1. colorstay exactify liquid liner mermaid blue 2. 2 in 1 angled kajal #103
both of these products were painful and did not work at all. The Exactify with roller was EXTREMELY painful on the eyelid nor did it produce any line .
The Colorstay angled kajal made a line on my arm but did not make a line on my eyelid unless I pressed so hard the pain was intense.
I did not keep the receipt from my local Walgreens so I am asking you to provide a refund for these expensive and useless products. I have been using Revlon makleup for 60 years and have never had such problems.
customer service
On 7/30/18 I went into Walgreens to purchase vitamins and they were buy one get one free. They had 3 of the ones I wanted and said they would have more on 8/4/18. A rain check was written out stating that I'm owed a free vitamin and to bring the rain check back to obtain my free item (because that's what the manager on duty instructed Seth to do). When I brought the rain check that was given to me back, I was given the hardest time ever with the worst customer service experience possible. As a long time customer of Walgreens, I have never been provided with the unprofessional, unpleasant, and lack of appreciation service that I received today, from a shift supervisor at that. The push back and attitude that was given to me was completely inappropriate and as a whole leads me to questioning why I spend my hard earned money with Walgreens when there's a CVS on almost every corner. The shift supervisor name was Rachel and the cashier who called Rachel over to assist him name was Nigeal. Nigeal attempted to complete the transaction himself but, he didn't knw how to which is why he called Rachel over and that's when the situation escalated. I am requesting that someone in management reaches out to you in regards to this situation at [protected], my name isAllisa Johnson. Thank you!
manager
I'm a regular customer at the location on the corner of Sahara and Las Vegas blvd across from the SLS casino in Las Vegas, NV. I've been going there sine store opened about 4 yrs ago. It's not in the best location of town. As my work shift had changed I started going into the store overnight/early morning about a year ago few times a week I visit the store. My complaint is about the female manager Fatuma. She has very poor customer service as l noticed she always yelling at customers and kicking them out. By yelling I mean across the store or in there face saying get out you can't come in. She won't let anyone in the store that looks homeless and if they do come in she follows them around the store. How do you even judge someone and know they are homeless? Some even say I have money and I'm going to buy but she still yells at them to get out. Another thing is she yells across the store to her employees and is very bossy with them. Saying did you get this done and that needs to be done. Just being bosy with an attitude. So I noticed that a new employee works there Alex and he's not 21 meaning he can't sell alcohol. I noticed both graveyard managers giving him their badge so he can ring up the alcohol while they go to the office or go do something else. Isn't that against the law? She's very unprofessional and very rude. Someone that shouldn't be working for a great company. She's not an asset to the company but just making the company look bad.
Please check this Incident out, I was in the store not exactly sure but check Wednesday August [protected]@11:35pm or August 2 Thursday 12:30am. I walk into the store noticed she's yelling at a customer (guy) in the middle of the store being very lound and rude. Than a few minutes later walks over to the photo booth where a few customers were and tells them he was homeless that's why I told hime to get out. First of all why is she telling other customers and why is she so judgmental? For sure this store is loosing alot of customers. Very rude and unprofessional graveyard female manager.
I have spoke with that employee a few times and aked his age so I know he's not 21
Excuse me, I know for sure he is not and I'm not just assuming. Don't need to give you any explanation.
pharmacy
Poor customer service, hurried technician, no one cares attitude. I hate the fact our insurance has changed to this pharmacy, the people who work there are rude and surly. I am sure this falls on deaf ears, but worth a shot.
On the other hand, I went to Walgreens Pharmacy located in Elkin NC to have a RX filled. Was pleasantly surprised to have a caring and smiling associate greet me, filled my RX in a timely mattter and wished me a very pleasant day along with a feel better soon! Wow, what a difference a town makes I guess? Whatever the reason, being held hostage with choice of only one pharmacy I will be sure to go to the Walgreens in Elkin NC.
the pharmacy/ specifically the pharmacy manager
I called the pharmacy on Sunday to see if they stocked a perscription before driving all the way over with my paper script. The woman on the phone who I found out was the manager was very rude saying that this was against policy and I would need to walk in and discuss the matter with her. I asked if there was any other way as I had family obligations and also needed to get this filled. She belittled me by saying that I wasn't going to get special treatment just because I had a family. I had to play by their rules or I couldn't do business there. Shocked by this, I went in because I felt as though I had no other choice which caused massive financial repercussions finding new care for my family obligation. When I arrived I handed the cashier in the pharmacy my prescription and asked if they had it in stock and could fill it. She said that only the pharmacist could check that and walked over to her and gave her the script. I could tell from her voice, that she was the same person I spoke to on the phone. Instead of checking to see if the medication was in stock she asked if there way anyone waiting for a consultation and completely ignored me. A man stood up from the waiting area and said that he had some questions about sunscreen in which she joyfully replied that she would be happy to help him and to come over to the window. After a 15 minute discussion about sunscreen, I observed the pharmacist eating, taking sips of water from her water cantine and generally just wandering about. I finally asked the cashier when she would have a chance to check on the stock. The cashier apologized and told me that she would ask her again. When she did this, the pharmacist let out a long sigh, typed a few things into the computer and then approached me. She said, yes we have this in stock but no I won't fill it because your doctor is out of the area. I questioned this as my doctor is about 20 miles away I'm in Vallejo, she is in Albany. Also, I've filled prescriptions from my doctor from this pharmacy before without issue. I asked for more information about why this was in place and I was told by her that, "it's our policy" When I mentioned that I filled scripts here before from this doctor and even other doctors as far out as Oakland and Berkeley without issue so was confused as to why this is the first time I was hearing this. She dismissed me and walked away. I called my doctor to tell her what happened to see if she had any suggestions and she said that she would try to send it through another time and to go back in and hopefully I'd get a different pharmacist as she's never heard of anything like this before and advised me that it sounds like it was an odd occurrence specific to this one pharmacist. Sure enough, I get a text today, 2 hours after she submitted it, that the prescription was ready for pick up. So yesterday, I wasted $300 on care for my father, over 2 hours of time and frustration, all because this pharmacist didn't want to help me. I do not like to make assumptions but am completely dumbfounded as to why any of this occurred. It's a single prescription that I've been on for two years. Why is this taking multiple visits, calls, and doctors getting involved not to mention the hours of my life I'll never get back and hundreds of my hard earned dollars? I was also laid off so I don't have hundreds of dollars to throw around when a Pharmacists decides to make up her own rules. I'm really hoping that she receives some additional coaching and training to ensure that this isn't occurring anymore often than yesterday when it happened to me.

I have a prescription for Ranitidine. I get a 30 day supply each month. I tried to refill my prescription today, and they told me I had NO refills left because they have been giving me a 90 days supply! I took my prescription bottle up there to show them the quantity I received which states #30 and that I had refills left. They told me the bottle was misprinted because their system shows no refills! Also they stated their system had been down. I am OUT of my medication. This is a TOTAL ATROCITY! This happened today 7/28/18. My Name is Shirley Seagraves DOB: 7/22/1948. Does it occur to them that they typed in 90 but only gave me 30 pills which is what THEY DID?!
employees
To whom it may concern:
On Friday afternoon July 27, 2018 I approached the checkout counter and asked for a pack of cigarettes, after coming back with the item the person who was attending the register asked for my I.D., I am a 52 year old white male and I look like it. I politely told your employee my age and that I didn't feel it was necessary to show my I.D. as it was obvious that I was old enough to purchase cigarettes, at that point the young man grew slightly aggressive and said that he now not only needed to see my I.D. but needed for me to remove it from my wallet so he could scan it. At that I asked to speak with the manager. After waiting about 3-5 minutes a young lady wearing a walgreens vest with her name tag not visible approached, before I could even tell her what the issue was the employee at the register said that I wouldn't show I.D., now by this time I was feeling intimidated by the two employees, the lady who identified herself as a manager said I was holding up the line, but there was no one waiting at the checkout, then she said it was up to the cashier, who said to me that its not personal just give me your I.D. .
I was on my lunch break from work so I did take my I.D. out of my wallet and show him my date of birth, paid, took my receipt and left the store. However on my way back to work I considered how rudely I was treated and wanted to let you, Walgreens, as a company know that I have been loyal as a customer for over 10 years, if you check my address I live across the street from that store and have since 2009. I left your store that dear feeling shaken.
Thank you for your concern.
P.S
when i looked for my receipt it has the wrong date, this happened 7/27/18 at 1 :26 p.m. at the store in Ft. Lauderdale 1 W. Sunrise Blvd.
personal data information and customer service
In receiving of an electronic letter from your automated service as
"important notice", I have noticed that the clauses underlined and supported
in variation and changes of your company's policy seem quite unilateral.
In terms more explained, it is several times that I have noticed many exchanges
in your procedure of treating customer data and also in servicing customers
through your pharmacy and in where was noticeable also the lower quality offered of the product and the higher price then expected.
To continue, in expressing my concerns in detail, meds requested were of simple
matter and in fact consulting my insurance policy by contacting customer service,
It was confirmed to me that you pharmacists use the liberty to communicate directly with the prescribing medical facility and make arrangements that should not be considered either appropriate or legal, further the assistant of the medical facility illegitimately did exchange, not in type but in kind, the prescription forward him by physician forcing me in the end to collect from your pharmacy a medication
provided in tablets that was of equivalent ingredients but variant from what prescribed. At last, I was informed by New State Office that the medication in question, known commonly as amoxicillin and in a second time augmentin,
was no longer in circulation, in there same office offered me to file complaint against your business and in what still have not followed or reconsidered.
In consideration of my complaints, I hope your understanding will allow your
business to develop better Human Resources and provide a service that in future does not resolve in harming the public's health while defrauding.

me and my husband have been waiting 2 days, since 5 pm yesterday the 1st time my dr called in prescriptions.they waited until this morning to even start with them.citing insurance as not paying but when asked for reason was told I don't know it just dosent cover the stomach medicine.the dr called 2 hours ago to change to something and was told it didn't cover that either.i am vomiting needing meds and all the people I spoke to did was laugh or talk to me like I'm stupid.im a nurse and if this happened in a hospital someone would be fired for not doing their jobs and not laughing and belittling customers and ignoring dr orders
pharmacy calling that prescription is ready only to get there and it is not. almost an hour wait.
Poor service in pharmacy and having us wait in line for 25 minutes only to tell us that there was a problem with the insurance. There were 6 cars behind us and she told us to drive around again but we went inside only to see the pharmacist filling the medicine and again had to wait behind 5 customers until I could check out at the pharmacy- wasting 45 minutes of my time. Why call the customer to pick up because medicine is ready when it is not. This is the 2nd time this has happened lately. If it happens again I will take my business across the street to CVS. Other customers were complaining about the same thing in line.
Got home and couldn't believe another call was on answering machine from Walgreen's pharmacy
customer service from pharmacist tuan v.
I was at the pharmacy on 3222 University Ave San Diego Ca 92104 trying to get my prescription a pharmacist by the name Tuan V. was at the drive thru he told me I only have one prescription and to call my dr about other one. I called and they said that it's filled and they would try to call over the pharmacy over the phone. So I wait a littler bit and came back and the pharmacist Tuan V. Come to the window picks up the phone and looks at me. I proceed to tell him I'm here to get my prescription and he looks at me and says "what are you here for? Wasn't you here earlier there is nothing here for you! I said they said they was calling and that it's in. He glances at his computer and says there is nothing here and hangs up and walks away. I ask him why are you being rude to me! Why are you acting like that because I'm only trying to get my medicine. I'm active duty military suffering from PTSD, and depression. I only wanted my medicine and to be treated how I was made me feel at my lowest. This is not how people should be talked to or handled. You never know what anyone is going through.
customer service
Around 6:30 pm today (7/24/18), I walked into your Walgreens in New York City at the corner of 14th Street and 4th Avenue. An employee in black pants and a black bob politely greeted me at the door. I asked her if the store had RIT dye. She told me that she was uncertain, but would come with me to find out since she too wanted to know. We started up the escalator and, just as we got to the top, a male employee (younger than the other employee, shorter and with an earring) came up behind us.
He ignored my presence and asked the other employee if she knew where the body washes were. She veered off to show him, in what seemed to be a momentary interruption. He then kept asking more questions and soon she was signaling vaguely for me to head off down the aisle. I knew not where.
It is bad enough when other customers comandeer an employee in a store who was helping you first. It's beyond unprofessional for an employee to do the exact same thing. He didn't excuse himself or bother with the fact that I was a paying customer and I had asked his fellow employee for help long before he showed up on the scene. Perhaps I'm wrong, but his questions probably could have been answered by another employee who was free, say, someone in the area with the body washes!
Please remind your employees in this store, and throughout NYC, that it is not acceptable to delay helping one person simply because another person has approached you for help. Also, please remind your employees, throughout NYC, that helping a customer comes before their needs unless, of course, there's an emergency; Something that probably won't have anything to do with shower gels.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I'd also appreciate a resolution that will be noticeable to me when I next enter this store or any other NYC Walgreens. Thank you.

I left Walgreens about 5 years ago because of the lack of interest the pharmacy had for me in seeing that I was aware of what is going on with my Rx; say it's ready when it's not, don't advise you that they are out and you are sick, standing in a line for 20 minutes (cause there are 6-7 cars in the drive thru) just to find out, "we are out"...that's after dropping off the Rx two days prior! Why do I give you my phone number if you don't use it! NOW, I'm forced to go back due to my Rite-Aid store being closed...I've had nothing but bad experiences since coming back, same as before. You were not ready for the extra people being forced out of Rite-Aid and into this store...the staff are slow, not enough staff and probably overworking the ones that are there...I used to get a call/text from Rite-Aid when my Rx was ready and the pharmacist would call me herself if there was an issue with my Rx...Now that my initial Rx's are filled again, I will be leaving again as your Pharmacy at this location is still the same, terrible service.

I want to know how I can make a complaint about a certain type of generic medication the pharmacy carries. I have been on the same prescription for over five years and a few months ago the generic was switched and no more Walgreens carry anything but this new generic. The medication is making me very sick and is not working properly. After doing research on line I have learned that there are thousands of other people complaining about the same effects. The medication is oxycodone and the brand is camber pharmaceuticals. I'm very confused and disappointed that even with all these complaints Walgreens is stocking an inferior product just because it is cheaper. I've always only went to Walgreens because I felt like they really cared about their customers and it wasn't until recently that I found out how wrong I was. Walgreens is literally making thousands of people, if not more, suffer every day just to save a few dollars. This is completely immoral if not illegal. I depend on my medication to live and I feel totally betrayed by Walgreens for carrying this camber product just to save money and not listening at all to all the complaints about this product. When I told the pharmacist about all the side effects I was having she told me that a lot of other people were complaining about the same issues. The fact that she was already aware of the problem and Walgreens has done nothing to try to fix it is inexcusable. I no longer think Walgreens cares at all about its customers and all they're worried about is making a few extra dollars but hopefully they'll prove me wrong. This is a serious problem thousands of lives are being effected and it needs to be taken seriously. The manufacturer is based in India and has only been distributing this medication for a little over a year yet they are they only generic carried by one of the biggest pharmacies in the country?! Sounds like a lot of money must have changed hands at some point.
prescription was incorrect
was mistakenly given 30 syringes instead of the 100. Caught the error once I got home. Pharmacy said that was what Dr. wrote. Contacted Dr. and they rewrote correct prescription. When I went back to pick it up, I was told that I had to pay for a new prescription and I told the pharmacist to take 3 packs of syringes out the new box and that would be square. She said she could not do that and the Manager would contact me Monday. Monday came and I finally called to find that the Manager had came and went. The pharmacist apologized and promised a Tuesday call. I now cannot take my insulin now that I have no syringes. This is a problem that should have been taking care of. I still have not heard from the Manager and it is Thursday.
prompt vs inept customer service.
Monday the 9th, I hurried to a Walgreens across the street to get a bus pass to get me back. The clerk, a young white male, fumbled along so badly, making the same mistakes repeatedly til I missed my bus! Now it's going to be at least an hour out in the heat (July in Florida!) til another bus comes! And to make matters worse, the bus scheduling changes after 4pm so it was hours before I got back causing me to lose my place to stay for the night! The IDIOT! And the only way the mgt would compensate me was to refund the charge of the card but that does not satisfy me even a little bit! After his repeated fumbling around it was (4!) hours til I got where I was going costing me a bed for the night. Refunding me $4 for the bus pass does not even begin to satisfy this customer!
advair diskus & emergency inhaler refill
Stopped in to get my wife's Emergency inhaler and Advair refilled. I was asked if I wanted to pick up tomorrow or wait. I opted to wait. I was told it would be 25 minutes to a half hour. I was good with that because I did not want to make another trip to the store. But one and a half hours later I still did not have the refills and until that point I was not even asked want I had been waiting for. They looked it up in the computer and told me to step up as if it were done. Obviously it was not, since they told me to have a seat and the pharmacist would bring it right out . Within a minute or two they called me up and I received the refills. So it obviously did not take long to fill. Both refills come in their own box and only need to have label attached and entered into the computer. I do understand they were busy and I even expect to wait in line to be waited on, but once I have been taken care of I don't expect to sit around while the waiting line is cleared. It appeared that everyone was at the front counter. WHO WAS FILLING THE ORDERS! NOTE this was not the first time, but the second in two months.
pharmacy - failure to correct prescription error, unethical behavior
On July 10, 2018, I dropped my wife's prescription off for the usual 90 day refill at my local Walgreens pharmacy. I was told that it would be ready for pickup in a couple of hours.
When I returned about two and a half hours later, I paid for it and returned home, only to find that 2/3 of the prescription had not been filled. So, I returned to the store and explained that I had originally requested a 90 day refill, as well as, having given the pharmacist at the drive through drop off window the previous fill bottle (now empty) and it was noted that there was one 90 day refill remaining.
The employee said that they could not fill the 90 day prescription and could not refund my money, as the prescription had left the store. I had returned the prescription envelope unopened, as the employee could easily see. I then requested a refund, as my prescription could not be filled correctly by the store. The employee said that that was not possible.
This type of unethical behavior will not be tolerated. I then cancelled the charge against my credit card and filed a dispute through my credit card company, as the merchant would make no effort whatsoever to resolve the problem.
I will not be making purchases at Walgreens stores anymore and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest that other consumers steer clear of these shady scam artists who are masquerading as pharmacies and retail stores.
