injury/fall
On Feb. 10 of 2010, coming out of Walmart, with my husband, a snow covered area before entering the parking area, had been freshly scraped, but not salted, or treated by any substance. I went DOWN. Husband unaware that I was laying on the ground unconstious. They apparently saw on a moniter I had gone down, and by that time my husband had me sitting in the car. The employees insisted on getting me back inside, and put me through a series of questions to evaluate my condition, while from where I was sitting, We could see several others fall down. They wanted to call the ambulance, I insisted, I would go with my husband on my own to the ER. A CAT scan was done, arm and shoulder neck area, and the large abrased lump on my head examined. I was assured by the Arkansas office when they contacted me, that they would pay, anything I needed. The insurance Co. wants reimbursed, and walmarts incident rep. no longer answers or returns call, and it`s June. They tell the insurance Co. that I haven`t contacted them. They gave the plow Co. name and number. They don`t answer or return calls. So the attorney basically says he`s 165$ an hour. So I guess Walmart Gets out of any responsibility for there property? Upstanding Co. I will no longer shop there and will make sure everyone I know, hears my story, not that they will care. I`ll give my 200 a week to someone else, thats all I can do. Just glad I didn`t use the ambulance, that was a very exspensive shopping experiance at the Warren walmart.

scam
Have a Walmart MoneyCard. While on vacation in Florida with brother and his family and another couple, we went to ATM to withdraw money. My brother, and other couple also use a Walmart MoneyCard. My brother went first and card was denied for insufficient funds. He called them and they said they would refund the money. We went to a different ATM (Completely different bank) and I tried my card. It was denied because of Insufficient Funds, I called and they said I would have to contact the bank because they were showing the money was there and the bank collected it. I called the bank, they said they couldn't do anything without Walmart submitting a dispute. After three days of contacting the bank (because Walmart said to) and contacting Walmart (because the bank said to) I finally got a supervisor at Walmart who agreed there appeared to be a problem and would submit a dispute. I was told yesterday by a Walmart Superviosr that money would be back on card by 12:00 p.m. today. If the bank didn't send them the money, they would still refund it. Guess what? No money at 12:00. After another phone call to Walmart and a conversation with a Walmart Manager (higher than supervisor). I am informed that it will 3-5 more business days because they had to wait for bank to refund the money. The bank is still saying they never took the money. I am leaning towards bank being correct because other people at same problem at different bank ATM's in same 1 hour period. I know 5 business days later, I am going to be told that they will have to do something else, because the bank hasn't refunded the money. People use these pre-paid credit cards because they are on fixed incomes. I can't afford to have $382.50 tied up for 3 weeks. That is a lot of money to me. Also I had to have mom go to Check into Cash and borrow $400.00 to wire me. That loan cost $60.00 and it cost $36.00 to wire money through Western Union. I am now going to have to get a week extension on Check into Cash and that will cost another $60.00. I just want to know who is benefiting from all this money just floating around?
unbelievable rudeness and unprofessional
I am complaining about the service that I received at the Walmart Super Center in Cushing Oklahoma, I just tried to return an item for an exchange and was denied, the clerk a girl named Connie took the item a couch cover, opened it up and then told me it was dirty and they would not take it back, this was impossible, she opened it.
The clerk then stuffs it back into the container and tells me she can not help me, the only one who would have made the item "dirty" would have been the clerk by removing the item from its packaging and dragging it across a lint covered counter as would be shown in the store videos.
Because I have a slight learning difficulty and did not know why this clerk Connie had treated me in this manor, I had my assistant call the store manager and complain, he spoke to a person who identified herself as Terri, she took the report of mis conduct and said she would contact me back, a couple of hours passed so Walmart in Cushing was again called and this time I had my assistant speak with another Walmart employe who identified herself as [censored], this person offered to defuse the situation and allow the return although she knew the item had to be dirty " as if she could tell with out being there", the clerk [censored] made this statement several times on the phone, even suggested that I shake it off!, now remember she has not personally seen this item.
I still have the item and have witnesses that will say it is not used nor dirty.
Although the money is important it is nothing when compared to the rude, unprofessional conduct and complete disregard other human beings and lack of human kindness that the management of this store has shown is un believable, There attitudes did change when they found out that they were being reported to the corporate office and complaints filed with organizations for disabilities.
We have stopped shopping at walmart, we took our car into walmart to get the works done, tire rotation, oil change all fluids checked and filled plus vachumed. what a joke there was no fluid in the wind shild wipe tank, the oil was over 1 quart low and the tires had not been rotated this was after waiting close to 5 hours for the car, I complained to the store manager we just had all this done see the reciept yet when my husband tried to use the windsheild wipers no fluid came out, plus the car was not even cleaned. We popped the hood to check the other fluids with the manager found the oil was over 1 quart low and thats when I noticed the front tire on my side still had the same mark on it I pointed all this out to him he said no your adding to things, I got his name and home office called to compain my phone call was returned only to get a very very rude person who told me she spoke to the manager after hearing my complaint and he asured her everything was done and I was lying.
To this day we do not nor will we ever shop there again. This was not the first time we had things not done that we paid for and in the past we always gave them a shadow of dobt maybe they were to busy to clean the car, But when there was no fluid, low oil and tires not rotate... We tell all of our friends family and others we know do not shop at walmart it is a rip off.

child was screaming for more then 10 minutes
I have a complaint about what I saw at the walmart store today. As I was shopping, I kept hearing this baby crying, as I neared the jewlery counter, I saw a women holding her child that was about 1 1/2 years old behind the counter. As it turned out, they were trying to have the babies ears pierced! The child was in so much distress and screming her little head off. I saw the mother holding the baby, and two other adult females standing their with the mother, as well as the walmart employee trying to hold the child still so that they can pierce the ears! Baby screaming, people walking by shaking their heads in anger. No one stopped it.
I walked around for about 10 min. And returned to the area, and baby is still screming. About that time the mother says "just do it" hurry do the other ear! And the employee does as she says! That poor little child just screaming.
I said, from the end of the counter"to the employee, you should be ashamed of your self, you should not have done that to that baby. Well, the women holding the child went off on me, calling me all kinds of names, and then the other two wwomen with her started saying"we'll kick your — , mind your own f — king busniess. To be truthful, I was frighten for my own safty at that point.
I moved on to another part of the store to get way, waitted for them to leave the store. At the check out I ask for the manager to talk to me. He listen to my complait and said that he was not sure of the store ploicy, but he would look into it, I ask him to walk me to my car, and he did.
I do not think the walmart should allow thier employees to pierce the ears of children, that are screaming in fear as someone holds them down! This is not what I expect of walmart. They should not be a part of this. I realize that parents get to make this dission about thier own children, but this is child abuse and walmart should not allow it to happen in thier stores. I know that it hurts to get pierced, but this child was in distress long before the employee touched her with the gun, theirfor I feel like the walmart policy should be that they will not pierce a child if they are crying in fear and have to be restrined. Please tell me that you have a policy in place and that it was not followed in this case!
That was very kind of that Assistant manager to walk you to your car. Unfortunately they can pierce a babies ears that are three months or older most places I have gone they wont do it unless they are six months or older. I do agree that if the associate did not feel comfortable with the situation she should have said no that she can not do the other ear unless the baby is calm or have them come back at a later time. Or she could have not done it at all. However I would also look at it in that associate eyes she could have been as afraid as the baby, she is trying to do customer service and do what her customer is asking of her. There are always different ways to look at this situation and from many different view points. If someone is put in a situation you never know how they will handle it.
the assistant pharmacist was rude and insulting
On March 31, 2010 I went to the Wal-mart Pharmacy on Kietzke Lane in Reno, NV to get a prescription filled. I gave the assistant pharmacist my insurance card. He went to the computer then came back and told me the card expired in January 2009. I thought this odd since I had just received the card in the mail.
I asked to talk to the head pharmacist. The assistant pharmacist became rude and insulting. The head pharmacist came over. I told him that I had just gotten the card in the mail and asked him to run the card again. He refused.
The head pharmacist went on to tell me, "This is my business and I'll do whatever I want. I'm doing you a favor by even helping you."
I replied, "I'm the one doing you a favor by shopping here."
I then went to get an assistant store manager and explained the situation to him. We returned to the pharmacy where the pharmacy manager, Steven, proceeded to insult me and tell me how he was doing me a favor." The assistant store manager stood silently by while the pharmacist, Steven, berated and insulted me.
When I returned home I called the insurance company and was told that the insurance card was indeed valid.
Not only will I not return to this pharmacy, but also I will not shop at any Wal-mart. What this store's management doesn't realize is that I have many choices. I will not shop at Wal-mart. There's K-mart and Target and Walgreens's, and Sears and lots of other stores.
Up until this time I had been spending about 75 dollars a month on prescriptions and an additional six hundred dollars a month on groceries and sundry items. Now I will not even enter a Wal-mart.
You have lost a customer for life.
Why would you use Wal-mart pharmacy? Would you go see a doctor at Wal-mart? I mean please.. go to a real pharmacy like Walgreens, not a nickel and dime store like Walmart or Kmart, etc.
arrogant attitude of walmarts managers & policies
A few weeks ago My wife had a dead battery in her van. She happened to be at the Hallie Walmart. (Near Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire WI). She had purchased cold perishables. When she called me for help, I said ... Ask if they (Walmart) can put the items in their cooler until I can get there with a new battery or jump start her van.
Well... The greeter (we know this person, he is a neighbor) and a clerk both stated 'we would like to, but if our manager sees or discovers we did this All Hell would break loose'
*I have no problem with the greeter or clerk... just the Arrogant Attitude of Walmart's Managers & Policies.
My wife had to Buy some insulated Hut/Cold bags. Well... I suppose she could have "Returned" ALL the items she purchased.
I AVOID Walmart (Like the Plague).
you are a ###. a typical child perpetrating as an adult in america. wm doesn't owe you anything and they have to consider the liability dummy. you'll go wherever the prices are cheapest to spend your wic check. stfu and stop whining!
So, ... let me get this right -- because Wal-Mart's manager(s) wouldn't allow your wife to put her already-purchased cold grocery items in the store's cooler, you believe they have an "Arrogant Attitude?"
While I agree it would have been very charitable of them to have helped her in this situation, even good business by definition, and I would have liked to have thought they would have tried in some degree to have found some sort of help for her with this, I don't agree that this would have been owed to you (or her). It would have been nice, a favor, but not something you expected just because you wanted it.
You may have NO idea of all the liability issues from their perspective, things they have to consider that you would never have thought of. You can't just assume because you have a problem that they owe it to you to take care of it, take care of you (or your cold grocery items).
credit reversal problems with close wmt discover card
Arrived at express lube tire dept. at 7:00 a.m. Sunday, easter, to facilitate timely install of tires ordered SITE to Store. BIG MISTAKE. Although the dept. mgr. Cheryl, advised the tires were already IN the dept. they could not be installed until cleared via site to store. I reluctantly went to Site to Store, only to find NO ONE there. Using console summons button to no avail. Finally after 15 min. a 'front' associate shows up only to state "its gonna be a few minutes"..
By then i had lost first customer status in tire/lube, Left without receiving tires, went home and canceled order. Reviewing WMT discover card charges, learned the $182 had ALREADY been levied and charged to my card..wrong. I, then, instituted an immediate Dispute form and mailed to walmart Discover. Am awaiting credit and will post further addendum to the outcome. Meanwhile, they just lost a long time formerly loyal customer over a Change of Policy between the printout instructions which state:Take this printout along with photo ID, to the express lube and tire and we will complete your order".. Dept managers states "thats not how we do it"... end result..lost sale. lost customer. If necessary should there be credit reversal problems with close WMT discover card, buying gasoline elsewhere as well.
You sound like the one who is incompetent. First, you do go to tire and lube, but since you bought on the website, the order has to clear site to store first. Then when you cancelled the order, you do not get refunded instantly. Of course the charge was on your card. You bought something. Then when you cancel, it can take YOUR CREDIT CARD bank up to one full billing cycle to credit your account.
If you stopped shopping at Walmart because of your own impatience and ignorance, then I guess they lost nothing.
defective keyboard
On http://www.walmart.com I ordered a Compaq SR1055f Desktop Computer w/ Two Year Service Plan, using my Walmart Credit Card, as a major purchase. I paid it off in 10 months so, I paid no interest, on it. It came with keyboard & mouse. Several keys on the keyboard stopped working after the manufacture's warranty expired. Disassembling & cleaning the...
Read full review of Walmart and 1 commentthey had not put a ham (I was charged with) in the order
Today I shopped at Wal Mart Parkersburg WV. My purchase was just over $38. When I got home-Elizabeth WV- I found they had not put a ham-I was charged with- in the order. As it is 20 miles to the store -I called and was told yes my ham was at the checkout counter. I drove the 20 miles back to the store, and after some confusion I ended at customer service. They finally found the ham. I explained to the young lady that that their mistake had cost me over an hour and the expense of the 40 mile round trip. She laughed and said "things happen" . Things won`t happen for me at Wal Mart.
I agree this has happened to me before and more than once that's why I always check to make sure all the bags are there. Also, I hate "Wally World" and don't do in one unless I absolutely have too. I have not been in one yet that I didn't have some sort of problem. Where do they find these people that work there?
I has happened to me before, mistakes happen. Sure, it's annoying to have to go back to the store but I can't understand the outrage. If they had refused to give you the ham or had denied that it was left, I could understand, but you got your ham.
Next time look around the checkout area to make sure that all of your items are put into your cart.
there have been times that we have gone to this walmart store and some of the rx's were not filled
We have been filling our RX's at wal-mart for quite some time, and have gone through some strange things, that we have overlooked but today we really had a problem my husband is disabled, on oxygen with copd, also cancer also we are both over 60yrs old, when we tried to go through the drive in window to pick up a pain rx for him we were told we would have to come in the store, even though this is your busiest store in Md. even though we have a handicapped tag there are never any handicapped spaces open and this means we have to walk quite a long way, this puts a lot of strain on my husband;s health. we had been getting the rx through the window before but today they would not fill the rx and let us sign for it through the window. there have been times that we have gone to this walmart store and some of the rx's were not filled, also there was a time that we were given the wrong person;s rx, we were told to just thow that rx away and come back and get our rx. this could be very dangerous.there have been times that the pharmacy has filled some of the rx's twice and not filled the rx's that were ordered. I feel there should be some kind of allowance for handicapped patients, and not the cold unfeeling treatment we have received in the past. the pharmacy in question is the George Clauss blvd pharmacy in Severn md. please try and do what you can to correct this problem we will probably not want to deal with this pharmacy until this is addressed.
Well it makes ZERO sense to be buying prescriptions at Walmart to begn with.. goto a real pharmacy like Walgreens, not a department store pretending to be a pharmacy.
it has ruined my drinking cups which I just purchased
I purchased great value dishwasher detergent, and I have used it 3 times..it has ruined my drinking cups which I just purchased from Sams, measuring cup, etc. It leaves a thick white chaulky residue on everything. I can not get the white substance off. I have washed by hand and everything still has the white residue on it. What can I do to get rid of the powder stuck on all my dishes...Cascade never did this to any of my dishes.
tried for the first time last week, after using and putting away the dishes, i noticed a funky smell in the kitchen, so washed out the garbage bin, took the dishwasher apart thinking something was clogged, poured drano down the sink, still could not locate the source of the smell. the dishwasher was empty at the time. next load of dishes, the smell became amplified. pondered the"great value" of the soap pellets, but put the (whitefilmed) dishes away anyway. the smell lingered around the kitchen a couple days until the next load of dishes, i used the GV ones again, and attributed the funky smell to the fish residue on the dishes from the previous night's dinner. but after the dishes were washed the funky smell lingered. next load of dishes, i used a leftover cascade pellet., the smell was gone after, both in and around the dishwasher area. suspected but not convinced it was the soap, i mean, why would soap smell BAD? so i used a great value pellet again just now, the smell is immediately back! i decided to look it up to see if i was crazy. i'm not :) this stuff is truly disgusting! thowing away immediately.
In addition to the other faults, the GV Dishwashing powder makes an odor that will run you out of the kitchen. Has about the same effect as sniffing ammonia. If a refinery put out this kind of smell, EPA would shut them down.
its because of the new phosphate ban...my dishes are coming out that way too with other detergents. I am going to ditch them all for a mix of borax and washing soda with vinegar in the rinse.
I have had the same problem with Great Value dishwasher detergent. I used it for years with good results, now everything is covered with a thick white film and the dishes don't come clean. I'm glad I googled this before I bought a new dishwasher.
clerk announced that she had a lost cell phone, allowing anyone to come up and claim it as their own.
I shopped at Walmart this past Saturday afteroon. I made a small purchase of 6 items. I set my cell phone on the charge machine shelf, and proceeded to get my credit card and id out of my purse, I slid my credit card on the machine. When it was clear she wasn't going to ask for my id, I proceeded to put them back into my purse, when the clerk, spun the shopping bag "lazy susan" around and because she had not hooked my bag on one of the lazy susan hooks, my bag went flying off and landed on my feet, upside down and half of the merchandise fell out onto the floor on my feet. I was flustered by what the clerk had done, I bent over, to pick up the items, she handed my my receipt. I went to the door, walked out to my car, and at that point (60 seconds) realized that I had left my cellphone at the register. I walked back into the store, approached the clerk and told her that I was back for my cell phone, she looked at me with a startled look and said “Oh, that phone was yours? HE said it was his.” I asked WHO, HE? What guy?! And the customer in her line, replied “She asked who's phone it was, and he came up and said it was his”, she continued to say that he came up took the phone and went out the door. I asked if they would come to the door, and point him out, since I had no idea WHO I was looking for...they both looked at each other, like, I cant do it...and they shook their head, and played dumb.
After spending a few minutes by myself in front of the store trying to see if i could figure it out on my own, and asking a stranger to call my cell, trying to see if I could find the man, I came back the Customer service department, first asked for someone in security and then for the manager. The clerk there said, Loss Prevention, said there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty, a phone call was made however no manager ever came down. I finally left as I had to go home and change passwords etc, that were on my stolen cell phone. This was not a situation where I left my phone and someone else came up and slipped it into their pocket secretly. The clerk, made an announcement so that anyone could come up and claim it as their own. Seems to me that instead, she should have put it into a drawer, and when someone came into the store asking for a lost phone, that she should be asking them to identify it. Per the other female customer's admission to me, the clerk, announced to anyone who was within earshot, “Who's phone is this?”
Wouldn't a responsible Walmarts store policy be that an employee should hold a lost item in drawer till end of shift in case owner shows up and they must describe it (NEVER ANNOUNCE IT) ..and if customer does not come in by end of shift. Turn it into their lost and found department.
I was going to write a letter of complaint to the headquarters, or is it a waste of time. Do you have any suggestions about anything you would do?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

motorized wheelchairs
I am writing on behalf of my grandmother she is disabled and requires a motorized wheelchair. the walmart in ardmore doesnt have enough motorized wheelchairs the ones at ardmore are always broke down and there are only 2 or 3 to begin with and they are always broke down. everytime we come in the one that is working is always broke down. please do something about this. your store may have some of the cheapest prices but we are willing to pay higher prices somewhere else that has more wheelchairs. also when the store was remodeled outside in the parking lot the turned a bunch of the angled handicap parking spots into parallel handicap parking spots taking out several of the handicap spots that my grandmother has had to park at the middle or end of a row. that is very inconsiderate of a corporation that prides itself on being the best. ardmore is a smaller town that is mostly made up of retirees instead of trying to be the biggest maybe you should understand the needs of the town that the store is located. i hope to see some changes soon in our store in ardmore

store renovation
I've alway had a love/hate relationship with Walmart. I love the low prices, but the lines and the lack of customer service and quite frustrating at times. You get what you pay for. Recently though my local Walmart has been doing some renovation and the store is very different even from day to day. Right now the electronics department is split in two. This was very confusing and in the processes of trying to buy a new computer and a few accessories I found myself walking back and forth across the store a few more times than I'm willing to admit.
I wish they would just close the store for a week or two and get it over with rather than dragging this out for months. I know it'd cost them quite a bit in lost sales, but they customers I think would be much happier.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I see where you're coming from but closing Wal-Mart for a few days would be devastating given the sales, hold times on food product, etc. They just can't financially do that.
rude employee
On Tuesday May 25, 2010 I took my children into Wal Mart in Kingfisher to do my shopping as usual, while we were in the process of checking out my son decides to have a meltdown, he is 8 years old and he has a mild for of autism and cannot control when these meltdowns will occur . While we were in line an associate walks by and tells me "to stick a bottle in his mouth maybe that will shut him up " refering to my son . This was a young male who works there and apparently has no sense of when to keep his opinions to himself . I realize that hearing a child crying and hollaring is stressful, I was stresed out enough trying to quiet him down, I did not need the added stress and embaressement of having a young kid smart off to me . I want to say Thank You to the more mature associates that were working that day, they were at least trying to help me calm my son down. As for that young kid who smarted off that day I hope appropriate action is taken to deal with his inappropriate behavior . I hope more employees are informed of this condtion and become more understanding of parents who deal with this disorder. Autism is real and comes in many forms .
IF you can't control your child or your child has a fake disease that is used to excuse bad behavior then please don't take them in public.. nobody wants to listen to your misbehaving child's "Meltdowns" that you refuse to control.
bow-chika-wow-wow
It doesn't matter whether she spoke to a manager or not anyway, that's an irrelevant question altogether. She's just venting and letting people know to look out for that store. Priorities.
You took the time to come here and tell the world your story - did you take the time to tell a store manager?
wal-mart - is it wal-marts policey to inconvenience a customer
Wal-mart needs to reconsider their hiring process. My friends' children work as managers at Department stores (Kmart)and recognize that customer service is what affects the bottom line. These ladies are young but have degrees and brains! I was at the Irvine Wal-mart t and had the displeasure of dealing with a manager with the IQ of my shoe size named Harry Garrison. I had come - with a receipt - to return a DVD that did not work. It had already been exchanged once and I refused to exchange it the second time as it was clearly a bad batch. After a 15 minute battle of raised voices in front of other customers and her total refusal to return my money she agreed to change it for the 3rd time. I accepted - went to another Target and returned it. Now you tell me! Is itWal-mart's policy to inconvenience a customer like this? What sense did that make. The DVD was open when I returned it so she did not want to take it back. She quoted the "law" to me that it was Wal-mart's s policy and no Government policy could override it. REALLY? So she exchanged it for an unopened one that I could return? Go figure! THAT my friends was VERY intelligent. Would you not say?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
LOL what is this ###:
copyright infringment . they can not take it back for fear of the fact it may have been copied. ALL stores have this rule.
false advertising
I went online to Walmart.com about 2 weeks ago and noticed a special of Pepsi products for $5.00 a case. I went to my local Walmart and they said they DO NOT HONOR ONLINE PRICES. I asked why, they said because the online prices would always be cheaper. I was pretty pissed. They suggested ordering it online. I went back to the website and there is NO WAY TO ORDER IT ONLINE! Or any other grocery items.
This is what you call FALSE ADVERTISING. I'm checking with a lawyer about this to see if I have a case.
Taken right from www.walmart.com
"Prices shown on Walmart.com are online prices only. Walmart stores do not honor or match prices from Walmart.com, other online sellers or advertisements outside of a store's local trade territory."
You don't have a case when the writing is right there on there website.
accidents
My daughter had an accident [protected] at this Walmart store #1804. She was sitting on the bottom edge of the cart while I was looking at an item on the shelf and she rolled the cart and got her index finger stuck in the wheel and the metal piece and it ripped her fingernail down to her first knuckle. We went to the front of the store so I could better...

We went to the WalMart in Aberdeen South Dakota to get new tires. When we got home we were short a hub cap. We called them and they said they had video of us leaving with all four, and they refused to replace it. We have never had any problem with our hub caps before this. If they had not done a shoddy job of putting them back on I would still have four hub caps. They do not appear to care that the loss was their fault, as long as they did not physically lose the hub cap or "forget" to put it back on they won't assume responsibility.
I would have immediately contacted the store manager. If he wasn't able to handle the situation (comping you store credit, covering the purchase of a new hub cap, etc.) then you can contact someone above him. (District Manager or someone involved with customer service).
Never give up - you are the customer. Now if this was an unrelated item that fell off or was stolen, - then I could understand their response - but this is something directly relating to a service that they provided. If they had to remove it and reinstall that & it fell off - they are responsible.
If your tire fell off... they'd certainly be responsible. They should be happy something like that didn't happen & help you out.
manager can not honor the sale ad
I have a big complaint! I took a sale ad into Walmart on January 20, 2010. They match sale ads and the store of the ad was out of the particular item I wanted to purchase. I pick up the sale ad item and some other non sale ad items I head for the register and an assistant Manager stops and informs me that He cannot honor the sale ad. I show him the ad and it is verified that it is a valid sale ad but, a delivery guy of the product I was price matching told the manager that it was a misprint. He did not give me the match! I was completely in shock because Walmart's customer guarantee is that they price match any competitors sale ad. I shop several times per WEEK at Walmart but, maybe not now!I received a raincheck from the sale ad store for the products that I needed! I think I will start doing more shopping at that store.
The ad match guarantee also states, just like every other ad matching by every store in the United States that offers the promotion, that misprints and errors are NOT ACCEPTED. Even Publix, who ad matches, does NOT match a misprinted ad price. The manager was in the right. You can read this yourself on walmartstores.com.

Walmart is known for its low prices and wide selection of products. The company offers a variety of goods, including groceries, clothing, electronics, home goods, and more. Walmart's online store, walmart.com, allows customers to shop for products from the comfort of their own homes and have them delivered directly to their doorstep.
In addition to its retail operations, Walmart is also involved in a number of philanthropic efforts. The company has donated millions of dollars to various charitable organizations and has launched initiatives to support education, hunger relief, and sustainability.
Walmart has faced criticism in the past for its labor practices and impact on small businesses. However, the company has taken steps to improve its image and has implemented policies to increase wages and benefits for its employees.
Overall, Walmart is a major player in the retail industry and continues to expand its reach both in-store and online. With its focus on low prices and customer convenience, the company is likely to remain a popular shopping destination for years to come.
