Waste Management [WM] review: Dumpster overflowing on wrong property

I am the Office Manager of S.W. A.T. Roofing LTD located at 1733 Navarre Rd S.W. Canton, OH 44709. I have tried for over a week to reach a LIVE PERSON to speak to about a dumpster that is on our property overflowing. I reached Valerie at corporate and explained that there is a house that caught fire and people are squatting there (drug addicts) attempting to do repairs themselves we are guessing. This house is located on Garfield Ave SW there are no house numbers and all the utilities have been shut off. They have extension cords running accross Garfield Ave into another home/garage. The dumpster was placed on our property and thre it has sat for any and everyone to throw things in and around it. We are requesting this be removed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as it is an eye sore not to mention impeding the use of our full lot.
