Walmart Ami ventures inc.

Absolutely beyond disappointed with Ami Ventures INC. I ordered a folding bamboo dish rack back in August and got an email the next day confirming they received my order and when I can expect it to arrive at Walmart for pick up. Well, $54.07 later for a flippin' dish rack that I could probably build myself at this point was supposed to pick it up September 18th which then got pushed back to September 22 (just a couple more days of waiting which was fine).
RED FLAG NUMBER ONE: I called Walmart only to find out that it still hasn't arrived to the pick up location and was showing on their computer system that my item was still in transit. I had an email stating it was ready for pick up so I called Walmart back and spoke with the manager, few other employees and the online customer service line. Walmart tried their best to help me as I wasn't the only person having issues with this shady company who likes to just take your cash and over charge you for their [censored]ty product that you are 100% guaranteed to not receive.

RED FLAG NUMBER 2: I called Walmart at least once a day to see where my item was. Still in transit... This was the first week into October now. I contacted Ami Ventures and to see where my product was.
RED FLAG NUMBER 3: Ami Ventures told me that my item had been "lost" just shortly after they shipped it out. I tried tracking it down with the tracking number I was giving, couldn't find a thing. I called Walmart back again so that we would be able to reach out to Ami Ventures. Walmart and I have sent off SEVERAL emails to this company.
RED FLAG NUMBER 4: Ami Ventures never wrote back to me to update me on the situation. I sent off emails and was being ignored. A few days later, I finally got a response from them and it was an email asking me if I wanted a refund or for them to send me another one if they have available. Uh, duh, I want my item I paid for and I should have at least been given a discount for the major inconvenience they've caused.
It is now October 29th and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEM! Ami Ventures is an extremely unprofessional company that I will NEVER order items from again and will NOT recommend this company to anyone as they will be taken for a ride as well. How Walmart even still has them as third party sellers is beyond me. How this company hasn't been sued or anything surprises me. These dishonest [censored] clowns should be shut down. Absolutely disappointed with their service and how they handled this matter. I fail to believe they "lost" my item. I've ordered many products/items from Walmart online and a few other places and NEVER had an issue with them at all. Walmart has sent me an email stating that they're refunding me. 10/10 I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this shady, money grabbing, unprofessional company who has a bunch of idiotic mongoloids working for them who supposedly lost my item which, was most likely stolen by one of their [censored] employees. Why else would I receive an email saying that my product arrived at the location of choice but left to find out that it was NOT at the Walmart location I wanted to pick up from? This company is an absolute rip off and does not give two [censored]s about the customer nor do they want to solve the issue accordingly. How this company isn't shut down is disgusting. They just take your money, "send out the item", "LOSE" your item(yeah I'm sure you lost it, more like one of your dirty greasy employees stole it), ignore you when you have complaints, and then offer a replacement item which they can't even deliver even if their lives depended on it. Screw Ami Ventures, they can't deliver a simple item appropriately, this company sucks camel dicks.
10/10 NEVER AGAIN!

The company, AMI Ventures Inc., 14932 Keykendalh Road, Houston TX 77090 is a scam.

Nothing more than a bucket shop. Why Walmart would allow an association is a discredit to Walmart. Do not shop online through the Walmart website because they use third party sellers who are selling inferior, in fact, expired products.

Total scam. Buyer Beware.

Walmart Coconut oil

I purchased a bunch of coconut oil organic coconut oil in march.. The experation date 2022.. I admit it was a panic buy somewhat due to shelves being empty and I love it and it was unrefined and when the temperature turned it liquid it was yellow and google said to that if its refined that is normal.. But unrefined that is rancid.. And wow..50$of rancid coconut oil.. What a huge waste and I tried taking it back but I didn't have the receipt (im. Sute there was a transaction in my credit card history.. But anyway the it was the only place with that brand and he knew I had purchased it there.. This happened months ago.. And I did a lit of research to maje sure I wasn't just going by false information and he saw they used to carry it but no longer carry it and.. It wasn't very long.. Maybe june.. But the expiration date said 2022.. So I mean this happened before with chia seeds.. They were actually moldy in a sealed container so I wouldn't trust them ever again on items meant for lasting pantry.. Ect.. He threw it in the yrash and said he couldn't give store credit bc there wasn't a barcode bc it was a discontinued item..50$! Booooooooooo! I ll never trust them again! And im allmost out if coconut oil.. Booooooooo! I think they buy old food on discount and sell it.. I wont buy any oil from them ever again so thats my complaint.. Now I have these lenses on for walmart that everything on the shelves is old and allready out dated eith false experation dates or stored in undesirable condition that contaminated it and then they bought at discouny to sell to unsuspecting customers.. Walmart My card is blocked and I have submitted all documents been locked over a month and not able to speak with noone

I have submitted documents several times keep telling me cant read I sent photo of document and have herd nothing been over a week.this is the 4th time this document was submitted .this is my way of living there is no way for me to contact anyone only by mail I have mailed 3 letters and nothing I wish this matter to be resolved

Walmart Money card/visa (unauthorized charges not refund; per card agreement)

One of my Walmart Money Card Visa's has 17 unauthorized transactions on it from 8/14/20 to 8/26/20 totaling $1, 762.05. Walmart Money Card will not refund me the money per their Cards Agreement, they keep giving me the run around, changing the reasons (the signatures are mine, I didn't send in or email the dispute paperwork, I was sent something in the mail) none of which are the truth.
8/28 I went to pay my bills, I immediately contacted the number on the card to dispute the transactions on my card that I did not make or authorize. I emailed and sent in the mail, all the information that was requested of me. I read in the FAQ section when looking what to do when I found the unauthorized charges, it states that it can take up to 45 days to investigate. If so, they will credit my card with the amount I think is in error within 10 business days. So I'll have money during the time. If they don't get complaint in writing I won't get provisional credit. I did not get my $1, 762.05 credited back to my account at any time! I have not gotten a letter in the mail with any kind of update or anything. I get nothing but the run around when I call or I get placed on hold for a long time then hung up on.
I sent the information in a 2nd time, with all the needed information, paperwork, attachments and copies of the emails for the first time I sent my information in. I get the run around, being put on hold for a long time then hung up on, something is in the mail explaining everything, I signed the receipts it's in the mail explaining everything, which I have never gotten anything in the mail. No one has investigated this or talked to me or the witnesses in this who will prove I did not authorize any of those charges! This is Not right! I would like a refund of the $1, 762.05 and the use of my other cards and money!
Nor have I gotten my money back to pay my bills, which that money was not easy to get! I haven't been told anything, they just let someone else spend $1, 762.05 of the money I fought for when I didn't get unemployment all these months!
I have several other Walmart Money Cards and Unlimited Green Dot Cards, that I am now unable to access online to get my statements to provide proof of some of the transactions and wrongs of Walmart Money Card. Plus I have money on some of the other cards that they have now made it so I can not access. This is all very wrong! I have already been victimized then they are victimizing me more!
I just want my money back please! This is wrong of them to be able to do this to me or anyone with this amount of money! Something has to be able to be done?

Walmart in Belvidere, IL isn't requiring customers to come in wearing masks anymore. I called and asked why, and the woman on the phone told me that the home office told the workers to let people in without masks. I don't understand this when on the news (Sept. 28) they say we are going into the worse of the pandemic now with Fall & Winter. I really don't want to go there and shop with people not wearing masks.

Walmart Third-party sellers on walmart website

They deny.. Obfuscate.. Have hurdles in pace to deny refunds. A request to customer service is a non-sequitur as refund requests are deferred to offending sellers. Walmart website sales are "risky business" for unsuspecting buyers. No more website buying from walmart for me, too risky.
Walmart enjoys a revenue stream without me... As for every customer lost, 5 new ones appear. I get that.. It is a succesful business model. Colt me gone.

Third party sellers on Walmart's website obfuscate to deny refund requests.
Customer service requests for refunds.. as original sellers deny, are deferred to offending sellers for non-resolution. Like all successful large retail corporations, Walmart implements a business policy based upon: for very customer lost. we get 5 new ones so why bother with "consumer sovereignty."
Offending vendors use obfuscating hurdles... apparently to deny refunds as demanding sales details that include photos of shipped packaging are hard to comply with if original packaging is discarded rendering a "30 day refund window" non-binding on them.

Walmart Money card

I purchased card and downloaded app to phone and had a lot A LOT of difficulty registering card. So by the time I tried to contact customer service, you know the one on the website that says SPEAK to customer CARE. Well that BS. I still, after finally getting someone on the line once she couldn't hear me. I am tired of trying so you need to inform you customers who buy the Walmart Money Card that there is no customer service with card and it's all just a joke to fix any problems. So now I face trying to deal with them to close the account. You know the one who has all my personal info now.

Walmart Order number [protected]

I ordered a medical device through walmart.com and they forgot to put my apartment number. I never had a problem with walmart.com until my 12 inch bed wedge! I ordered this and a walker at the same time and fedex never had a problem. If you live in an apartment building and you order from walmart.com and it ships from edison, nj and it ships with ups then expect some kind of fight with ups as well as walmart.
