Store Managers don't run a good business
The store managers Mr. Bryan Krentz and Mr. Carl Jones don't run a good business at Walgreens on 3522 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Every time they hire a new good co-worker to work inside the store, They always end up quitting, getting transferred or getting fired from that Walgreens! The pharmacy store managers Kong and The white man...

I went to Winslow Maine walgreens on 6/15/22 and again I received really ride customer service and then the cashier would not accept my coupons for items and prices on 2 items were not rang up at the price on the sign instead I was told that the sign is not valid it's an expired price. Next I asked the not to put 6 bottle of Arizona iced tea and large bottle of body armor juice all in one bag along with other items but they did exactly that when I went to take the bag off the counter I told the lady that handles were going to break the bag was going to rip she shrugged her shoulders at me and told me carry it from the bottom this wasn't possible since I had when I got outside the bag lifting everything went all over the top of that before I could even get to my vehicle
Desired outcome: I don't know but I'm very upset that I paid more than I should have for items coupons should have been accepted prices shown on the shelf next to you it said items should be should be honored
Was shorted medication and have not received what they stole from me
I was shorted 100 Tamsulosin fairly recently, and that issue did get resolved to My satisfaction.
This new issue, however, has not been resolved. I started taking Tramadol that My Doctor prescribed on April 30th. It had a refill that I had filled on May 26th, that I picked up on the 28th, so I would have them to start taking after the original prescription was gone. I started taking that prescription for Tramadol on Tuesday May 31st. I take 4 a day as prescribed. On Saturday June 4th, just after my 2nd Tramadol for that day, and I decided to count my Tramadol. I took 18 from that prescription so far up to that point so I should have had 102. I had 62. 40 Short!
Since that day I have been to that pharmacy at least 4 times to get the issue resolved. The Pharmacy Manager Noah, (something. I don't know His last name), said He would give Me what They owe Me, but wouldn't do it again. He didn't do that, and tried to make Me feel like I was trying to rip them off. I Told Him, "Either You need to re-calibrate Your counting machine, or someone is taking meds from people." He shot back with, "No one is taking meds", and not one word about the machine, which I still think is very funny. Not funny ha ha, but funny strange/odd. Also This. Excuse Me? If they short Me meds again, They WILL be giving Me what They stole from me! He said something about My Doctor, and I was so upset by then I just left.
Today I went there again and He wasn't there. So the head pharmacist should have resolved My issue, but refused to do so. I threatened to call the Police which I am still very close to doing.
I called My doctor a few minutes ago and left a message. He works all day in Iowa at Veterans Medical, and after He leaves there He usually comes over here in Illinois to work a few more hours each evening. I am currently waiting for Him to call Me back.
Noah did not even need to drag My Doctor, who is a solid good Man, into this mess. The More Noah tries to upset Me enough that I just give up, makes Me think He is the one who stole My meds. Stranger things have happened! A Customer there told My Wife that Her Mother had been shorted Meds MANY Times at that same Walgreens Store! So This is not an isolated incident!
Also She and My Wife heard a worker behind the pharmacy counter say, "He's a hippie, so I wouldn't do it either". That is VERY DISCRIMANATORY and Worthy of Note!
I do have long hair, which I started growing that way when I was young as a silent rebellion, to People treating others like they are not worth the time it takes to look at or talk to. I am now 60 years old and have always led a life that I think God want's Me to lead. I am always polite to strangers and do things to help the down trodden, when I am able to do so.
This store btw is at 4000 Avenue of the Cities in Moline, IL. 61265.

Desired outcome: I would like an Apology for Them making Me feel Like a thief and a liar, and the meds they shorted Me.
Staff
I work at a doctors office and when I see that I need to contact this specific Walgreens store, I automatically cringe. I have never been in contact with such disrespectful staff members. When we call from our office, we are on a long wait time always, which would be OK if we were greeted nicely/properly. When they answer the phone, they do not say a word...

I had placed an order for three products online. Two were in the store, ready for pick-up, which I did the next morning. When the associate came out she was looking at her scanner and saying what is your name, you could have just tapped on your smartphone that you were here, you said your name too quickly. She had a bag in her hand. I told her I was Myra Bennett and was that name on the bag? She said yes, but that I had said my name so quickly "no one" was sure. I said I didn't guess we had a problem as someone heard it correctly and she had brought it out. She mentioned again about using my smartphone to which I told her again I don't use a smartphone, don't want one. I felt that she had lectured me in a way just over some tech issue.
The other item had to be ordered and shipped to the store. I received an email that the item had shipped, but I did not receive an email from the store that it was ready for pick-up for several days. In the mean time my situation had worsened, I had to contact my dentist, who then helped me.
To be nice, afraid that my item might arrive and be in the way, I called the store to explain that I would not be picking it up and wanted the amount credited to my card. The manager told me it had arrived and I would have to pick it up, use an invoice # on the receipt, and call Customer Service for a refund. I told her I would have to drive 30 miles round trip for a product I could not now use and would just have to throw away. She insisted that I had to pick it up. I told her again I was not going to drive 30 miles for an item that they had not notified me was at the store and was too late for my needs. She said I could not get a refund without the authorization # on the receipt.
She kept to her line of me having to pick it up. I told her I would not make the drive and I understood that I was just one customer that would no longer be using the store to which she said she felt I was putting words in her mouth.
At this point I had had it. I called Customer Services. They didn't know why the store manager had insisted I had to have the invoice number, asked for my order number which I gave her, and in two minutes had credited the amount back to my card. She said the store would return the item if I had not picked it up after 10 days. Why didn't the manager just tell me that in the first place? She caused the situation to escalate. Later that evening, I did receive an email that the item was at the store, but the item had been there for three days prior.
This is the same store that at one time I had placed an online order of a photograph I had taken to be placed on a canvas to donate to charity for an auction. When I received it, one corner had not been done correctly and I said I would not accept it and that I wanted it done over. The associate took my canvas, gave a loud exhale, turned towards the back of the photo section where there was a large waste can, aimed my canvas like a basketball, and threw it through the air into the waste can. I told her to just forget the correction and to credit the amount back to my card which she did, and I left without something needed for an auction that evening. I followed up with a call to the manager who did apologize, but the same employee still works there.
Customer Service has credited the amount back to my card, this isn't about money. This is about the way some employees at that store act. The pharmacy are nice people and professional, and there is a woman who is normally at the front counter of the store during the day shift who is loved by our community. But some of these other people, like the current manager, and the woman who brought out my order, need some direction in customer service.
I will never go to that store again even though it had been very convenient for my COVID and flu vaccinations. They've lost my business. My husband will still do his scrip pick-ups as they are in the system, and he can use the drive-thru. But, I'm done and will use one in a neighboring town.
Desired outcome: This store manager needs to be contacted and spoken to about this. I don't want to hear from her or the store.

Calling Walgreens Chino. Located on Central Ave. Is absolutely awful. I've been on hold for 18 minutes with two callers ahead of me. They keep clicking a buttons to continuously keep you holding. Zero personal touch. I feel like I'm doing something wrong, I also feel super weak and tired. It's absolutely dreadful. I've been sick and taking medicine for 23...

On Tuesday june 14, I dropped off a prescription at 425 pm at the Harper and Wyoming location in Albuquerque, NM and was told it would take 2 hours to fill. At 637 pm I received a phone call that my prescription was ready. I proceeded to the pharmacy and it had closed at 6 pm!
Why didn’t the pharmacist say it closed at 6 pm?! I do not know her name, but she had a lot of tattoos.
What terrible service when i have an infection and now have to wait an extra day.
Walgreens pharmacy continues to get worse and worse. What a joke.

For starters I’ve gotten my medicine filled there before I drive all the way to Knoxville twice a month to get my suboxene filled No one want to fill for that because they look down on the medicine so Monday so on Friday the 10th 2022 I called and talked to a pharmacist and I was trying to find a closer pharmacy and the pharmacist I talked said yes they...

06/13/2022, I return reluctantly to Walgreens on 24th & L in Omaha, NE hoping it might be different this time - the definition of insanity! I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru pulled up to the window at long last only to have a “professional pharmacist” post a closed sign in front of my face. No words, no eye contact! Vapid rude professionals completely ignored that there were still 2 customers in line. The epitome of millennial self absorbed self centered jerks. You reap what you sow.
Desired outcome: My prescription
Lack of pharmacy services and communication
I reside in Jacksonville, Florida. my mother and I have been doing our pharmacy services at the Walgreens located at 5340 Soutel Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32219, Store # 1986. We have recently been received little to no service at this location. Recently my mother ordered her refill prescription, we went to pick up, only to see signage on store window/pharmacy drive-thru that the pharmacy was closed. That prescription was transferred to another location.
During the month of June, my mother and I placed a refill order on during the weekend of June 6th. On Saturday, June 11th, I went online to check to see if our medications were ready for pickup, only to discover the pharmacy was once again closed. I reached out to the store manager who advised that the store was to reopen on Sunday, June 12th. I waited until today, Monday, June 13th to check on the status of the prescriptions only to find out that the pharmacy is now closed temporary.
I find this to be poor customer service on the behalf of Walgreen, for the pharmacy customers of this store location. I feel that there should have been an email or text message blast advising the customer population of the pharmacy closure status without us having to go online or drive to the store only to learn this. Granted, this store is located in an area of town that is not considered to be a fluent area, but superior customer service should be given regardless of where the store is located.
Desired outcome: I would like to see more communication from this pharmacy location as it relates to the status of the pharmacy opening and closure to ensure that my 81-year-old mother and others within our community can get their medications
My daughter & I been using the Walgreens Store Pharmacy @ 406 Washington Ave. & New Bridge in Bergenfield, New Jersey for many years but since the Main Manager Duane, left, the Store is a mess. For example yesterday June 13, 2022 in the afternoon, I ordered one Med. @ was told to pick it up @ 8 pm. I am a permanent disable 76 years old female that can't walk properly. I sent my daughter at 8 pm & the Female Pharmacist on Duty was Rude & Ignorant. She sent me a hand written by her letter and NOT MY MEDICINE. I called her to ask her why & she we spent 45 mnts arguing on the phone until U started crying & she hung up on me. Incredible Behavior. You are working with human beens not in a stable. Customer service
Only about an hour ago I went to walgreens pharmacy in allentown on Tilghman Street... my total came out to 17.79$... I handed the pharmacist a 100 $ bill.. he immediately asked me if I had anything smaller because he wasn't sure if he had the change... I told him no... he starts to count out the money in the drawer, out loud he counted out the bills in front of me placing them on the table with confidence as if it all panned out... he counted it twice in front of me and it seemed like all was well... then I get into the car and I count out the change myself... I counted it 3, 4, 5 times.. $62.20... so I chevk my receipt and realize he was suppose to give me 82.20$... so ok no big deal. I'm not the kind of person to go haywire over a silly mistake, no harm no foul.. the drawer would obviously be over by $20 and so I will easily be able to prove what happened.. so I call walgreens when I get home and a lady answers, she was so nice! I explained the situation and she immediately wants to get the manager to count the drawer and verify my statement so she told me it's a hold for 15 minutes while they counted.. 15 mind go by and I hear someone say what is it I can help u with... in a really rude and cocky tone. I said, yeah I was just on hold I was waiting for the drawer to be counted... and he says "OK? What do u want" in am even ruder tone... at this point I realize I'm talking to the manager himself who counted out my change incorrectly... I said "I was there an hour ago and I got short changed 20$" and he was like "then why don't u come pick it up?" I said I don't have a car... can I pick it up tomorrow.. and he let's out this big annoyed sigh... "give me ur name" I did this and at this point he hangs up on me.. SO DISRESPECTFUL.. AND THIS IS A WALGREENS "MANAGER"... HE Was clearly to lazy to get the right amount of change from another drawer and hoped I was to stupid to notice... and then when I call him out he treats me like I'm stupid and like I'm beneath him... just cuz he's made that I wanted my change bsck... I'm not even made about that... I'm angry about the utter disrespect and lack of friendly service I received when I did NOTHING WRONG... I just tried to get back what was mine and he made me feel like I was a scumbag for it... I'm ashamed of walgreens service tonight... I'm just so bummed about it
Covid-19 vaccines
Yesterday, June 9, 2022, I took several pictures of Walgreens marquees throughout Miami. You continue to push members of our community to get “vaccinated” with a drug that has been proven useless at best, and death-causing therapy worst. You are hereby advised that in upcoming lawsuits –and trust me, class action lawsuits are coming-- you will not be able to utilize excuses like “this drug was approved by the FDA or CDC...” knowing full well that this unproven, untested drug has hundreds of potentially fatal side-effects. You will be held responsible in a court of law.
You are hereby required to take down any and all advertisement instructing the community to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, effective immediately.
Below is a link showing Pfizer’s 1,290+ Known Adverse Side Effects for Its Experimental COVID19 “Vaccine”
https://granitegrok.com/blog/2022/03/fdas-list-of-1290-known-adverse-side-effects-from-the-pfizer-covid-vaccine
This drug was prudently approved by the FDA in its pursue of profits for the pharmaceutical industry.
In perusing FOIA documents, so much is wrong-
Additionally, Pfizer had a distribution study on animals that proves they knew that the LNPs travel all over the body! (Pages 3-36 of downloadable documents)
Additionally, This same Pfizer/BioNTech study notes “No genotoxicity studies are planned for BNT162b2 [the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID vaccine] as the components of the vaccine constructs are lipids and RNA and are not expected to have genotoxic potential (WHO, 2005).” Similarly, “Carcinogenicity studies with BNT162b2 have not been conducted as the components of the vaccine construct are lipids and RNA and are not expected to have carcinogenic or tumorigenic potential.”
The truth; however, is that the LNPs are allowed to distribute production of pathogenic spike throughout the body. These proteins, along with the injection itself (pseudouridine) downregulates your natural defenses and interacts with tumor signaling. Carcinogenic studies would reveal that this will eventually lead to cancer. This was an extreme regulatory fail.
Desired outcome: You are hereby required to take down any and all advertisement instructing the community to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, effective immediately.

Hello, my name is April and I’m from Las Vegas, NV. I just want to say that I’ve never had a bad experience with Walgreens up until a couple of weeks ago and today. I believe the first incident happened on May 26, 2022. I’m a Lyft driver in Las Vegas, NV. There are times as a Lyft driver that we need to stop and take breaks and go to the nearest store to use the restroom. I have gone in several times off of the Las Vegas Blvd/Sahara location and have never been denied service to use the restroom, even after 9 p.m…. On that evening, I just so happened to stop at this location and asked one of your employees nicely if I could use the restroom. Her response was, “Nope!” “You can’t use it past 7 p.m.” I pleaded to use the restroom and she wouldn’t even acknowledge me. She treated me very rudely as if I was non existent to her. I asked, “is there someone I could speak to?” She said, “you can ask my manager Melissa, but she’ll tell you the same thing.” I then asked Melissa and she wouldn’t acknowledge me or look at me and proceeded to stalk her items. She told me that I couldn’t use the restroom and that I could go across the street and use the restroom at the Sahara hotel. I was literally in need of a restroom badly. As a lyft driver, we spend hours of service for our community and there are many times when we are denied access to using the public restroom. To make matters worse, you just never know what side of town you’ll end up on and to be turned away is the most inhumane thing you can do to someone. Especially as a female driver, there are times when we have a menstrual cycle, or cannot hold it any longer. I’m not sure who makes these rules, but the restrooms should be available to the community. I feel the real reason they do this, is because they’re discriminating against the homeless and denying them access to the restroom. This is not right and needs to be addressed. I called and made a complaint to the headcounters a couple weeks ago and I was told I was going to be called back within 3 days. I have yet to hear from anyone. I will keep pressing this issue until it’s address and would like an apology from Melissa and the other employee. This is not how you treat people or customers for that matter. The second incident happened today at a Walgreens off of Nellis/Sahara. I was in the cosmetics isle and didn’t realize there was a button to push for help. Right next to the isle there were 3 employees standing there working and I politely asked if I could have someone help me. One of the employees said rudely, there’s a button right there. I said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t see it?” I then said, “well I probably don’t need to push it now, could I please get some help?” She replied, “I don’t have a key!” I said, “could you get someone with a key?” The other employee who stood right in front of her had the key the whole time. She didn’t even bother to turn around and say, “I’ll be right with you.” She continued to work, until she realized I was going to wait. When she approached me, “I said thank you for helping me.” She didn’t say one word to me and seemed very annoyed. How does this make customers feel? It makes customers feel unwelcome. It doesn’t take effort to say, “Someone will be right with you!” You can act like you care, even if you don’t feel like it. It doesn’t take much to be kind or polite. It would actually make their day much better. I mean don’t we all strive to help others? Your job feels more meaningful when you do. I understand first hand how complicated customer can be. I get it. But there are ways to make someone’s day. This is the second incident, and I have never been treated so poorly by any Walgreens employees prior to these incidents. I hope this gets addressed soon along with some customer service training. Thank you for your time and will be following up soon. [protected].
Desired outcome: Customer service training, use of public restrooms opened to the public for hours of operation, and a formal apology.

I went to the pharmacy #00710 located in Bayamon, PR at 06/06/2022 4:45 pm My complaint is that I waited 40+ minutes with me being the first in the line waiting in the pharmacy dept. and no one to take care of me. I saw that the employees are doing more than 1 task in other words covering 2 bases in the same labor punched time, there is a shortage of employees here, the employees are doing the best they can ok and they seem good people and they are being "Overworked" so the store can look Good ok, I had to wait until the employee that attended me put a Covid-19 vaccine to another customer before he was free to do my service, there was no other service associate available, they were all busy doing 2 things at a time okk.
I think this is unacceptable and a bad judgement call on the managers to save some or more money to inflate the store's revenue to impress the managers and directors in the USA.
They don't have the business sense right because to make the profit numbers higher, they are losing in customer service or customer satisfaction which in the end is where the real money is made okkk,
Bad management okkk "Overworking" the employees okkkk
Desired outcome: To hire more or to put more employees for better customer service okkk.
