extended warranty repair plan and customer service has been bismal and unethical.
Around the end of October 2016 my Whirlpool washer began making unusual noise during the washing and spin cycles and shortly after only a very limited amount of water would be dispensed before stalling and not continuing to function. Around the 28th of October I called the Whirlpool customer service phone number but found myself being on hold for 30 minutes before my first contact with a live person. I was then transferred to another person but either intentionally or unintentionally, my call was dropped and I started the waiting process all over again. After providing all my information and identifying the problem I was having, I was transferred to multiple other people until I was finally helped and they agreed to schedule a repair technician. The first technician sent was in the 1st week of November 2016. The technician partially repaired the machine but said that he needed to order and install some additional parts before it would be fully fixed. He said in the meantime it would work but it would make more noise than normal. He assured me that the company would contact me when the parts came in to set up a service visit. About 4 weeks passed without follow up so I called customer service again. I was on hold or passed on multiple times to different people, my call was dropped also during this process with the entire phone process lasting over 1 1/2 hours. I was told that the technician reported that the washing machine was infested with roaches and that the warranty would not cover further repairs. There was also no mention in his report of the need for additional parts and a follow up service call for installation of the missing parts. I could not believe what they were telling me and argued that this was not the case. I've never had a roach problem in my entire home, let alone an infestation in my washer! Also, I was present during the initial repair visit and the technician did not mention or state anything remotely related to encountering a roach infestation. I was besides myself with the unfounded accusation, especially after having to call them after a promise from the technician on the follow up repair. After explaining that the accusation was not possible and explaining what the technician had told me about the additional parts and promised follow up, customer service scheduled a second repair technician to access the problem. By the time the second technician came on December 12, 2016, we had been living and making alternate washing arrangements for at least one week because the washing machine had completely stopped functioning. The second technician accessed the machine and said that he could not fix it because there were too many parts that were needed. He stated that he would submit his report and see if Whirlpool would decide to order the parts for repairing it or would replace the entire appliance. Again I waited just over a week for a call from Whirlpool to no avail. I was becoming desperate since my wife is asthmatic and needs to constantly wash all her clothes and linens more often than normal. We are also senior citizens on a fixed income, age 80 and my wife is 77 so making alternate arrangements for washing is not an easy task for us. I made my third call to Whirlpool customer service around December 20th 2016 and after multiple waiting sessions due to transfers and call drops, I was told that no action had been taken from the prior repair technician report because the report stated that there was rust and they tried to tell me that this voided the extended warranty. After arguing the issue, explaining the history of the repair process, dismal customer service and threatening to make a formal complaint to consumer affairs, they agreed to send a third repair technician. The new technician arrived on December 22nd, 2016 and after accessing the washing machine stated what had already been established, that too many parts were needed and that he would order the parts and would return by the 29th or worst case the 30th of December with the needed parts to install and fix the washing machine. On December 28th I received a call letting me know that the repair technician was not going to be able to make it for the 30th of December and the appointment needed to be postponed until January 4, 2017. At this point my wife an I were so desperate that we considered going into debt to buy a new washer but despite the dire situation we were in we opted to wait since we were so close to resolving the problem. On January 3rd I received another call letting me know that they needed to postpone once again until the 21st of January because they have not received the parts needed. I could not believe that Whirlpool or any other company could conduct business in this manner and put people through the difficulties and anguish that they have put us through. Maybe this experience would not seem so unbearable if my wife was not asthmatic and we were younger and more easily able to adjust to the situation of living without a washing machine for what is now seems will be more than two months but I really can't fathom that anyone else, regardless of age or health can weather a similar situation. We are not asking for free service! We paid for the Whirlpool extended warranty. If nothing else, I hope this serves as a warning to anyone else considering the Whirlpool brand or extended warranties from Whirlpool. It has definitely taught us a traumatic lesson.
At this point I'm not very confident that I will have a fully repaired machine come January 21, 2017 but I don't feel I have much of a choice but to wait and see. I have however decided to contact Consumer Affairs and file a formal complaint. My hope is also that Whirlpool takes note of my unjust process in simply trying to keep them to their promise of the extended warranty and takes responsibility and actions to better their brand representation.

refrigerator
This is the 2nd time I have had to resort to researching complaint sites for my 2008 whirlpool refrigerator – model #ed5ltaxvoo. Last time it was due to all the shelves cracking. This time it is because the thermostat (Part # wp2315562) has been back ordered by whirlpool for months. I recognize this is a poorly made product so I can expect to replace most – or all – of the parts eventually, but I am flabbergasted that whirlpool doesn’t have appropriate supply chain policies in place so integral parts are scheduled to be manufactured before existing stocks are depleted.
I have called whirlpool customer service (And the parts departments) – and looked on line – and have been given no indication of when – if ever – the part will be in stock. Is the corporation’s objective to force owners of their products to replace them every few years? A refrigerator without a thermostat is nothing more than a lit box!
To say I am unhappy with this purchase is an understatement; however, with the typical expected life span of a side-by-side refrigerator 14 or more years I should be able to use this product for 6 more years. Needless to say, I no longer purchase any product manufactured by whirlpool or one of their subsidiaries.

I have not had trouble in the past. But this is ridiculous, no one has this part and no one knows when to expect next shipment if any...What kind of company are you running there? I have been without a freezer for 3 months because no one has part! Maybe we need to take this to social media and spread the word for those of you who don't know. Totally disenchanted with the whole process! And all my spoiled frozen goods.
cabrio washer
Washer is a throw away after 2 years literally. Do not let looks fool you. This is one piece of junk and whirlpool is the worst company. Mother board went and was told not worth fixing after 26months of little use. Waiting for dryer to go next. Definitely do not buy this washer. Probably will be writing the same review on the dryer soon. Bought a speed queen that comes with 5 year warranty out of box. Looks old fashion and works excellent thus far. Stay away from all the pretend nice looking lights on the console. Plastic junk. Repair man said probably the worse machine we could of bought. Felt bad for us. Called whirlpool there recommendation is that we should of bought an extended warranty. No kidding whirlpool but I didn't know you sold junk when I bought it.

dishwasher
I purchased a whirlpool dishwasher in July 2015 and on Christmas Eve it quick working. I researched and was recommended this one at lowes and it didn't even last I am disappointed in whirlpool and will never buy this appliance again and will give my opinion to everyone who asks. I did not get extended warranty because I thought it would last longer than a year and a half and I really can not afford a repair man at this time since we are having financial difficulties. Also they said the stainless steel tub does not smell and it does all the time I am very disappointed in this whirlpool purchase as soon as it is in my budget I will be looking into LG products or Maytag. This products cost around $750 and didn't even last my previous one was a frigidaire and lasted 10 years. Model number WDF760SADM0 serial number F50248795. Any help would be appreciated. parts too expensive?
I bought a Whirlpool Dishwasher about 2 years ago and just a couple of days ago it stopped working. I called an appliance repair company to come out to look at the problem and was told it is the Electronic Control on the machine is bad. When he told me how much to part was, I was surprised?
So I looked on Whirlpool web-site for the part, sure enough the part was what the repair company said it would be(151.45+Shipping).
Know call me crazy or not, but why would I spend $151.00 plus labor to put the damn thing in the machine, when I paid $268.00 for the Dishwasher brand new?
Just like everything else, disposable, Just throw it away...
Just 3 words- NO MORE CHINESE PRODUCTS-

hot water heater
We purchased a new hot water heater in late 2013 and had it installed by the store recommended installer. About 2 weeks ago, having no hot water, I noticed that the valve/thermostat was flashing 4 times meaning an over temperature fault. There was no way to reset the fault and I had to contact Whirlpool warranty to get a new part. The labor was however not included and I had to pay the Whirlpool recommended installer $294 for putting in the new part. I have had multiple hot water heaters at this location and they all lasted 8-10 years. Having such a major repair in less than 3 years, and having to pay that much, reflects very poorly on Whirlpool quality.
french door refrigerator
I have had this frig for 37 months. Just had a serviceman here and he tells me that my mother board is out and will cost me almost 600.00 to replace with labor. He also told me this is one of his biggest calls for repairs. He has 4 setting in his shop right now. These mother boards are made in china so much for American made. I will never buy a whirlpool product again. They do not stand behind there products. I will also make a compliant with bbb and customer complaint's. I was told if there are enough compliant"s they can make them recall the item.

whirlpool duet steam washer
Much to my stupidity. I had bought Maytag washer was unaware that you made the product. Mother board died in it and was too expensive to fix. So like a dumb### i bought a whirlpool not knowing it was really same product. I've had to get it fixed once before and now it's leaking water from inlet valve area. So pissed off that this is such a piece of crap. When it cost close to 900.00.

dryer machine
Our dryer has not been working properly since November and this is the 5TH TIME that it is being serviced considering that it's a NEW appliance. Our house closing date was March 31, 2016 and I don't understand why a supposedly NEW dryer isn't working. It's been a hassle since we've been bringing our clothes to the washer dryers. I have a baby who I use cloth diapers since he has eczema and is so sensitive to disposables and I rely heavily on washing and drying his stuff. The service people who've come said it might be a problem with the vents in our home that's why their machine is always bogging down. Well the ventilation people who've checked it guaranteed our vents were okay and they also witnessed the dryer running with no heat at all considering I set it to high heat. The guy who've repaired our dryer Monday said he found the culprit that the ground has been touching the sides of the metal that's why 2 fuses blowed out. ISN'T THIS A FIRE HAZARD OR SAFETY ISSUE. Guess what yesterday which is Wednesday, our dryer acted up again, cycling with no heat. Vent people checked clear. Called whirlpool and its the same dialogue I keep hearing that they'll service and keep repairing until it completely bogs down BEFORE they'll replace. I know the people I spoke too just works for the company and are just doing their jobs but come on geez really it's Common sense that a new machine isn't expected to break down frequently in less than a year. We've been very patient calling for repairs but 5 times?! Im asking the whirlpool management is this occurrence common in all your new machines. Have a little consideration and empathy just because you're not in our shoes and can't relate to this.

dishwasher, range, microwave oven
Dishwasher: 2 1/2 years ago we purchsed a new condo, which came with all Whirlpool appliances. We had previous experience with Whirlpool washers and clothes dryers without problems.
However, the dishwasher reeks inside with an odor that will not end. We called the seller's (Orville's) from whom we had previously purchsed several appliances over the years, and was told it would "go away' and to use Tang in the washer. But it hasn't ended. By the time we called Whirlpool, their warranty was up, and the cost of repairs equals a new dishwasher.
Range: We have had and still have 4 self-cleaning kitchen ranges, manufactured by Tappan, G.E. and others. For Whirlpool to advertise theirs as self cleaning is fraudulent. At best, it softens any drippings, then we must still scour the back and sides, the racks must be removed and hand scoured. Other self-cleaning ranges we have need only be wiped to remove ash residue.
Microwave: Is filled with unnecessary settings, causing it to "freeze" at times.

french door refrigerator model wrx988sibm01 (the disposable model)
I purchased this fridge on Nov 22. 2015 from Lowe's in Abingdon, Md. In June we noticed that the refrigerator part was not cooling properly. The problem spread to the drawer and the freezer. We lost the entire contents and eventually were compensated for the loss. We had purchased a 5 year warranty from Lowe's. But since it was within the first year, we had to use the manufacture warranty. After many phone calls back and forth between Whirlpool and Lowe's, we were given a completely new fridge BECAUSE they had no one who would come service the appliance. My main complaint with this was I had to continue to call and call until they finally responded.
Now this has happened a second time, same problem. Called Lowes who said call Whirlpool. They found a repair person who called the next day and said they would not service our area. Took two more days and multiple phone calls to find a repair person about 35 miles away. They came on Friday. Tried adding freon but this fix lasted less than a day. The company recommended to Whirlpool that the fridge be replaced. On Monday I spent 3 hours on the phone between service people and Whirlpool because Whirlpool could not find the documentation. Finally asked to speak to a supervisor who grudgingly authorized a new fridge but said I would be contacted in 48 hours. Unbelievable! A working refrigerator is a necessity in today's home. I have no way to know if anyone is working on this or not. I would like a more immediate call back and resolution to this problem. Now I am just left in the dark.

whirlpool refrigerator
My refrigerator is under warranty, I just moved into a new home. The refrigerator constantly makes popping noise at night. I notified the builder whom told me to contact whirlpool. I have called whirlpool customer service line several times over the past 60 days. They also sent out a technician. Whirlpool technican stated the refrigerator can not be fixed however, they will not bring a replacement.
Desirable Resolution: For them to bring a replacement

cabrio platinum top loading washer and dryer
I purchased this new set in 2014/2015. I have been unhappy with the set since the purchase for several reasons. The washer leaves a white residue on clothing requiring rewashing numerous times that often comes out of a second wash without removing the residue or at times leaving more. The residue shows primarily on darker clothing although I have to assume it is on the lighter clothing but not showing as much. The machine does not appear to be malfunctioning so service is not required. I have tried washer cleaning products but no improvement. I have lived in this house for 11 years and my prior front loading washer did not leave any such residue so do not think it is in the water. I have used the same detergent throughout and again never had this residue before. This problem is annoying and upsetting. I then see other claims that the Cabrio washers are not cleaning clothing well. These complaints have been responded to by Whirlpool saying they will not help resolve the issues. The machine also gets off balance easily. For example a small load of sheets that are put into the machine evenly will go out of balance 3 times before you can get them washed. Finally, the washed clothing gets so tangled and knotted that you can hardly get them apart. It is hard on the clothing and takes a lot of time to straighten out before you can put into the dryer.
The dryer is a problem as well. Again, although the machine appears to be functioning properly, it does not dry a less than totally full load until you run the cycle 3 times or so. To dry a half load or less you have to add towels or other fabric in order for the items to get even partially dry. This is a total waste of gas and costing me a lot of additional time that should not be needed.
I am very displeased with these products and wish I had not purchased them. I had to pay for these items on time and it was a great hardship to do so. Then to have to deal with issues of unclean and not dry clothing on top of it is very insulting to the user. I have had Whirlpool items before and chose these over other brands as I felt this was a reliable brand. I am not sure what has happened to the company but I would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

On Oct. 29, 2017 we purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio WTW7000DWH washer and a matching dryer from our local Best Buy store. Although I am not totally thrilled with the dryer I will only address the washer as that has given us problems from day one. On delivery day I went to look over my washer to familiarize myself with it and noticed I could not read anything that was on the black display panel as the lettering was either scratched or was missing. I looked over at the dryer to see it still had a film coating on it and realized the delivery people must have pulled off the washer one and it took the lettering with it. That was confirmed. I called the store and they said they didn't have the W&D down as delivered yet, so therefore could not take care of any problem till it was showing delivery on their system. I said it is in my home and has been for an hr. They said they would call me back when something showed up. Three days later I am calling the store again, and nothing had been done to solve the problem, said they would check into it. On 11/8/17 a replacement washer arrived. Shortly after I noticed that when a cycle was done and if I didn't get to the washer right away the clothes felt wet. First I thought I didn't have the right spin speed or cycle, but found out that wasn't the case at all, as I was using the same recommended cycles Whirlpool's manual uses. Then there were times I heard water dripping and found out it was dripping into the tub . One night my Husband and I were in different rooms and we heard the washer start up and spin? I went to see why, and don't have a clue why it started on its own, yes on its own. At that point we called Best Buy and set up a repair. The man came out, hooked it to his computer and said he was % sure it was a defective water valve and replaced it, and I also said my clothes were not coming out clean. He asked me if I was using HE detergent, yes I am. A week or so after the water was heard dripping again when not in use and upon opening the top of the washer you could see water in the tub. Again the repair man came out and thought this time it must be a computerized board, or whatever the term, and replaced. That didn't stop the drip. So again called Best Buy and was told to now contact Whirlpool directly. Upon contacting Whirlpool they said they would replace and were checking to see if they could find us the same machine and said they would call us back and let us know. Nope, no phone call. Called Whirlpool again. Finally found out they found one and the delivery would come on 6/26, but a courtesy call would let us know on Monday as to the time frame. Yesterday was on the phone with Whirlpool being on hold for an hr. Finally found out the time frame for delivery, and at 6:30 pm the courtesy call came in. I am not happy with this machine so hopefully the replacement will perform miracles. But guess what they just delivered the new replacement and the machine wouldn't allow water in, plus it had a nice scratch on the side of the machine. So we were told by the driver that we would hear something in 7-10 days as they were preseding to move the replacement back to the truck. Ok so what do I use as a washer, go to the creek with my scrub board until the new one gets here? We said you will have to bring the other one back in and hook up until we get the replacement, even though that one was being replaced for reasons, it will have to do for now. So looking forward to my nice unscratched 4th machine, hopefully without defects in 7-10 days. Had my old one for over 15 yrs, it was a GE, and it cleaned and done a nice job. Oh, by the way on hold again at Whirlpool, but it has only been 10 minutes so far.
water heater
Previous owner of home, installed a new unit in 2012. I bought house in 2013.in oct. 2015, thermocoupler went out, was sent one for free, cost $125 to have installed.
Then, in august of 2016, it went out again. Called whirlpool, they sent another thermocoupler, for free. They screamed at me, and told me "this is the last time we will send out a free part!"" paid $145 to have unit drained, and new thermocouple installed.
Now, nov. 2016.. This unit is 4 years old, has had 2 new thermocouplers valves, spent $270.. And... There is hardly any hot water.
What can I do? This whole unit, needs replacing!

duet frontloader
Purchased the frontloader in February. By June it had this extremely loud knocking noise. Whirlpool had a company come look at it. Supposedly fixed it. Guy wasn't down my drive way before the noise started again. Whirlpool had another company come out and they actually fixed it. (this was probably a week and a 1/2 without a washer). October 11th, washer locks and will not unlock. Followed the troubleshooting from the manual. NOTHING! Whirlpool sends out a company on the 17th. Of course the part we need is not available, it had to be ordered (from another town maybe 150 miles away) October 26th part comes in. I cannot do the first appointment given(27th) to me so we schedule for 31st. Get a call that they cannot get my part because they just moved into a new office and they cannot get it without the computer. Mind you, they called on the 26th saying the part was IN. Oh well...He says I will be the first call of the day and they would be here by 9:00, it is 10:03. I call Whirlpool. Whirlpool calls service center and they say my time was 8:00-1 :00
I ask Whirlpool "This is the second problem with this washer in less than a year. When will they say enough is enough and give me new washer?" That will not happen because the warranty I have on covers repair. I say OK so who is going to pay for the 22 days of my going to the laundry mat? she says Again that is not covered under the warranty I have.
LONG STORY SHORT...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN AND ADVICE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM TOO.

kitchenaid microwave
Last week my KitchenAid (owned by Whirlpool) microwave oven ceased to function. It is a high end appliance with a retail cost in the neighborhood of $550. I investigated the standard reasons which cause such a failure: circuit breaker, wall socket, appliance power cord, etc. I found that one of my circuit breakers had tripped and I reset it. I then tested the wall socket by plugging my blended in the same socket used by my microwave and found the socket once again functioning properly. I then re-plugged the Kitchen Aid microwave into the wall socket I just tested and still my microwave would not operate. Next I went to the internet and searched Youtube and Google to learn a little more about what could go wrong to cause such a catastrophic failure. I found a wiring diagram which showed that my model has a fuse; one that is commonly found in microwave ovens ( a 20 amp 250 volt fuse which can be purchased at Amazon, the big box hardware stores, and dozens of other appliance repair websites for less than $10 and as low as $.80 on Amazon – Bussmann model ABC-20). I pulled my microwave off the shelf and searched the bottom and back of the oven for access to the fuse, as my research indicated that the fuse is the first place to look for a complete microwave failure. I could not find the fuse or an access door that might cover access to a fuse. Since my microwave was manufactured in June of 2008, my warranty was long gone and I would not be able to justify a call to an appliance repair technician that would likely cost over $100. I became resigned to buying a new microwave. I reviewed the wiring diagram and although it did not clearly indicate where to find the fuse, it made it clear that I would need to remove the stainless steel casing to find it. The repair videos made it clear that even though I had unplugged the microwave from the wall, internal components (i.e. capacitors) could continue to hold a charge which could result in an electrical shock, if I was not careful. At this point I was resigned to relegating my microwave for scrap metal recycling, so I just needed to be careful about avoiding a shock. I decided to remove the stainless steel casing and search for the fuse. Unfortunately, the six screws that held on the casing were security screws (referred to a star or torx screw with a pin or hole in the middle, it has a tamper-resistant pin in the middle) . Since I do not have the appropriate tool to remove these security screw, I pondered how to proceed. I had nothing to lose because I had already decided that I was unwilling to pay for a repair service technician, so I found a small flathead screwdriver and proceed to use it to jimmy the six security-resistant screws. I was able to remove all six screws without doing damage to the screw heads. Once the casing was removed I was able to quickly locate the fuse. The fuse was easily accessible and was held into place with a holder which enabled me to easily remove the fuse without exposing myself to any danger from electrical shock. I removed the fuse and headed over my local hardware store and purchased a package of two identical ABC-20 microwave fuses for $3.49. I returned home, replaced the fuse replaced the casing on Kitchen Aid microwave, placed the microwave on the shelf from which I had removed it, plugged in the microwave and I have been using my microwave without any issues for almost two weeks now.
My questions are:
Why would a company who touts themselves in a press release from June 21, 2016 as creators of “consumer-centric innovation” bury a $2 fuse in casing secured by tamper-resistant security screws and therefore rendering a $550 microwave to scrap metal?
Why would a company put out a press release on June 21, 2016 touting “Whirlpool Corporation Makes Newsweek's 2016 Green Rankings for Environmental Efforts” when their design renders a perfectly good microwave as scrap metal because they use tamper-resistant security screws to limit access to an easily replaceable $2 fuse?
I have contacted both the office of the president of Whirlpool and senior members of Whirlpool press relations team and asked if they have ever replaced a fuse in their automobile. I asked if they chose to replace their own automobile fuses or pay a dealer at a rate of as much as $100 per hour to replace the fuse for them. All I heard were excuses of how opening the case on my microwave exposed me to shock danger because components in microwaves store power even when unplugged. However they had no explanation of why their design did not include a hatch making the fuse safely accessible. Further, I asked wouldn’t a hatch accessible fuse be much more “consumer-centric” and better showcase their “environmental efforts?”
dishwasher
dishwasher model DU1055XTST2, hinge pad WP8268961 fails every 3 or 4 months since Dec. 2007. After showing V&V Appliance Parts my receipts from the last few years, they said the broken part would be replaced for free. Finally after all these years and $$$$$$ and time spent on repairs I thought if I could replace them for free the problem would be easier to live with. Unfortunately they will only replace one set for free! Without a doubt I will be replacing these little rubber pads in 3 or 4 months again and again. How can I get a decent replacement part that will hold up my door? I have increased the spring tension so the door will not drop quite as hard when the pads break. The unit works fine after 8 or 9 years, but very frustrated spending $10 every 3 months to hold the door up!
refrigerator
Bought a frenchdoor refrigerator from ABC warehouse during the manufacturers warranty it was making a very loud noise intermittently called whirlpool and repairman was sent out could not find any issues did not look at the unit just said he didn't hear it. ABC contacting me about an extended warranty which I purchased it covers repairs and if it cannot be repaired replaces the refrigerator what they don't tell you is how long those repairs can take. 8-12 the refrigerator sounded like a freight train going through my kitchen called the soonest they can send a repairman is 8-24 determined that there was major ice build up stopped the noise and ordered new parts came back 8-31 was here most of the day new compressor new evaporator told me it would take a while to cool down morning of 9-1 awoke to a terrible order and water all over my hardwood floors and a totally dead refrigerator, freezer and ice maker. Repairman returned was unable to do anything told to throw everything away not safe to consume anything from the fridge. ABC store was great spent time tracking my case gave me a case # and # to whirlpool another bad experience after a hour and 20 minutes told me I had to schedule another repair and the soonest I get a repairman is 9-13 not that it will be repaired then just someone will be out to LOOK at it. We went to rent-a Center and rented a fridge which is in my Garage (not convenient) I see a lawsuit in my future. The saga continues. Terrible costumer service even worse products
refrigerator 1 month old-dead
We bought a new Whirlpool sides by side refrigerator on July 31.
I was cooling OK for the first 2 weeks, came home on vacation to a 45 degree refrigerator, kept an eye on it, called the company on the 25th of August, they sent out a repair tech, he checked things over and said it wasn't kicking into defrost mode. Made some changes and left. Next day it was up to 73 degrees and called him back, he said must be the circuit board - got that on order, bought out the part 4 days later to replace. After 24 hours of running- nothing changed. Repairman came back out said he would call the company as they expected it to be a wiring problem that they are not allowed to work on. They would have to replace the refrigerator. On Thursday he said we should expect a call from the company to discuss delivery of new refrigerator. Heard nothing that day, and I called in of Friday to be told that I should expect a call in 3-5 business days. So it will be 2 weeks worth of NOT having a refrigerator before I will hear back from them and who know how much longer to wait to get one delivered.
I thought Whirlpool was a much better company than this runaround and BS delays that I'm getting.
