i have the vinted App and it has been working great ever since i started using it and now ive made a sale of some trainers worth £60 which i sold at a bargain for £25 ,it now seems that i cant get onto my account as its now asking me for a phone verification but when i enter my number it says something went wron g and ive tried it on my phone laptop and tablet ,i feel like now ive made a sale they do not want me getting into my account to retrive my monies ,it all a ploy to keep the money from the sale,im very annoyed as this is my daughters money from her trainers,also when i try change my password its saying that they have sent me a code and im entering it wrong and i havent even received any codes
Desired outcome: i just want my money from the sale thats all as its my daughters

Vinted are the most ridiculous selling site I’ve ever used. Today they blocked my daughter from signing up to sell her own items- my daughter is 18! The reason is because only ONE account should be registered at an address! It’s a complete joke! I have my own my daughter wants her own to sell her own items but this is against vinted’s policy! Absolute shocking joke of a company!
Evri, the postal company that has taken over from Hermes
All my parcels have been sent to a parcel shop, I cannot go to a parcel shop, I am house bound + I paid for home delivery.

Sale of an item
Good morning
It is not a complaint so much but help needed. I am quite new to vinted and a lady bought a dress from me yesterday 04/04/22. She sent payment and paid for postage but asked if she could collect as she lived local and needed it asap. I agreed to this as thought that would be ok, however the payment is now stuck as there is no option to say she has received it. She has told me she has emailed admin to ask for help. I am not sure if this is correct as I have tried to find how to contact Vinted without sucess. I tried one email but it bounced back. Can you please help/advise how I can access my money for this please.
Please see photos attached of the conversation and myself from the buyer. It shows proof she collected the dress and was really happy with it.

Scammers on website
I am scammed out of £423 by a fraudulant seller. I contacted vinted support telling them the seller name for the exact same item with identical photos has been readvertised by another fraudulant seller of the same gang. My scammer had generated a false postage label and tracking. Their address on label is a vacany disused warehouse. Again I conveyed this to vinted. Vinted response is to remind them again in 21 business days time and they will then look into it. In the meantime, Vinted continue allowing scammers to advetise expensive items on its site despite knowing it is fraudulent activity and that buyers are being scammed. I have had to report fraud to my credit card company in hope of receiving refund as vinted choose to do nothing. Clearly there is no due diligence, vetting or concerns on part of vinted concerning scammers enlisting on its site to carry out fraudulent activity. It is beggars belief.
Desired outcome: Investigate complaint properly, sort out refunding me, and ban these scammers on its site. The scammer who defrauded me is still advertising expensive watches and handbags despite me specifically informing vinted it is a scam
Fornasetti candle
I purchased a candle on vinted for £170, the candle was sent via Evri Hermes and was lost. Vinted have paid the seller the money and told me Ceramic items are not accepted through Evri. I did not know how the seller was sending the item. Vinted have clearly stated they will not be refunding me even though I paid buyers protection. This is discussing behaviour and I am now out of pocket.

I ordered an item from Vinted ask the delivery to be sent to my local parcel store for pick up unfortunately I had to leave town for family emergency before my item was delivered so I was unable to pick up my parcel I contacted the customer service regarding this issue and was told not to do anything and the parcel should be sent back to the seller and I would be refunded and I should contact the seller regarding the parcel being sent back which I did then a week went by stating that I received the parcel which I didn’t as was still out of town I contacted customer service again regarding this and I was told there is nothing there can do the parcel was sent back to the seller it should have been a automatic refund but was told they are not responsible I would have to talk to the seller instead of them which they haven’t respond so basically my parcel got sent back I did not receive my refund and the seller has the parcel and has my money and vintage doesn’t want anything to do about this situation
Desired outcome: I would at least like my money I don’t understand why I said for buyers protection in the end of the day I lost my money and I didn’t received my parcel

Blocked from vinted unjustly
I've been blocked from vinted very strangely after buying just 2 items... It won't let me access my account, no replies to my messages to customer support, and still waiting for one of my items to arrive...
Is there a customer service phone number I can call? Really frustrated as I've done nothing wrong. It says I've been flagged up for suspicious financial activity weirdly!
Desired outcome: I want my account reinstated and an explanation of why I was blocked in the first place

I bought a Tiffany necklace on vinted . When I paid for it I paid buyers protection fee . It was sent by Hermes ( now known as evri ) no where did I see because it was silver I was not insured by vinted . This parcel was damaged beyond repair according to evri but vinted will not pay out even though I paid buyers protection fee . EVRi said I have to go through vinted . No body is taking responsibility for this matter this is not my fault I enter in to a contract with vinted who have just washed there hands of the matter so have evri . What do I do next ?

Lost parcel, payment not received
On 04/02/2022 I had sent out a parcel that was placed by another member, The buyer requested print at home Hermes (ParcelShop).
Few days later the tracking said it was being returned to sender and me and the buyer had no clue why as she hadn’t even received it.
Vinted on 09/02/2022 said they would investigate it. Following on from this I have tried reaching out to them and they said they couldn’t locate the parcel and I would receive my money back and compensation. Which hasn’t happened. So this week I have reached out once again and they have said that the parcel is on its way back to me and I needed to wait 13 days.
Well I have now contacted Hermes myself and they have confirmed that the parcel cannot be tracked and it is lost.
Vinted aren’t helping with this situation at all but have refunded the buyer and cancelled the customers order. But yet are not resolving the issue on my side.

I am clearing out my personal closet and selling items I no longer wear for some extra money for school bills. I post on depop, Mercari, poshmark, occasionally eBay and FB Marketplace. I take all my own pictures with a tripod and remote, I edit the pictures myself, I write the captions myself, I post and ship the items myself. There is not 1 single listing that has multiple items. SO WHY THE [censored] AM I BLOCKED FOR COMMERCIAL LISTINGS. I do not hand make any of my items. I do not buy to resell. My listings are from my personal closet going back to my childhood. I was told I have to delete almost every single listing on Vinted if I wanted access back into my account. When I tried to inquire about this, I received no help because Vinted’s automated bots are worthless and incompetent and solve nothing. Vinted does not respond to Twitter messages or messages on any other platform. Suddenly, my source of income vanished without warning. I have $5,000 of tuition to pay. I have an item currently en route to a buyer. There is no contact number to call and no way of resolving this issue. I have to wait another week until my account is unblocked.
Desired outcome: UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT NOW. I DO NOT POST COMMERCIAL LISTINGS. GIVE ME MY MONEY FOR THE PACKAGE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE TO MY BUYER TOMORROW. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Black puffer jacket sold to me by lilsdjiry
No idea of dates but about 2 months ago now I bought a Black puffer jacket of a seller called lilsdjiry.
The seller didnt pay enough postage on the item which resulted in royal mail posting a card for me to pay £3.50 extra which included fees so that I could get the item posted.
Now ive spoken to vinted about this but they advised me to sort with the seller of which I messaged seller few times but wouldnt refund me saying its not their fault. Now I paid the postage they charged me & yet they didnt put the correct postage on the parcel I sent proof to Vinted too.
But it seems Vinted tok the seller side & released their money which is not fair as I should be refunded £3.50 due to sleers fault so im not happy with Vinted or the seller as its seems Vinted doesnt care.

Ladies wet suit paid for 27.01.2022 and not received
I purchased a wet suit 27.01.22 which was posted out to me via yodel. The order has been suspended as there is an issue with yodel and it has gone missing. I have requested a refund several times and the seller has requested compensation. I have still not received a refund and I am constantly being advised by Vinted that it is being investigated which is out of their control. This is not acceptable and would like an immediate refund

I ordered this item on February 13th. It has still not been sent. I messaged the seller on February 23th asking if they could send it and got no response. I messaged again today, Mar 1, and still have not heard back. This seller has other items listed for sale. Could it be a scammer?

I post 6months I have had goods l have purchased lost! wrong goods sent.
Parcel dropped off at wrong drop of point. My area code is 14600...and my payed fo goods sent to area 14800...mines away.
Three parcels I sent to different sellers at the same time have all gone missing
