I ordered several items on Aug. 14/15, 2018. My order # is 5b742d0d135ed2680e0e1c93. Very disappointed in this company. One of the items I ordered was a decal wall clock décor. It said that it had two parts. I only received one. I ordered 2 but never got the other one at all. I ordered 2 sets of the WAW-Outdoor LED Path Lamps but never received them. The ring I ordered is too small. It isn't the size I ordered even though it states that it is. It is the same size of my wedding band which is a whole size smaller. I also ordered reusable stove burner covers which are the wrong color. The 3D retro brick wall is not the right color either & I ordered 4 sets. The items that were never received are over a month past the expected arrival date. I tried to contact them with no success. I just want a refund for the items. I should be reimbursed for all of this. I ordered 13 different items & paid $68.58. Of all of these I am only satisfied with 4 of the items I did receive.

On wish's site, they listed a promo code: lbrday. Their ad on their site said good thru sept 3. I was trying to use the code at 19:01 sept 3, and got an error message saying, "oops, this code is no longer available."
Several generic email replies of the same to my inquiry... Still not acknowledged and still not honored...

This is one order among several others that I placed and paid for. Its longer than a month overdue and I get any kind of response. Now if I cancel, I only get my money back in Wish credits. I ordered and paid for 10 products off Wish on May 14, 2018. I waited for my items to arrive and kept checking the tracking information as I waited. As the expected delivery date got closer, Wishes app suggested that I wait 5 to days and then contact customer support. This occurred a number of times before the app would allow me to contact customer support. On August 3, 2018 I was able to contact customer support. After several conversations I was offered a refund, but instead of refunding me $40.00 for 10 items, I was refunded $4.00 for 1 item and then my question was closed. I then started emailing Wish customer support to resolve this issue and was directed by Wish to open a new question for each item. When I went to do this I was unable to open my items as I had exceeded the 30 day refund policy. I have since been in daily contact with Wish customer support with no success in either being refunded my $36.00 or being given an expected delivery date for the items ordered and paid for. I have extensive transcripts and endless screenshots of my ongoing battle with Wish. I strongly advise other consumers to be wary of shopping with Wish.com. They say they have your back, but all they have done is put knives in mine.

I have sent several E-mail's about this.in the answered E-mail it tell's me to go to the drop down and go to order history. There is no drop down in the E-mail.
I have gone online and check my order history. It showed some of my order delivered to other address then mine. It also showed some were left at my mail box. Well I have also been in contact about packages I did get, that were not items I ordered.
The package clearly say's Wish Priority on the label. I was told they did not send it, I should check to see if I ordered t from E-bay.

You should contact the 3rd party seller that you bought the item from on Wish.com, wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action, and I am sure if this seller has gotten a lot of complaints like yours, they will do something about it. But try contacting the seller directly instead of wish.com, sellers are usually more than willing to help, but when a customer goes to the platform that we are selling on instead of us directly, it is most likely we arent going to get a chance to try to make it right with our customers, and you'll end up most likely just getting a refund instead of the product you wanted, which the seller can narrow down what the problem is and help fix it. Now if they do not help you fix it and is not willing to work with their customers, that is when you should go to Wish directly, you will then have messages as proof as well..

I ordered quite a few of the expensive items from them and all of them arrived either broken in transit or they were sent damaged by the store. I have been after these people at wish.com (or the so called bots) but haven't heard back from anyone since last two days. I am afraid my 500 bucks are gone! These are cheaters! two rings purchased from wish
I had two rings, one Antique style, and one Exquisite Womens, did not arrive and I have been blocked from my account or was signed out of my account. I cannot find the tracking either. My account disappeared for the second time. I was missing merchandize. A few weeks later I was able to get back on my account. I ordered some merchandise which was erased from my wish account. But I found one ring that showed on my own Slice tracking app. My money was refunded. About 8 items were erased again, when I realised it was too late and it was not found on my other tracking app. I have not purchased anything else, but the last two items have not been delivered on time and I cannot get on my Wish account a second time. I think someone has compromised my account. I also have a lot of hacking. I had several refunds for different reasons which I did get refunds, but this app had flaws, one day you purchase merchandise, then it disappears. I ordered and played for a ring three times. After the third time I knew it must have been erased from my account, after it should have been shipped. Something is wrong with this sysyem. I ordered too many things to keep up with the orders, trying to sample different things. I sampled many things not too expensive, but I'm not sure of the safety of this app.
