Settlement of vehicle at Wesbank:
I phoned on 2nd of Dec 2021 and received a settlement quote on 3rd of December @ 09:17am. I settled the vehicle same day and sent them POP @ 12:46.
After over 200 minutes spent on the phone since (at my cost), more than 15 e-mails sent with proof of everything as well as a complaint logged on their wesbank self help portal AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING, my account is still not closed. I have spoken to more than 10 people transferring me from one dept to the next. Everyone saying they will log a call and have requested my Registration documents etc. etc. etc. The account is payed in full but I am still getting statements and sms's and e-mails saying my balloon payment is coming up and I need to make payment arrangements urgently. I am beyond frustrated and so disappointed in the service I have received.
I need a letter from Wesbank advising my account is paid in full so I can get my Registration documents and have this account CLOSED.

If you would look at the purchase contact you will notice that the car was purchased with fraudulent documents
I tried making a case but Cornia got away with it
The Kia was purchase using my payslip and Maried in community of properties

She new she was devorcing me for her adultry relationship
So she used another Johannes Roets identity number.
You will notice that the ID number are 2 different ones witch makes it fraud.
