Waste Management [WM] review: Waste management garbage truck crews.

Good afternoon--

Today, Friday/09/22/2023, at approximately 12:54 pm, the local waste management garbage truck crew (#214344) was in the alley behind Chef Tian's Chinese restaurant in Coral Gables for dumpster services, again blasting the truck air horn multiple times while just sitting there emptying the dumpster.

When finished there, they proceeded to empty dumpsters behind havana harrys and continued blasting residents and the entire neighborhood again and continued this menacing behavior whole leaving north on Le Jeune Road.

Multiple pleas to Coral Gables and waste management have only resulted in more harassment, intimidation and threatening behavior from waste management employees.

Residents here have suffered immeasurable trauma from waste management personnel--and continue to--for many years and wonder what it will take for waste management representatives to stop this constant assault against our families and our lives.

"Professionalism, self-discipline, you are the key to safety"...

...apparently as effective as waste management's corporate employee code of conduct and waste management's community stewardship guidelines.

Hopefully waste management is able to correct this ongoing catastrophe and protect our families and neighborhood from such obnoxious and dangerous behavior.
