I contacted this store to replace the worn tires on my vehicle and the employee at the store ordered me these snow tires. The store was not at all concerned that I had been cheated and after numerous calls to Walmart customer service, the manager Tim offered me 15% off. They are not willing to refund what I paid for the tires when clearly they were wrong.

Ordered this product through Walmart.com and almost instantly regretted doing it. AMI sent me the wrong product, customer support is non-existent, kept stalling in replacing the wrong product for the correct one. Had to involve Walmart.com (something I hate having to do) and they stepped up to the plate and ended up refunding my money. Kudos to Walmart.com for all their efforts.
online orders
I mostly purchase items online and often pick them up at the store. I use to purchase all toiletries and household items from Walmart but I have had to move over to Target. This is just one small example of a recent issue. I ordered a box of 24 count Terra chips for $17.00 which seems pretty simple. When I go to pick up the order, I was handed a small box. Someone physically opened the Box containing 24 bags (which aren't to be sold individual) and sent me on small bag. I have no idea what they did with the box which can't be resold. I just bought an antena for my mom which didn't work so I went to the store to return it. Guess what? Can't return it because I need the original shipping bag it was shipped in. I just left it on the counter and left. That was the last straw for me. I will take my business elsewhere even if the drive is 10 minutes longer. I have had NO issues anywhere else and I purchase often. Not upset but I just wanted to write a comment because the competition is fierce these days.
Hope some changes are made quickly.

Walmart online buyer beware! I was unaware that walmart sells 3rd party items on their website. These items have to be returned at the buyers expense!
4/4/2019 I ordered 2 3xl sweatshirts from the walmart website. One was fine one was at the most a small large marked 3x.in following the return instructions online, I had to print a label, re-wrap the item for return, and take it into a walmart store. Once at the store I was given a receipt deducting $6 for shipping. I placed the online order, I re-wrapped the item that was incorrectly sized, I drove it to a walmart store and I was being charged $6! What I ordered was correct, what I received was not. Why do I pay for the manufacturer/seller mistake? When I inquired why I was being charged shipping for this return that I just walked into the store, I was told by the walmart employee, that this is not walmarts problem. I say walmart can not have it both ways. I was on their website and bought merchandise thru walmart. Why did I need walmart to buy this item?
Amazon stands behind every item sold on their website. If walmart chooses not to respect their customers, then who needs walmart online? We have many choices, walmart does not have to be one of them and will no longer be one of mine!
walmart money card
I registered my card. When they wanted me to verify it and I tried to do so, it would not recognize my email although that was the email I used to register the card. Date is today April 13, 2019. There is nothing wrong with my card, but it has my money on it and I won't be able to use it if the card isn't verifyed. I don't know what else to say. This is basically what's happened and

I purchased a wal-mart money card, followed the instructions to activate it... All is good. Put my taxes to be direct deposited on to the card... All is good.. I get my state taxes dd with no problem but I still havnt recieved my new card. 7 days before my federal is due to be dd. I call to see what's going on with my permanent card. I followed the prompts to have a replacement card sent, under the belief my temporary card still worked so there shouldn't be any issues. Well the day before my federal was due to be dd I checked my account and to my horror it was blocked. After several attempts I finally get a human at the customer service number for money card. This person proceeds to tell me that my card was blocked do to requesting another permanent card and once I recieve it and activate it the block will come off and to not worry my federal taxes will be on there. So I get my card 2 days later...1 day after my taxes were to be dd. Once activated...0 balance. I call once again only to find out my federal dd was rejected. Why? They didn't know. They couldn't tell me but the lady was willing to take a guess and says that my taxes are in sandy s. Lafontaine and my card is under sandy lafontaine so it might have been rejected because of my middle initial. So I ask them to add my initial on to my account... Haha.. No I was told. No we can no do that for you. Asked how come I was told.. No promised that my federal would be on there yet it go rejected. No answer could be given. So I contact the irs and they could not tell me why green dot bank rejected my dd. And I stayed on the phone for an hour and the only answer I got was is that there would be a 10 week waiting period for my refund. I was also left to assume I would be getting a paper check within a 10 week period. Well 2 weeks later I check where's my refund and it says my federal is due to be sent back to be dd on my wal-mart money card. I immediately call wal-mart money card to let them know my taxes were due to be dd again and I wanted to make sure there would be no issues. As it was I had already missed going on vacation with my family because I had no funds. So now on the phone with walmart money card being to the only way to garuntee my dd to go thru is to make sure my info matched. The only way to do that is to re apply for another card add my initial and send info to the irs... Mind you my dd date is less than a week away. So now its most likely going to be rejected again. No why is it my state taxes were dd with no problem and without my middle initial being on my card but yet my federal can't? And I never agreed to allowing a block being put on my card because I never received the first original permanent one. So now I have the dilemma of either do nothing and cross my fingers it gets dd this time or just call the irs and cancel the dd and request a paper check instead. Either way i'm looking into having another delay in receiving my taxes. This whole thing has been beyond frustrating and devastating. I missed out on going on our family vacation. To receive no help and being lied to by the wal-mart money card customer service people has just left me in a bad way. I trusted this process and trusted the wal-mart name. Now the money card, green dot bank and wal-mart can kiss my [censored]. I will never reccommend using it and I will make sure I will let everyone I know how I was treated & what loss I suffered because of them. Their system is flawed, and the cs people will lie to you. Once I finally get my taxes I am cutting up my card and I will never get another one.

Had my tax refund deposited on this card, they put block on it the same day. I want my money asap. The card is a walmart money card with green dot insignia on back. I have kids to feed and bills to pay I need my money. Please resolve this so I don't have to file lawsuit to get my money. This isn't fair nothing was suspicious about any transaction I don't know why they blocked it and the number you call is a joke. I was on hold for five hours till my phone died.

I purchased a Walmart money card on 9/26/18 and loaded $351.00. By the time I got home to call and register the card I was told there was a negative balance and a different name on the card. I went into the automotive department to have the oil changed on my 99 Civic. I arrived at the store at 15 till One. My departure was 5 PM. I was told it would be a hour and 45 minute wait. I was fine with that as I had shopping to do. I go back to Automotive about a hour later. My car was in the shop hood open. No one was working on it. Later their was a associate working on it and I could tell something was wrong. I could see my car threw the door. I got an associated to check on the car. I was told the filter got crushed taking off. (still no one working on the car) Off and on they would work on the car. Later another associtate told me the same thing about the filter and they would be done soon. I can see the car, and no work is being done. Still on and off they would work on the car. At last the car was done, and they told me the dip stick tube was loose, and they fixed the best they could. (was not loose when I took in) I wasted a 1/2 a day at Walmart that should have took 2 hours.

I ordered a game through Walmart.com not realizing it was going through a third party, AMI. The game arrived but it does not work. Walmart will not take it back. They said I need to go through AMI. AMI was contacted by Walmart for me but did not contact me back. I called Walmart customer service and they put me on the line with AMI. The representative had a very heavy accent and was very difficult to understand. I explained that the game does not work. Waiting for a return label. They don't have another one to send me so they said they will issue a refund only if they find the game does not work. If it worked I would be keeping it. I will never order from Walmart.com again. Stick with Amazon, it is much easier to return items. I have a fight on my hands to get my refund. I paid over $60.00 for this item that does not work.
max factor miracle touch liquid foundation
I order a max factor liquid make up for $ 20.25. I ordered which I believed it was coming from walmart. So almost a week later after contacting walmart, ami venture inc. Answered me (I found this weird since I ordered from walmart). Walmart should let their customers know it's a third party. So, this so called company ami venture inc. Tells me I have to wait 7-10 business days. I told them this was unacceptable. So this went on. So, I get a message in my email on friday the 8th of february sttating my package was delivered. After tracking it several times, it stated my package was delivered. I get updates on all my mail & packages. So thereforei know when something is coming. I called the post office, and complained and even asked for the pist master. Then this third world company sends me an email, twlling me there was a glitch at their warehouse and tbe tracking info was wrong. So, I explained this is unacceptable. I'm contacting the bbb and put a complaint in on walmart sharing my info without my knowledge & this peice oof crap company as well. May be a nice lawsuit against both. I will be putting my complaint in no later then tomorrow aince it's adter midnight here. This companies negligence along with walmart caused a lot of peoblems including my mail carrier may face consequences as well as walmart giving my onfo to another company without my knowledge or permission.

My husband is disabled and needs to use a motorized shopping cart. As we are in our 40's and his disability is not blatantly visible, he already recieves some rude looks. A store employee stopped my husband and demanded he put the motorized cart back because "you obviously don't need it." He did this in front of other shoppers and my husband was humiliated and left without even telling me he was leaving. Only after we got home would he tell me what had happened. I immediately contacted the store manager who proceded to pretty much blow off my complaint by saying if we couldn't produce the employee's name, he couldn't do anything. When we contacted corporate, we were told by the district manager that the store manager didn't even know about the incident yet then a few minutes later, stated it was his name on the paperwork. We were told the video footage would be reviewed and they would let us know what actions they would take. Well, we just got off the phone and we're told since they couldn't find the incident on camera, "you can't prove it happened." Pretty much insinuating we lied. After expressing our dissatisfaction with they're actions to "make things right" we were told we were welcome to call the customer service line and speak to legal. I did that and was patched through to a heavily accented person I couldn't understand in the ethics division AGAIN who gave me a reference number and told to call them in 4-7 business days. I am outraged that No one is taking him seriously. He is beyond embarrassed and now refuses to go in any type of establishment where he may have trouble walking. He is always looking over his shoulder feeling that he is being judged and ridiculed.

I put money on a Wal-Mart card on January 7, 2019. I used the card the same day for gas. I used it again on January 16, 2019. The card started out with $107.75. After my first visit the balance was $94.75. After the second visit the balance was $85.25. I went to buy gas today (January 29, 2019) and I had 0 balance. Someone in a city about 30 miles away had used my card and there was nothing left. Do I have any way to retrieve any of this money? I am a Senior Citizen and really need the money.
