300 requested, since it was not mentioned anywhere, neither in the confirmation nor in the pick up e-mail.
For this reason, I was not allowed to withdraw my ticket so I couldn`t made it to the show. Besides, as my friends could get their tickets because they purchased them through another web site, I had to wait for them in the sorrounding area of the field, and at 10 pm, when we all left, your pick up point was closed, so, if I would have left the U$S 300 requested, I couldn`t be able to get them back.
Unluckily I missed the event because of your lack of information, incurring in many expenses to be in the US just for this, so I please request to get a refund in the following days, for the money I spent in my ticket, since I was not able to get it.
Thank you very much

requesting for my money,
On 8th of April in Buenos Aires it was supposed that gonna be the concert of Elton John.I have bought 3 tickets and that is a lot of money for me.
Was raining so much that finally the concert was canceled.
Today on 12th of April I´m receiving the mail for send back the tickets to Ireland until 19th.Otherwise I can not get my money back.
That´s kind of joke or what?During Eastern holiday and paying DHL more than 200 USD it´s impossible that the tickets reach to Ireland until 19th.
It´s a shame for organizations to have such a bad organization. If I have got my ticket in Argentina I wanna send them back here. And if I have paid in pesos I wanna back pesos as well.
Can not be true that there´s no more simple way for we can say nice thinks about Viagogo.
Ticketek does´t have that problems.
I´m just simply shocked.
hans zimmer sydney tickets
200% markup on tickets. Viagogo charged $235- Ticketek $120. Absolute rip off, robbery and no customer service. Daughter purchased these inflated rip off tickets.
Tickets advertised as $180 indicating uninterrupted viewing and mid tier seating. Once ticket processed I was charged an additional $50 handling/VAT. I find out later that day that Ticketek charges $110 for the same seats, right up the back of the arena.
So I have paid $230 each ticket for tickets which Ticketek charges $120 (less than $10 handling charge).
When contacting them they offered to resell the tickets with the handling fee of $50 nonrefundable and they take 30% fees to resell - if they resell them!
ticket purchase to bruno mars in london and non response to emails from customer services
I have written to Viagogo to enquire as to the location of the tickets I bought to an up coming Bruno Mars concert at the O2 in London and have still not heard back from them.
I purchased some Bruno Mars tickets on 27/11/16 at a cost of £253.19 but to date have not received any confirmation of the tickets or the tickets themselves, the above amount has been debited from my credit card statement.
I paid using my Master-Card (ending 5070) and entered my postcode of ME19 4EB (house number 16)
The concert is next week so I am getting anxious now, can someone please call me to discuss what needs to be done asap
Many thanks
regards

fake tickets
I purchased 3 tickets for Wembley arena. (Sat 8th April).
The total cost of the tickets come to €300.88.
2 days before the event I had an email from booking.com, with a code that was invalid. This meant I had to purchase another 3 tickets costing a total of£94.50.
I was absolutely devastated, it ruined the evening. I would like a full refund please.
concert tickets
I purchased three tickets to see UB 40 in Dubai - what a rip off buying them from Viagogo and I intend to let everyone I know that is an absolute fraud.
I paid 64.75 Euros (252 AED) for each ticket and the face value is 150 AED (38.5 euro's) - On top of that I paid 59.88 Euros booking fee and 4.95 Euros handling - which although expensive I could live with. What I strongly object to is the 26.25 Euro's that I have been 'robbed' of for each ticket! I am looking for a refund of 78.75 Euro's.
I tried calling their office and could not even find an email on their website Help centre. No help centre! Real SCAM, Do not use them - complete RIP OFF, I hate it that people have to be conned by such companies
concert ticket
Hello, my name is Chidochashe chola and I recently purchased an Ed Sheeran concert ticket from your website for his show last night in Barcelona. Upon arrival I was denied at the door as they said my ticket had already been punched in and there had been a duplicate copy and that your website was unrealiable. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my ticket, as I flew all the way to Barcelona from Roma to have a ticket that I spent money on not useable and all extra costs incurred. I would really not like to take further legal action, but is that's the case then I shall do so. I hope we can sort this out swiftly. My order number ID [protected]. I hope to hear from you ASAP.
collingwood vs essendon anzac day football match
Viagogo ID: [protected]
March 14th 2017
I just bought ticket to the Collingwood vs Essendon match at the MCG (Australia) through Viagogo and was charged a Booking fee of $275.01 that did not appear until after the credit card details were submitted. When I was asked to submit my payment details, it said the total price was $990.00 - then we received an updated price when payment was confirmed. Initially, it said the extra charges were VAT (which we do not have in Australia); this was amended on the confirmation email and changed to a "Booking Fee". This is totally unethical as well as illegal; not only are the tickets themselves hideously overpriced, but Viagogo are hitting customers with hidden costs that are not fully disclosed prior to purchase. I would like a refund of these extra charges that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
Price/Ticket A$330.00
Number of Tickets x 3
Subtotal A$990.00
Booking Fee A$275.01
Shipping A$4.95
Total Price A$1, 269.9
scam
I would like to report a scam company who are trading online and cheating on customers by overcharging them and also not providing with the products. Company's name: viagogo event tickets, rue de lyon 109, 1203 genève, switzerland company number: ch-270.3.014.628-0 vat registration number: che-247.099.716 mwst. This company is breaking the trading standards by hiding the total price of the selling tickets. They show the total price to pay smaller and customers click pay, but then you receive a bill of double price taking from your credit/debit card. This is not right! Customers do not authorise the price they collecting without your permission. This company is stealing our money! This is a web crime. Please help me to address this issue to a police and consumer rights agency in switzerland. Thanks.
