Walmart theworknumber

I requested verification of employment on behalf on my minor child for government health services. We were then given info on paper, prompting us to the worknumber third party service for verification. Worst experience for requiring your own information. We were unable to login after hours of attempts and several back and fourth phone calls and prompts. The paperwork we needed would of took HR 5 min to fill out. Customer service was of no help, rude and wanted to speak with my minor child. As I am the parent requesting the info for my minor childs health benefits.

Desired outcome: Shut the company down. No more third party.

Walmart Delivery driver

I don't complain about anything but this is about common courtesy. I get home and find my numbered parking space and my neighbor's space are taken up by a Walmart delivery truck. I wait, I wait, I wait, nothing is happening. There are unnumbered spaces for guests and deliveries just to the opposite curb. So I park there. Oh by the way, it's raining. Oh, and I have ten bags from the grocery store to carry over the lot now and up steps. The lady has been in the truck the whole time. I say, "You're in my space". Sorry? Nope. Simple apology? Nope. Instead she has the gall to tell me it's no big deal she's just making a delivery. It is a big deal when it's raining and you're carrying tons of stuff and it's YOUR space. Lots of places she could have parked. Didn't have to sit there the whole time I was waiting for my space since she was obviously done with her delivery. All I'm saying is a little consideration goes a long way. A small sorry would have been appropriate. Not telling me instead how it's no big deal. Maybe your drivers don't like their job that much but now it's my problem? Train your drivers to show some courtesy or show them the door please.

Walmart Card keeps getting denied on draft kings

Card keeps getting denied on draft kings. They said its on your end. Tried using the chat thread twice. Got told to deposit money in my account when I have money in it. Then the chat got closed on me rude as [censored].

Called and talked to a live agent they said they would make it so I can use my card on draft kings. Went to deposit money on draft kings and my card got denied again. What in the actual [censored] are your employees doing and what kind of idiots do you have working for you? I've been trying to resolve this issue since earlier this week. Fix my [censored]ing card now please

Walmart Service

I was at the Walmart Trenton store that day and with me I brought my very small service dog. I have all her papers, card, and doctor’s letters with me all the time. I have anxiety attacks and she can detect when I have an attack coming on. I have been taking her with me for 6 years at this location and no one has said a word to me. Anyway, I went to the self check out and I was just about finished checking out when an employee comes up to me and starts yelling at me. She screamed to get my dog out of the cart immediately. She said that dogs are not allowed in the cart. That is fine with me, if that is the rules of course I will abide by them. She didn’t give me a chance to speak. That wasn’t good enough she was still yelling at me. Even the man beside me said, “give her a break she is almost done.” The employee asked me if I wanted to see a manager. Since she didn’t give me a chance to talk, I said, sure. The manager then came, and she was pleasant and explained I cannot have the dog in the cart. I told her understand but there is no need for her to yell. She did not know what to say and was quiet when I finished packing. Then, the employee started going through my bags. She asked if I could lift my dog to see if anything was under her. Of course, she did not find anything. She then told me to leave immediately. This is against the law to throw someone out of the store for having a service dog.I was treated horribly and was discriminated against.

At this point, as I mentioned, I was sick, embarrassed, angry, and discriminated. I have MS and it was trigged off by all this commotion. Ever since this incident of November 27, 2022, I have been ill over this. My MS has flared up and I am having anxiety attacks.

I made a complaint when I arrive home. Keith and Jasmine called me but were not very cooperative. They only mentioned that the staff needs better training and needs to be improved.

As a result of the incident on November 27, 2022, I have suffered the following other damages: I have ongoing emotional pain and suffering. I am suffering from mental distress since this incident.

I returned to Wal-Mart February 6, 2023. Since the weather was not suitable for me to travel so far, I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, this employee was at the self check out again. I proceeded checking out, without my dog of course, and I needed some help with an item. She started to approach me and as I turned all the way around, she darted to the phone and called the manager. I was standing there for quite a long time. The other employee asked me if I was being looked after and before I could say anything the other employee screamed across the way and told she called the manager. Again, I have been discriminating against and humiliated. The manager came and looked very confused. He asked what was wrong and I mentioned I did not know but I needed an item looked at. He helped me and I left.

Again, I did return due to the treacherous weather, and she humiliated me again. Talking to the other employees and pointing at me. This time I went to the manager, Keith, right after the incident and told him to please look at the video. I have not heard back from him yet.

I am appalled this kind of behaviour goes on at this Wal-Mart. I do not know this employee and I am not targeting her whatsoever. It is not a personal matter. I have tried to contact management at this location, and I have had no success in getting this matter resolved.

I would appreciate if you would get back to me regarding these incidents and come to some kind of solution.

Without prejudice to my rights of full recovery, I am willing to accept a monetary settlement being the fact I am travelling an hour to the other Wal-Mart and it is very inconvenient for me. Along, with this my health has been affected. I am under doctor’s care.

I am hoping to hear from you at your earliest convenience.

Desired outcome: I would sue this Walmart for all the damages for $15,000.00

Walmart Walmart online order

On July 6,2023, I ordered a sweeper for $53 and some allergy chews for my dogs for $23. I received 2 different texts saying that my order arrived but I never received either of them. Please refund the money back to my debit card. This happens all the time. I don't drive so I order just about everything online. I have had this issue in the past where I get a notification saying my items were delivered but I never get them.

Walmart Computer charging cord.

No one could help me with a simple question. I need a charging coard for a kindle and I had it with me. No one checked the charging port, they acted all confused and for a manager no help... So sad so I went to another store and had no problem... So sad for such useless people at walmart... Every one was useless this is un exceptiable are you hiring help that cannot fix any problems or try to resolve the issue with a manager all useless.

Walmart Walmart money card

On June 22nd 2023 I made a dispute regarding two unauthorized charges for p two amounts totaling 300 and something dollars now they emailed me the dispute form and advised me that I could either send it in VIA mail or I can reply back to the email with the form and that's what I did and I have proof of it now it also states that within 10 days if they don't make a decision that you'll be issued a provisional credit now today is the 12th day so I called today and date had the nerve to tell me that I did not send in anything and if they don't see anything well thank God I have the email that's proof I want my provisional credit

Walmart Verification and block on my account

I got a direct deposit from a lender called speedy I used my bank to receive the money which $1000 and someone got into my account and send out $500 I was left with $490 so when I was about to login my account i received an email saying to protect my funds I should upload my documents which is front and back id which I sent it to them and that’s my real identification card and where I’m also living at and i was surprised when I got an saying they are unable to verify my account with my identity card so I had to follow the email they sent me to click on upload then I did that I put my card number and they received it and I login on the web I was login and I saw a notification stating that my card is unblocked and is ready to be used. Thank you for providing the documentation and when I was trying to send money to my family and friends it’s showing I can’t use the features so I had to call the customer care which I did and she was rude to me she didn’t even give me a good reason or response so kindly help me out to resolve this issue so I can access my remaining funds and my account cause that’s the account I use to receive the loan so cause I will need to repay back so I will be so glad if I’m able to access my funds and my bank back thank you so much

Walmart Sales order id: [protected] item id: 1k73yh3luja6 item: titan pgd2875 3 25 in barrel 1 3 hp gas powered fence post driver pole pounder

Emailed Walmart customer service June 16, 2023:

Received my dock which was delayed by 3 weeks, upon trying to drive 2 7/8" pipe post found your Titan fence post driver did not work as expected...12" into ground took over 5 mins & basically stopped driving...finished the remaining 3' with a manual post pounder within 2 minutes! All four of us agreed your pounder did not perform as advertised & require returning of such for a full refund.

Hello, I'm very sorry for the trouble you've experienced, but we'll be unable to provide additional support as it appears this purchase was made outside of our 30-day return window. Thank you for reaching out about the issue with your item. Our records show that your item was delivered on 5/8/2023, which falls outside of our 30-day return window. Because of this, we're unable to offer you a complimentary return. However, if you're able to cover the shipping cost associated with sending the item back to us, we'll happily send you a replacement. Spreetail is happy to help you with any other questions that you may have.

Since then I've contacted Walmart customer services numerous times & they are still refusing to refund full purchase as the request was later than 30 days...my argument is that Walmart has a 90 day return policy which they will not stand by as this purchase was thru a third party being Spreetail...I ordered & paid Walmart not Spreetail & thus they should stand behind this underperforming product!

Desired outcome: Full Refund by Walmart Canada not their supplier!

Walmart Unauthorized credit card charge

on June 23 2023 I had a charge on my costco Visa ending in 4974 At 2:28 pm eastern time from walmart.com bentonville for $190.64. I was contacted later by Visa as they tried to charge additional purchases to this account. since you are shipping these items I assume you know who is doing the charges. Walmart purchased items that were not put in my cart

Hello. I purchased some items along with some wine at the Walmart at 5521 E Arrowhead parkway #03237 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. When I got home I noticed that the cashier did not put the wine in my cart. I went through the normal check out NOT the self check out. I went to the Walmart on 85th Minnesota in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They told me that since it was alcohol I had to go to the Walmart that I purchased it at. I expressed to them that I could not go to that Walmart because it is clear across the city and I didn't feel it was my responsibility to correct the error since I went through the normal check out so I was not my error it was the cashiers error. Why should I have to be inconvenienced since it was their error. We are in the process of moving out of state so I have extra stress and should NOT have to fight with Walmart over their error. I'm sure Walmart is smart enough to figure this out and make THEIR mistake right with me.

Desired outcome: Please credit my charge card. I have my receipt.

It's Walmart. If you wanted the product back here's an idea: Since it was clearly the cashier's error she can bring it your store rather than sending your customer to do the leg work. Clean up your own mistakes Walmart and don't punish your customers for your error.
