My name is Travis Ross. Ive contacted Wingstop before with this problem but no action was apparently taken for it happened again today. At the La Marque, Texas store at 6402 Interstate 45 Ste G, I tried to place an order online which did not allow. I then called and was told they are not accepting orders until after noon. I called back several times after with no response. So I ordered pizza instead. My questipn is why are you advertising a product that you wont sell? If thats the case please stop advertising your business. This is the third time this in the past 6 months this has happened. I have been a frequent customer for 3 years but have given up on your irresponsible business. Its a shame because many other customers feel the same way about this location. I doubt this message will find its way to a caring ear for this isnt the first time I have reached out with zero response which speaks volumnes about this company.

Nobody, including management has reached out to properly address my initial complaint as was promised when I called their national customer service line twice, and I accepted a gift card for "my time" (which I had to post all over social media to get) but there's still the fact that I never received the original order I placed or a refund and this issue was somehow marked resolved? How? I only opened a dispute after six weeks of waiting for contact. This was such a terrible experience. Your company has atrocious customer service and just bad faith business practices. All I wanted was to try your restaurant that my neighbor raved about and treat myself and my mother to a nice lunch, but instead I've been ignored, humiliated and not taken seriously. I will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience with Wingstop.
Desired outcome: I would still like my $67.28 refund for food I did not receive!
Food not delivered and no refund provided
On October 24th, 2020 I placed an order on Wingstop's website (order #899943691) I received contact information for a DoorDash driver indicating my food was on the way. My order was later marked delivered, but the driver was nowhere to be found. I called him directly on the number provided and he told me that he didn't have my food and just finished another delivery. He then advised me to call the restaurant directly so he could pick up my order.
I called the restaurant and talked to a woman who said she would look into my order and put me on hold. The hold was so long that it went to the automated system and kicked me off. After that, I called at least half a dozen times only to be immediately placed on hold and unable to talk to a person. When I tried to contact the driver again, his number was disabled because the transaction was considered "complete".
After a few more attempts, I talked to another employee who was apologetic and that told me that there was bad reception and if I called back that she would immediately pick up to assist me. I did and was placed on hold again.
At this point I was quite frustrated and since it was a Saturday afternoon, I knew that the location was busy and so I decided to call customer support on their national line. I talked to an agent and described the situation. She informed me that she was unable to provide a refund, and took my information to pass on to "upper management" who would be able to help me. When I asked how long it would take, she couldn't even provide an estimate. I gave them my name, order number, location, email address, phone and an alternate phone number to be contacted on.
At this point, almost 3 hours had elapsed with no real solution - no food and no refund. I waited close to 3 weeks after that day and nobody contacted me from Wingstop. I've left feedback on provided surveys, and also used their "contact us" form on their website to follow up within that timeframe.
On December 1st, someone contacted me via text message saying that they were from Wingstop and that the issue was brought to their attention. I provided my order number when asked and was told they would look into it. After that, I've heard nothing and even followed up on Wednesday 12/16 and a couple of additional times with no response. I was completely ignored.
I tried filing a dispute with my bank, but they kept showing my order being marked "delivered" through DoorDash even though it wasn't, so I wasn't able to get a refund - they rejected me even after appealing it. I started taking my case to social media and someone told me a team member would discuss the situation with me and they offered me a gift card for HALF the money I originally paid (which I waited weeks for), and STILL no one has talked to me about this or refunded me for the original order I never received.
Going at this for literally HALF A YEAR has honestly been such a waste of time, money, and hands down THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I'm a reasonable person and I understand that mistakes happen, but Wingstop really needs to evaluate how they treat their customers. Ignoring people who spend money at their establishment is unacceptable. I want my money refunded!
Desired outcome: I want a FULL refund
I put an order online at 10:09 PM, Wingstops online website said closes at 11:00 PM, I called several times to make sure that they received my order because I did not receive a confirmation by email like the receipt said I would. I got on Google to check the number to make sure I didn’t mistype the number and that’s when I saw the time on there said that the store closes at 10 PM. Now I’m concerned about what’s going on with my order because my bank account says the amount of $41.73 is pending. My husband gets there at 10:40 because the receipt said 25-30 minutes. The store sign says open until 12:00 AM. He states it was over crowded and the front desk was rude and very confused. He said they they told him it would be a few minutes, then told him they couldn’t find the order so he provides the order number and then told him that they would have to put a new batch of chicken on which would take another 35 minutes. At this time it’s now 11:30 PM and no chicken. So he would have to wait until 12:05 AM. He asked for a refund and told them not to bother with the order. Where’s my refund?

My food was late
The service was very very poor. They made my driver wait an additional 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. She was there at the scheduled pick up time to pick up my food. She finally left the restaurant with my food at 4:15 pm way past the scheduled pick up time. This was really bad service.
I ordered my food online through door dash a little bit after 3 pm on 03/27/21.
I would like a full refund for this order since your restaurant did not keep on getting me my food on time.
The driver even stated to me when she dropped my food off, that they weren't even that busy when she got there.

Saturday Oct 3rd, 2020 at approx 2:30 I picked up a combo of 30 lemon pepper bone in wings, fries and the veggie packet. Upon arriving at home my"well done" wings I ordered were not at all well done AND they had a VERY faint taste of lemon pepper. I called the Clifton location on Main Avenue where I purchased the wings and I spoke to Joseph, I told him my complaint, he advised me to call Monday to speak to a manager and he went on to tell me that I would only get a discount on my next purchase. The woman came back 10 mins later to tell me the manager was still unavail., but to please continue holding. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up, I called back and was told there was NOT a manager there, I told him someone said there was, he got very rude and said "I said there is not a manager here, what do you want" OH MY, at that point I then hung up. All I wanted was a replacer of my families dinner for tonight. With all that we are dealing with in the world AND Covid-19 it's frustrating for me as a frontline worker at Morristown Medical Center where I witness daily sick people, why couldn't WING STOP compensated me for what I paid for dinner. The lack of concern and respect was very heart breaking which lead me to contact you for help.
