Lynwood California Walgreens on Atlantic and Imperial. Extremely rude pharmacy tech/aide Kasandra. i know stores are short staffed due to the pandemic, but to hire subpar employees to serve their clients makes no sense, I would rather wait in line longer then to be talked down to. I guess they forget without the clients/ customers she wouldn't have a job. I will be very glad to take my business elsewhere. when asking a manager for his name he just showed me his badge, no how can I help you or anything. Mr. Jose Rodriguez has shifted away from cards Touch-free "contactless" payments in stores and at vending machines have gained popularity with U.S. shoppers and retailers during the pandemic and prior to the pandemic, because germs and the coronavirus can stay viable on many surfaces for hours or even days. Contactless instead of touching pin pad can reduce the risk of picking up germs and virus
The payment terminal is not just for entering a PIN. The payment terminal at the point of sale is often used to capture card information and customer authentication, as well as other functions critical to completing the transaction.
It is important to note that not all consumers have a card or the devices required to support these types of transactions Mr. Jose Rodriguez shops with all merchants and employees are capable of manually entering EBT number
Cashier training is crucial to a successful contact less implementation providing consumer a seamless and convenient checkout experience

I am absolutely disappointed in the pharmacy department located in Clinton, MS. This Walgreen is located on Springridge Road and Highway 80. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. I now have the time to text this message. Customer service should be expedited professionally and quickly. Care should be a number one priority. Also, as a paying customer, a long waiting time should not be tolerated when dropping off or picking up medication. I do hope a Walgreen representative look into this serious matter and positively make proper adjustments.

Walgreens prime
This cannot be resolved. It is systemic. What IS important is effectively communicating myself and my spouse's experience. Issues are ongoing and can be as often as 4 hours a day over multiple days trying to get a prescription filled and often is not filled. Name one person that says they have no problem filling life saving/sustaining medicines with Walgreens Prime and do not, during, or after each call Scream, Curse, Give up, Cry. When companies spectacularly fail, results are indistinguishable from the symptoms listed, caused by most interactions between myself/spouse and Walgreens. It should by now be considered a breach of ethics to refer patients Walgreens Prime. These millions of failures never reach prime time news but contribute to the deterioration and decline of patients relying on in network specialty prescriptions. A short list of regular infractions follows:
Lie, lies and more lies. Information/status seems entirely manufactured. Don't accept as fact when you are given an arrival date for meds, accuracy for prior authorizations, or status of order being anything other than fictitious replies to build false confidence. The casualties of Walgreens Prime are the very people being connected with them to rely on needed medicines ONLY filled by specialty pharmacies. There's the hook. You need us, WE don't need you! This accurately sums up most reviews for Walgreens Prime. Their license to operate must be revoked for the good of the public. Walgreens Prime is generating more harm by accepting more patients when they can't adequately fill prescriptions, leaving needy people in limbo, always needing, a rarely filled prescription. Just myself, I cannot accurately describe the additional pain, frustration and hopelessness by having to rely on the very definition of incompetence for MEDICAL needs. PLEASE do something to stop Walgreens Prime from operating this crusade of carelessness without considerable consequences.
Desired outcome: No more Walgreens Prime to fool, befuddle and profit from pain.

Was told they will not fill my little bit of pain medication because I'm a new customer. This was after they filled it the previous month. Several other pharmacies in the area told me similar & 1 said because they don't know my dr personally

COVID Vacinne
I had the COVID vaccine at Walgreens at 9976 Jefferson Ave. Newport News. First vaccine was on 8/28/21. I made an 11 am appt. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I made my second vaccine on 9/18/21 at 11 am and I had to wait an hour and 20 mins.
On both visits the clerk never asked me for any information until I asked why it was taking so long; 35 min wait; then they processed the paper work I originally submitted at 10:45 am. I again had to ask about the delay at 11:45 and I watched the clerk process additional information.
The person who provided my vaccine on 8/28 was neat and clean and organized. she didn't hurt me when she injected me.
The person who provided my second vaccine on 9/18/21 was sloppy, sweaty, clothes appeared dirty, she hurt me when she injected me.
Did not order medication 💊 and said they would

I just left your store in Bixby, Oklahoma. Great employees, but a recent $7 off coupon you have is misleading and flat out manipulative.
On my visit last week, I received a $7 off coupon for any purchase over $25. I just had a purchase over $25 and tried to use the coupon, but was informed the $7 will come off of my next purchase. The only reason I purchased more than the $10 worth of items I came in for, was because of the coupon. Otherwise I would've waited until payday this Friday for additional purchases. This is the very kind of slippery marketing "appeal" that makes customers want to shop elsewhere, and speak negatively about your store.
Desired outcome: How about 3 times that amount applied to a coupon for my next purchase.
Pharmacy Representative
This Pharmacy is horrible and has rude customer service. They discriminate against their patients with biased opinions. Every month I have to deal with the pharmacist being rude to me and treating me like I'm scum or something. Today is September 14 2021. The last time my prescription was filled with August 17th 2021. I get a 28-day supply. I called on the 13th of September I was told it was too early I had to call tomorrow which would be the 14th. So I called today which is the 14th and I'm told they will not fill my prescription today it is too early they will only fill it tomorrow. When I try to explain that I have a 28 days Supply and that I'm out of my medication they talk over me and won't even listen. Then tell me to stop yelling at them and they will not refill it until tomorrow. I will not be going here. Walgreens in Lusby has lost my business. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Then the pharmacist called me back to tell me they will not fill my prescriptions for me anymore.That they will call my doctor to tell them that they will be sending my prescription to another pharmacy today to be filled. This occurred September 14th 2021. Between the hours of 1:20 p.m. and 1: 40 pm.

Today is Sept 11, 2021. I called the Walgreens at Noland Road and 39th St. in Independence MO 64055 because they had put a prescription on hold for a few days without any word or text. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes, hear "I'm sorry" over 200 times. After the 45 minutes, the phone went dead. Now really upset, I called to talk to the store manager. I talked with Pam. I told her the situation. She did not accommodate, in fact - she said, again, I'm sorry...well, I hung up on her and called my local HyVee. Told them to transfer the Rx to them.
I will not shop at that Walgreens again. (period/full stop) Used to be my favorite, open 24 hours, always communicating with me. But that all ended today. Get more help, STOP the consistent "I'm sorry..." in your stupid message that gets repeated evert 15-20 seconds You're NOT sorry, otherwise Pam would have jumped in.

For Oxycodone 10 ml, 120 tablets, $150 at Walgreen's. Same medication $71 at Smith's Pharmacy. On top of that, the pharmacist refused to tell me his full name (what's he afraid of?) and refused to sign the price sheet I was provided with.
