jennair grates and heating element replacement kit
I ordered kit from lichti's tv and appliance, opened box up there. There was only one grate and the element. The grate was badly scratched. It was reordered and meanwhile I ordered one from jennair. Which I received with both grates badly scratched, the rep sent out another kit, it also came with one grate badly scratched and element bent! So, rep went to the warehouse personally and made sure it was bubble wrapped and it came perfectly. She said to go ahead and throw away the damaged products. My problem is that licht's had reordered and is charging me $63.00 in restocking fees that they say you are charging them. What, I can throw away parts and yet restocking fee? These parts are soooo expensive I feel that I should not have had to order the same kit 4 times. (5th one im sure was damaged too) all I would like is to not have to pay the restocking fee to licht's [protected] attn: max

I purchased a whirlpool washing machine on 15/12/2017 from the above branch of 'great eastern retail pvt. ltd.' against a loan from 'capital first ltd.' financer.
They promissed to send warrenty certificate and extended warrenty certificate after starting of 1st EMI. My EMI has started from February 2018 with 8 instalments and continuing the same. But till date I am yet to get the certificates.
My purchase invoice no- BN/1718/SA/04763, dated 16/12/2017.
Please do the needful so that I can get my warranty certificate as early as possible.

I want to know if this is a normal issue with your dryers, if so I think it would be a bad feedback...otherwise advise.

I purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio washer about 5 years ago (2013).
Problem #1 -The washer itself worked fine, but the lid kept sticking and popping up. Called in for warranty work but not covered. Had to sit a clothes basket or something heavy so the washer would operate. (Co worker had the same problem with same style washer.)
Problem #2 - The washer was rusting in the front and on the side both on the outside. I talked to a coworker and they had the exact same washer but it was rusting on the inside and getting their clothes dirty. I noticed the rust on the side went to the floor, meaning some minor water was leaking. this created a rust stain on the floor and caused minor damage to the base board in the laundry room. Pics are attached of the front and side.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove at Rona in Brampton, ON on November 19, 2016 for cash and with an expected delivery date of Dec 10, 2016, in 2 to 3 weeks. I was hoping to receive these products well before my Christmas dinner. Unfortunately after numerous promises of next day deliveries, Rona/Lowe was unable to make the delivery as promised and as per my contract citing over selling and Whirlpool's inability to keep up with production. Needless to say I was extremely annoyed and after many daily calls, they finally sent me two appliances on January 5, 2017. I always suspected that these were not brand new products that I paid for and expected to receive. However, a year out and I came home to find everything in my freezer was thawed including many meat products. I called Rona/Lowe but of course the appliances were not their responsibility and I was directed to Whirlpool Canada. Whirlpool then told me that I was out of the 1 year warranty and that they could not send a repair man until a few days out and that there was a substantial charge! Who ever heard of a brand new appliance biting the dust after such a short period of time? I have had Whirlpool appliances for many years but this is the first time I have ever had to call in a repair or pay to have an appliance done. I have an Invoice #1638 and a cash receipt #[protected] from Rona both dated November 19, 2016. I also have paper copies of phone #s and names of a few people at Rona that I spoke with and the CS at Whirpool, Marianne, on Dec 14, 2016 at [protected], who quoted me a PO #5894533. I would like someone to repair my appliances at no cost to me and refund me for my meat products, or better yet replace this defective appliance that will probably break down again soon!

Purchased the dryer Dec 2017, A big chip of the enamel came off from the inside drum of the dryer. Warranty only covers it if it happens within 30 days. Whirlpool should have the warranty cover this kind of damage longer. Since Whirlpool knows this is a problem with their machines they should a least tell you if it is dangerous to use like this and how to repair it. I would like for Whirlpool to repair my dryer.

My washing machine went out and will no put out water to wash clothes, so I called Home Depot over the weekend and they set up an appointment to have someone come out Tuesday June 5, 2018 and fix it. They were supposed to call and provide me with a time frame and I still haven't received a call and now it's the end of the day. I called Whirlpool customer service and was put on hold and still on hold for over 45 minutes. This is very bad customer service.
In addition to being on hold I decided to try the website and then they tried to charge me $5.00 just to find out what time they would be coming over. Wait! You are really charging for this? This is absolute crazyness. So I tried to call again and now I've been on hold for 15 minutes. OMG, either you need more staff or you have such bad appliances that you need all these people to handle the calls. Very frustrating...

You sent me a service contract offer for model WFW96HEAC, S/N C33150160.
Bought the washing machine and matching dryer in October 2013. Over the last two years we have had problems with it dispensing bleach and fabric softener. Had local service company that ordered all parts from Whirlpool and said they had multiple contacts with your service staff. They were out in October and November of 2017 for a total of $475. That does not count the free trips. Still does not work.
I have bought Whirlpool since about 1971 when I got out of the Army. Always lasted 15 or more years. This is disappointing.
Then, you have the gall to send me a service contract offer to cover this machine at almost $300 for one year. Why should I believe you can fix it when the local firm could not. They said they waited weeks to get information from your top level techs. To be honest, I am insulted.
So, can your really fix it?

maytag top loading high efficiency low-water washer

My maytag washer was purchased in november 2017 through lowes (indiana, pa)
I have been in contact with lowes warranty, whirlpool corp and maytag warranty.
I have had 2 different companies come out to our house.
The first company came out 2 different times - first time he said it was our hose connections. that was fine - we bought new hoses and changed them out.
The second time he came out he did not even really look at the washer itself - he blamed my wall was leaking even though I had video and picture proof showing clearly that it was not my wall.
I was never contacted by anyone after that.
I called and spoke to a whirlpool corp teller and was set up with another company. The second company came out - never really looked at washer or removed back to look at it.
Called back a week later to see what was going on with this - no one knew - company was contacted. He did not know what was going on and was going to try to change the inlet valve. Another week goes by and was never contacted. I again called whirlpool - was told that they spoke to the company and got the part number which they would order and have it delivered in 2 days. Someone ordered it wrong and it was shipped ground and took a week to recieve this part. Called and made an appointment with company - they came out and replaced part.
I have used this since and it is still leaking.
Called maytag warranty again. They tried to set up another appointment. second company refused to come out due to distance, so I had to go with the first company - made appointment for wednesday the 23rd - I took a day off work for this and the company did not show. I again called maytag warranty - they did not know why he did not show or call. They then stated that he mentioned it was my wall that was leaking and that we needed to pay for a plumber to look at the house first. I tolder her we had video proof and picture proof that it was coming from the washer and not the wall of my house.
I am not paying for a plumber to come out and tell me that my house is fine. We have lived in this house for 5 years and never had a problem with old washer.
Washer will leak off/on after washer has finished. Water will collect under washer dripping from the back left inside panel.
All I wanted was to have my washer fixed or exchanged for a new washer. No one seems to know what is wrong and does not want to help us. I will NEVER purchase another maytag product again after this Bulls*t. I am extremely fed up with this lack of attention to a customer.
In total I have called probably over 15 times to get this resolved which it has not.

We bought this washer from Lowe's in 2015, it has been awful! It has always vibrated even though we had a service call and they assured us that it is level. It also makes an awful noise when washing which the service guys told us was "normal". It often leaves our clothes dirty. Also, the bottom piece that agitates the clothes recently detached itself completely! We contacted Lowe's (retailer we bought it from" and they told us the extended warranty we purchased ran out in March of 2018. I am 100% sure that Whirlpool is aware of this poor quality product and this is unacceptable. No excuses for a washer that is 3 years old being so unreliable. Less than one-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator is malfunctioning and am told it will be NINE days until a repair person can examine the machine.
The machine stopped cooling three days prior, on the beginning of a holiday weekend (the contents had to be discarded due to spoilage) so it will be TWELVE days with no refrigerator before I can even get a diagnosis? I live not far outside of NYC, not in some remote location, why aren't there other service people available?
When I call the provided numbers for service I am told "there is nothing I can do" and "that's the earliest date available" but when I call local appliance repair companies, each one was willing to come the same day. So I should pay for service for a 10-month-old $3, 300 machine?
MY GE Monogram lasted for 18 years before I needed a service call, and they came within 24 hours. Maybe it's time to go back to GE.

I ordered a top load washer of the Amana brand, order #[protected], model #NTW4755EW1, serial #C720 31695.
I received my washer on the 25th May 2018 and unwrapped it on 26th May 2018. However the washer has a dent on the right side and the switch is damaged.
I am hereby requiring reimbursement of the repair payments I made. I ordered a new washer and I now have to pay to repair for damages without even using it for the first time, do you think that is service.

Extremely disappointed in this machine. A significant amount of water is left standing in the seal behind the glass door after each load. The only remedy is to physically shove a towel into the crevice of the seal to absorb the standing water. Failure to do so allows mold growth. Exposure to mold creates significant heath issues. I am mold allergic and so cleaning this machine is a personal health risk

Tow personel of the company visited and inspected the washing machine and informed that few parts required replacement. I am writing this letter as a grave warning to any bird owners and as an appeal to the producers of heating appliances, specifically ovens.
I live alone, my sole companion in life for the last 18 years has been my Blue and Gold Macaw named Rio. She was a beautiful soul who loved people and was so very sweet.
Last Friday, May 18, 2018...She was in the same home as a new Whirlpool oven. This oven was new and was being used for the second time. Per the Whirlpool manual, she was not in the home for the first use. There is a burn in needed to off gas the chemicals and adhesives/insulation used in the manufacture process. However the manual is not clear on how to exactly do this, how to make it safe. So it was used once in an attempt to burn off these chemicals. On its second use Rio was in the home in another room with a dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room. Approximatley two hours after turning the oven on, Rio became affected, very labored breathing, became weak, unable to stand. We called the vet, brought her to the car and went a block down the road and she started moaning and making a sick, painful sound. She flapped her wings a few times and went limp. She passed away in my hands. I was inconsolable.
We know it was the oven because Rio was very healthy, young and vibrant bird. Her food was controlled and all other factors were as they had been for years. There were no other heat sources in the home. The lung lesions caused by these toxic gasses are unmistakable and cause nearly instant death. By the first sign of symptoms its too late.
I am heart broken and lost. Why are these companies allowed to produce such toxic appliances? Why dont they change chemicals? Its obvious they are well aware of the issue, its in their manual but what isnt there is an accurate procedure that guarantees safety. Just a warning your bird might die. How do I make your appliance guaranteed safe? Why dont they off gas the oven at their factory before shipping? Why dont they place bigger warnings on the exterior of the appliance?
How can you test for these gasses in your home?...a smoke detector will not do it, they are invisable and deadly. Her death looked extremely painful to her and was definitely painful for everyone who witnessed it. She was such a sweet heart and did not deserve this.
I feel like my life is over. I am so sad. I cant go on. Her personality was larger than life...The light in my life has been extinguished. To manufacturers, please stop producing deadly appliances...to bird owners...Please do not take chances with new ovens or ANYTHING that produces heat or has Teflon on it. Also know that many things have deadly Teflon you might not be thinking of, like the heating elements of ovens, many pans, light bulbs, curling irons, waffle irons...just about any heating appliance. YOUR BIRD WILL DIE. I have always known about Teflon pans and got rid of everything Teflon when I got her as a baby 18 years ago however this is starting to show up everywhere in new appliances. Besides Teflon there are a multitude of deadly gasses produced from other oven components. Its now obvious to me that one single "burn in" of an hour on high is NOT enough to render modern ovens safe. There is also no clear direction on how long or how hot it needs to be to render it safe. These manufacturers leave it to guess work and this is KILLING our family members.
