Pharmacy Representative
This Pharmacy is horrible and has rude customer service. They discriminate against their patients with biased opinions. Every month I have to deal with the pharmacist being rude to me and treating me like I'm scum or something. Today is September 14 2021. The last time my prescription was filled with August 17th 2021. I get a 28-day supply. I called on the 13th of September I was told it was too early I had to call tomorrow which would be the 14th. So I called today which is the 14th and I'm told they will not fill my prescription today it is too early they will only fill it tomorrow. When I try to explain that I have a 28 days Supply and that I'm out of my medication they talk over me and won't even listen. Then tell me to stop yelling at them and they will not refill it until tomorrow. I will not be going here. Walgreens in Lusby has lost my business. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Then the pharmacist called me back to tell me they will not fill my prescriptions for me anymore. That they will call my doctor to tell them that they will be sending my prescription to another pharmacy today to be filled. This occurred September 14th 2021. Between the hours of 1:20 p.m. and 1: 40 pm.
just talking to someone in the pharmacy...44 minutes then hang up
Today is Sept 11, 2021. I called the Walgreens at Noland Road and 39th St. in Independence MO 64055 because they had put a prescription on hold for a few days without any word or text. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes, hear "I'm sorry" over 200 times. After the 45 minutes, the phone went dead. Now really upset, I called to talk to the store manager. I talked with Pam. I told her the situation. She did not accommodate, in fact - she said, again, I'm sorry...well, I hung up on her and called my local HyVee. Told them to transfer the Rx to them.
I will not shop at that Walgreens again. (period/full stop) Used to be my favorite, open 24 hours, always communicating with me. But that all ended today. Get more help, STOP the consistent "I'm sorry..." in your stupid message that gets repeated evert 15-20 seconds You're NOT sorry, otherwise Pam would have jumped in.
Goodbye Walgreens, goodbye!

Pharmacy covid vaccine
My local store (#6912, 3204 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78628) posts that walk-ins are welcome for the COVID vaccine. I need a third dose because I am immunocompromised. I walked in last week and was told that I have to make an appointment. While I was standing in front of a sign that said they take walk-ins, they told me I have to go online to make an...

Today at about 2:30 pm MST, I called our local Walgreens to check on my son's medication. Sara, an employee at the pharmacy, spoke with my husband (he had her on speakerphone). She was so rude that he became flustered. I took the phone, hoping to calm her down. Instead, she was rude and interrupting, she literally said, "your doctor said we do that but let...

TWICE the amt for an RX as other pharmacies in the same town?
Wonderful...
For Oxycodone 10 ml, 120 tablets, $150 at Walgreen's. Same medication $71 at Smith's Pharmacy. On top of that, the pharmacist refused to tell me his full name (what's he afraid of?) and refused to sign the price sheet I was provided with.
I don't know how the pharmacy stays in business with practices like those described...
Desired outcome: Bring the price down!
Filling a rx
I called the Walgreens pharmacy to lodge a complaint. No assistance. I prescribed Suboxone 4/1 mg SL and the pharmacy dispensed 8/2 mg SL - an aggregious error. All the numbers I called just had me on hold for over 15 min. When I finally reached someone..."I'll let my manager know". I don't believe they will. How can you treat addiction - taper a patient...

It was uncalled for and unappreciated and if it happens again things will not be pretty, . If I have to meet my family and I will get my whole trailer park to move all our services to a different location this is uncalled for will not be tolerated.. People like that should be fired...

I have been using the Walgreen's pharmacy at Hallsferry and Jennings Station Road in St Louis, Mo for the last 20 years if not longer. The pharmacy is still a major vein in the community of North St Louis City and Jennings, Missouri. I am a nurse at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St Louis and at least 20 percent of the sickle cell patients treated...

This pharmacy is a joke! I have been trying to get my medicine all day! They can't ever get anything right! I've been told twice today they were getting it ready and now I'm told they're closing and can't get to it! It's ridiculous! Poplar Bluff, Mo Walgreens is as ridiculous as they come! Switching tomorrow! This is insane! I can't get my medicines when I need them and they offer no apologies or even concern!
Desired outcome: Get your crap together!!
Pharmacist from China
I went in to have my OneTouch Plus system checked to see if it was working properly and was directed to the pharmacist. It appears to both me and to him that the Lancet holder would not lock into place in order to release it with the green button to have the needle hit your finger to draw blood. I brought the receipt with the QR code and he said he could...

Walgreens called to pic k up his prescription for Ozempic. When he arrived, they said that since he wasn't there earlier to pick it up, they had given it to another person! They were now out of it, and would have to reorder! Also, they would have to call the doctor for a refill! What if the doctor wouldn't okay another refill... due to their mistake? What if the insurance wouldn't okay another refill? How could they give HIS prescription to another person?
This is absurd!
Desired outcome: Apologize and free refil!

8/31/2021 My husband is on pain medication, Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 5-325 1 tablet 3 or 4 times daily as needed for pain. I have them filled at Walgreen's monthly. This last month, my husband complained that he did not feel right and said his pills did not look right nor did they seem to be working. It was not until I had the next month's prescription refilled that I noticed he was right and the pills he was taking looked nothing like what he was supposed to be taking. He had a few pills left from the previous month and I took them into Walgreen's to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist did not even talk with me face to face. The technician showed him the pills, his only response was, why do you have so many pills left and those are not our pills, I have no idea what they are. The technician then proceeded to explain to me how this could never happen there are checks and balances in place on how they dispense pills. I suggested that there are no controls once the pills are bagged and waiting for pickup and that that is when it could have occurred that someone switched out my husband prescription. She just said impossible. I am insulted that not only did the pharmacist not speak to me in person, but that I dismissed as if I am making this whole thing up! There is a problem here, someone at Walgreens Pharmacy has taken my husband's pills and replaced them with who knows what and the pharmacist doesn't care. This is Prescription #[protected] for Dennis T. Johnson filled at Walgreen's 1880 N. Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765. I am Dennis' wife, Julie Johnson we live at 2460 Franciscan Drive Apt 88, Clearwater Fl 33763. [protected].
Desired outcome: I would like these pills tested to see what my husband was taking. I would like an investigation into this matter and be informed of the outcome. I would like an apology for the rudeness exhibited by the Pharmacist.
Unethical behavior pharmacy tech
Friday, Aug. 27th, 2021 I dropped off a written RX for post op pain medication at 5:00 p.m. The pharmacy tech asked me if I needed it today or if I could just pick it up tomorrow. I replied "today please". She answered that it would take 40 mins. to an hour. I said that I would return for it. On my way out of the store spent $35.00 on diapers, first...

I made an appointment for my son to be tested for COVID 19. I had to book a particular time slot. When we arrived at the Walgreens on N Demaree Visalia, Ca 93291. My grandson went to walgreens in Guthrie, OK around 3:30 on August 27, 2021 for a Covid vaccine after looking online to see if they accept walkins. When he was entering the building there was a big sign on the door saying Covid Vaccination walkins accepted. He went to the pharmacy to get his vaccination and was told they were not doing walkins since they were swamped with appoints and he would have to go online and schedule his appointment. There was no other customer in the store. He asked why they were still advertising accepting walkins if this was not so and received no answer. He came home and we went online to schedule this appointment and found all time slots for that day were available until closing. Also all time slots were available for the next day. We made an appointment and printed off the required paperwork to complete. He was at walgreens 15 minutes before his scheduled time as stated on the paperwork, again there were no customers in the store. He went to the pharmacy handed them his paperwork and was told it was old and he would have to complete the new set. He refused, to both the cashier and the manager since it had come off the walgreens website they finally agreed after several attempts. He was wanting Pfizer but settled for Maderna since the website said they were out of Pfizer. After he received his shot another gentleman came in to get his and was asked which he would prefer Pfizer or Maderna. When asked whe he wasn't given this choice all she could say was she did. During this pandemic and everyone pushing to get vaccinated you would think there would be better service. This is one if the main reasons people are not getting the vaccination. It is too big of a hassle to get it. Come on Walgreens work with your customers.
Covid Test Results
I was scheduled for a drive thru rapid Covid test on Thursday Aug 26, 2021
I arrived promptly in a vehicle driven by my wife, sitting in the back on the driver's side. I spoke at the person at the drive through window who seemed harried and stressed. He looked through several pieces of paper on his counter, asked for my name several times. He finally seemed to locate the paperwork for my appointment, passed the testing materials to me and I performed the test as instructed. He was respectful and plite.
I was not asked for any ID or insurance cards.
I did not receive any receipt or any evidence that the test material was correctly identified as belonging to me.
To date I have not received any information as to my test results. Calling the Pharmacy is pointless as I receive the generic "it takes 24-48 hrs to get an e-mail, if it is positive you will get a phone call"
I am now left with no place to turn. There is no way for me to track down my results.

Customer service
Vacaville California has some of the most disrespectful employees I've ever witnessed. The assistant manager ignores customers when he's there. The manager has a bad attitude as well. There is this young man who works in the front and he's terrible with customers he argues and tries to act as if he's in charge and he's definitely not because he had to call someone else to void the transaction since the price was incorrect and he refused to listen when I explained to him the price on the shelf read differently than being scanned. The manager on duty came and resolved the issue but the disrespect from the young man ringing my items was noticeable. I came back into the store a month or two later hoping for a change and nope the same assistant manager ignored me as I asked him if they carried an item he just continued walking I looked him dead in his face and said excuse me he turned his head and continued in the direction he was walking. The young man was once again at the register and arguing with another customer so I walked out without purchasing anything. I will go to Fairfield store if I ever decide to shop at Walgreens again.
Desired outcome: Retraining on how to properly speak and interact with people.
Covid vaccine
My husband and I ( Aged 83 and 75) signed up online for our booster shots at your Coconut Creek Parkway store. We got appointments for today (Sunday August 29th and arrived on time. There were two queues both labeled COVID VACCINES and we stood for almost 1/2 hour waiting whilst 2 pharmacy workers dealt with prescriptions to be collected . CLEARLY in a line designated for Covid vaccines. When the attendant finally got to us she handed us forms which asked us to sign yes or no to underlying auto-immune problems. This was not asked of us in our online booking by the way. When we both signed NO, the pharmacist smiled apologetically and said, "Sorry but you cant get your shot. The booster is only for those with auto-immune problems"
I was furious.
Why were we not asked this when we applied online?
We were polite enough to get to an assigned appointment on time yet had to stand in line and wait only to be dismissed with a cheery "Oh sorry"
And why have 2 pharmacists who are dealing with prescriptions in a COVID line?
I found this all MOST annoying and bad manners on the part of Walgreens
