This is the 4th time my two 96 gallon trash bins were placed at the edge of my drive way in less than a year and the driver never picked my trash up but marked my account online as serviced! I'm not understanding!? My bins on each of the 4th occurrence were out a day prior to my scheduled pick up day. I always check online to verify my pick day because holidays make dates subject to change. I get that. But what I don't get is a driver lying and marking trash as serviced and its still there.. What really infuriated me was 8/30/23 when they finally didn't lie about picking my trash up and had the audacity to dump my trash and left my trash contents in the driveway in my yard! Never picked up what they dropped. Everything was inside my containers as policy agreement. So why be cruel and leave what they dropped?! I'm fed up because when I've made complaints before to the 1-800 line being marked as serviced and never picked up, I was told they would pick it up next day and they never showed up. Then I had to end up waiting till my next scheduled pick up day. My address is 1014 adams ave Aiken SC 29803. WM wants there money on time. Why can't my trash be picked up on time? Just tell the truth...
Desired outcome: I want whomever the driver and coworkers that ride my route to be reprimanded for falsifying (Serviced) dates.
