i posted a bag that was sold on my page and when i posted a blue version of the bag my account was blocked even tho i have other stuff to sell. they also said they gave me a warning which is an absolute lie as i have recieved no warnings and would please like to have my account back.
Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unblocked please and to have my items listed again or if it violates the rules i won’t post it again, but no warning prior is absolutely ridiculous
Package sent arrived with items missing
I sent a package containing 5 items
Only 2 items turned up and the package received was not how I sent it
They came back very quickly and said basically it was my fault I did not package it properly but I definitely did
Shipped in coop store to go via evri 06.05.22

Desired outcome: I want the money I am owed
Very deceptive!!!
Vinted is nothing more than a Lithuanian company designed to acquire as much financial and personal info as they can under the guise of selling you some used products.
They can communicate with you , but they offer NO means of communication for you to contact them (email, phone, etc), strongly suggest a bogus organization.
We are in the process of filing complaints against them with the FCC, FTC, and possibly FinCen.
I made a purchase with a legitimate credit card. Thye demanded I verify myself and the credit card or the purchase would be cancelled. I worked for over an hour trying to provide them this info which was a bogus link in their email and website... it did not work!
Then, the purchase was cancelled. They had my name, address, phone, and credit card number (which the purchase was processed with no problem) but they cancelled. Very Suspicious!
The address listed on the website in San Francisco is an apartment! Again, very suspicious and deceptive!
Desired outcome: Investigated by a Federal Agency to confirm they are legitimate!

Please I need my money back the buyer didn’t reply to my message. I tried to chat with her if she sent a complaint about the parcel. The details says as per attached picture. Please you need to realise my money. It seems she got my parcel. If she didn’t receive she will communicate but it’s like nothing. My mum’s birthday almost near I want to buy her a gift please help me. This is the second time happened to me. Thanks
Desired outcome: Need my money back. Thanks
Vinted
I have been sold counterfeit goods on their website after paying buyer protection. I have sent several emails but to no avail. This is a poorly thought out website where Vinted keep the money in cases of dispute rather than release and refund the appropriate party. Their customer service is non existent and I might as well be sending my complaint to Mickey Mouse at Disney Land as could probably deal with it better. Do not use this app.
Desired outcome: Full refund
I never had a product or service
I just had so many transactions that can out my account and I don’t know why . I never purchased anything or had a service just before they came out I cash app someone .. and then all transactions came out my account my cash app card . I wonder did that person had anything to do with it .. I never shop anything from this pace or company or had a service I need my money back .. it was my rent
Desired outcome: 1400 or more
Vinted
I am a regular seller on Vinted and specialize in vintage (pre-1990s) items. One of the items on my shop is a pair of satin mules, unworn from the 1970s, by a little known French company. There is an option to select the brand on Vinted and I've simply selected 'Vintage' for this item (This is common practice on Vinted. Basically all items of around this age have their brand listed as 'vintage', especially if there's no tag or the brand isn't well-known enough to be on their list). Although the mules were listed many months ago, I recently received an email stating that the listing has been hidden. This is unusual to me, as I ensure all my information is 100% accurate for anything I'm trying to sell. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and they simply said that since I haven't selected the 'correct' brand (even though this isn't possible!), I'm unable to list my item.
Desired outcome: I'd like reimbursed for the item which I'm now "prohibited" from sending. At the very least, I'd like to be able to have it listed again.
Blocked for no Legitimate Reason -WARNING stay away
This is a very suspicious company, headquarters in Lithuania, and the US contact is at (no phone) 735 Geary Street #303, AN APARTMENT!
We are in the process of reporting them to the FTC, FCC, and FINCEN as it "appears" to be suspicious by the way they take your financial info then cancel orders.
They easily communicate with potential customers but with "no-reply" email addresses; there is no contact info of any sort... not even phone numbers.
Vinted advertises nationally but appears to block all transactions after getting your financial info... BEWARE, STAY AWAY. If you have been dupped, contact the FCC. FTC. FINCEN AND EVEN THE FBI!
Desired outcome: Investigated by Federal Agencies and verified as legitimate
Account blocked. Not releasing funds
First of all I got a message saying my account was blocked for “commercial” crap. What a load of [censored]. I’ve attempted numerous times to contact and to no end they don’t reply they give you robo response. I just want my money from items I’ve sold. I mean how hard is it? This fraud company needs to be brought down hardcore. Banned. They are scamming people. It’s ridiculous with how many bad reviews they get and they fix NONE. Do not bother with vinted. They are the worst! All I can say is karma.
Desired outcome: I want my money from my pending funds. I can’t get it from a blocked account so?? I mean hello what Is the outcome here. It’s pretty clear.
Account permanently closed on a false accusation
My account has been blocked for
absolutely no reason and on a false accusation that can easily be verified as untrue. I bought a few things and had no problem with
anything.I haven't sold anything and
resent the accusation that I have
sold false items especially since I
haven't sold anything! I find this
action of cancelling my account
permanently absolutely outrageous
considering I have done nothing but
purchased a few items. This
company should present proof of
such a claim before taking such
extreme measures.
Desired outcome: Account restored
5 weeks of crap customer service and no refund.
I purchased a ring 21/0/22.
Seller said she’d sent it.
It said it arrived in the parcel shop a few days later but when I went to collect, they couldn’t find it.
I tried 3 times to collect it but it was missing amd according to Vinted’s horrific customer service, apparently it had been returned to seller.
I contacted the seller 4 times and each time, and found they were blocked on the forum. I was told by Vinted that the seller had not blocked me specifically but was blocked for other reasons.
5 weeks later and Vinted customer support are still telling me to to be patient blah blah.
Why do we pay Buyer Protection if they do not serve our best interests when errors or cams occur?
Have informed them I will be contacting Trading Standards as Vinted are charging for a service they do not provide!
Desired outcome: Full refund.
Account blocked for reason
Opened an online selling account with Vinted.com in March of this year. I listed one item - a hair dryer that I own and purchased online. I was never notified of an issue. I went a few days ago to add more items and found my account had been blocked. I have no access to this account. I contacted Vinted and asked for deletion of the account. The first response I was told to access my settings to delete the account. Since I cannot access any settings, I emailed back asking again to have my account deleted. Then they sent me a threatening email telling me no, because I "violated the terms and conditions" without being told what terms and conditions. I have made no sales on this site, have contacted no one and have been no threat to them. I emailed back asking what terms and conditions. I was sent a link (in French, no less) directing me to section 6.8 which lists"suspected fraud". I have only listed the one item. I never received notification of an issue or a request for proof of purchase. I have no sales or inquiries on the item. They are welcome to delete the listing. I am requesting deletion of the account.
Desired outcome: Delete the account
i,m new to vinted bought a few items off the site, listed 2 items, sold a pair of shoes but the postage option was wrong so i notified the buyer and cancelled the bid and relisted for the buyer to rebuy and new postal site[ as i never had sold before i didn,t realise you have to state postal options right away].
buyer had no problem said a lady he had bought items off before on vinted had to do the same thin,
i got an email off vinted to say my account was blocked as fraudulent activity, i hadn,t sold anything for goodness sake so not happy with vintedat all.
Purchasing
I recently bought what I thought would be washable make up applicators. The man I bought from bombarded me with 13 messages suggesting I purchase it be things from him.Today an airmail envelope arrived containing disposable cotton wool pads! Not only that I had to pay £1.50 to royal mail due to to insufficient postage! He actually sent me a photo of him posting the airmail envelope in a red post box!I decide to message him and also report him to vinted.Unfortunately I cannot access my purchase history, all vanished bar 3 recent items.Where can I find a list of my purchases?
Desired outcome: All I want is a list of my purchases, then I can deal with the seller who has scammed me and report him to vinted!
Postage cost
I purchased an item via Vinted or offered free postage via Hermes I chose this option but was still
Charge £3.15 via Vinted
My username is saeah48999
The date was 22/4/22 at 10:06
Tracking was [protected]
Desired outcome: Refund if postage
vinted account
My vinted account was blocked out of no reason. i was trying to contact the service but no ones is able to answer me. How can i get my account ublocked?
lack of support and allowing false listings
I bought something from Vinted it was described as a certain size but was a different size when it arrived, the seller said sorry it was an accident, but i'd paid for it to be delivered and then vinted said I also had to pay to return it which was 9.50 i'd already paid 3.50 to have it delivered and the item worth 22... ridiculous ... so you can advertise whatever you like even if it is not right then expect the innocent buyer to pay for the return. Customer service basically just came saying it is their rules. I'm sure it is actually against EU law to falsley advertise something
Desired outcome: better rules and guidance for people selling items, it should be the sellers responsibility to pay for a return if they have advertised something incorrectly not the innocent buyer. Then better understand and help for customer services.
Refund for lost item
A buyer purchased a Osprey Leather bag in 14/02/2022.
Item was sent in 17/02/2022, contacted buyer to advise.
Buyer was away working but advised would pick it up on her return.
The buyer noticed on her feed from Vinted that the item had been delivered, however this was impossible as she was away.
On her return on the 26/02/2022, the parcel was defiantly not at her collection point, but other parcels where.
My buyer received her refund as she had buyers protection, I on the other hand have received nothing, but excuse after excuse, that Vinted are investigating with the Courier.
It is now 2 Months after sending my parcel, with no payment. Why is the buyer protected but the seller isn’t?
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
Contact the FTC, FCC, and the FBI... this is a bad company headquartered in Lithuania.
The US contact address for AG ACCOUNTING (who handles their financials) is located at 735 Geary Street #303, San Francisco CA 94109... note, it is an apartment!
Vinted
A buyer bought an item from me(a china Pandora jewellery box) but then I had a message to say there was a problem. The buyer told me that the item was damaged but Vinted have told me it was not accepted at the parcel shop. The item is supposed to be on its way back to me but this has been going on for over a month now. I’ve not received the item or any compensation and Vinted are rude and unhelpful. The buyer has been refunded but I am out of pocket and all Vinted do is blame the carrier(Evri) but I doubt they have even contacted them. I want to be compensated for all of my time and also the missing item
Vinted
I purchased an apple watch from a seller who claimed "light scratches" when the watch arrived it was missing part of the glass on the watch. I raised this issue and contested the fact i should incur any further costs to return something sold not as it actually is.
Vinted cancelled my appeal, and paid the scammer. They now refuse to engage in a conversation about this and claim the matter to be closed. If i could get to vilinius I'd be sat in their office now waiting for an explanation, however instead I'm stuck with a broken waste of money and absolutely no protection for anyone that this could happen to in the future.
It won't be me or anyone I know as they have all been made aware of the business methods
Desired outcome: I'd like to get a refund, and return the watch back to the scammer. I'd also like to see some sort of process that punishes sellers who lie in their adverts. My experience with Vinted tells me that I'm just pissing in the wind though.
phone verification
i have the vinted App and it has been working great ever since i started using it and now ive made a sale of some trainers worth £60 which i sold at a bargain for £25 ,it now seems that i cant get onto my account as its now asking me for a phone verification but when i enter my number it says something went wron g and ive tried it on my phone laptop and tablet ,i feel like now ive made a sale they do not want me getting into my account to retrive my monies ,it all a ploy to keep the money from the sale,im very annoyed as this is my daughters money from her trainers, also when i try change my password its saying that they have sent me a code and im entering it wrong and i havent even received any codes
Desired outcome: i just want my money from the sale thats all as its my daughters
