Walmart tire lube express

Today called walmart to check on a price and availability of a tire due to mine being completely flat. I was told they were in stock so I very carefully made my way to Walmart only to discover that this particular size wasn't available. I explained I had just called and they verified the tire was in stock. The guy asked around to see who took my call and nobody admitted to it. I showed him the phone call on my phone and he acted like I was stupid and was lying. The tire size was 205/65/16. I ended up having to call a local tire shop to go to Walmart and change my tire out. The guy at Walmart acted like I was an inconvenience. As I was waiting on the local tire shop to bring my tire back, a walmart employer approached my car and attempted to mess with my tire. I asked what he was doing and he stated they forgot to return someone's tire lock key and was seeking someone it may belong to. I feel sorry for whomever it belongs to because without that key, that tire can't be removed in the future.

Walmart price different than posted on website

To whom it may concern:
On September 20, 2017 I placed a order on your website for a crib. #[protected] Yes it was a good deal. I figured maybe you were clearance the cribs out . Guess what the day came for the crib to be delivered and it never came so I contacted customer service they told me that I received a email stating the order was cancelled however I have looked on email in spam ect… and can’t find one. So my order was cancelled and I kept waiting for the crib to show up finally I looked it to it and they said it was a problem with pricing. So they just canceled the order.
I am part owner in a store and we have a online presence also and guess what if it is on our website that is the price that they pay. Then we go and fix the price. So I am just wondering why if someone goes into your store and it is marked wrong you give them that price but on the online no way! I don’t think it was fair for you to cancel the order. I asked if I could then get a discount because I still need the crib and the lady said yes when you check out you will get a 10% discount well that didn’t work. I am beyond frustrated with your system. After I talked to customer service the first time they promised with in 48 hours I would hear from someone. Well that never happened so I contacted you back. I have spent a lot of money over the years with your company. I just really don’t care if I step foot in your store again or do any online. I really thought about trading over from Amazon but I think I will stay where I am. I think it is called false advertisement .

Walmart price gouging

I shop repeatedly online with walmart as well as in store, I buy the same items, and will go into the recent order list and just click away. What I didnt notice right away was that the price of all the items that i normally purchase increased to up to 3 times the amount. The items that were added that were not in my frequently ordered list were the normal price. Example.. Hawaiian punch gallon.. 1.68 in store and normally online prior to noticing, they charged me 4.74 a gallon each. I paid 30.00 for 4 ocean spray cranberry juice. plus additional items were well above the normal price. They said they were not price gouging.. well what do you call it? I say taking advantage of your customer!

In Englewood Florida the WalMart is gouging on many items. I'll indicate just one, water. Sam's Choice online $18.88 for a case of 28. In the store, it is still 5.28 for the same. Many items are 3 plus times more expensive online. This taking advantage of people who need the service that they so proudly advertise is available.

They want us to be safe from bug bites and cheaching malaria 🦟 but when you go to buy off spray to keep🦟 away it is way too high to buy price gouging I call it Walmart in new Tazewell tn is way too high on all the products you can't hardly afford the must have product's

I hear you! Backstory: I use a certain kind of instant Colombian coffee that is not the easiest to find. Even my local Lantinx bodega, where I was originally introduced to it, carries the brand but rarely the size and type I use. I was so happy to find that Walmart carried it, and in the larger size, so I’ve been ordering it online for years. On October 7, I ordered two jars for under $9.96 for both. I wanted to get extra for the holidays so I went to Walmart.com to order one or two jars. I was shocked that the same jar was now $19.36 (odd price) from a third party seller; 2 jars add up to $38.72… vs $9.96, nearly four times the price. Of course I did not order it. I can’t imagine that supply is so low, or particularly, demand is so high for this product that it would “justify” this increase.

price gouging and blatant rise in prices for no good reason. Now it is getting to a point that I am having an issue buying groceries for my family.

Head of lettuce...$5.00

Hellman's mayonaise...$6.97

Becel margarine...$6.97

Who is going to put these people in jail for elder financial abuse. Enough is Enough.

A typical small grocery order to keep us alive goes up from $40.00 to $70.00

Someone must expose these crooks and put them out of business before someone gets real angry.

I suggest organizing people to picket in front of their store. Suggest options for people to shop at other stores until these stores wake up, or get out of town.

OMG I thought I was the only one who noticed. Every item I buy again- you know the next week or month goes up in price. I don't take it quietly I complain every item at the lower of the page they ask if you have comments.. Boy do I ! I was so mad by the end of the last shopping for usual household items it was $500. what!? I told them I was going back and deleting items. I deleted $250. ! BS they get richer an we get poorer!

Watch the toilet paper prices for the "Great Value" brand. A six roll pack went up by $1.54 in one weeks time. This is ridiculous!

WHY are you increasing prices 25-50% ?!? Why would a multi billion dollar corporation who makes BILLIONS in profits screw their consumers like this? A $5.00 increase on a $20.00 product? Could you possibly be any greedier? Walmart has put so many people out of business and now they're gouging the [censored] out of their consumers. I hope people will wake up and realize what a scam Walmart has become.

I believe Walmart is price gouging. For example the laundry soap I normally buy went from $18 to over $30. After price checking, potting soil to start my vegetables is twice the price of other stores and triple what it was. Several items that I normally buy has tripled in prices. It's ridiculous. Check other stores before shopping at Walmart.

Walmart brach's 110 piece kiddie mix

I just went to the neighborhood walmart and purchased 2 bags of the 100 piece bags. I opened 1 of the bags and immediately noticed 2 empty wrappers. So I decided to empty the whole bag into a bowl and count how many pieces were in the bag and to also find the 2 missing unwrapped pieces of candy. I counted all of the pieces and there was only 95 pieces of candy in the bag(not including the 2 wrappers that the candy was missing from which neither pieces of candy were even in the bag). I mean seriously, 15 pieces of candy missing from an unopened bag. This is ridiculous.

Walmart the card I bought wont work

Green dot in their infinite wisdom has changed the rules on using a temporary card...you can no longer use a temp card for anything other than face to face transactions...as the rep told me...why does anyone need a card for face to face transactions...and the kicker, they dont let anyone know about it until after you buy it.

There is nothing on their website or their packaging, they just let you buy a card and dont tell you you cant use it but face to face. If you can only use for face to face, they shouldnt take a monthly fee.

DO NOT USE A GREEN DOT MONEY CARDS.

I have filed complaint with the state attorney generals office and with the bbb...i hope everyone will do the same.

Walmart gift card scam

I keep getting this page pop up on my tablet from Walmart for a gift card, your supposed to do this survey for $1000. I'm in the middle of something and this page pops up and the only way to get rid of it is to shut down what I'm working on. And then back track to what I was doing. And then it will pop back up again. It will do this over and over again. How do I stop this from happening? I eBay and this is costing me income. Thank you. Dana

Walmart refund

Hi.
On 8/31/17 I went to Wal-Mart store in Landover hill and make a payment to my mortgage company Nationstar(Mr. Cooper) at 1:14pm. Amount of payment for the mortgage company was $1707.24 and a fee of $17.99 for a total of $1725.23. $1495.73 was from my debit card and $230 cash. Reference number was [protected]. At the time of making this payment there was a system down in the store, and they cannot print me a receipt for the transaction and they asked me to come back the nest day or wait and see if the system will come up again. I decided to leave the store and promised to pick up my receipt the next day. On my way home, I received a notification from my mobile phone banking indicating that $1495.73 has been refunded to my account from wal-mart . At this point I realized that the mortgage payment did not went through, probably because the system was down. The next day or two I went to Wal-Mart money gram section and let them know that my mortgage payment did not go through because I received a refund of $1495.23 in to my account and I am demanding the part cash payment of $230.00I made for the transition. Wal- Mart called Money gram 1 800 number and they were told that my $230 will be available in 10 days. On 9/15/17 I called Money gram 1 800 number my self, and an associate gave me this reference number [protected] and request that I go back to Wal- mate for my refund of $230.00. When I went to wal- mart, a cashier called money gram 1 800 number and an associate for money gram gave her another set of reference numbers, which are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Surprisingly, I received a total amount of $1707.24 from the cashier for the indicated 3 reference numbers.

I came home, and I called Money gram and try to explained to an associate that this amount of $1707.24 I just received from Wal- mart is a transaction
I made for the second time for my mortgage payment to Nationstar(Mr. Cooper) at Shoppers store on 9/3/17 which didn't go through also. I gave her this reference number [protected] for Shoppers transaction. The associated insisted that I have received all the amount I supposed to get from Wal- mart.

My question I have for Wal- Mart, were is my $230.00 part cash payment I made from my transaction at Wal-Mart on 8/31/17 ?

I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.

That address is a shipping agent . I called them [protected] and found out there's several wal mart pkgs waiting to be shipped to Columbia on that guy's acc, so I got them to close his account and return the pkgs, mines wasn't due to arrive till Sep 26th, so I know a hack has happened.
I called walmart within 5 mins of an e mail order notification and they stopped 1 order but forgot the other . This morning walmart charged me $54, I have been told cancel your bank card, I am arguing they didn't hack my bank card, they hacked you and you're covering up, my bank card is OK and I now know walmart online has been hacked and you're covering it up.
I got through to a supervisor who now says they will escalate this and I will hear back mon.
what a joke, cancel your online shopping, no more walmart for me

Walmart refusal of product coupon. unprofessional behavior from management.

Management refused product coupon.They told us since coupon did not scan they will not except it.They didn't even try to explain why.They just refused the coupon and walked away, after leaving us with a you are a dumb customer look.We never felt so embarrassed before.We spent over $170.00 at this location.Shame on them for treating customer very badly.Someone should let management in the name of grace & steven at 301 san mateo blvd s.E albuquerque n.M 87108

i would like to be contacted regarding the discipline these so called acting management.They need to understand that customer service is what keeps wal-mart still in business.

Walmart employment

I was hired a Wal-mart store recently, I formerly worked for Wal-mart at another location, The new store just recently said to me, I was not a new hire on the day they let me go, they said I was a transfer.
I said you did not tell me that on the day that you hired me that I was a transfer I'm very dissappointed in Human resource Angel and Miranda, I told them I would not have accepted working here knowing this they held this against my knowledge was continuing my old profile.

Walmart walmart repair/replace poli for cell phonescy

I opened a claim with Walmart customer care for a Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone. I was told when I called and described the problem could not be repaired but I would be given a Walmart Gift Card for the $399 purchase price as soon as I returned the phone. They e mailed me a shipping label and I mailed it the next day. After not hearing anything for a week I checked the website and saw the claim was denied. I called and was told I had mailed the wrong phone and my phone was being mailed back to me. I had indeed mailed the wrong phone. I called a week later and after talking to 3 people was basically told to wait and see. One week later I called again and after talking to 4 people I was told that my phone was sent to the Warehouse to be salvaged. I hit the roof. They had destroyed my phone and because that phone did NOT have a policy on it I get NOTHING! THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DESTROY MY PHONE! Claim number was [protected] and it was opened on August 22, 2017. SO DONE WITH WALMART!

Walmart bad service

Never again I will use their website for ordering stuff. They have no respect and it's pretty sad. Many times the delivery of my order was delayed, then they changed their mind and cancelled it, then called me and said that my order wasn't cancelled, but the shipment was delayed. Again. But why? I live not far away from the warehouse and really don't understand what might happen. Their customer service is useless, doesn't want to help and really is like from another planet. I cancelled my order and waiting for a refund. After that, I'm done with them.

First, Walmart rotated and balanced my tires last on Sept 10, 2016 under the lifetime service agreement I paid for. One tire had a slow leak, so I brought it back, asked them to re-mount the tire to repair the leak, and I would pay for this repair. They said the Michelin tires were too old, and refused to repair the leaking tire! So I took my tire to Discount Tire, and they repaired my tire for free because I had purchased tires for my other car there. Shortly after that another Michelin tire picked up a nail, and they also repaired this tire for free.

But when I tried to just get my tires rotated and balanced again on Oct 16, 2017, Walmart @ 4424 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage TN 37076 refused to do this because they said my tires were too old and had cracking! I talked to several store managers, but they refused to rotate and balance my tires. Then I asked for my service agreement fee back because they were unwilling to perform the service I paid for. They again refused!

The Disclaimer on Walmart's Service Order specifically says this:

2. Walmart does not inspect tires to determine if they are safe. Only the service on the service order is performed. Tires are not inspected for conditions that may affect safety (tread depth, cuts, punctures, cracking, bulges, and uneven tread wear.)

Yet Walmart's Auto Service Manager violated Walmart's Disclaimer policy by making this determination himself when it's clearly the responsibility of the customer to do this. Michelin tires are good for up to 10 years of service, providing tread greater than 2/32" still remains, and it's the responsibility of the customer to determine how long they will keep their tires.

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth regarding Walmart's customer service, and I will never buy tires again from Sam's or Walmart.

Walmart worst customer service ever!

For over a month, my husband and I have tried numerous times to resolve what should have been a simple problem.On July 18, 2017, he purchased a "Hacksaw Ridge" DVD at our local store.

It came with the promise of a free "instant" digital copy on Vudu. He had purchased over 200 movie titles with the same offer in the past. This time, instead of finding a code inside the package that he could enter, he had to enter the TC # and date of purchase on the SavingsCatcher website. The packaging said he had until December 31, 2018 to do this.

We received 2 e-mails from SavingsCatcher. The first said his submission was being processed. The second said his entry was invalid. He called Vudu – several times.

Each time the representative asked for copies of his receipt and the original DVD box (which we submitted) and said he would receive his digital copy. He never did. Finally, he was told to call Lion's Gate. Once again he was asked for a copy of his receipt and the original box.

After multiple calls, he was told that Lion's Gate could not help and was told to call WalMart. A WalMart representative suggested that he return the movie, exchange it for another copy, and submit the new TC# online as the simplest way to resolve the problem. He did this on August 8, 2017. Once again we received an e-mail saying the TC# and/or date of purchase was invalid.

Since then, we have spoken with 2 different WalMart representatives. The second assured us that once Tier 2 reviewed the file, my husband would receive his digital copy. Instead we were asked by Customer Spark/WalMart SavingsCatcher Team still again to submit a copy of our receipt. We did.

The TC# is [protected]. The date of purchase is August 8, 2017. To date we have submitted this information over 4 times. Instead of resolving the problem, they have come full circle and have "batted" us back to Vudu.

Finally we wrote to the CEO, Doug McMillon.

After two weeks, we have had NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.Beware of what seems to be a new scam!

Walmart customer service

On August 19, 2017, I ordered an RTIC cooler. The next day it showed shipped and my credit card was charged. Then, the next day they reversed the charge from my credit card. I called customer service and was told it had shipped and would arrive within the week and my credit card would be charged again. I waited and the cooler didn't arrive so I called and was told it had not shipped and that I needed to cancel and reorder, which I did. I then was notified of shipment and my card was charged and I was told by email that the cooler would arrive by September 1. It did not arrive and when I called customer service I was told that it was lost in transit and they would order a replacement and that I would receive it by September 9. I called again on September 5 as I had not received shipment information yet (although it had been 5 days) and was told it was shipping that day and I would receive notification within 24 hours. I did not receive notification so I called again today (September 6) and was told it was shipping today, (not yesterday) and that I would receive it by September 13. Needless to say, I cancelled the order today and now they tell me they may not be able to cancel it. And i need to wait 24 to 48 hours before I will know if they stopped the order and wait another 3 to 5 days to get a refund. Auggh! I have gotten a total runaround and don't believe they even have this item in stock! The customer service people don't seem to really be able to tell a person what exactly is going on and each one tells a different story, i.e., it hasn't shipped yet, it is in transit, we don't know what carrier has it, the shipping information will be emailed to you in 24 hours (and then is incorrect) and on and on. The supervisors are not any more helpful than the ones that man the phones. Extremely frustrating experience to say the least. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced from a supposedly reputable company. I just want my money back so I can buy this cooler elsewhere!

Walmart food handlers in deli chewing gum while preparing open food

In the deli department, specifically, the workers chew gum. I got video this time and asked and the employees said they are allowed to chew gum while preparing and serving the food. This also happens in the bakery, but the actual video evidence I have at this time is a worker in the deli department. Not only did they argue that they are allowed to chew gum while preparing and serving food, they are now mocking me for making an anonymous written complaint to the corporate office as well as my asking the deli workers if they are allowed to chew gum while working with the open food items. Even the upper levels of management are laughing about it and how it happens all the time. They have gone so far as to harass my son, who works in the bakery and has asked that the law is complied with before this, and are now claiming he made the anonymous complaint and the management, supervisors, and his co-workers have made his workplace a hostile environment. I believe that if I was to purchase anything from this store, it is quite likely that it is contaminated (and if it wasn't contaminated prior to my asking for the food, it would be because I made my complaint known). I have a video of the worker chewing gum while preparing fried foods and placing them in the deli area from which they serve customers.

Walmart outdoor chair cushions

A little over a month ago I bought 2 sets of Bristo Set chair cushions from Walmart on line. The cushions are Better Homes and Gardens as is my Bristo set also bought from Walmart about 7 years ago. The cushions that came with the Bristo set lasted a good 5 years before they needed to be replaced but I could never find the correct size so finally settled for these which are an inch difference in size but still fit fine. I'm very disappointed in these cushions, the first time I sat on them I could feel the metal frame of the chair on my backside. I don't understand how Better Homes and Gardens could put their name on such a poorly manufactured product. I will replace these cushions again in the spring but not with Better Homes and Gardens cushions. Very disappointed!

Walmart pharmacy

We changed Family Dr to Dr Anna Powell in Cleveland GA in May 2017. We have had a terrible time with Pharmacy in Cleveland GA changing our family Dr to new one. We run out of meds because of them. They won't listen to us or drs. Please help us! We have had so much trouble with Pharmacy . Names Robert and Gaye Hicks 89 Tesnatee Landing Dr. Cleveland GA 30528 change Dr. From Dr. Pullium to Dr, Anna Powell in Cleveland GA. This store Pharmacy needs better manager! We are not the only ones in town having trouble. Please check into them!

Walmart certified refurbished apple iphone 5s 32gb gsm (unlocked)

I ordered online to Walmart Order # [protected] Dated 08/05/2017, the Item ID # [protected] @ $ 137.97. Sold by Tech. Zone. The payment was done through credit card at the time of order to Walmart.
This above mentioned order was cancelled by me before its dispatch, On the same Date 08/05/2017, to Walmart online, who redirected the cancellation order at once, to Tech Zone and a copy to this effect was sent to me immediately.
Here it may be seen that cancellation has been done with in 10 Hours, of online order, but the Refund has not been done till today ii. 09/01/2017 . My complaint be recorded and refund of the paid amount be got done to my account online.

Walmart nextbook tablet

I just got a Nextbook Tablet less than a month ago and it's a piece of crap. It was a replacement from Walmart of a Lenovo tablet I loved. I was promised a replacement tablet if anything happened to mine. I paid extra money and everything. What a joke! As soon as I turn it on, it overheats and shuts down due to a "thermal event." I bought it for gaming and to use for school (I'm a college student). Never again.

Walmart associates behavior

I was taking clothes off rack that had 1 dollar as price. Great clearance! Two associates were marking them down.; I said these don't have the price marked down yet. They said we haven't gotten to them yet as they continued to mark them down. Suddenly they turned around and left leaving two of us customers still there. They never came back or got someone to take their place. Someone told me they probably went to lunch. I had to go through a lot of hoops to get my purchase marked down. Tell your workers to not just leave when there are customers there wanting to have things marked down . Either that or take the sign down until they come back. Or help the customer. A store is not good without customer service. Also the woman who checked me out instead of folding the pants up, I had 5 pairs, she just stuffed them in bags and they were hanging out all over the place. I guess $1 pants and their customers aren't worth taking time out for. I went back to pick up area and was treated very well. I have been a customer in your store since you came to this city. This is the first time I put in a complaint but this was bad.
