Waste Management [WM] review: Missed pickup of trash

To whom may be able to fix a small problem, my name is Levi Whiteman at 843 Oregon Ave, Vernonia, Oregon. I would like for my trash to be picked up as it has been for over 15+ years. After 1 1/2 months of phone calls to wm help line's and getting the run around, I would like my trash that I pay to have picked up, picked up. I am being charged for service that is not being picked up, just excuses . The first being that my dog lunged at your employee. Kind of hard to do when he's in a fence 5 feet away just like the other home owners in the area. To fix this we called the help line and told them we are keeping the dog in on Tuesday's so that your employee will feel save and pick up my trash. No pick up, just told that I now have to drag my trash down the alley, over 200 ft to a new location, and that has become the new community garbage can. If the can is not next to the house people will illegally dump their trash in my can. I INFORMED your help line that this was inconvenient and I would not be doing this. The new option from the help line was to move my trash can 2 street north into another neighborhood. Again not convenient. Another suggestion was to move it to the other side of the ally 10 feet next to the neighbors, it was picked up one week but not the very next week. I will continue to put it next to the neighbors can in hopes this is sufficient enough. I am very fed up, tired, and annoyed. After 20 years of great service by you to now be harassed and lied to. Please fix, thanks
