No refund 1 month on
Vinted is ok until you hit a problem. My order for a 25.00 product has not arrived. The carrier said it was delivered. I have asked for proof, I was in the time they had supposedly delivered. A month on, they still have my money and no refund, ignorecmy emails or say the same thing 'still waiting to hear from yodel'. Breaching their own terms and conditions, what a joke, yet delete your item if it breaches what they call there terms. I clearly would like to know why they call their commission 'buyers protection'. Buyers protection? More like give me your money for doing balls all. Shame on you vinted!
Desired outcome: Actually do what there terms and conditions say....I would get more response from Del Boy.

i sold a pair of trainers on vinted the lady was so rude about it and wanted a refund, you then sent her money back and said to me that she wont recieve the money untill i have got the trainers back! well thats not the case she has the trainers and a full refund! and she has blocked me so i cant get in contact with her! vinted keep saying weve asked her to send the item back thats it nothing they can do
My Account Was Blocked
I was searching for jackets and came across one and asked the vendor if it was waterproof. I got an answer it wasn't. Next thing I find out, my account was blocked. My account says, "The member is blocked in forums." Now I can't sell my stuff. I emailed Vinted but the email address was up to date and was wrong due to the online information that is available.
I want my account to be resolved and had waited too long.

A sold item
I have sold an item in which was as I described. However the buyer did bot like it and wanted a refund. Without me even having a chance to respond to the buyer, vinted blocked my account and now the buyer has the item which IS MINE and I dont know if she will send it back, and her refunded has been issued. I would like get my item will be sent back to me as I have no where else i can get help. Vinted has poor service when it comes to contacting them.
Don’t use this company!
I sold something in really good condition, the buyer kept saying the parcel wasn’t delivered for weeks then when we had proof it was delivered she then filed for a refund because she said the item was damaged, even though they say you have buyers protection you don’t they automatically refunded. They had no proof or evidence that the item was damaged and it wouldn’t surprise me if the buyer stood on the item to purposely break it. I am going to make a formal complaint, it’s not a lot of money however when times are getting harder it’s money that will help. I wish I never used Vinted and stuck to eBay.

Impossible to get support. The payment cannot be proceeded
I am using this platform many years more than 10. Lately did my first selling using their update. I send goods for other member. And deal was fine. The customer received it said it is fine.
Problem is, that I cannot receive my money from apps. Trying to reach virtual wallet- the apps brings me to the main page. I tried to download app, update it many time, restart telephone everything.
Helpdesk doesn work - I cannot reach them. Every time I am trying to press help buttom, the apps brings me to the main page.
I am happy that amount is not big, because I am very disappointed of how the system works. The main problem helpdesk- which doesnt work, need to search on the internet proper support.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my money back from the virtual wallet.
Parcel lost and no solution
The parcel was lost while Vinted refused to refund. Although I am the seller, it's the buyer who chooses the shipping company on Vinted... But I am the one who bears all the costs. It's doesn't make any sense... The customer service doesn't give any solutions.

Just be careful with vinted I sent my package to the buyer as I couldn't print of the postage label I paid for the postage myself and spoke to the buyer what I done and because I didn't use the postage that was emailed to me the cancelled the payment and the woman had a refund bk but even though I asked if she send money through transfer no money I complained to vinted and they not doing anything about it so looks like I've been scammed just be careful I will not be using them again 🤬🤬🤬

i was paying via my lloyds account until a few days ago when my card was rejected only to find after numerous emails to the helpline that your not accepting lloyds bank anymore! unbelievable! has anyone else had this problem with a lloyds account?
Counterfeit goods
I bought 2 items costing £250 in total when they arrived I had 2 days to confirm everything was ok ie as described and not damaged which at the time I was happy everything was ok.A week later I found out both items were counterfeit
I reported this instantly to Vinted uk thinking they would take this matter seriously.
All they said was that because I marked them as ok they couldn’t do anything.
They have not helped at all and for weeks still let the sellers sell other items.
I started to do research on how they manage counterfeit goods and police their site and found they do nothing.Obvious counterfeit goods like a coat usually costing £700 was on sale for £100 and was clearly fake but was still on for weeks.I am no expert on counterfeit goods and look for Vinted to police their site and also have a policy in place in such matters arising but all they do is turn a blind eye allowing the sale of counterfeit goods.

Order not received
I placed an order for some trainers on 8/01/22 for £128 and have still not received them. I have contacted the seller zxchb15587 on numerous occasions and have no response. I was provided with a picture of label with tracking number on , and item was marked as sent..first one wasn’t showing on royal mail so then I received another one but when you track parcel it keeps saying on way to RDC.. Rip off, I never received my item
Vinted is supposed to be reputable site with money for adverts on how they can be trusted however I purchased Jordan’s on Vinted for £167.15 and was told that I would receive the item in 2-3 days it has been a month and I have not received the item nor have I received my money back.
I have been ripped off and my rights as a customer has been violated.
I was told if the order does not arrive I will receive my money back it is now 2 months

No refund or investigation for pirated cds
CD bought, arrived, cover was photocopied, box was a dvd box, cds were copies. Vinted informed immediately. Told it would need to be investigated. didnt get back to me, gave seller the money, no refund. Chased again and told it had been more than two days so sorry nothing they can do. If the seller sell another one they will get a warning. By this point seller has hundreds of pirated cds listed. No buyer protection, no refund, no customer support, support of illegal activity.

Payment not received from vinted
An item was suspended to stop it from autocancelling as a new label was generated. The vinted customer service advisor said to contact back when the buyer had received the item. I sent several messages to let them know that buyer has now received the item. However I am not getting a response. The original enquiry was not fully resolved and now I haven't received payment for a transaction that has been completed.

Buyer protection service
I have paid for buyers protection and I have not received that service from Vinted. They ignore all my messages as I received the completely wrong item which is suppose to be covered under the buyer protection I was then told by Vinted I had to pay to return this item despite it not being my fault. When the item I as returned vintage just ignored my requests for the refund.

Counterfeit goods
I have bought 2 items that have turned out to be counterfeit.When they arrived they were not damaged and looked genuine so I marked them up as ok.But found out later they were counterfeit, I reported this to Vinted and they have done nothing no refund and are still letting the sellers trade.
Since this I have been looking and there are 100s of fake items that are easy to tell but Vinted don't police the site.

Counterfeit product and threats of violence
I contacted Vinted help and legal email after receiving a pair of counterfeit boots from a seller on their site, Vinted told me that they would do an investigation, since then I've been inundated with threats from the seller, they have told me they have my address and have found out personal things about me that I didn't divulge and are using it to threaten me, I've sent all the threats to Vinted who have me to do nothing, I need some help it's getting really upsetting reading the threats and now the seller is commenting on items I'm selling.
I don't feel Vinted are doing anything to help the situation or block the seller from the eating me which I've asked multiple times for them to do

- North Face jacket purchased on Vinted on 17th December 2021
- Seller was izzy.austin
- Jacket arrived and was wrapped for Christmas, sadly it was too small for my daughter.
- Listed on Vinted to sell.
- 6.1.22 the item was removed by Vinted and a message sent to advise it was inauthentic.
- Messages sent to explain that the jacket was purchased on Vinted originally. I did not click on " I have an issue' as I believed the item to have been checked by Vinted and be authentic. Insurance was paid in good faith.
Conclusion:
- I appear to have purchased a fake jacket for £90 on Vinted. I feel Vinted have failed me by not picking this listing up in the first instance.
- I re sold the jacket in good faith, on the very same platform, not knowing it was fake.
- My account has been blocked as a result of the above. But I believe extremely very unfairly.
- My inbox has been blocked, meaning I cannot even contact customer service through my App. again, very unfairly.
- I feel I should have my account reinstated with immediate effect and a refund be applied to my account as this was in good faith and was missed by team Vinted in the first instance.

Lost package / loss of sale
I sold a bundle of clothing and jeweLet, a total of 11 items, the package starting tracking and was out for delivery but never delivered. It was considered lost so I reported it Vinted. They refunded the buyer and told me to follow up with the post office. To file a claim with the post office you need the buyers name and address, I didn't have that information. The buyer was no longer active on Vinted and Vinted customer service refused to give me that information. Vinted's terms and conditions stats "in the case of a lost package, contact us and we will compensate you up to $100". When I asked Vinted customer service why I was not being compensated they said " Please note that we are obliged to follow our process in such a situation and, as mentioned previously, are not able to offer you any compensation.
Unfortunately, this has to be our final decision. If you have questions or concerns regarding a different matter, please open a new inquiry, and we'll help you out."
I'm shocked that they are denying to honor their own policies, not protecting their buyers and not caring that I lost 11 items all for nothing. Shame on them. It's illegal to not follow your written practices promising to protect your users. Sellers and buyers beware. Total loss: $40 USD.
