I have used Maybelline eyeliner for years, which I buy from Walmart. In January 14, 2021 Walmart was using a third party to ship my eyeliner to me. It was 4 in a box from Ship it Quick. On this date, I had been receiving eyeliner that was dried up. They shipped me 3 eyeliner for the 3 that was dried up. Now it is 2023 and I order 2 or 3 eyeliners at a time. The same thing has happed as it did in 2021. I had 3 eyeliners that were dried up. Walmart sent me 3 replacements. I always write the date on the box when I start to use it. The first one I opened was February 26 and it lasted until March 2nd, 5 days. The second one lasted me from March 3rd to March 10th, 8 days and that is really stretching it. The third one I opened on March 11th and it is already clumpy. It's caked all over the inside and out. Walmart said, they could not replace it again because it is from a third party. I am not happy and if this is not replaced, I will have to look for a different brand. I really don't want to do that. Can you make this customer happy again? I didn't think about taking a picture, but I can when I get home from work and send it tomorrow, if you would like me to. Thank You for your help in this matter. I am a senior citizen.

I used to LOVE our neighborhood Walmart here in Debary, FL. We go multiple times weekly for our groceries. We had used the pick up option but I found I was getting more substitutes and my money wasn’t processing right and we had someone steal our information so I started going back in the store. I have two kids that I have to bring with me most of the time. It’s already tough enough to scan a full cart by yourself let alone with children. Thankfully our area usually has the same woman offering to help. Today, they changed the check out counters. We used to have a few long table check outs and now there are only small check out tables. This is the dumbest thing! You can’t sort your groceries this way and there’s no room to fill cart back up properly. It takes twice as long! Bring back the longer tables please I beg you! Otherwise I will move my business elsewhere. Too many changes and none for the better. I’m very disappointed!

It used to work fine, but for the last 3 months, when I go to check in b4 picking up my order, it tells me "Pickup is closed now". This is after 7am that it happens. I always have to call the number on the sign at the pickup location to check in. The gal at pick up tells me everyone else's app works fine, I'm the only one that she knows of with this problem. I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times, and it keeps happening. I've tried to get help online and over the phone, and this is impossible. Person I chatted with kept talking about my order, the order isn't the problem, it's the app. I'm using an android, Samsung A03s, if that matters. I just want the app to work like it's supposed to and that it used to. Help!

I shop at the neighborhood Walmart on 164th street in Edmond, OK. I am a older black female. I am always the target of some white person watching me at the checkout stand. At first I thought, this can't be happening but it is continuous. Today I had it. I was checking out and there was another white male also checking out across from me. The white associate starting hovering over me. I was making 2 different orders and before I could pay for the first order she told me that there were items in my basket that weren't yet paid for. I told her I wasn't finished with my transaction and she said "but you still didn't pay for that item." I asked her if this is Walmart policy to watch black people checkout because clearly she wasn't watching the white male (he could have stolen you blind, who knows), she and another white male (a supervisor) was too busy watching me. I am going to take a stand against this. I will contact the news media and all other platforms if this doesn't stop. I am 72 years old retired from government. Although I have been treated like this all my life, I haven't witnessed nothing as blatant and obvious as this. I asked for the store Manager and was told none was available. It is bad enough Walmart is price gouging Americans and your biggest spenders are people of color, for some unknown reason. I will not continue shopping at this store if this is the policy of this store. I am a human first, I don't take from others and it's offensive to be perceived as a thief while supporting this store.
Desired outcome: Contact the store on 164th Street and Edmond, Ok and train them that all "Black People" are not thieves! Stop the practice of watching black people in the store and ignoring the "white people".

Pit Boss BBQ from Walmart
In August of 2022 I wanted to order a Pit Boss Charleston BBQ/Smoker. The only provider of the BBQ is Walmart and sadly they were out of stock. I asked to be notified when they were back in stock. In mid February 2023 I finally got a notification from Walmart Customer Service indicating that the BBQ was again available and the price was $607.00, including free shipping. It did indicate that it was sold and shipped by a third party which at the time didn't mean much to me. I was ordering from Walmart.
On Feb 14th I ordered my BBQ. On Feb 27th I checked the tracking information and it indicated that the BBQ had been delivered to my front door. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered to my front door but instead delivered to an address in Abbottsford, BC and I live about 500Km away from there. I contacted Canada Post to enquire and they told me I needed to contact the supplier. The only name I had for a supplier was Walmart as all communication regarding this item came from Walmart. I contacted Walmart on the 28th to inform them that the BBQ had been shipped to the wrong address and could they please rectify. They apologized and communicated that they would resolve the issue. They told me to expect a communication from the third party supplier within 48 hours. 48hrs later I had not heard from the third party supplier but instead received a refund of my payment. I contacted Walmart and indicated that I did not want a refund, I simply wanted my BBQ delivered to the correct address. They communicated that they had refunded the amount because the third party supplier had not responded to them. Surprising that a supplier would not respond to Walmart.
When I told them I was still interested in the BBQ I was told that the only option I had was to order it directly from Walmart this time at a cost of $898 plus $100 shipping (that's more than a 50% increase in price). I indicated that this was unacceptable and was told by the customer service agent and the supervisor that there was absolutely nothing they could or would do. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the general lack of concern for their customers. The CS Supervisor was very empathetic, agreeing with me that I should be frustrated and that yes it was wrong but they were not prepared to escalate it any further to try and find a solution
The frustrating part is I wasn't looking for an instant resolution from Walmart - I was looking for the right resolution. If it had taken the third party supplier a week or two to respond I would have been fine with that as long as at the end of the day I received the BBQ I had originally ordered at the price I ordered it for.
To say I'm angry is putting it mildly. Not sure I will ever set foot inside another Walmart. The sad thing is I honestly don't think they could care less.
If you have any influence to get this resolved it would be greatly appreciated.
Desired outcome: Original order honored at the price quoted and initially paid via Walmart's website.
Customer service at self checkout
I was in a Walmart on February 21 using self checkout as lines were too long at registers. It was approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. I scanned all my products and then tried to checkout using my Sam’s Card which I have used there several times before. It would not take it so called the girl over and told her the problem. She also tried it and it continued to say error occurred. She insinuated my card was not good and I said I know it is because I just purchased items at Sam’s with it and bought Gas. I asked her to call a manager over and she said she could not not do that. She informed me that I would have to go to the service desk. I said well what do I do about all my stuff in the bags. We are talking about a lot of stuff. She said she would void transaction and I would have to rescan all of it. I totally lost it. Not only did y’all not have a lot of what I needed. I had been at work all day and was so ready to go home. This store is not very well stocked and is not very clean. Your employees for the most part are lazy and will not put forth any effort to help you or check stock but the icing on the cake for me was she would not help at all.

On September 15, 2022, I placed an order for a Kid Kraft Modern Outdoor Swing Set. This purchase was to be a Christmas present for our children. It shipped in two boxes and arrived at our place on September 16, 2022. The boxes were placed into the garage, and we waited patiently for closer to Christmas to set up the swing set. On December 17, 2022, while my husband began to open the boxes and started the process of putting the swing set together, we noticed we received two boxes with the exact same parts. Two boxes of 1 of 2, we were missing box 2 of 2. We immediately got on the phone and called Walmart’s Customer Service. We had the pleasure of speaking with Najae, she promptly informed us there was an available box 2 of 2 for this order and we could replace one of the duplicated boxes for the box 2 of 2 and it would arrive no later than Monday December 26, 2022. We would just need to return one of the boxes 1 of 2 and Walmart would ship the replacement order for box 2 of 2. Again, this was a Christmas present, and she guaranteed we would receive the parts and be able to build the swing set. We explained to her that if we wouldn’t receive the box that we would send both boxes back and ask for a refund. On December 28, 2022, I received an email stating the return was received and Walmart would be refunding the money. For obvious reasons, we were upset that we did not receive box 2 of 2 as promised, and now the money was refunded to a card that is no longer active. After multiple phone calls and live chats to Customer Service from myself and my husband explaining the situation, no help has been received. We have a box with parts that we cannot use to build a swing set and after being told we needed to call our financial institution to receive the refund or that Walmart’s billing department would be contacting us for additional information, with no communication at all, it magically appeared into our bank account on January 25, 2023. I have requested a refund for the remaining order, and I am willing to mail back the box 1 of 2 at their cost. I have been unsuccessful in receiving the refund for the second box. I am frustrated and unsatisfied.

I bought this great value cheese today and I came home to make my son a sandwich and all the cheese was green on one side. The date said May 2o, 2023. I tried to call customer service because I used all my $ to get there and back to do my shopping, and I don't have enough $ to go back and they just told me I have to go back to the store to return it. On Valentines Day, my son and I went into Wal Mart to purchase a gift card. We went in retrieved a shopping cart then he proceeded to the restroom at the front of the store. From the front door to the restroom is a direct route no merchandise in this area. When he came out we were followed by a L/P employee throughout the store. Upon purchasing our item we were accosted at the door by LP and several employees. We were then paraded through a fully packed store on the Perp Walk of Shame to the back office, with everyone pointing and staring. She began picking up other employees along the way to the back. She (LP) was on her phone calling for assistance as she had corralled a dangerous shoplifter. When we asked her what was going on she just kept repeating "He stole something", when asked what it was she clearly repeated Several times she didn't know what he had taken. However she saw him put his HANDS in his jacket pocket after exiting the restroom. When we arrived in "her office" we received the same answer that she didn't know what it was that he had taken but it was on video. We asked for a copy of this "video" which couldn't be produced. She then proceeded to accuse him of theft, and got out her paper to charge him. However, she still did not know what it was that he had supposedly taken. Upon removing his jacket, hat, and emptying all of his pockets all he had on his person was a handful of change, a broken fingernail clipper and a disposable face mask. At this point she said we could leave. We then located the store manager who had no idea what was going on and was reluctant to even talk to us. After explaining the whole encounter to him, he walked off and said he would talk to her. She refused to come out of the office and speak to anyone. He then came back and said well she made a mistake, end of story. He then blew off the situation and walked away. He wasn't the one who was falsely detained, harassed embarrassed, falsely accused, or threatened with arrest. My son already has brain trauma, PTSD, and other things. It is not a crime to put one's hands in their own pockets. This entire situation was humiliating and traumatizing to him as he did nothing wrong.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciated a response. I'd also like disciplinary action taken with this employee so no other person has to encounter this situation.
Walmart in Franklin Ohio allowed a meth dealer to steal items from their store in Franklin Ohio. I reported his theft and made him take his stolen items elsewhere. This man would force me to go places with him against my will. He and the Findley Police dept tried to set me up at a knights in where a fake dealer was. Several times this man tried to kill me by trying to drug me and then drop me off in a Walmart parking lot. They are Corrupt Store, My own son was working in concert with this very corrupt company. Constantly being Stalked by this store. I survived near death in 1992 and this Company is the most vile company in the United States, they actually verbally harass you and villify you working with corrupt attorneys to try and silence the lawyers who actually committed misconduct. This Meth Dealer engaged with cops to try and have me found dead. At this Walmart in Franklin one of the tire employees gave my cat something in the car, he slept for three days. These Managers should be in prison.
NEVER go into a Wal Mart! Never go to Mexico! I'm 76 years old, and I live by those two statements. I've never bought anything at a Wal Mart. I have friends that do, and always complain about their experience.

Reporting someone who works there and makes me feel uncomfortable
I am a regular customer who does my groceries at Walmart boardwalk every weekend. I spend anywhere from 200 to 300 dollars weekly. But after today I will take my money to another grocery store. I am sick and tired of when I am using self scan area that 1or 2 employees are Watchung my every move as if I was a thief. Every week I get approached by the same damn employee asking me about a Walmart credit card, but yet her eyes are on my screen instead of my face. Today topped the cake for me and this is the reason I am taking my hundreds of dollars weekly to another grocery store. Today I was approached by an employee, who after 10 mins of watching me like I'm a damn thief, tries to tell me I forgot to scan some items. I told her to open her damn eyes if she wants to be the grocery police and make sure she has her facts right before approaching a customer, I showed her the screen and proved to her that I did scan those items.
Why in the hell would my grocery bill today be 270 dollars if I was stealing from you.
You guys truly need to learn how to treat loyal customers properly or maybe train your employees properly.
AND BELIEVE ME IF I DONT RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT I WILL MAKE IT VIRAL, because us people who actually spend our hard earned money at your store deserve respect and consideration, as the thieves who come to your store daily walk away Scott free!
Charge for purchase never made
I have initiated a dispute with this Walmart debit to my Wells Fargo credit card. This was not my purchase. Please explain why I was charged. I would be interested in Walmarts order, shipping and handling of the purchase I am being charged for. There can be no evidence of this order being shipped or received, because Walmart had canceled this order and provided me a complete refund well before any shipping could have taken place.

Why are there so many containers on the parking lot at the Exeter Township, PA WalMart? There are at least 40 on the lot. Was told that they are full of merchandise. Is that why the store shelves are not stocked. They don't seem to be going down. Looks like more and more on lot. That's crazy. I was told by another store that someone filling on here also reported it. Just thought you should be aware of this. I also liked when the shelves were stocked overnight. Half of the store aisles are blocked with pallets of merchandise.
Great value tater tots (5 lbs) and fewer plant based products
I have been trying to order Great Value Tater tots of 5 lbs., but ALL the Walmart stores in Lincoln, NE, don't have them. So I wonder if they decided to stop carrying them. Also, they quit carrying a lot of plant-based products such as "beefless" pot pies and Quorn "chicken" fillets (unbreaded). They need to bring back a lot more vegetarian options that we can afford! Who would buy a bag of four vegetarian burgers for $8? Too much for those who are vegetarians on fixed incomes!

1st. When I ordered the Scripts online the Online Listing showed different prices than what was charged.
2nd. I never picked up the scripts at the Pharmacy "in time" and thery should have been restocked and my AMEX credited.
3rd. I know they were replaced back " into stock " because I picked up different scripts yesterday 2/4/2023 and the Counter person - upon looking up my info - said NOTHING about "another order" being available.

Corvallis, Oregon Walmart Pharmacy
On February 3, 2023, my physician from Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic electronically sent Walmart Pharmacy, Corvallis, Oregon, a refill prescription for my Oxycodone 10mg pain medication. When I called the pharmacy at [protected] to find out when my prescription would be ready, I was told the pharmacy did not have sufficient quantities of my medication available to fill my prescription as required. I was told I would have to wait until Monday, February 6, 2023, or even longer because the pharmacy had to order more of my medication. This is completely unacceptable especially for controlled substance medications due to the tight restrictions placed on such prescriptions. Due to these tight controls, when my prescription is due for refill, it is because I am totally out of this specific medication (i.e., Take 5-tabs per day; 70-tabs; 14-day supply) because of my strict adherence to my physician's orders per this specific prescription. I am a longtime patient of this Walmart Pharmacy in Corvallis, Oregon, and I get this specific medication refilled every month for more than 6 years. I am well known at this pharmacy. This is the seventh time this has occurred. Normally, I am forced to recontact my doctor and have them send my prescription to another pharmacy like Rite Aid so I can get my prescription immediately filled without further delay. Unfortunately for me, the refill was due today, Friday, February 3, 2023, and none of my medical team will be available until at least Monday, February 6, 2023, to send this prescription to another pharmacy. Due to the gross willful negligence of this pharmacy in failing to order and have available sufficient quantities of this medication to refill my medication when due, partial fills are not allowed due to the Class 3 controlled substance status of this medication, I am now being forced into involuntary narcotic withdrawals with severe risks to my health & life. This pharmacy must be held accountable for its continued negligence since this is now the seventh (7th) time this exact thing has occurred with me and this specific medication. Certainly, the pharmacist in charge must have some clue as to how much of this medication they must order each month and have available on hand each month for refilling my and other peoples' prescriptions for this specific medication (Oxycodone 10mg). Desired Outcome: I would like to say make sure this sort of thing does not ever happen again to me or anyone else who gets their prescriptions from Walmart Pharmacy, Corvallis, Oregon, but I'm just wasting my time because this continues to occur (x 7) over and over. I should be awarded general, financial, and punitive damages (minimum $10,000.00) for the extreme pain and suffering I am now being forced to endure due to the gross negligence of this Walmart Pharmacy to have a sufficient amount of this medication to fill my refill order exactly when it is required and due. I normally am forced to do the pharmacist's job every month and call the pharmacy 7-10 days before my refill is due to make sure they order and have available sufficient quantities of this medication (10mg Oxycodone) to completely fill my physician's refill order. I was unable to do that this month due to a change in physician and this situation subsequently happens again. I shouldn't be forced to call this pharmacy in advance every month to ensure my medications are available when due. I pray I will be ok this time, but there are no guarantees. I could lose my life, or at a minimum, end up in the hospital or Emergency Room where no one wants to go in this age of COVID-19. No one should be forced to suffer withdrawals, anxiety/panic attacks, and severe clinical depression because of someone else's negligence in properly & timely doing their required job. If I am forced to file a civil lawsuit for damages, the amount of $10k, I am sure, will be much greater as I was advised previously by legal counsel.
Desired outcome: Make sure & guarantee this never happens again. I should be awarded general, financial, & punitive damages (min. $10,000.00) for extreme pain & suffering.
