This service is the absolute worst. They will suspend your account for no reason and they will also not let you know via email or mobile that this happened. They will make up some random excuse that they left you a voicemail, and the quality of that customer interaction really sucks in the value you are paying for.
For two weeks they have skipped our trash and recycling without saying anything or a reason why. Our area does not have any dumpsters or recycling facilities where we can do this ourselves if this service decides to skip us.
We were in the dark about why we were being skipped over. No email, no phone calls, no text messages, no note on the trash of reasons why it wasn't picked up. I went to my account and there was no flag on the account that it was suspended, so the overall service is really bad, and I feel stuck as it's the only one that caters to my area. Must feel nice to steal people's money and not do the job that you have promised to do. Must feel nice to walk all over people and make their mental health suffer with little to no communication. There have been so many services recently that try to keep the veil on customer's knowledge just so they could get their next buck. This is one of those services I guess. They are leeches and there's nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
Desired outcome: I want better notice about these things, and I also would like trash picked up promptly after payment - not be penalized because I was supposed to read minds on when payment was due
