I placed a small order of 4 piece chicken nugget and small fry. Paid almost $4 In total. Haven't ate in 2 days. Am starving for that meal and food was so stale, leathery and cold and fries hard and ice cold. Food was inexcusable and beyond seravble. I'm appalled that was sold and I'd personally like a refund or Replacement meal. Was not given a receipt or when attempted to contact store by phone no calls I made wee answered at all. This was extremely horrible customer service and the cook should be fired for allowing this to happen as well at night shift management who allowed this to happen! I would appreciate a refund or Replacement meal. I need to eat and I can't because the food is froze and inedible. I'll send pictures.. Absolutely Terrible and inexcusable for employees to sell this. Pure laziness and they need a swift repremand or retrained. Unacceptable whatsoever.

I have a lot of complaints about the low customer service over the last few years, my wife and i used to enjoy Wendy's more than any other fast food store. but not anymore we now because of this last situation we will not frequent your stores.
the situation tonight was that I ordered a Apple Pecan salad, i had asked not to have chicken and noticed that the price was not reduced as it always was in the past, and when it was not adjusted the cashier would discover that their was a second button that needed to be pushed in order for the reduced price.
but today the manager of maybe 12 years of age told me that they never had a price reduction and that he has been employed a whole year and never gave a reduced price. I have bought a lot of salads over the years from Wendy's and always have been given the discount when I order it with no chicken. its up to you if you want our business in the future!
Slow and rude
after waiting 15 minutes to get to the speaker, I was told it would be another 15 minutes until I could order because it was 3:30 in the afternoon and they were changing shift. When I told them I shouldn't have to sit here and wait while they change shift, the woman said I was being rude and she wasn't going to wait on me at all. She said I should go...

We pulled into the drive through at the Wendy's in Macedonia, Ohio last night at about 9:20 PM. There were 3 cars ahead of us. One car got frustrated and left leaving 2 cars in front of us. Each car took 10 min to complete the order taking. When we finally pulled up to the window they asked us to pull forward because of the wait for our spicy nuggets. My wife pointed out that there was nobody behind us. We were told that they cannot take the next order until we were past the window? So it appears they were cooking each order individually. Also, all the lights were out as if they were closed. I assume this was to deter customers from coming. There were 5 people working at least, so I doubt think being shirt handed is an excuse for the slow service. Ultimately it took us nearly 45 minutes to get through the drive through for 1 son of a baconater combo and a 10pc spicy nuggets, with only 2 cars ahead of us! This location has been increasingly becoming a horrible option to get food. Fast food should be at least remotely fast. This was an embarrassing display of ineptness and lack of caring.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for my time.
Biscuit, egg and sausage
I just ate the worst egg sandwich I have ever eaten since the beginning of fast food restaurants. I am 82 years old and normally always buy my breakfast at either McDonalds, Burger King or Krystal. I recently stopped buying at Burger King due to their egg patty being over cooked. Today, for the first time I tried Wendy's on Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, Al. As I said first, worst I have ever had.
The egg was over cooked with fried fringes to the point it was not edible.
The fries were over cooked, plus too spicy.
The biscuit was greasy and appeared to be under cooked(baked). The after taste in my mouth is one of pure Crisco lard(not oil).
Since I was 14 years old I have worked in some type of business that was a service type to customers. Bag boy at grocery store, cutting neighbors yards, selling women's and children's shoes and as a student in college working in a full service restaurant(from waiter to bus boy to manager), finally after college opening my own business which was insurance and real estate.
I am known among my friends as a very good chef(cook). So, with my food experience both as an employee and personal benefit, I believe I am slightly qualified to rate or judge the quality of a food item. I don't know if you have had any other complaints about the quality of this particular item but I would strongly suggest you check out my complaint. Not sure if it is this particular store here in Mobile or the whole chain since I am sure your food items are prepared and shipped to each store.
No refund
I placed a delivery order through your app. I received the text stating my food was delivered... But never received any food! I texted the number back stating I never received the food! The response I received was... We're sorry Door Dash let me down! Therefore... I paid for food I never received!

The service and the Chili
I just called [protected] to speak with someone about an issue I had and a product. I was # 28 in line, listened to the music for thirty minutes and all the little girl messages over and over, now I'm down to being number 6 in line to speak with someone and someone just dropped my call ... after waiting thirty minutes! I would like for someone to call me back [protected].
One of the employees there called me mommy and I replied, "I am not your mommy" and she said, "Well, you could be". I answered again, no I could NOT be your mommy! then she couldn't get the drink right and the Chili was all beans and tomato sauce, I couldn't see any meat in it. Pleas call me back, I'd rather not go on Linked in and complain but I need answers.
Desired outcome: I'd like a coupon for a new large Chili at a different location
Wait time and service
I waited on the Wendy's drive thru line for 30/35 minutes to have my primary order ruined...& I didn't realize it until I reached home! I ordered a single Baconator with no mayo..."just bacon, ketchup & cheese" I said. "No mayo!" I said that about 3 times. I get 2 sandwiches with extra mayo on them. Of course you know the people who want no mayo CANNOT eat that sandwich.
I waited for 35 minutes (from 6:20-6:55p). I clearly told my order and still got it wrong. I was charged $13 and some change. I received no receipt that's why I couldn't register a complaint on the other complaint site. What is the problem?

Poor customer service
I went to Wendy's in Siler City, NC and had a horrible experience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It did not have lettuce or tomato on it. I took it back and was given another. Again, it had no lettuce and tomato. I did not get out of the parking lot either time. When I went back the second time I was told that they did not have any lettuce or tomato. The manager, Xavier was rude and condescending. He refused to give me a refund upon request, yelled at us and accused us of being rude. We were not rude but frustrated since this was our second time coming back. He then threatened to call the police if we did not leave. I will be following up tomorrow with the store. It was an awful experience.

this is the second time they put the chili upside down I ask for it to be put in a plastic bag they did not want to and made me wait longer, I ask about one of the salads and was told it is just cheese I said I see other stuff "no just cheese " second the chili leaked not putting the lid on until it snaps and placing it upside down also did not not being to get a hold of you until ? also is getting me upset DO NOT ANY FREE REPLACEMENTS in the future need to eat NOW just want them to give me back my money for the 2 large chili and to be trained on how to close the lids how to place in bags and I know your salads not NOT JUST CHEESE I am so very very upset

I once again got to sit in line at your Auburn HIlls MI store on Brown rd. After slowing watching 5 cars in front of me move like a turtle, I finally made it to the order kiosk. Little did I know that I would sit there for 25 minutes before anyone would take my order. Finally some comes and ask to take my order and apologize for the wait. I said you think it was just a bit rude to just let us sit here? Her response was well we are short staff.
What an answer. But it gets better yet. Since I sit and waited for 25 minutes I got to get the lucky chance to eat food that sit around and got cold in the meantime. I have been patient over the last year and understand our down falls with help. But to let me sit there and then bless me with food that was 30 minutes old.
watched 15 cars leave pissed off. Guess I was the stupid one to sit and take their stale food.

Customer service full of microaggressions
Daryll, the general manager on shift was very rude to me. When I placed my order and had to change it, he snipped at me and then said the order was already in my card and walked away. I went back in and asked for the order to be placed back in my card. He gave me the money in cash. I ordered 1 small fry and 3 hamburgers with only onions and pickles for $12.87. He directed multiple microaggressions at me and I am very upset about this.
Desired outcome: Employee training for customer service and an apology from him, personally.

I tried to order wendys lastnight 8/28/2021 at around 9PM through uber-eats, it was delayed from 9:30 to 10:00 then to 11-:30 until finally i tried to call to cancel my order at wendys and see if i could just come pick it up myself thinking it was an uber issue, come to find out it was the store! They weren't doing anything with my order so my uber driver left.
I called and the store employee was a disrespectful (excuse my language) [censored]! He said we're close BRUH and hung up on me before i could even talk.. so i called back and said you just hung up on me? Whats your name, i want a manager, he said [censored] YOU dont worry about my name were closed and hung up again!... So i drove to the location and went to the door, he gave me the slit neck type thing as in saying we're closed i said nah man you just hung up on me TWICE i want a manager, he ignored me and wouldnt come talk to me so i went to the drive thru window and same response...
This is the WORST customer service i've ever experienced in my life! I want this man FIRED! I will contact anyone and EVERYONE i have to in order to see this through!
I ended up going across the street to McDonalds when typically i would definitely rather go to wendys, i'll tell you what i wont be going to wendys until this is resolved and you can believe i will be posting my experience everywhere if nothing happens with this...

Nektaria bullied my 11 year old child she was telling him to pick up his cup lid from the dirty counter top and he started crying. I should of called the police. And when I called the restaurant Nektaria answered and said she is the manager but the receipt said she is a host. This happened at 4:34pm 8/24/2021. No child with learning disabilities should be bullied.😢

In Charleston, West Virginia and South Charleston, West Virginia are doing a terrible job of taking correct orders; especially when specifically repeating the order. Example: "I would like to order two Dave's Singles - plain - nothing on the hamburger - including no cheese. I just want two plain hamburgers". I always repeat myself to be sure they understand the order. I am so tired of getting anything correct. I have spent a lot of money at Wendy's everyday. And the workers just cannot take an order correctly. I got home to eat, and the burger had cheese on it!
And also, it takes forever to get through a drive thru pick up. I have left a couple of times.
But today, once again, my order was not correct. They never give me a receipt. I guess that way, people cannot complain to a specific time, place, and order number. (South Charleston, WV Wendy's on MacCorkle)

May wife and myself ordered our food online. We ordered hamburger and chicken sandwich coke zero and root beer. We paid online. Thay said ok. Got to the winder and thay have Us a root beer but not coke zero. Thay said We ordered water. We told the girl We ordered coke zero and she said thay do not carry coke zero. That drank was online. She finely gave Us a diet coke. This is the Wendys in Forney Texas. We went there because the one in Terrell Texas Texas was bad also. Guess thay lost our business fer food.
